        This region was surveyed by some researcher but we tried to a survey thoroughly area of 6.25 ㎢ in this area which is one part of Hamrasan formation, and also we tried to estimate developing probability of coalbearing formation in this area. This area shows complicated geological structure due to serious diastrophism and intrusion of igneous rocks and so we consider that it influences recovery of coal mining seriously.

        건설업 규모별 안전관리 활성화 방안

        After the IMF financial crisis, a lot of risks in construction industry have been increased gradually with the expansion of construction industry widely, higher stories of building, and the expansion of the underground space and excavation work. These risks are bringing out constriction accidents such as the death, the injury of worker and so on, not so much as it would be effected the corporation's image. In spite of these situations, many constriction industries still maintain the wrong methods and riot try to decrease construction accidents. Decently, we should focus on the fact that larger construction industries have been endeavoring to decrease the accidents in construction site and the safety management system of the larger constriction also is being good, on the other hand, the condition of the work in the case of smaller construction industries is very poor, construction company have a particular safety management system but it has a difference according to the construction magnitude, construction companies have a particular safety management system but it has a difference depending on the construction magnitude. Thus, we need to study the smaller construction safety management to decrease the construction accident according to the construction magnitude. Therefore, this study will suggest the developed way of construction safety management by the comparison and analysis from the difference between the higher and the smaller construction industries.

      • 젊은 남자에게 발생한 통상성 간질성 폐렴과 동반된 폐암 1예

        Usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP) is relatively rare disease of lung parenchyme under the age of 50. Lung cancer is reported to occur as a complication of UIP, but has not been reported in young age patient with UIP in Korea. A 35-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea, cough and mild fever. He had been suffered from dyspnea during 3 years. The dyspnea worsened recent 1 month ago. He had been treated with pneumonia at another hospital during 4 months before this admission. Chest radiographs and High resolution CT showed subpleural and basal dominant reticular opacities in both lung with no change until now. He was smoker and his occupation was car engine-man dealing with benzene. UIP is suspected by history and radiologic findings. Operation for open lung biopsy was performed to obtain lung specimen via video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Patient's pathologic examination showed UIP combined with adenocarcinoma in RLL superior segment and posterobasal segment and RLL lobectomy was done. After operation, the patient has been in cancer free condition so far. We report a case of UIP combined with lung cancer in young man with brief review of the literature.

        운암 한석지 학문의 선진유학적 특성

        운암 학문의 대강을 파악하는데 있어 「溫故贊圖」는 빼놓을 수 없는 매우 중요한 자료이다. 왜냐하면 「溫故贊圖」는 낙서원리를 근거로 한 홍범구주 사상을 도표화하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 도표는 운암철학의 입장 및 본질적 성격을 대변하고 있다. 즉 오행을 인간의 사덕, 사시, 오상(오륜), 장부론, 五音, 五味 등과 결부시켜 일목요연하게 도표화하여 그의 철학체계를 한눈에 알아 볼수 있게 하였다. 요컨대 이 오행원리의 경전적 전거는 『서경』「홍범」에 두고 있고, 그것의 구성원리는 낙서원리에 근거하고 있다는 사실이다. 이로 보아 운암의 철학적 사유는 『주역』과 『서경』의 낙서원리에 근거하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 漢代 이후의 하도낙서원리에 대한 몰이해 및 왜곡된 해석이 만연하였다. 마치 맹자 이후 유가의 도통이 단절되었다고 선언할 수 있는 것처럼 하도낙서원리의 몰이해는 선진유학정신의 왜곡을 초래할 수밖에 없었던 것이다. 뿌리 깊은 정주학적 전통속에서 운암은 낙서원리를 근거로 한 홍범사상의 재천명을 통한 선진유학정신의 계승을 자신의 역사적 사명으로 삼았던 것이다. 이러한 운암의 사명은 그의 저서 곳곳에서 찾을 수 있다. 이와 같은 사실로 미루어 보아 운암 학문의 특성 및 내용은 송인에 의하여 재단되기 이전, 즉 漢代 경학을 바탕으로 한 선진유학에로의 회귀를 강조하는 데에 있음을 알 수 있다. 바꾸어 말한다면 운암의 선진유학적 특성을 뒷받침하는 선진유교경전은 『주역』과 『서경』이요, 이 두 경전에서 제시하고 있는 음양오행원리를 근거로 한, 즉 낙서원리를 근거로 하여 홍범구주사상의 선진유학적 특성을 밝히고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 다만 본 고에서는 낙서원리에 대한 일반적인 소개에 그치고, 그것의 역철학적 해명이 이루어지지 못한 점이 아쉬운 점이나, 이 문제는 앞으로의 과제로 남겨둔다.

