동해항 발전을 위한 철도연계수송망 구축방안

동해항은 그동안 석탄, 시멘트 등 벌크화물 전용항으로서 널리 활용되어 왔으나, 정기항로가 다수 개설되어 있지 않고 인입철도도 부족하여 국제무역항으로서 위상이 미흡하였다. 최근 경의선과 동해선 철도가 연결되면서 동해선을 이용한 TSR 연결 가능성이 높아지고, 동해항을 포함한 동해지역이 환동해권 거점으로 발돋움할 수 있는 여건이 조성되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 동해지역 발전을 위해서는 동해항의 컨테이너부두 등 시설확충은 물론 수도권 및 중부권 지역과 신속한 원활한 철도연계수송망을 구축함으로써 지역경제 활성화는 물론 동북아 물류중심화 실현에 기여할 수 있는 기반을 조성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. Efficient transport and logistics infrastructure is essential for the development of Donghae region. Economic development of Donghae region has been delayed due to lack of sufficient transport infrastructure and efficient intermodal transport system linking this area with metropolitan and other regions. Especially railways will be vital in supporting the development of Donghae Port as a logistics hub because Donghae region has potential to become an important transport gateway linking south and north korea and linking Trans Korea Railway(TKR) with Trans Siberian Railroad(TSR) via Donghae Railways. This study argues that implementing the rail network expansion of Donghae region including rail connection of Donghae Port will facilitate closer economic and social linkages between Donghae region and metropolitan area and other regions. It is time to construct railway network in the Donghae region that connects the other regions in Korea including Busan Port and TKR and TSR. And government has to build infrastructure such as container yard, inland container depot and loading/unloading facilities at major rail stations and to operate freight trains more efficiently.

Risperidone 복용 후 양측으로 발생한 Pisa 증후군 1예

Pisa 증후군은 항정신병 약물 복용후 생기는 추체외로 증상 중 하나이며 체부의 회전과 함께 한쪽으로 기울어지면서 굴곡되어 나타나는 경우를 말한다. 이러한 증상이 양쪽으로 나타날 때 Metronome Pisa 증후군이라고 하는데 비전형적인 항정신병 약물에 의해서는 일어나는 경우가 매우 드물다. 본 증례에서는 알쯔하이머병 의심하에 치료받던 53세 여자환자로 치료도중 행동장애 조절을 위해 Risperidone 1.5mg을 복용한 후 생긴 Metronome Pisa 증후군을 경험하였다. 소량의 비전형적 항정신병 약물로도 Metronome Pisa증후군이 발생할 수 있다는 사실을 염두에 두고 본 약재의 사용에 신중을 기해야 할 것이다. The Pisa syndrome is a rate extrapyramidal side effect caused by neuroleptic treatment and its characteristics are twisting and bending to one side of the upper thorax, the neck and the head. When its chatacteristics show both sides, we call it 'Metronome Pisa syndrome'. We report the case of a 53-year-old woman who suffered Metronome Pisa syndrome following risperidone therapy. Risperidone therapy in old ages should be cautious even if its dosage is minimal.

Al-Li 합금의 시효석출에 미치는 Cu, Mg 및 Zr 첨가의 영향

The purpose of this study is to improve the low toughness of Al-Li binary alloy which is expected to be widely used for the structural materials of the aircraft and light industry. For the sake of improvement addition Cu, Mg and Zr were together added. The kind of shape and variation of precipitation phase formed by age precipitation in alloy with addition element and the mechanism of nucleation were closely examined. The above were carried out through investigation of the variation of mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and elongation, microstructure by TEM, and the formation and dissolution of precipitate by thermo analysis. 1. For Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr porynary alloy at 170℃, the strength is at the highest at 72hr aging, but elongation is at the lowest at 65hr aging. 2. There are various precipitates of δ', α', S' and T1 at 170℃ aging. It is assumed that these mixed structures have an effect on the strength and elongation in the under aging. This is attributed to multipicative mutual supplement action by coexistence of composite phase rather than δ'single phase. 3. The resurt of thermo analysis of as-quenched shows that endothermic range regarded as dissolution of G. P. zone appeared at 130℃ lower by about 70℃ than predictable on the phase diagram.

