The interest in ocean is being increased by the growth of industry and economy activities. All countries of the world have an acute interest in territorial sea and exclusive economic zone which have their sovereignty and economic power, so they are competing with each other for the profitable zone of jurisdiction. As we adjacent to the district of ocean with china and japan, it is very important for us to decide an accurate territorial base point, still more it must be measured accurately without any friction with them. In this study, we surveyed 6 straight base points of the west sea by GPS. we analysed surveying accuracy according to broadcast ephemeris, igr and igs precise ephemeris. Also we analysed the coordinate result of WGS 84 and Tokyo datum for presenting an efficient surveying method of a territorial base point. Because a territorial base point must be measured by the low-water line as UN convention on the law of the sea, it isn't easy to approach. As a result of this, we found that continuos moving survey of OTF is an efficient method to survey safely and quickly in a ship. In case of sraight base point comprised of middle-long base line, we could cut down the observation time by using accurate orbit and produce the WGS 84 result within 1 ppm relative accuracy. To produce the Tokyo datum of territorial base point, we analysed the 2 dimension network adjustment based on national standard point and coordinates transformation. With this study, we could decide the territorial base point of the west sea using GPS.
도시거주자의 혈중 카드뮴 농도와 간 및 신장 기능과의 상관성 평가

The possibility that liver and kidney function is adversely affected by current levels of environmental exposure to cadmium (Cd) as investigated in adult men and women in the general population in Seoul. From February to August in 2001, blood and morning spot urine samples were collected from 136 not occupationally exposed group (age range 20~75 years) at 4 survey sites throughout Seoul. Liver and kidney function parameters in serum and urine were examined by conventional methods. The questionnaire included factors, i.e. sex, age, smoking, alcohol, diet habit etc. The geometric mean values for Cd in blood (Cd-B) were 1.43 μg/l. It seemed prudent to conclude that liver and kidney function as not disturbed by the current environmental exposure to Cd in study.
Coacervation-상분리법으로 만든 Ethyl Cellulose 마이크로캅셀의 Glibenclamide 방출특성 및 수용성 첨가제의 영향

Glibenclamide (GBC) is a well-known antidiabetic agent, which stimulates the secretion of endogenous insulin by pancreatic βcells. However, administration of GBC at a high dose can occasionally induced the fatal hypoglycemia, especially in the patients with impaired liver function. Therefore, in order to develop an oral sustained-release preparation which reduces the side effect, microcapsulation of GBC has been carried out in this experiment. Microcapsules of GBC were prepared by coacervation-phase separation method with ethylcellulose as a wall-forming material in cyclohexane, using polyisobutylene as a coacervation-inducing agent. Different amounts of hydrophilic additives. L-arginine(ARG) and polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG), were added to the microcapsule wall, in order to alter the porosity of the wall and hence to enhance the release of the core material. The microcapsules prepared were examined for physical properties by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and particle size analysis. The release of the poorly water-soluble GBC was found to be very slow from the microcapsules and strongly dependent on the core to wall ratio of the microcapsules, but it was accelerated considerably with increasing amount of PEG or ARG. In general, on the basis of dissolution kinetics, GBC releases from microcapsules were followed apparent first-order kinetics, while the dissolution data of GBC powder conformed to Hixon-Crowell's cube root law. Therefore, in conclusion, it might be possible to design the sustained-release formulation by the combination of both GBC powder and microcapsules of different core wall ratio with or without hydrophilic additives.
An 8-Gb/s Inductorless Adaptive Passive Equalizer in 0.18- ㎛ CMOS Technology

This paper presents an inductorless 8-Gb/s adaptive passive equalizer with low-power consumption and small chip area. The equalizer has a tunable RC filter which provides high-frequency gain boosting and a limiting amplifier that restores the signal level from the filter output. It also includes a feedback loop which automatically adjusts the filter gain for the optimal frequency response. The equalizer fabricated in 0.18-㎛ CMOS technology can successfully equalize 8-Gb/s data transmitted through up to 50-㎝ FR4 PCB channels. It consumes 6.75 ㎽ from 1.8-V supply voltage and occupies 0.021 ㎟ of chip area.

