In this study, a new photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor based on the copper tetraamino-phthalocyanine-modified ITO electrode (CuTAPc/ITO) was designed for the determination of nifedipine. The prepared CuTAPc materials were characterized using UV?Visible spectrophotometry (UVS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then, the CuTAPc solution was coated on the ITO electrode surface to fabricate a simple PEC sensing platform. Then, the photoelectrochemical behavior of nifedipine at the CuTAPc/ITO electrode was investigated by chronoamperometry under ultraviolet light irradiation. The obtained results indicated that the modified electrode showed a higher response signal than the blank electrode. The photocurrent of CuTAPc/ITO increased with the increasing concentration of nifedipine. The peak photocurrents were linearly dependent on the nifedipine concentration in the range of 0.25?18.0 ?mol/L, thereby providing the detection limit of 0.15 ?mol/L (S/N = 3). Due to the good responses for the determination of nifedipine, this sensor can be used as an alternative analysis tool for the detection of nifedipine in various real samples with high sensitivity, low detection limit, and wide linearity range.
CdTe Quantum Dots as Fluorescent Probes for Josamycin Determination

A new method for the determination of josamycin has been developed based on quenching of the fluorescence of 3-mercaptopropionic acid-capped CdTe quantum dots (MPA-CdTe QDs) by josamycin in ethanol. Reaction time, interfering substances on the fluorescence quenching, and mechanism of the interaction of CdTe QDs with josamycin were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity was linearly proportional to the concentration of josamycin between 12.0 and 120.0 μg mL^(−1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.9956 and a detection limit of 2.5 μg mL^(−1). The proposed method was successfully applied to commercial tablets, and the results were satisfactory, i.e. consistent with those of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

To investigate the coupling relationship between earthquake and ionosphere perturbation, we process the global total electron contents (TECs) estimated from GPS data of IGS stations by CODE and analyze TEC anomalies before MW 8.6 Sumatra earthquake and MW 6.7 Mexico earthquake on April 11, 2012. The sliding interquartile method with the sliding window of 27 days is used to process data of SSN, F10.7 solar flux, Dst and Kp to eliminate the effects of solar activity and the geomagnetic activity. The results show that there are positive and negative TEC anomalies over epicenter on the 11th day and the 3rd day prior to the Sumatran earthquake respectively. But the decrement and increment of TEC anomalies over epicenter occurred on the 11th day and the 3rd day prior to the Mexico earthquake. The global TEC anomalies are analyzed on the 11th day and the 3rd day before these two great earthquakes, respectively. The magnitudes of TEC anomaly occurred on the 3rd day before earthquakes are larger than that occurred on the 11th day before earthquakes. This indicates the magnitude of anomaly may be related to the number of days prior to earthquake. But the magnitude of TEC anomaly near Sumatran is lower than that near Mexico, and the duration of anomalies occurred on 11th day is longer than those on 3rd day prior to earthquake, which are different from previous results. The TEC anomaly of Sumatran earthquake mainly occurs in the afternoon and night local time, but the TEC anomaly of Mexico earthquake mainly occurs in the morning local time. The TEC anomaly peak regions before these two earthquakes appeared on the south of epicenters instead of the vertical projection of the epicenter. Corresponding ionospheric anomalies are also observed in the magnetically conjugated regions. These can be guidance for the ionosphere monitoring in earthquake study.

Floor impact sound level is affected by various factors. This study was examined about impact sources and floor coverings influenced at floor impact sound. So this study wishes to get method to reduce sound pressure level of receiving room. Light-weight impact sound in mid frequency and Heavy-weight impact sound in low frequency was affected by floor coverings. Therefore, method to reduce floor impact sound level is to use proper floor coverings. Some coverings can amplify the heavy-weight impact sound in low frequency. Floor impact sound sources used measurement and analysis were standard heavy-impact source(Tapping, Bang, Ball) and living impact sources(Cleaner, Chair, Toy-car, Soccer ball). And Floor coverings used measurements were various thickness vinyl, laminate(or ply-wood) floor. Especially vinyl floor coverings were very effective method to reduce floor impact.
바이모달 음성인식기의 시각 특징 추출을 위한 색상 분석과 SVM을 이용한 입술 위치 검출

Bimodal speech recognition systems have been proposed for enhancing recognition rate of ASR under noisy environments. Visual feature extraction is very important to develop these systems. To extract visual features, it is necessary to detect exact lip position. This paper proposed the method that detects a lip position using color similarity model and SVM. Face/Lip color distribution is learned and the initial lip position is found by using that. The exact lip position is detected by scanning neighbor area with SVM. By experiments, it is shown that this method detects lip position exactly and fast. 바이모달 음성인식기는 잡음 환경하 음성인식 성능을 향상하기 위해 고안되었다. 바이모달 음성인식기에 있어 영상을 통한 시각 특징 추출은 매우 중요한 역할을 하며 이를 위한 입술 위치 검출은 시각 특징 추출을 위한 중요한 선결 과제이다. 본 논문은 색상분포와 SVM을 이용하여 시각 특징 추출을 위한 입술 위치 검출 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 얼굴색/입술 색상 분포를 학습하여 이로부터 입술의 초기 위치를 빠르게 찾아내고 SVM을 이용하여 입술의 정확한 위치를 찾음으로써 정확하고 빠르게 입술의 위치를 찾도록 하였으며 실험을 통해 바이모달 인식기에 적용하기에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.
