      • Poly(ρ-phenylenesulfide)와 Poly(ρ-phenylene)으로부터 제조된 탄소의 리튬 이온 2차전지 anode 재료로서의 전기화학적 특성

        Poly(p-phenylenesulfide)와 poly(p-phenylene)으로부터 제조된 탄소를 리튬이온 2차전지용 음극재료로 사용하여 전기화학적특성을 연구하였다. 이들 고분자들을 질소 분위기하에서 승온속도 2℃/min로 1000℃까지 상승시킨 후, 1시간 동안 탄화시켜 탄소를 제조하였다. Poly(p-phenylene)으로부터 제조된 탄소가 보다 더 규칙적인 구조를 가지기 때문에 Poly(p-phenylenesulfide)으로부터 제조된 탄소보다 더 많은 용량과 충방전 효율을 나타내었다. 수산화리튬과 염화주석(Ⅱ)을 첨가하여 용량의 증가와 충방전 효율의 증가를 가져올 수 있었다. 이중에서 poly(p-phenylene)에 염화주석(Ⅱ)을 첨가시켜 제조된 탄소가 가장 큰 충방전 용량과 충방전 효율의 향상을 가져왔다. Carbon inaterials manufactured from poly(p-phenylene sulfide) and poly(p-phenylene), were studied on electrochemical characteristics as anode materials for lithium ion secondary battery. These polymer precursors were heat treated for 1hr at 1000℃ with the rate 2℃/min under nitrogen atmosphere. Carbon manufactured from poly(p-phenylene) showed higher capacity and coulomb efficiency of charge/discharge than carbon from poly(p-phenylene sulfide) because the former has better ordered structure. Carbon manufactured from polymer precursors adding stannous chloride or lithium hydroxide showed higher capacity and better efficiency of charge/discharge. Also, carbon manufactured by adding stannous chloride to poly(p-phenylene) showed the highest capacity and efficiency of charge/discharge.

      • 정전 열 접합을 이용한 Multi-Substrate Bonding

        We performed silicon-to-glass bonding using silicon direct bonding followed by anodic bonding(SDAB). Initial bonding between glass and silicon was caused by the hydrophilic surfaces of silicon and glass ensemble using silicon direct bonding(SDB) method. We found that the bonded specimen using SDAB process had higher strength than one using anodic bonding process only. We performed multiple layer bonding by SDAB, which is glass- silicon -glass as sandwich structure. In the silicon wafer, the (1mm x 2mm x 500μm)-sized cavity was formed by the anisotropic etching of the silicon substrate in EPW(Ethylendiamin-Pyrocatechol-Water). And, the cavity was sealed with glass wafers by SDAB method.

        I have analyzed result of enqete and summed it up in items. That'll come to the following conclusion and I'll add some suggestions. 1. The class teacher in charge or any other persons in charge starting the freshman orientation, they should first give the athletes a kind guidance and a deep understanding. For the adaption of desirable school life. they need to have to be provoked strong intrinsic motivation based on recognizing deeply the value and importance of society in mankind through their sports fields. 2. There must be the more individual contact between students and teachers. The ultimate purpose of the school education is in the cultivation of the whole personality. So it is desirable to give them more opportunity of accumulating the whole-some experience : the active participation in the class study and school schedule. 3. The relater-in-person must try to have the athletes concentrate on their sports activity and feel satisfied. 4. In case of the athletes having a poor record of school, another special programs are to be prepared. These'll help them to live a planned u hoof life, develope their mental ability. and recognize the importance of their school record . 5. To solve the problems with which the athletes are faced for themselves, the person in charge must keep in contact with them and develop their abilities.

      • 釜山의 自然地理에 對한 考察

        The geographical features of Busan may be briefly summarized in the following outline. 1. Busan is located on the southeast tip of the Korean Peninsula and adjoins the Kimhae County and the Yangsan County of the South Kyongsang Provincea. It also faces Japan across the Daehan Straits. It streches over both Lat. 35°1'43" N. and Lat. 35°18'36 N. while it streches over both Long. 128°24'00" E ane 139°12'38"E. 2. The history of Busan can be traced back to the remots Stone Age and the fact might be conjectured the there were already inhabitants there. Busan was highly valued as the base of operations carrying out its diplomatic policy toware Japan in the Lee Dynasty through the Shinra Period and Korea Period. In 1914 Busan was municipalized and enlarged several times after that. It has been raised to the status of a city under the direct control of the Department of the Interior since 1963, while it has developed into the best international seaport in this country and reached a population of over three millions. 3. The soil of Busan is mainly made up of biotite granite, andestic rocks and ovariz porphyry, forming a hilly district, Moreover the soil is complicatedly composed of telsite and black tesite porphry. 4. Busan falls, in topography, into the following divisions, that is, the deltas of the Nakdong River, the western intermountain area, the central lowlands, the eastern low mountainous district and the seashore. The highest is the mountainous district and the seashore. The highest is the western intermountain area and the eastern mountainous district is full of hills, while the central lowlands are a center of cultural, human activities and the deltas of the Nakdong River lie between the Eastern and Western Nakdong Rivers and thrive in horticulture. Along the seacoast there are the Bay of Busan and other small bays and headlands. Haewondae is a land tied island, and sea cliffs, sea caves and beaches can be seen. 5. The climate is genial and humid partially because Busan is on the southeast tip of the country, and partially because it is under the influence of the Jeju warm current. Its yearly average temperature is 13.8℃ and its yearly average amount of rainfall in Busan is 1,381.4mm., Which takes on the features of ceanic climate. The amount of rainfall in Busan is subject to sharp variety like that of other parts of this country, and the snowfall is rare. Generally speaking, the wind blows from the notrheast in winter, while it blows from the southwest in summer, northeast on the southwest in spring, from the north-northeast in autumn.