학교장의 시간 사용 및 지도성과의 관계에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze prinicipals’ time-use and its relationships with leadership. For this purpose, TALIS(Teaching and Learning International Survey) 2018 data were used, which has provided the results of survey on time-use and leadership of 161 primary school principals and 150 middle-school principals in Korea. Principal’s time-use was estimated by percentage of time used on the following 7 tasks in their role as principals - administrative tasks and meetings, leadership tasks and meetings, curriculum and teaching-related tasks and meetings, student interactions, parent or guardian interactions, interactions with local and regional community/business/industry, other. The leadership was estimated by 3 questioning items concerning supports for co-operation among teachers to develop new teaching practices, ensuring teachers’ responsibilities for improving their teaching skills, and ensuring teachers’ responsibilities their students’ learning outcomes. Principals’ sex, level of formal education and work experience years were considered as control variables. For statistical analysis, t-test and multiple regression were executed. The results of this study are as follows. First, there are, except for student interactions, little differences in the pattern of time-use between primary and middle school principals. Second, principals use more time on administrative tasks and curriculum and teaching-related tasks. Third, there are significant relationships between principal’s time-use and their leadership. Finally, male principals have higher distributed leadership. Based on these findings, this study suggests that principal’s time-use on their tasks be considered in developing leadership program or in-service education

Posterior cortical atrophy is a subgroup of focal cortical atrophy with progressive degenerative dementia that begins with higher visual dysfunction. A 51-year-old man presented with visual disturbance for several months. He was a taxi driver and when he came to hospital, he couldn't drive a taxi because of geographical disorientation, impairment of calculation and writing. So he experienced car accident frequently. On examination, he had a Balint syndrome, visuospatial dysfunction, prosopagnosia, apraxia and Gerstmann's syndrome. Brain MRI showed marked atrophy especially both occipito-parietal areas, more pronounced on the left. SPECT with HMPAO disclosed hypometabolism on bilateral occipito-parietal area, more marked on the left rather than right. We think that these findings consistent with posterior cortical atrophy which is variant of Alzheimer's disease.

An internet shopping system is presented on which a manager can add, modify. delete computers and peripheral devices. and customers can choose and buy some products. The system gives customers a chance to choose the products once again by putting them in a cart. In this paper, not only a simple shopping mall but also the basic database for internet marketing are implemented well. For the purpose of implementing this marketing system, every components including customers' buying informations to be recorded in marketing database, the approach to customers. marketing strategy and methodology have been restored the information on potential customers as well as current one. The proposed method implements an item-based product sale system, and therefore it can provide an easier shopping service than the existing internet shopping malls.

Mn(Ⅲ)-Salen형 리간드 착물의 합성과 특성

diamine류 { ethylenediamine, 1,3-propanediamine, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediarnine, o-phenyle-nediamine}와 aldehydes { salicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 3,5-dichloro- salicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde}를 methanol#액에서 축합반응시켜 네 자리 salen형 리간드(H₂L_(acn);n=1-11)를 합성하였다. 이들 리간드의 toluene(또는 methanol) 용액에 Mn(OAc)₂·4H₂O methanol용액을 첨가하고, 공기를 주입시켜[Mn(L_(acn))Cl] 착물을 얻었다. 이들 리간드 및 착물들은 원소분석, 전도도 및 NMR, IR, UV-VIS 분광학법을 이용하여 확인·고찰하였다. A series of tetradentate salen-type ligands(L_(ac)) were been prepared by condensation of diamines { ethylenediamine, 1,3-propanediamine, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine, and o-phenylenediamine} and aldehydes {salicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-chlorosalicylaldehyde, and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde} in methanol. These [Mn(L_(ac))Cl] complexes were synthesized from the reaction of toluene(or methanol) of L_(ac) with methanol solution of Mn(OAc)₂·4H₂O in the presence of air. These ligands and complexes were characterized and confirmed by elemental analysis, conductivity, NMR, IR, and UV-VIS spectroscopy.
