STD61종 열간금형강의 수명향상을 위하여 ion nitriding처리를 실시하였다. 이온질화전의 모재의 열처리시에는 1030˚C에서 quenching한 후 530˚C에서 2시간 tempering했을 때 Hv=600의 높은 경도값을 나타내었다. 580˚C, 600˚C에서 2시간 tempering했을 때는 각각 Hv=500, Hv=400으로 경도값이 오히려 감소했다. 이온질화 처리시에는 처리시간이 길고 N₂와 Ar첨가유량이 많을 수록 깊은 화합물층과 확산층을 얻었다. 그리고 각 처리조건에서 안정된 Hv=1150의 질화물층을 얻을 수 있다. Ion nitriding treatment has been practiced to improve the life of hot die steel of STD61. Before nitriding the parent STD61 tempered at 530˚C, 2hrs after quenching at 1030˚C, It showed the high hardness distribution of Hv=600. The hardness distribution has decreased by Hv=400, Hv=500 when tempered for 2hrs at 580˚C, 600˚C. In the ion nitriding, the more treat-time and the more N₂and Ar flux, the deeper the compounded layer and the diffused layer. The stable hardness, Hv=1150, of nitride layer was obtained at various treatment condition.

<P>We hypothesized that bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) would significantly enhance in vivo bone formation efficacy of osteogenically undifferentiated human cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (hCBMSCs). To test this hypothesis, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/HA) scaffolds (group 1), BMP-2-loaded PLGA/HA scaffolds (group 2), undifferentiated hCBMSCs seeded on PLGA/HA scaffolds (group 3), undifferentiated hCBMSCs seeded on BMP-2-loaded PLGA/HA scaffolds (group 4), and osteogenically differentiated hCBMSCs seeded on PLGA/HA scaffolds (group 5) were implanted into dorsal, subcutaneous spaces of athymic mice for 8 weeks. Histological analysis showed that group 4 exhibited the largest bone formation area. RT-PCR analysis showed that human mRNA expression of osteoblastic markers such as ALP and osteocalcin in group 4 was higher than that of the other groups. Mouse osteoblastic markers of the host cells in the implants were also expressed more in group 4 than in the other groups. This study demonstrated that hCBMSCs that were not differentiated osteogenically in vitro prior to transplantation regenerate bone negligibly in vivo and that transplantation of osteogenically undifferentiated hCBMSCs with BMP-2 delivery results in much more extensive bone formation in vivo than that of undifferentiated or osteogenically differentiated hCBMSCs. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>DIPAS (di-isopropylamino silane, H<SUB>3</SUB>Si[N(C<SUB>3</SUB>H<SUB>7</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>]) and O<SUB>2</SUB> plasma were employed, using plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD), to deposit silicon oxide to function as the gate dielectric at low temperature, i.e., below 200°C. The superior amorphous SiO<SUB>2</SUB> thin films were deposited through the self-limiting reactions of atomic layer deposition with a deposition rate of 0.135nm/cycle between 125 and 200°C. PEALD-based SiO<SUB>2</SUB> thin layer films were applied to amorphous oxide thin film transistors constructed from amorphous In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO) oxide layers, which functioned as channel layers in the bottom-gated thin film transistor (TFT) structure, with the aim of fabricating transparent electronics. The SiO<SUB>2</SUB> gate dielectric exhibited the highest TFT performance through the fabrication of heavily doped n-type Si substrates, with a saturation mobility of 16.42cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s, threshold voltage of 2.95V and large on/off current ratio of 3.69 × 10<SUP>8</SUP>. Ultimately, the highly doped Si was combined with the ALD-based SiO<SUB>2</SUB> gate dielectric layers, leading to a saturation mobility of 16.42cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s, threshold voltage of 2.95V, S-slope of 0.1944, and on/off current ratio of 3.69 × 10<SUP>8</SUP>. Semi-transparent and transparent TFTs were fabricated and provided saturation mobilities of 22.18 and 24.29cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s, threshold voltages of 4.18 and 2.17V, S-slopes of 0.1944 and 0.1945, and on/off current ratios of 9.63 × 10<SUP>8</SUP> and 1.03 × 10<SUP>7</SUP>, respectively.</P>
DC 아크 발생 시 전극 형태에 따른 케이블 절연체(XLPE)의 착화시간 비교 및 착화확률 분석

본 논문에서는 UL1699B 시험표준을 적용하여 DC 아크 발생에 의한 케이블의 절연체(XLPE) 착화실험을 실시하였다. 측정된 실험데이터를 기반으로 전극 형태에 따른 착화시간을 비교 분석하였다. 데이터 분포 적합성 검증을 통해 와이블분포를 선정 후 분포 양상을 확인하고 착화시간에 따른 착화확률 등을 분석하였다.

Switched Network 는 Shared Network 에 비해서 스니핑에 안전하다. 하지만 비교우위일뿐 절대적으로 스니핑에 안전한 것은 아니다. 이미 Switched Network 상에서 스니핑을 할 수 있는 공격툴들이 많이 소개되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 Switched Network 상에서 ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) 스푸핑을 통한 ARP 캐시 오염을 통하여 스니핑이 가능한 시나리오를 기술한다. 이러한 시나리오를 탐지하기 위한 기존의 방법은 DHCP 와 같은 동적인 환경이 포함된 경우 False Positive 를 자주 발생시키기 때문에 문제가 된다. 여기에서는 이러한 False Positive 를 줄인 탐지 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 RWS 터널 화재시나리오에 근거하여 유한요소 해석프로그램인 ABAQUS의 열전달 해석을 통한 난연 FRP패널의 두께에 따른 RC 슬래브의 내화성능을 평가하였다. 얇은 두께에서 내화성능 확보를 위해 열전도율이 낮은 공기층을 포함하여 해석을 진행하였다. 이를 활용하여 RC 슬래브의 내화성능 확보가 가능하도록 하는 적절한 난연 FRP패널과 공기층의 두께를 산출하였다. In this study, the fire resistance performance of RC slabs according to the thickness of flame retardant FRP panels was evaluated through the heat transfer analysis of ABAQUS, a finite element analysis program, based on RWS fire curves by investigating tunnel structure. In order to secure fire resistance performance at a thin thickness, the analysis was conducted including an air layer with low thermal conductivity. Using this, the thickness of the appropriate flame retardant FRP panel and air layer to ensure the fire resistance performance of the RC slab was calculated.
