A Study of the traditional Korean fishing boat is based on a report on an investigation of the Korean fishing boats, conducted in 1921. The report was completed in 1927 with the conclusion of the Southern Sea region and West Sea region studies, which included the investigation of the entire region. It was a very thorough and scientific investigation of Korean fishing boats, which has been published in three volumes. Based on this report, this paper surveys the characteristics and the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boats. As a result, we find out that the hull form of the traditional Korean fishing boat is very similar to that of modern sailing boat. Thus, it is a good candidate for the development of the modern sailing boats for the Korean Sea.
Molecular design and ordering effects of alkoxy aromatic donor in a DPP copolymer on OTFTs and OPVs

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Two p-type polymers, PONDPP and PTADPP were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction to investigate the effect of alkoxy aromatic donor units in diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based copolymers on OTFTs and OPVs. PONDPP containing dialkoxynaphthalene exhibits excellent field-effect performances, with a hole mobility of 0.324 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V while PTADPP containing dialkoxyanthracene exhibits mobility of 4.5 × 10<SUP>−3</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V at 200 °C annealing. Bulk heterojunction type polymer solar cells based on these polymers as the electron donor materials, with PC<SUB>71</SUB>BM as the acceptor, showed maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.9% for PONDPP and 1.1% for PTADPP under AM 1.5 illumination. 서해안 갯벌의 춘·하계 대형저서동물의 군집구조 및 건강도 평가

본 연구는 서해안 갯벌의 퇴적물 환경 및 대형저서동물 군집의 특성과 건강도를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사는 강화도부터 전남 목포까지 2017년 4월(춘계)과 8월(하계), 2018년 4월(춘계)에 실시하였다. 충남 권역의 퇴적물 입도는 조립하였으며, 경기·인천 권역, 전북 권역, 전남 권역의 퇴적물은 세립하였다. 대형저서동물은 총 140종으로, 대형저서동물 군집유사도를 분석한 결과, 대형저서동물군집은 4개의 그룹으로 나뉘었다. Group2는 바지락 어장 정점이 포함되었으며, 바지락(Ruditapes phillipinarum)과 남방백금갯지렁이(Nephtys polybranchia)와 짧은다리송곳갯지렁이(Lumbrineris nipponica)가 우점했다. Group4에는 퇴적상이 세립한 정점이 포함되었으며, 작은부채발갯지렁이(Eteone longa)와 유형동물(Nemertea unid.)이 높은 빈도로 출현하였다. 서해안 갯벌의 건강도 분석 결과, ISEP, BHI지수에서 대체로 'High (가장 양호)'상태를 나타냈으며, AMBI지수는 'Good (양호)'상태인 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 서해안 갯벌의 건강도는 양호한 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 일부 지역에 오염지시종인 아기반투명조개(Theora lata), 등가시버들갯지렁이(Capitella capitata) 등이 출현하므로 갯벌 환경이 악화되지 않도록 주기적인 관리가 필요하다. This study investigated the characteristics of a macrobenthos community and sediment environment and assessed the health of tidal flats along the west coast of Korea. A survey was conducted from Ganghwa-do to Mokpo, Jeollanam-do in April (spring) and August (summer) 2017, and April (spring) 2018. The sediment grain sizes in the Chungcheongnam-do region were coarser, and the sediment in the Gyeonggi-do·Incheon, Jeollanam-do, and Jeollabuk-do regions were finer. A total of 140 macrobenthic species were collected from this study and using a cluster similarity analysis of the macrobenthos community, they were divided into four groups. Group2 was associated with Manila clam farm stations, and Ruditapes phillipinarum, Nephtys polybranchia and Lumbrineris nipponica were dominant. Group4 included some sites with finer sediment composed relatively, and Eteone longa and Nemertea unid. appeared at a high frequency. From the health assessment of the western tidal flat, the ISEP and BHI indices had a "High status," and the AMBI index had a "Good status." In conclusion, the tidal flats along the west coast of Korea have good ecological health. However, pollution indicator species such as Theora lata and Capitella capitata have appeared in some areas. Therefore, periodic administration and interventions are necessary to prevent deterioration of the tidal flat environment.
