만성골반통의 동서의학적 고찰 : 부인과 질환으로 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to generalize the conception of chronic pelvic pain(CPP)through the literature of oriental medicine and occidental medicine. The results are obtained as follows. First, chronic pelvic pain(pain of more than 6 months' duration) may include pain of gynecologic, gastroenterologic, urologic neurologic, and musculoskejetal origin. In this study, the etiologic of chronic pelvic pain may remain obscure and the relationship between certain types of pathologic, such as endometriosis or adhesions, and the pain response may be inconsistent and often inexplicable. Second, the causes of CPP through the literature of oriental medicine were reviewed as pains due to a wind-pathogen, a cold, disorder of Qi, disorder of blood stasis, a improper diet, disorder of fluid, and deficiency type etc... And the charateristic pains were concerned with a aching pain, a heavy pain, a distending pain, a pain due to mass in the abdoman, a pain likes pulling etc... The degree an4 classification of charateristic pains in current of time were dependent on subjective factors. Third, in oriental medicine, it wasn`t to be suggested concretely recognition of etiological factor in pain, But they recognised that facters were influenced by pain. For example, diretic peripheral demages were concerned with a blood stasis, a phlegm, a damp phlegm, heart, and the pains that were occurrenced by sevn emotions were concerned with a stagnancy of Qi or a stagnancy of liver-Qi.
프랜차이즈 스포츠센터의 서비스 품질이 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

The franchise sports center has been most popularized among sports service industry and has worked as a pivot of life sports. These franchise sports center should have an efforts to get the competitiveness by maintaining and managing of existing customers with differentiated marketing activities. Therefore, the study of deep analysis about the relationship of service quality, customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and word of mouth effect would become foundation to increase service quality, maximize customer satisfaction, and maintain existing customers and eventually it would become a major factor in establishing future marketing strategies. To achieve the purpose of this study, the questionnaires was conducted on male and female adults who use franchise sports centers in Oct. 2005. For the purpose of this study, the purposive random sampling method was used and four franchise sports centers of the most biggest sports center "R" was selected. The questionnaire was distributed to 400 members of franchise sports centers and finally, 372 data have selected except for unreliable 28 data. The finally selected data was analyzed with SPSS program V.10.0. In order to examine the characteristics of sample, the frequency analysis was performed and to examine the reliability of survey tool, reliability analysis was performed. Also, to analyze basic statistic quality and verify the hypotheses of the study, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were conducted. Through the methods mentioned above, the results drawn from the analysis are as follows; First, as a result of examining the different customers' perceptions on service quality, customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and effects of word of mouth by demographic factors, except for the gender, age, re-purchasing intention and effects of word of mouth, statistically significant differences were indicated on the social status and customer satisfaction. Second, as a result of examining different customers' perceptions on service quality, customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and effects of word of mouth by using behavior of sports center, except for customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and effects of word of mouth, statistically significant differences were indicated on reliability of service quality. Third, to analyze the effects of perceived service quality on customer satisfaction ,the multiple regression analysis was conducted. Among five factors in service quality, 3 factors, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness gave statistically significant effects on customer satisfaction. Forth, to analyze the effects of perceived service quality on re-purchasing intention, the multiple regression analysis was conducted. Among five factors in service quality, 2 factors, tangibility and confidentiality gave statistically significant effects on re-purchasing intention. Fifth, to analyze the effects of perceived service quality on effects of word of mouth, the multiple regression analysis was conducted. Among five factors in service quality, 3 factors, tangibility, responsiveness and confidentiality gave statistically significant effects on re-purchasing intention. Sixth, to analyze the effects of customer satisfaction on re-purchasing intention, simple regression was conducted. The customer satisfaction imposed statistically significant influence on customers' re-purchasing intention. Seventh, to analyze the effects of customer satisfaction on effects of word of mouth, simple regression was conducted. The customer satisfaction imposed statistically significant influence on effects of word of mouth. Finally, to analyze the causal relation in service quality, customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and word of mouth, path analysis was conducted. Service quality affected customer satisfaction, re-purchasing intention and word of mouth. Customer satisfaction as a mediator variable between service quality and post purchase behavior also affected re-purchasing intention and wold of mouth. Also, correlations between re-purchasing intention and word of mouth imposed statistically significant influence.

