        Aspergillus 속 미생물에 의한 발효비지의 항비만 효과

        고지방식이로 비만을 유도한 ICR 생쥐를 동물 모델로 하여 7종의 Aspergillus속 미생물로 발효시킨 발효비지 의 항비만 효과를 조사하였다. 수컷 ICR 생쥐에 5주간 고지방 식이를 실시하여 비만을 유도하고 고지방식이에 발효 비지 2%를 첨가하여 6주 동안 사육하였으며, 체중, 섭취량, 혈청 총콜레스테롤, 중성지질, Alanine transaminase과 high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, 간성 glutathione과 lipid peroxide를 측정하였다. 체중의 경우에 AE4 발효 비지를 식이한 군에서 가장 많이 감소 (31.33%, P<0.05)하였고 간성 GSH와 ALT증가로 고지방혈증이 저해되었다. 이상의 결 과로부터 Aspergillus속 미생물로 발효시킨 발효비지는 항비만 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 나아가 인체에서도 유 의한 비만개선 작용을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The anti-obesity effect of soybean curd residues (biji) fermented by seven Aspergillus spp. was investigated with obese ICR mice fed a high-fat diet. After inducing obesity by feeding high-fat diet for 5 weeks, animals were fed with a high fat diet supplemented with 2% fermented soybean curd residues for 6 weeks. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, Alanine transaminase, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, hepatic content of glutathione and lipid peroxide were determined. In the case of body weight, AE4 group showed most prominent decrease (31.33%, P<0.05) and increase of hepatic GSH and ALT demonstrated hyperlipidemia inhibition. From the results, it is concluded that soybean curd residues fermented by Aspergillus spp. has anti-obesity effect and it is thought that fermented soybean curd resides can reduce obesity in human significantly.

      • [논문] 2009개정 교육과정에 따른 물리Ⅰ교과서와 영국의 Advancing Physics에 제시된 삽화에 대한 학생의 인식

        Students recognize illustrations before letters when they look at textbooks. Students find some illustrations difficult to understand, not because there is something wrong with the illustration itself but because information has not been provided or presented in an effective way. For this reason, Illustrations are very important for students to build up the concepts of what they are learning. For the purpose of the study, we have made 12 questions with selected 9 illustrations included in Information and Communication unit of the Physics Ⅰ textbooks according to the revised national curriculum in 2009 and Advancing Physics of UK and then we conducted a survey with 360 students of high school and 22 teachers of science. This study intends to recognition the contents of physicsⅠ textbooks, focusing on the chapter of Information and Communication. For this, a questionnaire on the three types of illustrations was prepared to find out what kind of illustration students thought was easy to understand and why they chose it. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, the conditions for clear and effective communication of textbook information through illustrations were found, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some types of illustrations. In this study, illustrations students thought difficult were picked out be easier and clearer to understand to see which of them are more helpful for students. The features of illustrations easy for students to understand well are as follows: First, the essence of improving illustrations is that the contents should be concise and brief in order not to confuse students. The the illustration should also include each step of the process through which the result was achieved, instead of simply showing the result. Second, the illustration should not be difficult to externally visible; When high school students feel frustrated while trying to understand the illustration, they tend to give up rather than ponder more to get to the meaning. Third, no matter how difficult illustrations are, some good clues and explanations about them make students try to understand what they mean positively rather than lose interest.

        작업치료사의 고령친화사업에 대한 인식도 조사

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사의 고령친화산업에 대한 인식도 및 관심도에 대해 알아본다. 이를 통해 고령친화산업의 육성에 있어 작업치료사들의 역할과 전망에 대한 기초 자료 및 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2007년 5월부터 6월까지 두 달 동안 작업치료사 96명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS window 12.0 version으로 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과 작업치료사 중 고령친화산업을 있다고 응답한사람은 14.6%에 밖에 미치지 못했다. 또한 노인장기요양보험법에 대해 정확하게 알고 있다고 답한 사람은 6.3% 밖에 없었다. 작업치료사들의 고령친화산업에 대한 관심도 73.4% 매우 높은 관심 또는 높은 관심이 있다고 답했으며, 고령친화사업에 대한 교육의 관심도에 대한 질문에서도 79.2%이 교육에 아주 높은 관심 또는 높은 관심이 있다고 답하였다. 고령친화산업의 분야별 작업치료사의 관심도와 관련성에 대해 살펴본 결과 작업 치료사들은 공통적으로 고령친화산업 중 고령친화 요양산업, 고령친화 주거산업, 고령친화 여가산업에 대해 높은 관심 및 관련성에 대해 견해를 나타냈다. 결론 : 작업치료사들은 고령친화산업에 대한 부족한 인식에도 불구하고 높은 관심과 교육에 대한 의지를 보였다. 특히 고령친화 요양산업과 고령친화 주거산업, 고령친화 여가산업과 같이 작업치료사의 참여로 질 높은 수행이 이루어 질 수 있는 영역에 대한 관심이 높았다. 이제 막 시작 단계에 접어든 한국의 고령친화사업이 임시방편적이고 일회적인 복지사업이 아니라 향후의 예비노인과 궁극적으로는 전세대의 국민을 위한 산업이 될 수 있도록 많은 작업치료사들의 관심과 참여가 필요할 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study was present prospect and role of occupational therapists for the Senior friendly Industry recognition(si1ver industries). And in other to offer basic survey of senior friendly industry of occupational therapists. Method : The way of this study was survey of 96 occupational therapists on May. 2007 to June. 2007. A statistic analysis program used generated by SPSS for Window 12.0 version. Result : The results of this study was follow. Responded that 14.6% know to Senior Friendly Industry. Responded that 6.3% know long-term care insurance system for the elderly. Responded that 73.4% interest in the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and 79.2% need to occupational therapists for educational matter. Therapists agreed with importance about senior friend1y Industry(si1ver industries) senior friendly housing Industry and senior friendly leisure Industry in common. Conclusion : Regarding the low concept of Senior Friendly Industry, therapists want to know the area of the Senior Friendly Industry. They, in addition, put priority on the senior friendly Industry(si1ver industries) senior friendly housing Industry and senior friendly leisure Industry. Senior friendly Industry(si1ver industries) is just got started here in Korea, but it completely needs therapists's advanced concern and participation for the better and progressive business.

