        Purpose: Investigate the level of Internet and smart phone addiction of college students and difference of their perception on the art therapy. Method: Data was collected using 4 categories of questionnaires. Participants of this study were 383 college students who are currently attending universities located in seoul, Kyung-Ki and Incheon. The Chi-square test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Scheffé test were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 Result: First, the study has established that the status of attending universities, grade, people who living with, age affected the level of Internet addiction of college students. In terms of the level of smart phone addiction of college students, the status of attending universities, gender, age were the affective factors. Second, there was a significant difference on the perception of the advantages of the art therapy and the level of acknowledging it, depending on the level of Internet addiction. Finally, depending on the level of smartphone addiction, there was a significant difference in the level of perception of the art therapy, expectation toward the art therapy and the helpfulness of art therapy. The more the participants are close to the addicted level, the more they want to experience the art therapy. Conclusion: These results suggest. First, it is necessary to use bigger group of participants. Second, it is necessary to improve the research methods for college students. Third, nurse should offer holistic care toward the patients regarding their general characteristics by adapting this study. Finally, it is necessary to improve the art therapy programs for the college students who are addicted to the Internet and smartphone and to develop researches proving the effectiveness of these programs.

        초전도 세라믹 Y-Ba-Cu-O계의 구조적 상전이와 분해거동에 관한 연구

        In this study, the structural phase transition and decomposition of superconducting ceramic, Y-Ba-Cu-O system was studied. The results of the study are as follows. The high Tc superconductor Y₂Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-x) is made in solid state reaction of O₂atmosphere and the valve of X in Y₂Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-x) is 0.1∼0.2. The transition temperature of tetragonal-orthorhombic phase of Y₂Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-x) appear at 790℃-900℃. In the result of measuring the electrical resistance of sample annealed in O₂atmosphere, the electrical resistance show zero at 92K and the best superconductor, Y₂Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-x)(Y123) can be mabe.

        Glia Dose not Participate in Antinociceptive Effects of Gabapentin in Rats with Trigeminal Neuropathic Pain

        Previous clinical studies have demonstrated that gabapentin, a drug that binds to the voltage-gated calcium channel α2δ1 subunit proteins, is effective in the management of neuropathic pain, but there is limited evidence that addresses the participation of glial cells in the antiallodynic effects of this drug. The present study investigated the participation of glial cells in the anti-nociceptive effects of gabapentin in rats with trigeminal neuropathic pain produced by mal-positioned dental implants. Under anesthesia, the left mandibular second molar was extracted and replaced by a miniature dental implant to induce injury to the inferior alveolar nerve. Mal-positioned dental implants significantly decreased the air-puff thresholds both ipsilateral and contralateral to the injury site. Gabapentin was administered intracisternally beginning on postoperative day (POD) 1 or on POD 7 for three days. Early or late treatment with 0.3, 3, or 30 μg of gabapentin produced significant anti-allodynic effect in the rats with mal-positioned dental implants. On POD 9, in the mal-positioned dental implants group, OX-42, a microglia marker, and GFAP, an astrocyte marker, were found to be up-regulated in the medullary dorsal horn, compared with the naive group. However, the intracisternal administration of gabapentin (30 μg) failed to reduce the number of activated microglia or astrocytes in the medullary dorsal horn. These findings suggest that gabapentin produces significant antinociceptive effects, which are not mediated by the inhibition of glial cell function in the medullary dorsal horn, in a rat model of trigeminal neuropathic pain.

