기업의 전통적인 역할은 “이익 추구”였다. 현대 사회에 이르러서는 기업이 기존의 역할을 벗어나 새로운 사회적 기구가 되어야 한다는 주장이 떠오르며 CSR(기업의 사회적 책임)이 대두되었다. 최근 기업과 사회는 ESG 경영(환경, 사회, 지배구조를 고려한 지속가능경영)에 많은 관심을 보이고 있고 이는 더 이상 관심으로 그칠 수 없는 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 ESG 지표를 개발하고 [ESG 지표 - 주가]의 상관관계를 도출하였다.

산업제어시스템에서 사용되는 소프트웨어의 보안취약점을 테스트하기 위한 방법으로 퍼징(Fuzzing)이 사용되고 있다. 퍼징 시스템은 크게 퍼징 대상을 테스트하는 퍼저(fuzzer)와 퍼징 대상을 모니터링하는 모니터링 모듈로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 VxWorks 환경에서 효과적인 퍼징을 제공하기 위해 요구되는 퍼징 대상 모니터링 기능을 정의하고 모니터링 모듈을 설계한다.
A Study on Applying PID Control to a Downdraft Fixed Bed Gasifier using Wood Pellets

Biomass is material that is comprehensive of carbonaceous materials from plants, crops, animals, and algae. It has been used as one of heating fuel since the beginning the emergence of human beings. Since biomass is regarded as carbon-neutral energy source, it has recently been attracting attention as an energy source that can replace fossil fuels. The most widely applied field is distributed power generation, and a method of generating electric power by driving an internal combustion engine with syngas produced by gasifier is chosen. While the composition of the syngas produced in gasifiers changes depending on the air flowing into the reactor, commercialized gasifiers so far do not control the air flowing into the reactor. When the inner pressure in reactor increases, the air sucked into the reactor is reduced. That change of amount of air makes the composition of syngas varied. Those variations of composition of syngas cause the incomplete combustion hence the power output of engine drops, which is a critical weakness of the gasification technology. In this paper, to produce the uniformly composed syngas, PID control is applied. The result was shown when the amount of air into the reactor is supplied with the constant amount using PID control, the standard deviation of caloric values of syngas is around 2[%] of its average value. Meanwhile the gasifier without PID control has the standard deviation of caloric values is around 7[%]. Therefore, Adopting PID control to supply constant air to the gasifier is highly desirable.

Heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and acrylamide are unintended hazardous substances generated by heating or processing of foods and are known as carcinogenic and mutagenic agents by the animal experiments. A simple method was established for a rapid and accurate determination of 12 types of HCAs (IQ, MeIQ, Glu-P-1, Glu-P-2, MeIQx, Trp-P-1, Trp-P-2, PhIP, AαC, MeAαC, Harman and Norharman) and acrylamide in three food matrices (non-fat liquid, non-fat solid and fat solid) by isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). In every sample, a mixture of internal standards including IQ-d₃, MeIQx-d₃, PhIP-d₃, Trp-P-2-<SUP>13</SUP>C₂-<SUP>15</SUP>N and MeAαC-d₃ was spiked for quantification of HCAs and <SUP>13</SUP>C₃-acrylamide was also spiked for the analysis of acrylamide. HCAs and acrylamide in sample were extracted with acetonitrile and water, respectively, and then two solid-phase extraction cartridges, ChemElut: HLB for HCAs and Accucat: HLB for acrylamide, were used for efficiently removing interferences such as pigment, lipid, polar, nonpolar and ionic compounds. Established method was validated in terms of recovery, accuracy, precision, limit of detection, limit of quantitation, and linearity. This method showed good precision (RSD < 20%), accuracy (71.8~119.1%) and recovery (66.0~118.9%). The detection limits were < 3.1 ng/g for all analytes. The correlation coefficients for all the HCAs and acrylamide were > 0.995, showing excellent linearity. These methods for the detection of HCAs and acrylamide by LC-MS/MS were applied to real samples and were successfully used for quantitative monitoring in the total diet study and this can be applied to risk assessment in various food matrices.

<P>We present an investigation of the program and erase speed characteristics of three-dimensional (3D) gate-all-around (GAA) metal-oxide-SiNx-oxide-silicon (MONOS) cells. The effect of the tunneling oxide layer thickness in 3D GAA MONOS cells has been experimentally investigated and studied by 3D technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation. In particular, we considered physical parameters such as trap density, capture cross section, and trap level in order to analyze the physical properties of the silicon nitride layer. Simulation results indicated that the trap density significantly affects the program efficiency compared with other physical parameters, and the trap level mainly affects the erase efficiency. From these simulation results, we confirmed from the experimental results that the modeling accuracy is about 80%. Moreover, the simulation results for the program and erase speeds of the GAA MONOS cells were in reasonable agreement with experimental results. (C) 2014 The Japan Society of Applied Physics</P>