      • 코칭스타일 검사도구 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        This study is an explotary study to develop testing instrument of Parents Coaching Style. The purpose of the study was to develop a testing instrument of Parents Coaching style. Research Question to be answered for this purpose are as follows. First, How are the feature of testing instrument of Coaching Style? Second, How are the feature of each testing instrument's personalty type? As a results, DISC, IPS are composed of Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness, Steadiness Style. and PCSI is composed of Director, Presenter, Mediator, Strategist Style. Each testing instrument's personalty type has similarity and difference. If this study are much more supplied, the Coaching would be able to practice in-field coaching skills which would open possibility for enabling to help the Coachee positive growth much easily and this study would be expected to offer basic Coaching data based on Coaching Style as well. 본 연구는 국내에 소개되어 활용되고 있는 기존 코칭스타일 검사도구의 공통점과 차이점을 분석틀에 의거하여 비교분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 추후 코칭스타일 검사도구 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 우리나라에 소개된 코칭스타일 검사도구의 특징은 어떠한가?, 코칭스타일 검사도구별 유형별 특징은 무엇인가? 이다. 코칭스타일 검사도구는 DISC , ISP, PCSI로 행동스타일을 DISC는 주도형,사교형, 신중형, 안정형으로 분류하였고 ISP도 주도형, 사교형, 신중형, 안정형으로 분류하였다. 그러나 PCSI는 지시형, 사교형, 우호형, 분석형으로 분류하였으며. 연구결과 각 검사도구마다 공통적 특성과 차이점을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 추후 코칭에 적절한 코칭스타일 검사도구 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다 본 연구에서 비교 분석되어진 공통적 특성과 차이점을 토대로 코칭스타일 검사도구가 완성되어진다면 현장에서 코칭기술을 쉽게 실천할 수 있는 가능성을 열어줄 것이다.

      • 토니 모리슨의 『푸르디푸른 눈 (The Bluest Eye) 』 : 흑인 서술 미학의 한 보기 A case of black narrative aesthetics

        In this paper I analyze The Bluest Eye as an example of black narrative aesthetics and attempt to reveal what the work contains to be passed on in the black community. Morrison categorizes her works as "village literature." which bears witness to the past experience and signifies what to be passed on. That the past experience is so significant in the black community amounts to its enslavement having an incessant effect on the present and the future. As Morrison has emphasized, there is no established identity unless the past is evoked and a positive meaning is imposed on it. The Bluest Eye contains too destructive a story of the black community to have a hopeful vision. The black community, being exposed by the narrator, Claudia, seems to see blackness so inferior or shameful as to be obsessed by the desire to annihilate it. When we take into account the time when this novel was written and published, however, it implies that there should be a message to be passed on. The sixties when The Bluest Eye was written was the period of 'Harlem Renaissance.' a black aesthetic movement in which black people tried to develop their own value system and establish their cultural identity. In this context, The Bluest Eye signifies that any black people who devaluate their blackness would lead to mental slavery and psychological distortion. "The dreadful funkiness" is the most prominent character of blackness Morrison foregrounds. In a word, it is the eruption of primitive life force with black innate expressive form. Jazz style is one of the representatives for spontaneity and colorfulness of "dreadful funkiness", which Morrison brings into relief as being different from the order and neatness of whiteness. On the core of The Bluest Eye is "the dreadful funkiness" engraved as both what should not be oppressed and what should be enhanced. Therefore, we can find an example of black narrative aesthetics in The Bluest Eye that expands the typicality of the blackness into the ethics of difference.

