        메타인지적 지식과 작동기억이 메타인지적 규제 요구 과제의 성취에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 자기주도적 학습 능력의 핵심요소로 강조되는 메타인지가 작동기억의 중앙집행장치와 어떤 관계에 있는지 경험적 연구를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등학생을 대상으로 세 개의 실험집단과 한 개의 비교집단을 구성하여, 메타인지적 지식과 작동기억이 메타인지적 규제 요구 과제의 성취도에 어떤 영향을 주는지 검토하였다. 실험 결과, 메타인지적 지식 수준이 높은 피험자는 낮은 피험자보다 메타인지적 규제를 요구하는 과제에서 더 높은 성취도를 나타냈다. 작동기억 용량에 따른 메타인지적 규제 요구 과제 성취도에 미치는 효과분석에서는 중앙집행장치와 언어적 작동기억을 제외한 시· 공간적 작동기억이 성취도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시 · 공간적 작동기억 검사도구의 신뢰도가 높지 않았기 때문에 이 문제에 대한 결론을 확정하기 위해서는 추가적인 반복실험이 필요하다. 작동기억을 억제했을 때의 메타인지적 규제 요구 과제 성취도는 예측했던 대로 중앙집행장치 억제집단이 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 낮고, 네 집단 중에서도 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 메타인지적 규제 요구 과제가 중앙집행장치의 많은 인지적 자원을 필요로 하기 때문에 중앙집행장치 용량의 상하에 따른 성취도는 차이가 나타나지 않지만, 중앙집행장치를 억제하면 성취도는 크게 떨어지는 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구결과는 메타인지적 규제의 기능을 작동기억의 중앙집행장치가 담당하며, 메타인지적 규제능력이 높은 학습자는 자기주도적 학습에서 성공할 가능성이 높다는 것을 시사한다. 따라서 자기주도적 학습을 메타인지적 규제의 관점에서 접근하는 연구는 작동기억의 중앙집행장치를 고려해야 보다 설명력 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. This study was to examine the relationship between two components of metacognition and working memory that were considered as critical constructs to have influence on self-directed learning. The subjects were 140 sixth graders. They were randomly assigned to the three experimental groups and the control. Three experimental groups were given tasks requiring metacognitive regulation and concurrent working memory suppression tasks. The control group performed only the task requiring metacognitive regulation. The results of this study were as follows: The subjects with high metacognitive knowledge got higher achievement in the task requiring metacognitive regulation than the low metacognitive knowledge group. Visuo-spatial working memory span affected task performance requiring metacognitive regulation. However, because of low reliability of visuo-spatial span test additional experiments are necessary to confirm the results. As expected, the central executive suppression group showed significantly lower performance of metacognitive regulation tasks than the control group. Also the other groups got the lowest achievement. The findings suggested that the central executive would play the role of metacognitive regulation and the students with high metacognitive regulation skills would be successful in self-directed learning. It is desired that the study regarding the relationship between self-directed learning and metacognitive regulation skills consider the students' central executive capacity.

