      • 부산·경남지역의 토양오염물질간의 상관도에 관한 연구

        It appeared over all regions expect common life area that the pollutants level of soil heavy metals in Pusan and kyoung-Nam Province, was higher than the standard on in agriculture area. Especially, Atmosphere and waste area appeared much high and it necessitates monitoring these areas continually. Where we analyzed pollutants level of heavy metals in paddy soils in correspondence with Pusan, Ulsan, and Yangsan region, the order of Pb and Cd concentration were Yangsan 〉 Pusan 〉 Ulsan, the order of Cu and Zn were Yangsan 〉 Ulsan 〉 Pusan, the order of Hg and As were Ulsan 〉 Yangsan 〉 Pusan respectively. It appeared the whole concentration of heavy metals expect Hg and As were the highest ones in Yangsan. So, it was thought that special management should be needed. The analysis of correlation between heavy metals in soil showed that the correlation level between Cd and Pb, Cu and Pb and Zn, Hg and As was high in agricultural area and the correlation level between Zn and Pb, Cd and Hg, Cd and Cu was high but the one between Cd and As was low in atmosphere area. And the correlation between Pb and Cd, Hg and Zn, Hg and Cu was high but the one between Hg and Cu was low in waste area and the correlation level between As and Pb, As and Zn was slightly high but the one between Cd and Cu is low in water area.

        Fro the soccer, physical energy is the essential foundation in utilizing the skills and tactics in the field, the more efficient the physical ability is, the better the training in the skills and tactics is in quality as well as quantity. To develop the adility to get the higher scores at the goalshooting, it is necessary for the team to be given the promptitude and Speed Training such as runing faster than the opponets, the better and quicker control and seiqing of the ball. To achive thus goals we should train the team as the following, 1. Motors of the track and field Characteristics. 2. Motors of gymnastics Characteristics. 3. Motors using the ball. 4. Motors with the Characteristics of the game.

      • Binding Energy of Oxigen and Methane Adsorbed on Bundles of Open-Ended Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes

        The adsorption of oxygen and methane on the bundles of open-ended single wall carbon nanotube(SWNT) was studied using the volumetric adsorption qst was obtained from the adsorption isotherm measurements performed at different temperatures. The trend in the values of the methane isosteric heat of adsorption showed three regions, representative of the adsorption on the different types of adsorption sites. In case of oxygen, on the other hand, such distinguishable regions were not appeared in the N-qst graph. From the results of qst the binding energies of oxygen and methane adsorbed on open-ended SWITs were estimated.

      • 부천시와 구로구 간의 비선호시설 조성사업의 갈등과 협력적 해결방안: 부천시 추모공원 조성사업을 중심으로

        The possibility that conflicts and disputes surrounding the NIMBY facility construction among local governments related to the adjacent boundary areas which are rising as important policy issues is growing with the boundary expansion of traffic and life zones and spatial developmental expansion of cities. Conflicts in the formative project on the NIMBY facilities between Bucheon city and Guro-gu are also a case for conflict among fundamental(lower level) local governments appearing out of the difficulty of site selection in the perspective of spatial limitations in the restricted land use aspect. This research hopes to understand the NIMBY facility construction implementation project within the fundamental local governmental relations on the local governmental level while, also finding out how objective resolutive conditions are dealt with in the negotiation mechanism among actual fundamental local governments. It is hoped to examine through which strategies such cooperation/conflict strategies discussed in such negotiation mechanisms are useful for cooperative agreement extractions among local governments. Besides, this research is on the stance that it is most desirable for each strategy used in cooperative mechanisms to be actively understood through spontaneous negotiation courses by fundamental local governments which are the concerned party of conflicts; however, in cases not adjusting or solving conflicts independently, it cannot but help to depend on the adjustable role of regional council or the central government who are in the position of a 3rd party. However, in order to establish a negotiation culture such as the discussion of reinvigoration for the formation of mutual trust and conflict remedy among local governments, it is seen that the construction and practice of creative negotiation strategies that fundamental local governments, the concerned party, intend to solve spontaneously on their own are very important. 본 연구는 지방정부 수준에서의 비선호시설 건립 추진사업을 기초자치단체간 관계 속에서 파악하고자 하 며, 또한 객관적인 해결조건들이 실제 기초자치단체간의 협상기제에서 어떻게 다루어질 수 있는지를 알 아보고자 한다. 이러한 협상기제에서 논의되는 협력・갈등전략이 과연 지방자치단체간의 협력적 합의도출 을 위해 어떠한 전략이 유용한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 협상기제에서 구사되는 각각 의 전략들이 갈등의 당사자인 기초자치단체에 의한 자율적인 협상과정을 통해 적극적으로 모색되는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 입장이며, 다만 자율적으로 갈등을 조정 및 해결하지 못한 경우에는 제3자의 입장에 있는 광역지방정부나 중앙정부의 조정적인 역할에 의존할 수밖에 없다고 본다. 하지만 기초자치단체 간 또는 광역자치단체 간의 상호신뢰 형성과 갈등해결을 위한 토론 활성화 등의 협상문화가 정착되기 위해 서는 당사자인 지방자치단체가 자발적으로 해결하려는 창조적 협상전략의 구축과 실천이 매우 중요하다 고 본다.

      • 확장된 AMDR 기반의 원격의료용 센서네트워크 모델

        본 논문에서는 환자의 이동성과 경제적인 의료 서비스를 지원하는 미래의 원격의료시스템 후보의 하나로서 새로운 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크(USN)의 모델을 해당 라우팅 방법과 함께 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 USN 모델은 기존의 AMDR이라는 평면라우팅 기법에 계층적 라우팅 기법을 접합하여 개선한 것으로서 전체적으로 4계층 구조를 취하고 있다. 이 모델은 기존의 AMDR 기반 센서네트워크모델에 비하여, 정보이동의 효율성을 제공할 뿐 아니라 병목현상을 극소화하는 등 현실 적용성이 우수하다. In this paper, we propose an improved ubiquitous sensor network (USN) model with its routing mechanism. This USN model is a promising candidate for the future telemedicine system guaranteeing both patient's mobility and cost-efficient medical services. In this USN model, we improved the current flat routing mechanism, called ADMR, by combining it with the hierarchical routing mechanism, Thus this USN model shapes a 4-layered hierarchical structure. This USN model shows more excellent adaptability in real sites due to both the routing efficiency and reduced traffic bottleneck than the ADMR-based USN.

      • 3次元 Parametric Spline의 延長

        本 論文은 內部 變形 에너지가 最小되도록 Ferguson parametric spline을 延長시키는 방법을 提案하고 있다. 또한 이 原理를 end condition을 選定하는데 適用하였는 바, Q-spline 방법이 가장 自然스런 形態의 spline을 形成할 수 있었다. This paper suggests that Ferguson parametric splines are extended by the way such that their internal strain energies keep minimum. Also with employing this way, it is found that Q-spline method can get the spline to be extended most naturally among several end-condition methods for constructing splines.