<P>A 0.4-V phase-locked loop (PLL) that has much improved power efficiency is realized in standard 65-nm CMOS. The PLL employs a novel ultralow-voltage charge pump that compensates current mismatch with an active loop filter and produces significantly reduced reference spurs. Its voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is designed with the body-bias technique and includes an automatic frequency calibration circuit that provides low VCO gain and wide tuning range. The PLL output frequency can be tuned from 90 to 350 MHz. At 350-MHz output, the PLL consumes 109 μW, which corresponds to the power efficiency of 0.31 mW/GHz.</P>

Backgrounds: The acute diarrhea in immunocompromised patients is a very common complaint among immunocompromised patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the etiologies of acute diarrhea in immunocompromised patients. Methods: Sixty-two patients with acute diarrhea were enrolled prospectively from July 2013 from March 2013. Immunocompromised patients were included above 65 years old people, diabetes, solid organ transplants, hematologic malignancies, neutropenia, immunosuppresive or steroid taking patients, chronic renal diseases, dialysis patients and chronic heart disease. Clinical data were obtained including characteristics of stool, associated symptoms, history of antibiotics, patterns of treatment, and results of treatment. Stool samples collected during diarrhea and underwent laboratory analysis for viral and bacterial enteropathogens. Results: fifty three patients were analyzed followings : above 65 year-old people were 35 cases(66%), Previous antibiotic usage was 17 cases (32.1%). Most cases (81.1%) were admitted to general ward compared with ICU(17%). 22 cases(41.5%) were treated with antibiotics. Among immunocompromised patients with diarrhea, CD was more commonly detected(5 cases, 11.9%). No adenovirus, norovirus G1 & G2, astrovirus, sapovirus and rotavirus were found. Conclusions: CD was more common cause in immunocompromised patients while enteric viruses are not associated with the diarrhea in this study.

본 논문에서는 반짝이는 물체를 촬영하여 획득된 이미지로부터 반짝이는 특성을 제거하기 위한 방법으로 color line projection을 제안한다. Color line projection 이란 반짝이는 물체에 대한 color line이 생성되어 있다고 가정하면 하이라이트를 제거하거나 반짝이는 특성을 제거하기 위해 반짝이는 성분을 지닌 색을 specular color line을 따라 diffuse color line에 투영하는 방법이다. 이를 활용하기 위해서는 촬영된 단일 색상을 잘 표현하는 color line이 필요하고 반짝이는 특성을 제거하려는 대상이 되는 색의 구분하는 작업이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 color line projection에 대한 개념과 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 이를 활용하는 예제로 반짝이는 성분을 지닌 픽셀들로부터 반짝이는 특성을 제거하는 방법에 적용하는 방법을 제시할 것이다. 또한 결과에서 color line projection이 아닌 다른 방법을 통해 반짝이는 특성을 제거한 결과와 비교함으로써 color line projection의 장점을 실제 이미지를 통해 검증할 것이다.

LED조명 설계시 고려되는 구조적 특성 및 설계 요소를 기반으로 방열에 영향을 주는 요소를 비교 설명하고 구조적 특성에 따른 방열구조 방안을 사례 연구를 통해 비교 검토한다. 사례연구를 위해 포탄형 LED를 이용한 20W급 투광기, ELS를 이용한 40W급 LED조명등을 대상으로 한다. 방열특성 비교를 위해 일반-PCB와 MC-PCB를 이용한 방열설계 비교와 LED 조명 특성에 따른 구조적 특성을 비교 설명한다.

PAR38형의 표준 LED조명 제품 개발을 위한 기존의 PAR38형 제품의 대표 특성으로 빔각, 효율 등의 기준을 정의하고 이에 적합한 LED 패키지를 선정하였다. 개념설계를 위해 기본 사양을 바탕으로 개략적인 설계를 하고 LED 패키지 모듈에 방열시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과로부터 각 설계 요소의 상세 값을 선정하였다. 상세설계를 위해서 선정된 단품패키지 및 기설계된 조명기구에 대한 광학 시뮬레이션과 방열 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 목표 결과에 대한 예측 및 목표 달성을 위한 가능성을 타진하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 상세 형상과 특성 향상을 위한 요소를 부여하여 상세설계하고 제품을 제작하였다. 최종적으로 제품에 대한 특성 측정ㆍ분석하여 표준 제품으로서 특성을 검증하였다.