1. The purpose To know the characteristics of Sasang Constitutional Medicine treatment for cronic rhinitis patients. 2. The method We analyzed statistically 104 patients who had consulted for cronic rhinitis in Iksan Wonkwang Oriental Medicine for three years from 1999 to 2001, using electronic chart developed by Kim Jong-Yeol. 3. The results 1) The efficiency rate of treatment was 73.8% and the recurrence rate was 51.1 %. the recurrence period was within 6 months in 76.0%, so we could consider the group not recurred within 6 months as successfully treated. 2) The number of Taeumin was 64.4% of total patients, which was higher than the rate of Taeumin to all patients during same period in Iksan Wonkwang Oriental Medicine. 3) The sufficiency rate of treatment was high when the treatment period was 30-60 days. 4) The prescriptions especially efficient for treatment were those treating exterior syndrom of each constitution.

Objectives : To evaluate the properness and effectiveness of the question categories concerning 'total physiognomy', used in Iksan Wonkwang Oriental Medicine. Methods: We statistically analyzed data from those 1335 patients focussing on 'relative discrimination ability' to sasang constructions and 'response ratio'. Patients included in this research are only those who had been well treated in Iksan Wonkwang Oriental Medicine during the Period of three years from 2000 to 2002. The data are obtained through the electronic chart developed by Kim Jong-Yeol, and analyzed using the statistical Package SPSS. Results: The first category for discriminating Taeum type, 'heavy and looking steady', has more discriminating power and effectiveness among women than men, and especially in wemen with an age of 21 or more. The second category for discriminating Soeum type, 'delicate and modest', is more discriminating and effective among men than women, and mostly among men with ages 21-40. The third category for Soyang type, 'fast and brave', is almost equally discriminating and effective to both women and men, especially among women with ages 40 or less and among men with ages 21 or more. Finally, the forth category for discriminating Taeyang type, 'progressive', is neither discriminating nor effective among most the women than men in all age groups. Conclusions: The definition of 'relative discriminating power of constitution' and 'response ratio' are well evaluating the properness and effectiveness of the question categories regarding 'total physiognomy'. The first category is most discriminating and effective among women with ages 20 or less, and the second among 21-40 year old men, the third among women with ages 40 or less and among men with ages 21 or over. The forth category is neither discriminating nor effective.

Occurrence of three troublesome lepidopterous pests, Ostrinia furnacalis, Helicoverpa armigera and Pseudaletia separata in corn cultivation of the reclaimed land were recorded using sex pheromone traps from 2012 to 2014. In case of O. furnacalis adult, two generations were observed in a year and its occurrence pattern was very regular. The 1st generation showed the highest occurrence in late May-early June and the 2nd generation was in late July-early August. On the other hand, H. armigera occurred at least three times a year but its occurrence was somewhat irregular. H. armigera adult showed the highest occurrence in mid May, late June, early August, respectively in 2012 but their occurrence patterns of the 2nd and 3rd generations were varied in 2013 and 2014. In case of P. separata, a few number of adult were captured during the survey period, indicating few number of P. separata migrated from China. Based on the control effect of O. furnacalis by Etofenprox and Carbofuranin 2012, June 26 treatment showed the highest control rate with 96.8% for Etofenprox, 85.8% for Carbofuran, respectively. Late treatment at June 19 and June 26 significantly decreased the control rate of O. furnacalis and June 26 treatment showed the lowest control rate of 1.9% for Etofenprox. 18.1% for Carbofuran, respectively.
고차구조 변화에 따른 저밀도폴리에틸렌 박막의 전기적 특성

The electrical properties of polyethylene are changed by the superstructure. Such crystalline polymer as polyethylene or polypropylene changes crystallinity and products spherulite or trans-crystal when it is cooled slowly. In this study, after thermal treatment of LDPE at 100[℃], in silicone oil for an hour, we made specimens in order of slow cooling, water cooling, quenching according to cooling speed. Also, to study the influence of electrical properties due to the superstructure change, we analyzed physical properties and performed dielectric breakdown experiments using DC and impulse voltage. Moreover we measured space charges in bulk using Laser Induced Pressure Pulse(LIPP)method. Trap level of specimen is 0.064[eV] at the low temperature region, 0.31[eV] at the high temperature region in DC dielectric strength, 0.03[eV] at the low temperature region 0.0925[eV] at the high temperature region in impulse dielectric strength. As its result shows that the quantity of charges induced from the electrode surface increases with applied voltage time, and the distribution of space charges in samples increases the quantity of charges in proportion to applied voltage.

