In order to initiate the activation of the Saemaeul private organization, it is necessary to study the various parts of the variables which have an effect on the efficiency of the organization such as the organizational environment, organizational members, organizational systems and organizational work. First, when we examine the social environment which is the basis for the Saemaeul private organization, we find that a high level of modern industrial technology with its corresponding social and economic development gives rise to structural changes within the community and weakens tile cooperative sense of the inhabitants. Accordingly, we recommend that the cooperative sense of the inhabitants from the change of the community property be improved so that we may begin the activation process of the Saemaeul private organization. The cooperative sense required in modern society should not be a blind one but one which includes a sense of identity an co-existence as well as a sense of participation based on autonomy and a sense of responsibility on the part of the inhabitants. Furthermore, to heighten the degree of the social support of the Saemaeul Movement, we should clear up the concepts and purpose of the Saemaeul Movement, and we should maintain the purity of the movement and distribute widely propaganda for the movement. Second, as far as the membership of the Saemaeul private organization is concerned, we are confronted with the problem that we can't make everyone join the Saemaeul Movement under the private leadership. And with the enlargement of the local domain of the movement there arise problems such as finding and cultivating able leaders for the movement, and to promote the members' positive participation in the movement and to mobilize specialists with the professional knowlege and skills. Third, when we examine the structure and systems of the Saemaeul private organizations, the current private organizations seem to be weak in spontaneity and autonomy, and the systematization of the organizations if not yet set up. That is to say, these organizations have not established the procedures concerning who is authorized to make decisions, and what procedures are necessary for making decisions as well as the procedures to mobilize resources and the role the members play. Besides, the current Saemaeul private organizations as the local units don't raise all the money they spend in the management of the organization, and to it is urgent to gain a firm foothhold for financial selp-help as soon as possible. fourth, in order to activate the Saemaeul private organization, each private organization should select the work suitable for its characteristics and conditions, and plan democratically while satisfactorily maintaining the cooperative relationship between other spontaneous inhabitants organizations.

國民經濟와 交通産業에 관한 硏究

After the first year's economic development plan Korea's transportation has been growing not only in quantity but in higher degreeand variety in pualty with the expansion of export leading industrial output Korea's continuous economic growth. In 1977, by the time tat h$ 10 billion export target was achieved, we had to undergo all sorts of difficulties in domestic and international transportation and consequently the importance of the traffic sector has been grouning. Traffic sector needed an enormous investment and new technical development also intouction in order to transportthe mobilizaton of material resources quicrly, correctly and safely folowing increase in population, income and rapid economic development. This paper aimed at studying how the transportation in-dustry affect our national econoony. For the accomplishment these purpose I planned following steps: First, traffic functions and transportion as an in-derpendent profit system in business Second, transport development and meaning to develop national economy Third, a necessry condition of transportaton or traffic facilities and a free transpost and then the review of present state and problems of our transportation industry Finally, a trend of econmic organization in the transpor-tation industry and then relationship between nation and transportation industry.

피로과정에서 S45C강의 반가폭과 잔류응력의 변화양상

기계구조물의 피로과정에 대한 손상정도를 평가하기 위하여 X선 회절을 이용하여 반가폭 및 하중방향과 수직방향에서의 2축에 대한 잔류응력의 변화를 측정하였다. 반가폭은 피로과정의 초기에는 큰 변화를 보이지만 피로수명비의 약10∼20%이후에는 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 2축 방향에 대한 잔류응력은 피로수명비의 40% 전후에서 길이방향의 경우는 감소와 증가를, 폭방향의 경우는 증가와 감소를 하였으며, 응력진폭이 클수록 잔류응력의 절대 값은 커지는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of full width half maximum(FWHM) and residual stress during fatigue process in S45C Steel by X-ray diffraction. For S45C Steel, the relationship between the change in fatigue damage of the specimen and the FWHM, and residual stress of X-ray diffraction profiles during the fatigue processes has been investigated. The FWHM decreases in the early period of fatigue cycle. The change of FWHM is associated with cyclic work hardening. The change of the FWHM is not significant in 10∼20% of ratio of fatigue life. The residual stress is changed with fatigue cycle increasing during the fatigue process.

이주노동자의 의료인권

The number of migrant workers are dramatically increased since 1990. This was caused by the scarce of labour force of -so called- ‘3D job avoidance’ due to speedy economic growth of Korea until 1980s and elevated education level which drove higher labour cost. Therefore, the number of migrant workers reaches 594,875 as of 2012. As a Law, Korea guarantees Social security Act, National Pensions Act, Employment Insurance Act, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and the system of Health Insurance while there are supporting systems such as Health Insurance Policy and Government Paid Emergency Health Care to stand by them. However, these systemic guards are served based on migrant workers’ legal status. In case of illegal migrant workers, it relies on NGO support only. Unfortunately, it is actual situation that they are facing deficit of financial, medical supplies and medicines as well as the relationship with higher level of examination. In order to improve the medical right of migrant workers, it is absolutely necessary to train business owners by government and support NGO actively.

Torque generated by the blade of a wind turbine is a non-linear function of the wind velocity, the angular velocity of the rotor and the pitch angle. Glauert's theory for propellers, though widley used, is not suited to simulate the performance under variable wind speed and pitch angle. Furthermore, the numerical iteration procedure of the theory districts the applicability of a real time control of the wind turbine. We suggest a new method of modeling the torque that can be used in a real time control. Based on Glauert's theory, the power coefficient curve is estimated. In the vicinity of the operating point on the curve, a linearized model is extracted in terms of the wind velocity, the angular velocity and the pitch angle. the usefulness of the model is demonstrated with the results produced by sets of experiments.