        돈육의 저장중 이화학적 성질에 미치는 토코페롤 급여효과

        비육후기 돼지 사료에 첨가되는 우지 함량 중 2%를 들깨유로 대체 급여한 돈육(T1), T1처리구에 비타민 E 250ppm 첨가 급여한 돈육(T2), 우지함량 중 2%를 오징어유로 대체 급여한 돈육(T3), T3에 비타민 E 250ppm 첨가 급여한 돈육(T4)을 1±1℃에서 28일간 저장하면서 육질특성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 저장기간에 따라 육색 L^*과 b^*값, 지방색 b^*값 및 drip loss는 증가하였다. 총단백질추출성과 보수력은 14일까지 증가 후 감소하였으며, 염용성 단백질추출성 및 지방색 L^*값은 감소하였다. 근절길이에서는 저장기간에 따라 T3구는 감소하였다. 총단백질추출성은 T1보다는 T2가 낮은 반면 T3보다는 T4가 높았다. 염용성단백질추출성은 비타민 E 첨가구들이(T2, T4) 첨가하지 않은 구들(T1, T3)에 비하여 높았으며, drip loss와 육색 a^*값은 비타민 첨가구들이 첨가하지 않은 구들에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 보수력은 T1보다는 T2가 낮은 반면 T3보다는 T4가 높았다. 지방색 L^*값은 저장 1일째는 비타민을 첨가한 처리구들이 첨가하지 않은 처리구들에 비해 높았으나, 저장 28일째에는 낮게 나타났고, b^*값은 비타민을 첨가한 처리구들이 낮게 나타나 비타민 첨가구가 drip loss, 육색과 염용성단백질 추출성에서 좋은 효과를 나타내었다. The quality of pork meat was determined as following treatments. The meat samples were obtained from pigs which had been fed finishing pig diets containing 2% perillar seed oil in beef tallow(T1), 250ppm vitamin E in T1(T2), 2% squid oil substituted of beef tallow(T3), 250ppm vitamin E in T3(T4). During storage period, meat color L^*, b^* value, fat color b^* value and drip loss were increased. The extraction amount of total protein and water holding capacity were increased until 14 days after then were decrease. The extraction amount of salt soluble protein and fat color L^* value were decreased and sarcomere length were decrease in T2 as well. T1 was higher than T2 in the extraction amount of total protein and its of T4 was higher than T3. The extraction amount of salt soluble protein of the T2 and T4 was higher than that of T1 and T3. The drip loss and the a^* value of meat color were lower in vitamin treated one than non treated one. On water holding capacity. T1 was higher than T2 and T3 was lower than T4. The L^* value of fat in vitamin treated ones was shown higher than that of non treated ones on day 1, however, it and the b^* value of the meat were low on day 28.

      • 다층인공신경망에 기초한 구조계 정정

        The structural system identification using neural networks is presented in this study. Among the neural networks, backpropagation neural network is adopted to fulfill the damage assessment. When the damages occur, the structural responses are changed and the responses contain the damage locations and extents. The static displacements of the truss structure are induced by the various damage states under the static load. In the neural networks the displaces are the inputs and the damage locations and extents are the outputs. The simulation informs that it is efficient to apply the neural network to the damage detection.

        고지방식이 운동후 글리코겐과 혈액성분 및 지구성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        It is well known that high fat diet enhances using of fatty acids during the last stage of endurance exercise. But effects of high fat diet administration on endurance exercise were not well documented. At this point of view, we ingested intralipose and a high fat diet in rats to increase fatty acids utilization during endurance exercise performance. Thirty male Sprague-Dauley rats were chosen as the subjects in this experiment. These subjects were divided into two groups on the basis of diet protocols as follows : ① normal diet(carbohydrates 58%, proteins 23.8%, lipids 8%, and others), ② high fat diet(carbohydrates 45%, proteins 25%, lipids 30%). And in high fat diet group, intralipose was ingested before exercise. Endurance exercises on the basis of Bruce protocol were applied to the groups. Serum glucose, lactic acid, FFA, TG, cholesterol concentration were analyzed. Liver, soleus and gastrocnemius white muscle glycogen contents were determined and endurance exercise time was measured. As a result of experiment, high fat diet group was decreased less than normal diet group in serum glucose concentration and in liver, soleus and gastronemius white muscle glycogen contents. On the other hand, serum FFA and TG concentration were increased more high fat diet group than nomal diet group, and serum lactic acid concentration were increased less high fat diet group than normal diet group. And endurance exercise time was increased after a single high fat diet. In conclusion, even though a single high fat diet, glycogen-sparing effect in rats was occurred.

