        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        감자껍질을 첨가한 기능성 쿠키의 품질 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of functional cookies made with potato peels (cortex layer) containing high amounts of glycoalkaloid. Cookies were processed by mixing ratios of 10, 15 and 20% potato peel relatively to flour. The spread ratio of the cookies was increased with increasing potato peel addition. Texture measurement for the cookies on substituting 10% of flour for potato peel showed a decreased hardness, but the cohesiveness and springiness were increased compared to the control and other ratios. The glycoalkaloid contents of the cookies on substituting 10, 15 and 20% of the flour forpotato peel were 6.27, 9.40 and 12.54mg, respectively, which according to the USAD guidelines are safe amounts for the human body, and also enough for making functional cookies. In the sensory evaluations, the cookies with 10% of the flour substituted for potato peel had the highest scores in flavor, taste, appearance and texture.

        환경농업 시범마을 논에서 시비에 따른 무척추동물 개체 수 변화

        논의 관리방법에 따른 수서생물상의 변동 양상을 파악하기 위하여 종합적인 환경농업기술 시범 2개 지역의 논 및 하천에서 주기적으로 조사 분석하였다. 논에서의 수서 무척추동물의 총 개체 수는 두 지역 모두 농가관행구에 비해 화학비료 토양검정 시비구에서 62% 이상 높았고 그 다음은 두 지역에서 서로 다르게 나타나 옥천의 경우 농가관행구, 양평은 화학비료+개량재 순으로 많고, 가장 적은 처리는 무비구였다. 수서곤충의 총 개체 수는 토양검정시비구가 농가관행구 옥천 및 양평 각각 328, 45.1/L보다 56%, 69% 더 많았다. 갑각류의 총 개체수는 옥천 지역에서는 토양검정 화학비료구> 화학 비료+개량제구> 농가관행구> 무비구 순으로 많았으며, 양평에서는 화학비료+개량제구>토양검정 화학비료>무비> 농가관행구 순으로서 과다 비료시용구인 농가관행구에서 가장 적었다. 두 지역의 논관류 하천에서 서식하는 수서 무척추동물은 59과 76종이 분류되었고, 미확인종이 14종으로 조사되었으며, 특히 물방개과 중 노란테 콩알 물방개 및 땅콩 콩알 물방개가 채집되었고 양평 지역에서는 날도래 종류가 다양하게 서식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하천지류별 수서 무척추동물 서식밀도는 두 지역 모두에서 상류보다는 하류에서 밀도가 높았으며, 옥천의 연평균 성적에서도 하류에서 1300/0.09 ㎡로 최상류에 비해 172% 더 많은 밀도를 나타냈다. 친환경 농업 실천 2개 지역에서의 논 서식 수서 무척추동물 개체 수 조사 결과 일반관행 농가 논 91.1/L 보다 58% 더 많았다. This study was conducted to survey and identify kinds and population of the freshwater invertebrate fauna according to the managements of paddy rice fields at Ok-Chun and Yang-Pyung. The experiment was conducted in 4 paddy plots; conventional fertilization plot (CF), fertilization by prescription with soil testing with (ST+A) or without soil amendment (ST), and no fertilization as the control. In addition, the freshwater invertebrate fauna was also surveyed at 3 sections of as upper, intermediate and down, in both Jitan and Bungsan stream. The total number of the freshwater invertebrates was higher in the order of ST>CF>ST+A>C and ST>ST+A>CF>C at Ok-Chun and Yang-Pyung, respectively. The population density of aquatic insects was higher in plots fertilized by prescription with soid testing than in the other plots at both demonstration villages. The freshwater invertebrates collected in Jitan and Bungsan stream were identified and classified into 59 families and 90 species, and their population density was highest in the downstream among.

        신손상 진단에 있어 현미경적 혈뇨의 의의

        The evaluation of patients with microscopic hematuria after blunt abdominal trauma has become controversial. We tested the hypothesis that renal contusion can be diagnosed clinically and that these patients do not require radiographic evaluation. To evaluate the association of microscopic hematuria without shock and with renal injury, we reviewed the medical records of 252 patients following blunt abdominal trauma. Microscopic hematuria without shock was noted in 58 of 252 patients. Of the 58 patients 52 had renal contusion, 4 had renal laceration, 1 had a renal rupture and 1 had renal pedicle injury. All of the patients with renal contusions experienced no complications from nonoperative management. But, avoiding a radiopraphic evaluation in patients with blunt renal trauma plus microscopic hematuria and no shock would miss a few cases of severe renal injury.