        재해사례분석을 통한 빌딩공사 재해 특성

        Recently, construction work's tendency has become a high-rise building, a complexity and a large size. According to the KOSHA data, construction work accidents have not been decreased. Looking at from the side of accident, accidents of construction industry are occupied over 1/3 among all industry accidents. Therefore, this study will analyze the accident of the building construction work from the data of KOSHA which were collected during 11 years(1992 -2002) data relating to serious accidents of the building construction work, suggest the counterplan according to the each work type in building construction work.

        Characterizations of four freshwater amoebae including opportunistic pathogens newly recorded in the Republic of Korea

        Background: Free-living amoebae (FLA) are widely distributed in freshwater, seawater, soil, and extreme environments, and play a critical role as feeders on diverse preys in the ecosystem. Also, some FLA can become opportunistic pathogens in animals including humans. The taxa Amoebozoa and Heterolobosea are important amoeboid groups associated with human pathogens. However, the identification and habitat of amoebae belonging to Amoebozoa and Heterolobosea remain poorly reported in the Republic of Korea. This study highlights the first record for identification and source of four amoebae including putative pathogens in the Republic of Korea. Results: In the present study, four previously reported FLA were isolated from freshwaters in Sangju Gonggeomji Reservoir (strain GO001), one of the largest reservoirs during the Joseon Dynasty period, and along the Nakdong River, the largest river in the Republic of Korea (strains NR5-2, NR12-1, and NR14-1) for the first time. Microscopic observations and 18S rDNA phylogenetic trees revealed the four isolated strains to be Acanthamoeba polyphaga (strains NR5-2 and NR12-1), Tetramitus waccamawensis (strain GO001), and Naegleria australiensis (strain NR14-1). Strains NR5-2 and NR12-1 might be the same species and belonged to the morphological Group 2 and the T4 genotype of Acanthamoeba. Strain GO001 formed a clade with T. waccamawensis in 18S rDNA phylogeny, and showed morphological characteristics similar to previously recorded strains, although the species’ flagellate form was not observed. Strain NR14-1 had the typical morphology of Naegleria and formed a strongly supported clade with previously recorded strains of N. australiensis in phylogenetic analysis of 18S rDNA sequences. Conclusions: On the bases of morphological and molecular analyses, four strains of FLA were newly observed and classified in the Republic of Korea. Three strains belonging to the two species (A. polyphaga and N. australiensis) isolated from the Nakdong River have the potential to act as opportunistic pathogens that can cause fatal diseases (i.e. granulomatous amoebic encephalitis, Acanthamoeba Keratitis, and meningoencephalitis) in animals including humans. The Nakdong River in the Republic of Korea may provide a habitat for potentially pathogenic amoebae, but additional research is required to confirm the true pathogenicity of these FLA now known in the Republic of Korea.

        다이아몬드 터닝머신을 이용한 알루미늄반사경의 절삭특성

        A 110 mm diameter aspheric metal secondary mirror for a test model of an earth observation satellite camera was fabricated by ultra-precision single point diamond turning(SPDT). Aluminum alloy for mirror substrates is known to be easily machinable, but not polishable due to its ductility. A harder material, Ni, is usually electrolessly coated on an Al substrate to increase the surface hardness for optical polishing. Aspheric metal secondary mirror without a conventional polishing process, the surface roughness of Ra=10nm, and the form error of Ra=λ/12(λ=632.8nm) has been required. The purpose of this research is to find the optimum machining conditions for reflector cutting of electroless-Ni coated Al alloy and apply the SPDT technique to the manufacturing of ultra precision optical components of metal aspheric reflector.