      • Calcium 및 Potassium의 심실근 수축작용에 대한 pH의 영향

        Calcium ions have the important roles in the various processes in muscle contraction. Especially extracellular calcium as a source of calcium for contraction is decisive in cardiac muscle contraction because slow calcium inward current during depolarization of sarcolemma determines the calcium concentration in sarcoplasm. It is well known that hydrogen ion has the negative inotropic effect on cardiac muscle. Although the precise mechanism of hydrogen ion on cardiac contractility is uncertain, its effect on cardiac contractility is closely related to the action of calcium. The potassium ion also has a negative inotropic effect and its mechanism on cardiac contractility has not been established. Furthermore, the contractility is not known. The author intended to investigate the effects of concurrent changes in pH and calcium concentration, pH and potassium concentration on ventricular contactility. For these purpose, combination of each changes either in pH 8. 4, 7. 4 and 6. 4, i. e. 1 unit deviation from normal pH, with the calcium concentration of 1, 2, and 4 mM/L, or potassium concentration of 0. 5, 2, and 6 mM/L was chosen for ventricular perfusion. Turtle heart was selected for experiments and Langendorf's preparation for ventricular perfusion was used. The perfusate was Tris buffered Ringer containing with different electrolyte concentration according to each group. Tension and max. dT/dt as parameters of contractility were recorded by means of physiograph^R and its accessories. The results are summarized as follows;

        This paper describes an optimal static server allocation algorithm with transaction flow control using mean value analysis in multiprocessing based client/server environment. We present an analytical methodology for the analysis and performance evolution of server allocation algorithm. Using mean value analysis, performance are obtained. It is the throughput, end-to-end delay time, a multiprocessor utilization and system power. The goal in this paper is to determine the optimal parameter value such as the number of transaction and server instantiation in the system, which affect the configuration of the critical hardware resource.

      • Thomas Hardy의 The Mayor of Casterbridge에 관한 연구

        This paper is intended as an investigation of human ambivalence and Henchard's psychoanalysis, that is, his tragedy founded on the basis of ambivalence, and Hardy's view of fate. Thomas Hardy's tragic literature can accomodate a world of contrasting elements, It is the result of his attitude towards life which was one of "Life offers-to deny". Most of his works consist of the contrasting realities of tradition and modernism. His novels compared to the pastoral ones can be applicable to the former and his technique to the latter. The dual aspect of his novels can be replaced with realism and fantasy. They are found in the descriptions of Norcombe Hill in Far from the Madding Crowd, Egdon Heath in The Return of the Native and Casterbridge in The Mayor of Casterbridge. Hardy's view of fate can be taken as another example. We see that under the transition period between an old and new world his modernism is a reflection of his ambivalence. These two contrasting elements are presented as the main sources of his ambivalent literature. In The Mayor of Casterbridge Henchard's dual personality is revealed through his character and action, and the character and any given situation. To Henchard's tragedy Hardy applied Novalis' aphorism, "Character is Fate".

      • 현장 재하시험을 통한 국내고용 교량에 대한 동적효과 분석

        A statistical analysis for estimation the dynamic characteristics of bridge structures is presented in this paper. The dynamic responses of the real bridges due to test vehicles and normal traffic loads are measured for 147 bridges with different types and span lengths etc. Using the measured data in field, correlation and regression analysis of vibration-related parameters are performed on SPSS, and the results are compared with Standard Specifications. From the results of this study, it considered that impact factors in Korean Specification seems to have low values, as the span length increases regardless of the structural types, and to give high load carrying factors.

      • 실험적 모드해석을 위한 장치구성 및 LabVIEW 프로그래밍

        The purpose of this paper is to construct the vibration test equipments for experimental modal analysis which is more economical than commercial measurement equipments and to develop the analysis program which can be used to extract the dynamic characteristics of structures such as natural frequencies and mode shapes. To verify and validate the suggested hardwares and softwares for economical and accurate vibration test, a cantilever beam test was carried out and the results were compared with the numerical results which was calculated from FE analysis and theoretical values.

      • 설계조건 분할에 의한 다단계 구조최적화

        A new method that performs multilevel design optimization for structural design is presented in this paper. This study demonstrates hybrid optimization method which combines a general mathematical programming algorithm with classical fully stressed design method. Systems optimization is achieved with system level constraints by the former, while the latter is exercised with local constraints in subsystem level. Numerical results for widely used truss models show the validity and efficiency of this study.