Ⅰ President Park said the New Community Campaign is our most important effort. The Campaign embodies the idea of the October Revitalizing Reform and it also strives to build a factory in every County of our Country. The president wants every citizen to be useful, especially that all of our farmers become well trained agriculturist. This Campaign must penetrate every citi-zens' mind. It must develop continuously and powerfully on a national scale. In response to the president's plea for a New Community Campaign, Cheju-Do is striving to increase the income of it's islanders by promoting special regional industries, This is especially being realized through the innovation of Community farming methods and improvement of agricultural. Productivity through Community effort, like the "Kibbutz" of Israel. But the New Com-munity Campaign also involves many problems. There will have to be a time of trial and error. The purpose of this study is to mention some of these problems and to present possible solutions, and also the direction of this Campaign should take on Cheju island empasizing the economic aspect. I will analyze and appraise the results of the Campaign project in our island Province. Ⅱ In other words the New Community Campaign is not only a most important effort to make a good living but also a behaviour philosophy to make a great advance to direct toward modernization and unification of our fatherland. It's objectives are as follows: a) Spirit development and improvement of living manners. b) Economic development (income increase) c) Social development Ⅲ All ways of development of Cheju-Do must be based on the upbringing of special industries appropriate to its area. In other words. Cheju-Do will be able to develop itself through the income of its islanders. The tourist indu-stry must lay stress on a health resort, and the marine products industry on a fishery advanced post, the farming industry on the producing and manu-facturing sweet potato, beer-barley, eatable oil vegetable and orange, and the cattle breeding industry on the specialization of improvement of Cheju-Do native cattle far beef cattle. Ⅳ The New Community Campaign project must be effort not only that are more useful but also that can produce the public good. It also necessitates co-operative effort of villagers. Especially it must appro-priate to the conditions of location and the natural characteristics, It also has to be planned to serve the ability of the islanders and selected after due consideration about the distribution of products. Ⅴ 1. The analysis of the current situation of the New Community Campaign Cheju-Do carried out the second agricultural special work as one of the New Community Campaign last year and increased the income of farmers and fishers. In spite of the situation the employment opportunity in urban industry was restricted. a number of the potential unemployed were absorbed into the side-line, the constructive activities and domestic industry of the rural and fishing communities. The opportunities to get job were increased through the work to completely and the airport enlargement work. In Cheju-Do all islanders are putting their whole effort t o achieve five million dollars this year to keep pace with the government plan toward 10 billion dollars eyport goal of 1980. 2. Problems and recommendations for solutions. The problems found through this study are as follows: a) Lack of spirit development b) Lack of Capital c) Lack of excellent leader The fundamental solutions of the above problems are presented in the follo-wing points: The first thing to do is to civilize the islanders and to break a long-establi-shed usage through their continuous learning and the audio-visual education, Second, to secure capital to carry out the New Community Campaign effectively through the harmonious team work and co-operative work. Lastly, to bring UP excellent leaders. Ⅵ The way to established and develop the New Community Campaign on should be carried out on the basis of development of special industries considering its particularity of development circumstances. The modernization of rural communities should be built upon the spirit development, the improvement of the traditional mode of life and the powerful performance of rural development plans.

Because the economy grows by means of the expansion of productive factors and the evolution of productive technology, the study on economic factors which determine the expansion rate of productive factors or the rate of technical evolution, especially to clarify the most important factors which determine the growth rate of capital goods, reproducatable producative factors in the economic system, is the task of the theory of growth. After I studied the framework of R. F. Harrod's economic Growth Theory and Neoclassical Economic Growth Theory thoroughly, I put emphasis on the understanding of the modern economic growth by means of the synthesis of two economic growth theory.

급성 지주막하 출혈에 동반된 관상동맥 연축에 의한 심근경색증 1예

In many cases, acute cerebrovascular disease is accompanied by abnormal electocardiograms. Also, though rather uncommon, acute myocardial infraction is also seen. The mechanism of its occurance is uncertain but it is thought to be related to coronary artery spasms, an abnormal autonomic nervous system, and a catecholamine increase. A female patient of 34 years of age came to the hospital because of sudden headache accompanied by substernal chest pain. A subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a cerebral aneurysm rupture had occured, and there was ST segment elevation in lead II, III, and aVF of the electrocardiogram. A cardiac enzyme test, an echocardiography, and a coronary angiography were performed, and she was diagnosed to have acute myocardial infarction due to coronary artery spasm. Clipping of the aneurysm was performed. With the use of nitrate and an angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor, the condition of the patient improved.

濟州地域의 經濟開發戰略에 關한 硏究

SummaryThis paper aims to examine structural problems caused in the process of economic development in Cheju region, to find out characteristics and potentiality of Cheju economy, and to propose workable strategies for economic development of Cheju region.According to results of this paper, regional development strategies for expanision of job opportunities of the residents in Cheju region and for the increase of their income should be worked out. In doing so, manufacturing industry appropriate to environmental conditons in Cheju region should be promoted so that it may lead to balanced growth of inter-industry in Cheju region. Also, the promotion of the tourism industry, which can exert a great influence on other industries, especially on agriculture, fishery, and construction, and which has advantage over that of mainland, should be made.