      • Eisenmenger씨 증후군 산모의 긴박 제왕절개술시 전신마취 경험

        Eisenmenger's syndrome describes a situation in which the left-to-right intracardiac shunt is reversed as a result of increased pulmonary vascular resistance. The patients with Eisenmenger's syndrome are poorly tolerated and markedly increased maternal mortality to 30 - 50% during pregnancy, Physiological change of pregnancy decreases systemic vascular resistance that further aggravates the bi-directional or left shunt associated with Eisemnenger's syndrome. We report a case of 37 weeks a pregnant woman with an urgent cesarean section under general anesthesia for preterm labor. She was a pregnant patient with Eisenmenger's syndrome and did not receive antenatal care during pregnancy. Anesthesia was induced with ketamine-midazolam-fentanyl and maintained with ketamine-midazolam. The patient was ventilated with 100% O₂. Blood pressure was maintained with intravenous phenylephrine, crystalloid solution, and blood. Phenylephhne was used to maintain systemic vascular resistance (SVR). Even though the patient was carried rapid and adequate medical management, the patient was transferred to the ICU in an intubated state and died 2 days after surgery. We conclude that the parturients with Eisenmenger's syndrome require more regular, careful antenatal care, monitoring, and adequate management.

      • 기공체조 프로그램이 여성농업인의 자존감과 자아효능감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study intends to identify the effects of the Qi-gong Exercise program on self-esteem and self-efficacy in some women farmers. Methods: This study was performed with one group pretest-post-test design.. The subjects were 90 female farmers who participated in the Qi-gong exercise program provided by a county public center. Data were collected from 10th Feb. to 28th May,2007. Results: The results of the study were as follows: 1. After Qi-gong exercise program, self-esteem level of the subjects was significantly increased. (t= -6.283, p= 0.000). 2. After Qi-gong exercise program, self-efficacy level of the subjects was significantly increased.(t= -4.614, p= 0.006). Conclusion: These findings indicate that the Qi-gong exercise program could be effective in improving self-esteem and self-efficacy of the women farmers. Therefore, the Qi-gong exercise program could be suggested as an effective nursing intervention, improving their physical, psychological health for women farmers.

        두부외상으로 인한 기질성 정신장애 환자 자료의 K-WAIS 요인분석

        본 연구는 두부 외상후 기질성 정신장애로 진단된 환자의 자료를 토대로 K-WAIS의 요인구조를 탐색해 보았다. 연구 대상자는 17세에서 72세의 남녀 138명으로, 8개월 동안 호남지역에 소재하고 있는 대학병원 신경정신과와 정신과병원에 내원한 두부 외상으로 인한 기질성 정신장애 환자들이었다. 자료분석은 주성분분석모형을 이용하여 요인분석을 하였다. 기초구조 계산법으로는 주축분해법을 사용하였고, 기초구조에 대한 회전방법으로는 직각회전방식을 사용하였다. K-WAIS의 요인구조를 알아본 결과, 두부 외상후 기질성 정신장애로 진단된 환자집단에서는 2개 요인(언어적 이해력 요인과 지각적 조직화 요인)이 추출되었는데, 이 들 2개 요인들의 전체변량은 73.7%이었다. 언어적 이해력 요인은 어휘문제, 이해문제, 산수문제, 기본지식문제, 공통성문제, 숫자외우기로 구성되어 있었으며 전체변량의 62.0%를 설명하고 있었다. 지각적 조직화요인은 동작성검사에 속하는 모양맞추기, 차례맞추기, 토막짜기, 바꿔쓰기, 빠진곳 찾기 소검사로 구성되어 있었으며, 전체 변량의 11.7%를 설명하고 있었다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 K-WAIS의 요인구조는 두부외상후 정신장애로 진단된 환자의 K-WAIS 자료를 임상적으로 해석할 때 중요한 의의를 지닌다고 볼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, K-WAIS 단축형을 제작할 때 기초자료가 될 것으로 생각한다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor structure of the K-WAIS. Methods : The sample was consisted of 138 patients with organic mental disorder due to head trauma. A principal component analysis was used worth varimax rotation. Results : Two factors in a sample patients with organic mental disorder due to head trauma were abstracted from the K-WAIS by factor analysis. Variance of the two factors was 73.3%. And variance of factor 1(verbal comprehension) factor 2(perceptual organization) were 62.0% and 11.7%, respectively. Conclusion : Two factors in a sample patients with organic mental disorder due to head trauma were abstracted from the K-WAIS using the principal component analysis by varimax rotation.
