A new table of Thomas-Fermi-Dirac functions for neutral atoms is calculated transforming the Thomas-Fermi-Dirac functions of Thomas into that of Umeda and using of the new boundary radii. Our calculations of atomic radii by the new table are seen in good agreement with the Hartree-Fock's and give the value of 0.7776 in Bohr unit for hydrogen, which is 1.826 times as large as the Umeda's result for hydrogen.

We have studied a Blumlein nitrogen laser which can be operated with a high stability. This has been obtained from a laser tube powered by a pulse forming network in the form of a parallel plate transmission line with low impedance. The energy storage capacitor and the transmission line are constructed with 0.05㎜ thick Al plates and 0.189㎜ thick Mylar films ; their capacitance is 90 ㎋ identically. The water cooled electrodes with separation of 0.3㎜ are 66㎝ in length and connected to the storage capacitor and the transmission line respectively. The best lasing action of the nitrogen laser is observed at laser tube pressure of 12 Torr, charging voltage of 3050 Volts, the repetition rate 28 ㎐, and the spark gap-separation of 7.4㎜. (with the electrode separation 0.3㎜). In this circumstance, the value of E/p is about 847 Volts·㎝^-1·Torr^-1 which is about eight times as large as the values that have been reported by the previous authors.
나선형 이중 평행판 축전기형 Blumlein 전송회로를 사용한 소형 질소레이저의 동작 특성 연구

The design and performance of a compact nitrogen laser which consists of a Spiral multiple parallel plate capacitor type Blumlein transmission line circuit are described. The laser tube is made by 50 ㎜ long with a 2.5 ㎜ main electrode gap spacing. The output power increased with the spark gap distance. The peak power of 3.0 μJ has been obtained with a spark gap distance of 3.5 ㎜ and a repetition rate of 30㎐. The optimum nitrogen gas pressure was about 60torr independent of the variation of spark gap distance. The laser operates with repetition rate of up to 70 ㎐.
방전간극내의 기체 압력변화에 따른 질소레이저의 동작특성

질소레이저의 반복률과 출력 특성에 미치는 요소는 여러 가지가 있는바 방전간극내 기체압력 역시 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위하여 펄스형 전원, 다중 평행판 측전기형 Blumlein 전송회로, 고속고압 방전간극 그리고 길이 66cm의 레이저관으로 구성된 레이저를 제작하였으며 방전간극내에 주입된 질소기체의 압력을 1bar, 1.4bar, 1.8bar, 2.2ba로 변형시켜 가며 동작특성을 측정하였다. MCA와 검출기를 사용하여 측정된 최적동작특성은 방전간극거리 1.12mm에서 방전간극내 질소기체압력이 2.2bar, 레이저관내의 질소기체 압력이 60torr이었고 반복률과 안정도는 각각 90Hz, 2% 이었다. We constructed a nitrogen laser system which was consisted of pulse type high voltage power source, multiple parallel capacitor type Blumlein transmission line circuit, rapid high voltage spark gap, 66cm long laser tube and synchronized trigger system and studied on the operational characteristics of this laser when the pressure of nitrogen gas filled in the spark gap was changed into four steps as 1bar, 1.4bar, 1.8bar, 2.2bar. Using the MCA and silicon detector, the optimum operational characteristics were obtained to be nitrogen gas pressure of 2.2bar in spark gap spacing of 1.12mm, nitrogen gas pressure of 60 Torr in laser tube, repetition rate of 90Hz and stability of 2%.

The interest in ocean is being increased by the growth of industry and economy activities. All countries of the world have an acute interest in territorial sea and exclusive economic zone which have their sovereignty and economic power, so they are competing with each other for the profitable zone of jurisdiction. As we adjacent to the district of ocean with china and japan, it is very important for us to decide an accurate territorial base point, still more it must be measured accurately without any friction with them. In this study, we surveyed 4 straight base points and 3 normal base points near by Hondo island and so-huksando island. we analysed surveying accuracy according to broadcast ephemeris and precise ephemeris. Also we analysed the coordinate result of WGS 84 and Tokyo datum for presenting an efficient surveying method of a territorial base point. Because a territorial base point must be measured by the low-water line as UN convention on the law of the sea, it isn't easy to approach. As a result of this, we found that continuos moving survey of OTF is an efficient method to survey safely and quickly in a ship. In case of straight base point comprised of middle-long base line, we could cut down the observation time by using accurate orbit and produce the WGS 84 result within 1 ppm relative accuracy. To produce the Tokyo datum of territorial base point, we analysed the 2 dimension network adjustment based on national standard point and coordinates transformation. With this study, we could decide the territorial base point of the south-west sea using GPS.
다극형 스파크 �b과 다중평행판 축전기형 전송회로를 사용한 질소레이저의 동작특성

We have studied on the operational characteristics of a nitrogen laser which was coupled with a multiplex parallel capacitor type Blumlein transmission line circuit and a multiplex sparkgap. This spark gap consisted of 8 pairs of electrode and was 50 ㎝ in length, as long as the laser tube. According to increasing the number of electrodes in the spark gaps up to the 6 pairs, the output power and stability of the laser was increased. It was to be improved that the multiplex spark gap was operated as a good peformance to the nitrogen laser system. The optimum operational condition of the nitrogen laser at 20㎐ of repetition rate could be obtained with the nitrogen gas pressure of 80 torr, E/P value of 325.0 v/㎝ torr at the electrodes spacing 5.0 ㎜ and of 90 torr, E/P value of 311.1 v/㎝ torr at the electrodes spacing 6.0 ㎜ respectively.

This study aim at establishing the 3D digital data of cultural architecture by applying the digital photogrammetric technique. I would applicated as the basic data for preservation and restoration of cultural assets by suggesting the direction of establishing 3D digital data and the more accurate measurement methods than before lagged ones. And I could establish the useful data for visual analysis by connecting the ortho image which was made by digital image for the object and the vector data which was acquired by plotting. The establishment of precise 3D information by photogrammetry was possible, so the application of photogrammetry for measuring various cultural assets which require precise measurement is expected actively in near future.
Blumlein 전송회로에 의해 선전리되는 질소레이저의 동작특성 연구

The design and construction of nitrogen laser preionized with a Blumlein transmission line circuit is described. For the power supply, we have used a pulse type high voltage power source that can be produce 10 joule energy in a pulse. The condition of maximum output power is observed at N_2 gas pressure of 100 torr, spark gap distance of 6.0 mm, repetition rate of 30Hz with preionization, and the stability increases by 0.7%. The maximum increment of output power is achieved at pressure of 200 torr when preionization is used. Finally we can increase the output power by approximately 60% by using this work, and the E/P value is 133 V㎝^(-1) torr^(-1).

Todays the range that concrete material occupies of all the constructive materials is larger than any other material. Concrete material occupying the major part as all the constructive materials has a lot of merits, but the greatest defect is that tensile strength is low to compressive strength as we can disregard its values in engineering. Therefore concrete needs a certain material reinforcing this. As reinforce, we have reinforced the defect of concrete by inserting metal rinforcement in it. In this study, thinking a great many wire pieces can be produced, dynamic character is excellent, and construction method is easy, the authors used wire pieces as a mixture to reinforce concrete. This experimental result is to present a practical possibility.
