        돈분과 피마자박의 혼합비율에 따른 퇴비화 연구

        This study was conducted to estimate the humificating grade according to experiment of physico-chemical characterization and phyto-toxicity during composting of using with pig manure and castor meal. The material ratios of the compost which was mixed with pig manure(P), castor meal(C), and saw dust(S) were 5 : 1 : 4(PCS-I), 5 : 2.5 : 2.5(PCS-II) and 5 : 4 : 1(PCS-III) by volume to volume, and they were decomposed for 60 days. In the result, the changes of temperature in all treatments during composting were rapidly increased more than 68℃ at the incipient stage, and gradually decreased within 39℃ at 60 days the after treatment. pH was slowly increased from 7.5 to 7.7, and the C/N ratio was 13∼14 at the final composting stage. The low C/N ratio value in this compost was caused by the castor meal contented high nitrogen level(T-N 5.7 %). G.I.(germination index) was showed 73 to 78 range in all treatments at the 60^(th) day. Among all treatments PCS-I was appeared to be the best condition for composting.

        We have designed a gonio-photometer, which convert the scale of photometric scales to radiometric base, to make a scale of illuminance from the scale of total luminous flux. The gonio-photometer measured the beam which it emits with all direction from the illuminant, it integrates the virtual spherical surface of illuminant surroundings from it measured. Total total luminous came true the scale of total luminous flux geometrically with this method. The gonio-photometer show a lower uncertainty compare to the illuminometer.

      • 전자상거래에 의한 무역기업의 수출활성화 방안 : 부산지역의 무역 및 제조업체를 중심으로 Focused on Trade Firms and Manufacturers in Busan

        본 연구는 부산지역 무역기업들의 전자상거래 활용실태 및 활용에 따른 장애요인을 분석하고, 이를 통하여 부산지역 무역기업들의 전자무역에 의한 수출활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하였는데, 실태분석결과는 다음과 같다. 부산지역무역기업들이 정보통신수단을 얼마나 업무에 이용하고 있는가를 조사하고, 이용과정에서 직면한 문제점을 분석함으로써 향후 전자무역에 의한 수출활성화방안을 모색하였다. 첫째, 많은 기업들이 해외시장조사, 해외 거래선 발굴, 해외 광고마케팅 등 해외시장에 대한 접근과 관련한 분야에서는 전자상거래 및 전자무역을 많이 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전자상거래 및 전자무역을 활용함으로써 최대성과를 얻고 있는 업무영역으로는 해외시장정보수집, 자사 및 제품소개, 수출입관련 관리비용절감, 상담시간단축, 수출입관련 업무시간단축, 해외거래처발굴, 수출입관련 인건비절감 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전자무역활용에 따른 애로사항이 큰 무역거래단계로는 해외시장조사, 해외마케팅단계, 해외거래선발굴, 신용조회, 대금결제, 물류·운송 등 무역거래의 전반에 걸쳐 나타나고 있다. 따라서 전자무역을 통한 수출활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 전자무역활성화를 위한 정부의 체계적인 정책수립 및 지원이 요구되며, 둘째, 전자무역관련 전문인력을 양성하여야 하며, 셋째, 전자무역거래알선사이트를 활성화시킬 필요가 있으며, 넷째, 글로벌무역네트워크 및 전자거래인증기관의 구축이 요구된다. 그리고 다섯째, 전자무역관련 시스템간 호환성 및 보안성확보가 요구된다. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the practical uses of Electronic Commerce and hardships of trading companies in Busan, and in doing so, propose several suggestions to improve their exports by using EC. According to this survey, many trading companies aggressively make use of EC in the field of abroad market survey, advertisement but make little use of EC in credit inquiry, offer and acceptance, formation of contract, payment, claims and so on. The greatest result to get appling Electronic Trade were abroad market survey, abroad advertisement and marketing, and reducing the export-import related time and charges and so on. And in implementing Electronic Trade, there are some obstacles as follows; a shortage of a specialist in performing Electronic Trade, insufficient of policy support and reliable payment system, risk of individual information leakage, and lack of reliable certificate authority. Therefore, in order to facilitate Electronic trade, it is required to improve various international laws and regulations, promote the trade leads sites, establish global certificate authority, global electronic payment systems and global electronic trade network, and develop training expert programing related to Electronic Trade.