급변하는 경제환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위하여 환경변화에 적응이 용이한 중소·벤처기업의 역할이 중요하다. 벤처기업의 창업지원 및 육성을 통해 신기술의 상품화가 가능해지며 이를 통해 지역경제 및 국가경제 발전에 기여할 수 있다. 우리 나라에서는 1997년 IMF경제위기를 맞이하여 창업지원 및 고용창출, 지역경제활성화, 국가경제발전 등이 주요 이슈로 부각됨에 따라 1998년 이후 중소기업청의 주도로 대학 및 연구소에 창업보육센터의 개소를 적극 지원하여, 창업보육센터를 통한 벤처기업의 창업지원과 성공률제고를 위해 노력하고 있다. 1998년 30개였던 창업보육센터의 개수가 2002년 8월 현재 272개에 달하여 최근 4∼5년간 양적 확대는 괄목할만하며, 전체매출액, 입주업체 및 졸업업체수, 고용효과 측면에서 운영성과가 향상되고 있다. 그러나 정부주도의 창업보육사업에도 불구하고 정부부처별 보육사업의 중복으로 인한 보육사업체계의 미비, 창업보육 전담조직의 재정자립도 부실, 전문가 부족 등으로 입주기업에 대한 성장단계별 지원체제가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업보육사업의 내실화와 창업보육역량의 극대화를 달성하기 위하여 국내 창업보육사업을 주도하고 있는 중소기업청 지정 창업보육센터를 중심으로 창업보육센터의 현황을 살펴보고, 비체계적인 창업보육사업 시스템 창업 보육센터의 재정자립도 미흡, 창업보육센터의 전문성 결여, 입주기업 지원 시스템 미비 및 비효율적인 운영, 창업보육센터간의 통합네트워크 부재 등의 문제점을 도출하여, 이에 대한 해결책을 제시하였다.
脫酸素劑가 食品의 品質保存에 미치는 影響 : Ⅱ. 조미김에 대한 Na₂S₂O₄效果에 對하여

To estimate the effect of free oxygen absorber on the rancidity and pigment of prepared laver, the PoV., TBA V and pigment quantity were examined during storage. The Laver was seasoned with oil and salt, and heated at 120℃ for 30 sec. Each a certain quantity (about 1.5g) of the laver was packed into gas-proof laminate bags in 4 groups; a group packed with sodium dithionite, a group packed under 74mmHg, a group packed with about 150ml of nitrogen and a group packed with about 200ml of air. All the samples were kept at 40℃±1℃ in incubator for 35 days and used at a week intervals for the experiment. The results were as follows : The PoV, TBA-V in N2 package group, vacuum package group and sodium dithionite package group is lower than those of control group (air package group). Particulary the values of sodium dithionite package group were lower than others. It revealed that the sodium dithionite influenced on the stability against the rancidity. In pigment quantity the values of sodium dithionite group consistently were higher than others in the longer period during storage as well. It revealed that sodium dithionite was effective in retarding the rancidity.
庇仁灣에서의 ChlorophyⅡ-a分布와 營養鹽類와의 關系

Studies observation on the relation between chlorophyll -a and nutrients distribution in the Biin Bay was conducted room January to May 1987. The concentration of chlorophyll -a was in the range of 0.71 to 9.85 mg/m3. The concentration of nutrients was in the range of 0.91 to 5.52 μg-at./ℓ for ammonia nitrogen, 0 to 2.45 μg-al./ℓ for nitrite nitrogen, 0.33 to 6.45μg-at./ℓ for nitrate nitrogen and 0.02 to 3.25μg-at./ℓ for phosphate. Nitrate nitrogen concentrations were positively correlated with chlorophyll-a in March and May, relatively lower in N/P ratio, while ammonia nitrogen and phosphate conentrations were negatively correlated in March.