      • Stemmed DNA nanostructure for the selective delivery of therapeutics

        <P>DNA has emerged as a biocompatible biomaterial that may be considered for various applications. Here, we report tumor cell-specific aptamer-modified DNA nanostructures for the specific recognition and delivery of therapeutic chemicals to cancer cells. Protein tyrosine kinase (PTK)7-specific DNA aptamer sequences were linked to 15 consecutive guanines. The resulting aptamer-modified product, AptG15, self-assembled into a Y-shaped structure. The presence of a G-quadruplex at AptG15 was confirmed by circular dichroism and Raman spectroscopy. The utility of AptG15 as a nanocarrier of therapeutics was tested by loading the photosensitizer, methylene blue (MB), to the G-quadruplex as a model drug. The generated MB-loaded AptG15 (MB/AptG15) showed specific and enhanced uptake to CCRF-CEM cells, which overexpress PTK7, compared with Ramos cells, which lack PTK7, or CCRF-CEM cells treated with a PTK7-specific siRNA. The therapeutic activity of MB/AptG15 was tested by triggering its photodynamic effects. Upon 660 nm light irradiation, MB/AptG15 showed greater reactive oxygen species generation and anticancer activity in PTK7-overexpressing cells compared to cells treated with MB alone, those treated with AptG15, and other comparison groups. AptG15 stemmed DNA nanostructures have significant potential for the cell-type-specific delivery of therapeutics, and possibly for the molecular imaging of target cells.</P>

        혹운모 분말 급여 돈육의 이화학적 특성

        돼지(LYxD)의 자돈용 및 육성용 기본사료를 급여한 대조구와 자돈용 사료에 흑운모 분말 1.25%, 육성용 사료에 1.75%를 첨가한 처리구 등심육의 이화학적 특성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. A등급 출현율은 대조구가 27.8%인 반면, 처리구는 50%를 나타내었으며, A, B 등급 출현율은 대조구가 52.8%, 처리구가 80%를 나타내었다. 대조구가 52.8%, 처리구가 80%를 나타내었다. 수분과 단백질은 대조구가 처리구보다 높게 나타났으나(P<0.05), 지방과 화분은 처리구가 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 전단력과 가열감량은 처리구가 대조구보다 낮게 나타난 반면, pH는 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 육색의 L*값, a*값 및 b*값 모두 처리구가 대조구에 비해 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 조직감의 검성과 파쇄성은 처리구가 대조구에 비해 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 선선육의 관능검사에서 대조구와 처리구간에 항목별로 유의적인 차이는 없었으나 근내지방도 및 전체적인 기호도에서 처리구가 대조구보다 다소 높게 나타났으며, 가열육의 관능검사에서 육색은 처리구가 대조구에 비해 높게 나타났다. 지방산 조성 중 포화지방산은 처리구에 비하여 대조구가 높게 나타난 반면 다가불포화지방산, 필수지방산, 불포화지방산/포화지방산 및 필수지방산/포화지방산의 비율은 낮게 나타났다. This study was carried out to analyze the physico-chemical characteristics of the loin from pigs fed biotite. Control was fed diet for piglets and growing pigs, and treatments were fed diet supplemented 1.25% and 1.75% biotite to piglet diet and to growing pigs, respectively. Ratio of carcass grade A was shown as 27.8% and 50% in control group and treatment, respectively. And that of carcass grade A and B was appeared as 52.8% in control and 80% in treatment. The control group showed higher value of water and protein content than treatment. However, fat and ash content of treatment were higher than those of control. Treatment showed lower value than control in shear force and cooking loss, and was higher than control in pH value(p<0.05). L^*, a^* and b^* value of control in meat color were lower than those of treatments. Treatments group was shown lower value than control group in textural gumminess and brittleness. In the sensory test of fresh meat, there was no significant difference between control and treatment group. However, intramuscular fat content and overall acceptability of control were more or less lower than its of treatment. In cooked meat, the meat color of control was lower than those of treatments. Control group was shown higher saturated fatty acid value than treatment group. However, the ply unsaturated fatty acid, essential fatty acid, and the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid/saturated fatty acid and essential fatty acid/saturated fatty acid were low.