        스프링클러 반응시간 예측에 대한 화재모델의 비교

        실내 공간에서의 스프링클러 반응시간 측정을 위한 화재실험을 실시하고, 현재 발표되어 있는 화재모델링 프로그램 중 내부에 반응시간예측부분이 있는 존모델(Zone Model) FASTLite와 필드모델(Field Model) FDS(Fire Dynamic Simulator), 그리고 필드모델 SMARTFIRE의 데이터와 해석프로그램을 이용한 예측을 수행하여, 각 결과를 비교, 분석함으로서 모델의 적응성을 평가하였다주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다먼저 2.4m×3.6m×2.4m의 공간에서 100.3kW규모의 화원이 설정된 화재실험의 결과, 화원직상부에서 1m 떨어진 스프링클러헤드(작동온도 72℃)는 198초에 작동되었다실험의 결과에 대한 화재 모델링의 예측시간은 FASTLite가 209초, SMARTFIRE가 183초, FDS가 192초로 나타나 실험결과와 각각 +11, -15, -6초의 차이를 보였다3개의 분석대상 화재 모델중 FDS가 가장 실험결과에 근접하였으나 다른 모델의 예측도 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 각 모델의 적응성이 입증되었다.         씨름선수에서 체중 감량과 회복기의 Leptin과 PAI-1 변화

        Obesity which is defined as accumulation of excess body fat, is central factor of insulin resistance syndrome. Recently, it is revealed tat adipose tissue is not simply an energy storage organ but it also secretes a variety of molecules which affect the metabolism of the whole body, those are leptin and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1). Therefore, leptin and PAI-1 are increased in the obese state. Leptin regulates energy homeostasis and satiety and PAI-1 regulates fibrinolytic system. For these reasons, elevated levels of leptin and PAI-1 are considered as link factors between obesity and insulin resistance syndrome. However, the exact regulating mechanism for serum levels of leptin and PAI-1 is not fully understood yet. In this study, to evaluate the regulating mechanisms of serum levels of leptin and PAI-1 according to the weight changes, we measured leptin, PAI-1, physical, metabolic, and endocrine parameters during 10 days of weight reduction and 10 days of regain period in 7 young athletes. The mean body weight change was -4.7 kg(5.0%) in the weight reduction period and -2.4 kg(2.5%) in the weight regain period compared to baseline value. Baseline level of leptin in athletes was 1.7±0.66 ng/ml, which was significantly correlated with body weight, BMI, percent body fat, body fat mass, triglyceride, insulin, and PAI-1. Baseline level of PAI-1 in athletes was 16.6±5.26 ng/ml, which was significantly correlated with body weight, BMI, triglyceride, insulin, and leptin. Leptin was decreased to 0.7±0.39(44% of the basaline value) in the weight reduction period, and increased to 1.9±0.64(119% of the baseline value) in the regain period. PAI-1 was decreased to 7.4±2.72(44% of the basaline value) in the weight reduction period, and increased to 22.8±7.33(138% of the baseline value) in the regain period. The changes of leptin during weight reduction period were significantly correlated with the changes of insulin(r=0.890, P<0.01) and triglycerides(r=0.874, P<0.01). The changes of PAI-1 during weight reduction period were significantly correlated with the changes of FFA(r=0.889, P<0.01) and triglycerides(r=0.869, P<0.05). The changes of both leptin and AAI-1 during weight regain period were significantly correlated with the changes of insulin(r=0.755 and 0.849, P<0.05, respectively). In summary, these results suggest that serum levels of leptin and PAI-1 were affected by weight cycling, the percentages of change were more greater than that of weight change, and rebound phenomena were occurred during weight regain period.

        TM diffraction of a Gaussian beam wave by finite periodic conducting strip grating on a grounded dielectric slab is considered. The integro-differential equation for the induced strip currents is derived for the case that the spectural bandwidth of the incident Gaussian beam wave is narrow and solved numerically by use of the methid of moments. From results for the angular diffraction pattern, some similarity between scattering behaviours of the proposed finite periodic geometry and the infinite one is examined by observing the off-Bragg as well as Bragg blazing phenomena in the geometry.
