연령에 따른 흰쥐 부신의 조직학적 및 면역조직화학적 관찰

흰쥐 부신의 발생에 따른 형태적 변화를 보기 위하여 임신 20일령, 출생직후, 출생후 7일, 15일 및 30일에 각각 조직을 채취하여 조직학적으로 관찰하고, bovine Sp-1/chromogranin 항혈청을 이용하여 면역조직화학적으로 관찰하였던 바 조직학적으로 임신 20일령과 출생직후의 부신에서는 수질과 피질의 구분이 불명확하였으며, 크롬친성모세포가 단독 또는 집단으로 관찰되었다. 또한 출생후 7일령부터는 피질과 수질의 구분이 명확해졌으며 크롬친성모세포의 출현은 관찰되지 않았다. 한편 bCG 면역반응세포들은 임신 20일령의 흰쥐 부신에서는 면역반응세포가 관찰되지 않았으나, 출생직후부터 소수 관찰되었으며, 이후 이들 세포의 수는 일령에 따라 증가하였고, 출생후 7일령부터는 약한 면역반응 및 강한 면역반응을 나타내는 두 종류의 세포가 관찰되었다. The histological changes were investigated in the adrenal glands of developmental rats(20 days of gestation, at birth, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days after birth) and the immunohistochemical chages against to bovine Sp-1/ chromogranin antisera were studied. Histologically, the zone of cortex and medulla were nut apparent 20 days of gestation and at birth. In these ages, the undifferentiated cells so called "pheochromoblasts" were observed in the cortex tissue. From 7 days after birth, the zone of cortex and medulla were clearly appearent and no pheochromoblasts were observed in the cortical tissue. Immunohistochemically, no bCG-immunoreactive cells were observed in 20 days of gestation, but a few numbers of these cells were observed at birth, after that the numbers of these cells were increased with ages. From 7 days after birth, two types cells that dark and light immunoreactive cells were detected.

α-Functionalized benzylamine(Nu=OAcm OMe, N_3)은 유기합성의 출발물질 또는 synthon으로서 매우 유용할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 benzylphthalimide를 137℃, chlorobenzene 용매 하에서 NBS/NaOAc/HOA조건을 사용하여, 높을 수율로 phthalimide-benzyl acetate을 얻는 방법을 개발하였다. 마지막으로, phthalimide-benzyl acetate을 NH_2NH_2/HOAc 조건 하에서, amino(phenyl)methyl acetate ⑴을 합성하였다. α-Functionalized benzylamine(Nu=OAc, OMe, N_3)will be very useful as a starting material or synton in organic synthesis. We have investigated the first synthetic methodology of phthalimide-benzyl acetate form benzylphthalimide, which are prepared in NBS/NaOAc/HOAc in chlorobenzene at 137℃ for 12 hr in good yield. Finally, amino(phenyl)methyl acetate ⑴ was synthesized from phthalimide-benzyl acetate under NH_2NH_2/HOAc.

본 연구에서는 황정 속에 포함되어 있는 생리활성 물질을 hexane, CHCl₃과 n-butanol층에서 각각의 성분들을 추출하였고, hexane층에서 분리된 화합물 I과 Ⅱ 중에서, 화합물 I의 봐학구조를 ¹H-nmr, ??, DEPT135, COSY, HMQC, HMBC 스펙트럼 및 MS 스펙트럼 등의 분광학적인 방법에 의해 결정하였다. 화합물 I의 구조는 9,12-(9E,12E) -octadecadienoyloxy) propanoic acid 임을 확인하였다. In this Paper, biologically active compounds were extracted using organic solvents as hexane. CHC1₃, n-butanol to give each component. Chemical structure of compound I was characterized using ¹H-nmr, ??, DEPT135, COSY, HMQC, HMBC spectrum and MS-spectrum, in separated compound I and Ⅱ from hexane layer. Finally, chemical structure of compound I was determined as 9,12-(9E,12E)-octadecadienoyloxy)propanic acid.

Design of rate-compatible RA-type low-density parity-check codes using splitting

<P>In this letter, a new rate-control scheme, called splitting, is proposed to construct low-rate codes from high-rate codes, which splits rows of parity-check matrices of repeat accumulate-type (RA-Type) LDPC codes by adding new parity bits. When a high-degree check node is split into two low-degree check nodes, by making the check node degree distribution in a concentrated form, the performance of low-rate codes can be improved. We also explicitly construct rate-compatible repeat RA-Type LDPC (RC RA-type LDPC) codes using splitting for code rates from 1/3 to 4/5 and compare this with other RC RA-type LDPC codes.</P>

<P>Preparation of functionalized graphene by electrochemical exfoliation of graphite rod using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) is reported. SDBS solution has been used as the electrolyte as well as functional groups. SDBD is an anionic surfactant which helps to provide uniform dispersion in water and prevents the π-π π-π stacking as well. XRD result indicates the formation of graphene whereas; the functionalization of graphene was confirmed through the FT-IR spectrum, which shows presence of peaks corresponding to SO3<SUP>-</SUP>. UV-vis spectroscopy demonstrates the dispersibility of SDBS-functionalized graphene, and peaks of SDBS and graphene appeared at 225 nm and 260nm, respectively. Raman spectroscopy show ID/IGIDIG ratio is < 1. It means that defects of SDBS-functionalized graphene are reduced.</P>

According to the 2010 World Health Organization classification, all gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are classified as malignant except for L-cell-type (glucagon-like peptide [GLP] and peptide YY [PYY]-producing) NETs. However, L-cell immunophenotype in rectal NETs has not been widely studied previously. Immunohistochemical labeling of L-cell markers with GLP1 and PYY was performed in 208 surgically or endoscopically resected rectal NET cases with tissue microarrays and was compared with clinicopathologic features and patient survival. Rectal NETs with non-L-cell immunophenotype and large tumor size (>1 cm) were associated with increased tumor grading, advanced T category, lymphovascular and perineural invasions, and lymph node and distant metastases (P<0.001, each). Rectal NET patients with non-L-cell phenotype and measuring >1 cm had significantly worse survival outcome than other groups by univariate (P<0.001) and multivariate (P<0.001) analyses. In summary, non-L-cell immunophenotype and large tumor size are associated with increased tumor grading and staging, concurrently indicating that they are independently poor prognostic indicators in rectal NET patients. Therefore, combining L-cell phenotype and tumor size can demonstrate the clinical behavior of rectal NETs more precisely than use of L-cell immunophenotype alone.