      • Haplotypes for 12 Y-chromosomal STR loci in a Korean population (the central region)

        Haplotypes and allele frequencies of 12 STR loci included in the PowerPlex<SUP>(</SUP>R) Y system (DYS391, DYS389I, DYS439, DYS389II, DYS438, DYS437, DYS19, DYS392, DYS393, DYS390, and DYS385a/b) were obtained from a sample of 569 unrelated individuals living in the central region of Korea. A total of 473 haplotypes were observed in the 569 individuals studied, of which 426 (90.06%) were unique. The overall haplotype diversity for the 12 Y-STR loci was 0.9985, and the discrimination capacity was 0.8313. In DYS439, we found a new intermediate-sized allele that added an A at base 3 upstream from the repeat region's first GATA motif. The allele was named 11 (U3Ains) according to its sequence structure.

      • Expression of mosquitocidal crystal protein genes in non-insecticidal Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis

Bacillus thuringiensis NTB-1 isolated from soil samples in Korea produces ovoidal parasporal inclusions with proteins of approximately 24-40kDa in size. Although serological study indicated that the isolate has a flagella (H) antigen identical with subsp. israelensis, it seemed to be non-insecticidal against Lepidoptera and Coleoptera as well as Diptera. To investigate the activity of non-insecticidal B.thuringiensis transformed with insecticidal crystal protein genes, cryIVD and cytA genes of B. thuringiensis subsp. morrisoni PG-14, highly toxic to mosquito larvae, were introduced into the isolate NTB-1. The expression of mosquitocidal crystal protein genes in NTB-1 was characterized by SDS-PAGE analysis and electron microscopy. The results showed that crystalline inclusions of host, CryIVD and CytA were stably expressed in the transformant. However, the mosquitocidal activity of transformant was similar to that of B. thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki Cry-B harbouring cryIVD and cytA genes, demonstrating that a synergistic effect by an interaction of both introduced insecticidal and resident non-insecticidal crystal proteins was not observed.

      • 이성교제 중인 대학생의 사이버섹스 중독, 외로움 및 이성관계 만족에 관한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of the study was to identify the relationships between cybersex addition, loneliness and relationship satisfaction among Korean college students. Methods: 293 students were conveniently selected. The instruments used in this study were cyber-sexual addiction index, loneliness scale and relationship assesment scale. ANOVA, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS 22.0 Version were used to analyze the data. Results: 8.9% of the participants had moderate or severe addiction to cybersex. The level of cybersex addiction is significantly influenced by gender, period of relationship, time taking to sexual relations, contact number of cyber pornography and contact time of cyber pornography. Significant association was observed between cybersex addition, loneliness and relationship satisfaction. Conclusions: The factors mentioned in this study as well as loneliness and relationship satisfaction were important factors. Therefore, future studies on this topics need to develope interventions to reflect cultural and physical character of college students.

        역번역을 활용한 한국 시조 이해 교육 연구 - 영어권 한국어 고급 학습자를 대상으로 -

        This study aimed to present the availability and implications of back-translation learning methods in Korean sijo education as a foreign language. Results were based on the understanding of Korean sijo by advanced English-speaking Korean learners using back translation. In this study, the significance of back translation as a method of learning sijo is summarized as follows: First, learner-centered activities that encourage learners to participate exist; second, reading native texts can help obtain “advanced knowledge;” third, results are an exploratory process involving learners’ independent thinking; and fourth, awareness of diversity in interpretation encourages freedom to express views on texts. This study selected Hwang Jin-i’s sijo “A Long Night of Winter Solstice” as an experimental text and categorized the understanding of English-speaking advanced learners of the Korean language using back translation into “accepting the meaning of text through reading translations,” “interpretation of the meaning of text through back translations,” and “deeper understanding of the text by comparing back translations with source texts.” Advanced English-speaking Korean learners showed attitudes related to actively organizing the meaning of sijo while performing back translation; they continued to interpret the text by mobilizing their own experience and knowledge through the back translation process. The different order of words in the mother tongue and Korean also led to difficulty in switching to the target language. The following implications were derived based on the understanding of advanced English-speaking Korean learners using back translation. First, the teacher should effectively adjust the primary response the learner sees after reading the translation text. Second, proper educational measures from teachers are needed when learners spend a considerable amount of time on a single poem. Third, the cultural context of learners should be extended after comparing the back translated and source texts. (Seoul National University)