      • 男性 속옷의 變遷에 관한 硏究 (Ⅰ)

        Underclothing includes all such articles, as were completely or mainly concealed from the spectator by the external costume. Functions of underclothes are 1) to protect the body from cold 2) to suppot the shape of the costume 3) for cleanliness 4) for erotic use 5) a method of class distinction Linen is the oldest as materials and rotten has come into general use after the Restoration of 1660. We must suppose that woolen petticoat were at least as old as the Middle Ages and silk was rarely used until late in Vitorian times. Until the middle of the last century underclothes were hand-made, and the absence of fit was noticeable until the 18th century when the men's drawers fitting the leg were introduced. Strings and ribbons were the fastings for underclothes until the middle of the 17th century when they were replaced by buttons. Thoughout the Middle Ages, the underclothing of both sexes possessed a characteristic inherited from earlier times. The fuction of the underclothing was purely utilitarian. The idea of underclothes was associated with the idea of the body's sinfulness. During the Tudor regime, it began to assist the external costume in expressing class distinction. And the male waist is supposed to have been constrict. It was to exploit the grandeur of the costume evidence of rank. In addition, the underclothing was used to enhance sex attraction indirectly. Important changes were made in the line of the neck. During the Stuart period, the underclothes of both sexs developed a new significance. The male garments are designed mainly to express social rank. The period is important in that the male garments were attempted to give his underclothing an erotic suggestion.

      • 미백물질로써 폴리페놀 화합물의 분리 및 화학구조

        우리는 미백제 개발 연구의 일환으로 한국산 지유로부터 새로운 procyanidin류를 분리하였고, thiolysis, desulfurization, methylation, tannase 처리 및 기기 분석에 의해 구조를 결정한 결과 flavan-3-ol 이량체에 gallate한 분자가 결합된 procyandin B-3 3-O-gallat였다. 이 화합물의 효소저해 효과를 관찰한 결과 tyrosinasesms 100μM에서 약 50%의 저해 효과가 있었다.

        In Korea, there are many traditional dances those have been handed down since old times. These Korean traditional dances must be handed over the future generations like as those from ancient times to present days. This study is an examination for the purpose of seeking after the method of transmitting Korean traditional dances from generation to generation, and it aims at a positive proposal about putting the film by video media to pratical use. In that point of view, I have investigated some methods for putting Korean traditional dances on record. And the conclusions are these. 1. The most important method for transmitting Korean traditional dances from generation is the means of teaching and learning from a person to a person directly, in other words the means of imparting by lips and heart. 2. And another important method for transmitting Korean traditional dance from generation to generation is the means of scoring by letters or figures that is named generally ‘notation ’. But in that course some supplementary are in need inevitably. 3. If we want to reflect the special quality of dance in relation to the character of time and space, we must pick up the method of using film or video media together with the old notation. 4. The subject of filming must be choosed after rating from the point of historical value, artistic value, and realistic value. And for combining the side of Art with the side of document, we must have an interest in some suitable camera techniques.

      • 견/합성섬유 혼방품의 일욕염색(Ⅵ) : 산성염료/분산염료 염욕에서의 견/셀룰로오스 트리아세테이트의 염착거동 Adsorption Behavior of Acid Dyes/Disperse Dyes on Silk/Cellulose Triacetate

        In one bath dyeing system of silk/cellulose triacetate(triactate) fiber blend fabric with acid/disperse dyes, adsorption behvior of acid dyes and disperse dyes on silk and triactate fabrics were examined. In the dyeing of triactate with the C.I. Disperse Red 19(Red 19) and the C.I. Disperse Red 60(Red 60) at 100℃, dye uptake with the Red 19 was higher than that with the Red 60. When the silk/triaceetate was dyed with Red 19 and the Red 60 at 100℃, dye uptake on triacetate was influenced by affinity of the dye to the silk fabric dyed together. In the treatment of the silk fabric dyed with the Red 19 and Red 60 in desorption bath with and without undyed triacetate, desorption of the dyes from the silk fabric was influenced by the affinity of the dyes to the triacetate. When the silk/triacetate was dyed with the Blue 80/Red 19 and Red 60 at 100℃, color of triacetate dyed with the Red 19 and Red 60 was not influenced by the Blue 80 but silk dyed with the Blue 80 was influenced by the Red 19.

        서양 남성의 나이트클로즈에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of study examined of historical changes of western men's nightclothes from middle ages to the modern ages and analyzed functions and features of men's nightclothes. This study presented meaning and importance of men's nightclothes. The method of study researched the many literatures and internet sources. Until medieval age, men slept naked or in a day-shirt. In the 16th century, a nightshirt was worn in bed. A night-cap was usual, in rather more elaborate from, also worn by day in the house, and even outdoors. In the 17th century, nightshirt was elabrated with ruffles and lace. The nightshirt of 18th century, resembled the day-shirt excepat that it was slightly longer and fuller in cut. The turn of 19th century, men weared nightshirt with a high folding collar, one button and night-cap of jellybag shape. In the early 19th century, nightshirt had a plain turnned-down collar, buttoned at the neck. A night-cap with colored tassel was usual. The middle of 19th century, a nightgown was reaching to the ankle. Pyjamas, in the 1890s, were steaduly replacing the nightshirt, before long pyjamas had become generally accepted in place of the nightshirt. A pyjamas which preseverved his male dignity by giving him trousers. Man's ingenuity also monified his nightclithes so that these took on sexual characteristic. In 20th century, the fabrics had become lighter in weight, and the choice of materials wider. By 1930s, nightclothes had become the man's most colorful garment.