        The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of water-vapor separator for improving the evaporative surface. The experimental system is constituted with water vapor generator, vapor storage tank, laser source for visualization and camera for photography. The efficiency of water-vapor separator can be varied by the kinds of the inside materials. Thus, in this report, we introduced the three kinds of materials with wire scrap, wire brush and sponge. As the experimental results, the wire brush was showed the best efficiency with 185 g/hr.

        한국어판 강점ㆍ난점 설문지(Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) 개발

        Objectives : This study aims to develop a Korean version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-Kr). Methods : The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is a brief behavioural screening questionnaire that can be completed by the parents within 5 minutes and used to assess the psychopathology (prosocial behaviour, hyperactivity, emotional problems, conduct problems, and peer problems) of 4-16 year olds. The SDQ was translated into Korean, retranslated back to English, and corrected after discussion with the original developer and trial test. The reliability and validity of the SDQ-Kr was evaluated by working with 347 parents of nonclinical (n=98), pediatric outpatient (n=92), and psychiatric outpatient (n=157) children. Results : Working with 62 parents of nonclinical children, the test-retest reliability of 5 subscales of SDQ-Kr was 0.94-0.84(p<0.01). For 190 nonclinical and pediatric children, internal consistency of 5 subscales of SDQ-Kr was 0.80-0.50 (Cronbach's α). Factor analysis generated the five identical factors with the five subscales explaining 49.5% of total variance. For 347 children of nonclinical, pediatric, and psychiatric group, ANOVA showed that any two among the three groups was significantly different in subscales and total difficulties scores, except between pediatric and psychiatric children in emotional problems subscore (p<0.01). The discriminating rate among three groups was 75.5% in discriminant analysis. Conclusions : The Korean version of SDQ shows very similar psychometric performance to the original SDQ developed by Goodman. This study gives evidence of the usefulness of the SDQ-Kr as a promising screening instrument for epidemiological research and clinical purposes.

        자료표현 학습에서 자기조절 학습시스템이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        In order to understanding the principles of computer operation, students need to know data representations first. But most of students have difficulties in understanding it and their academic achievements are relatively low. Therefore, we developed a self-regulated learning system based on self-regulated learning strategies and implemented it in the high school. The experimental group was taught with the self-regulated learning system, while the control group was taught with a traditional teaching method. We found that teaching with the self-regulated learning system has more positive effects on academic achievement than teaching with a traditional method in data representation learning. 인문계 고등학교 ‘정보사회와 컴퓨터’ 과목의 ‘자료표현’ 영역은 컴퓨터의 작동원리를 이해할 수 있는 중요한 영역이지만 학생들은 이 영역 학습을 매우 어려워하며 성취도도 낮은 편이다. 따라서 학생들이 보다 쉽게 ‘자료표현’ 영역을 학습할 수 있는 지원시스템이 필요하며 본 연구에서는 개인의 능력에 따라 학습이 가능하고 실질적인 교수학습과정에 유용하도록 설계된 자가조절학습 프로그램을 적용한 자기조절학습시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 실제 교수 학습 현장에 적용하여 자기조절학습시스템을 활용한 수업이 학습자의 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤음을 확인하였다.

        감자의 가공제품 종류와 조리방법에 따른 Glycoalkaloid의 함량

        The potato tubers of Solanum tuberosum L. contain potato glycoalkaloids(PGA), a class of naturally occurring toxicants. The primary constituents of this class of compounds in potatoes are α-chaconine and α-solanine. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of various cooking methods on the PGA contents in the common Korean potato Irish Cobbler variety and those in commercially produced patato products consumed in Korea. After cooking, most potatoes showed big decreases in their PGA contents compared to the uncooked samples, with the exception of baked potatoes, which maintained 90.86% of their PGA contents. The PGA levels in boiled and blanched potatoes were reduced by 91.68 and 84.17%, respectively. However, the levels in samples boiled in 1% salted water were only reduced by 52.10%. Potatoes fried and sauteed in oil had their PGA contents reduced to 49.42 and 49.51% of their original levels. The reductions in the relative PGA contents by cooking method were in the order boiling〉blanching〉boiling with 1% NaCl〉steaming〉sauteing〉frying〉microwaving〉baking. The highest remaining PGA content of the potato products in Korea was in potato chips, at 69.57㎎/100g, but made with imported potatoes.