        An extremely rare case of primary melanoma involving only rectum is reported. This 59 year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital because of hematochezia, difficulty of defection. Endoscopic examination and radical excision showed polypoid lesion with ulceration which measured 6x6x3cm in 2cm from the anal verge. Histopathologic, H&E stain and electron microscopic examination(EM) were performed from endoscopic biopsies and excisional mass. We are reporting a case primary rectal melanoma with brief review of literature.

      • 개입이 있는 비선형 시계열자료에 대한 예측방법의 비교

        시계열 자료는 공휴일, 파업, 석유파동, 정책변화 등과 같은 외부사건에 영향을 받아서 급격한 변화를 나타낸다. 이러한 외부사건의 결과로 발생된 관측값들을 특이값이라 하며, 외부사건의 시기와 원인이 알려진 경우에는 이러한 외부사건을 개입이라 한다. 이러한 개입으로 인하여 자료를 모형화하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 그러므로 개입의 유형과 효과를 분석하여 모형화하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 개입을 가진 선형모형에 대해 연구하고 ARCH, GARCH 모형과 같은 비선형 모형과 비교하였다. 또한 예측에 있어서는 Tong(1990)에 의해 제안된 결합예측 방법과도 비교하였다. 실증분석에서는 개입이 있는 선형시계열 모형, 개입이 있는 비선형시계열 모형, 그리고 결합예측모형을 이용하여 RMSE를 기준으로 예측력을 비교하였다. Time series data are influenced by the external events such as holiday, strike, oil shock, and political change, so the external events cause a sudden change to the time series data. We regard the observation as outlier that occurred as a result of external events. In general, it is called intervention if we know the period and the reason of external events, and if makes an analyst difficult to establish a time series model. therefore, it is important that we analyze the styles and effects of intervention. In this paper, we have been studied about the linear time series model with invention and compared with nonlinear time series models such as ARCH, GARCH model and also we compared with the combination prediction method that Tong(1990) introduced. In the practical case study, we compared prediction power with RMSE among linear, nonlinear time series model with intervention and combination prediction method.

      • 리튬 이온 2차전지용 Anode 재료의 제조와 그 특성 고찰

        Carbon materials, disordered carbon and KS6(graphite, Lonza), were studied as anode materials of lithium ion secondary battery. The disordered carbons were made from thermosetting resins (phenol resin, furan resin, acetylene resin and its mixed resin). The resins were carbonized in nitrogen gas at 1000℃. When the thermosetting resins were carbonized, an addition of lithium hydroxide improved capacity and cycle life, but decreased the efficiency of the first charge/discharge. Also, in this study, the capacity of the carbon from phenol resin was higher than that of the carbon from acetylene resin or furan resin. But, the carbon from mixed resin was the highest capacity of all the synthetic carbons.

        단방성 법랑모세포종의 방사선학적 연구

        Purpose : To acquire the useful diagnostic information through the analysis of the clinical and radiological characteristics of mandibular unicystic ameloblastoma. Materials and Methods : The researchers compared and analysed the clinical and radiological features of 79 cases of mandibular unicystic ameloblastoma confirmed by histopathlogic examination. Results : The results of our research showed that unicystic ameloblastomas occurred more frequently in males than in females and the incidence is the highest in the 2nd and 3rd decades. These lesions occurred most frequently in angle-ramus area, mandibular molar area, and anterior area in descending order respectively 68.4%, 24%, and 7.6%. These lesions had smooth (54.4%) rather than undulating (45.6%) borders. These lesions showed welldefined borders in 59.5% among all the cases. Root resorption and loss of lamina dura were observed as 55.7% and 58.5% respectively. Displacement of mandibular canal was observed in 55.9% among all the related cases. Internal pattern of lesional radiolucency was observed as even (49.4%) or uneven (50.6%). Conclusion : These results would be helpful in diagnosing of mandibular unicystic ameloblastoma.
