The purpose of this paper is to examine the situation of Indoor Air Quality environment as to the kitchen in the group housing, and to present appropriate improvement device in the kitchen indoor air ventilation through the survey, measurement methods. The conclusions are as follows; (1) Especially, the contaminated air situation of the kitchen area spreads wide in open plan between living and kitchen by the characters of architectural plan type and occupant's behavior habits. Therefore, we need to control IAQ, and should renew range hood system for active ventilation importation.(2) The using condition of gas-range, ventilation hood, the number of smokers, the various behavior of occupant's influence IAQ level, for example, the consistency of CO2exceeds a permitted limit by the gas-range using over 5 minutes.(3) Dust and CO2 exceed closely the allowable value level of the contamination, so, this paper claims to establish the permission limit related with the using of gas-range, the appropriates frequency of ventilation and the smoking in the group housing. (4) This paper indicates several points about the improvement of the current range-hood system. The important problem is the noise, so the diminution of the range-hood system noise needs to improve this part urgently. The second problem is the filter change and the cleaning of range-hood system without difficulty for ventilation route if this system actively air-supply and air-evacuation with synchronously.

In this study, the reduction rates of nutrients were suggested to prevent eutrophication on the Hwaong reservoir in the year of 2008 and 2012. With EPA's WASP6 model, future water quality were simulated. In 2008, T-N would be 1.36mg/L and T-P 0.100mg/L on average. ; In 2012, T-N 2.66mg/L and T-P 0.128mg/L. With all the water quality management plans that the government authorities are carrying out, these results indicate that the reservoir would be reach the eutrophic or hypertrophic state according to the Vollenweider's trophic states. Therefore, the Hwaong reservoir requires additional plans for nutrients management. Here, the target water quality to prevent eutrophication of the reservoir sets into mesotrophic state ; T-N 0.475mg/L and T-P 0.02mg/L.(median of Vollenweider index for mesotropphic state) The reduction rates of nutrients on Namyang and Eoeun streams were estimated with uniform treatment method to meet the goal. The results showed that nutrients from two streams should be reduced up to 78% in 2008, and 84% in 2012. Since the ratio of T-N/T-P would be higher than 16 at target years, T-N was not considered as the limiting factor and was not reduced.
升麻葛根湯 및 升麻葛根湯合四物湯의 抗 Histamine 效果에 關한 硏究

In order to find out the effect of Anti-Histamine of the Sungmagalkuntang and Sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang I've investigated the effect of the time to death, the peripheral vascular Peaneability, the amount of secretion of Gastric Juice, the total Acidity of Gastric Juice, the contraction of Intestine Tube by Histarnine and the effect of the Skin-Reaction by the decrease of DNCB. These results are following 1. The effect of Mice s rime to death by Histamine was that the injection group of sungmagalkuiigtang and the injection group of sungmagalkungtang-plus-samultang both have had the effect of the extention uf the time lo death, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 2. The effect of the increased vascular permeability by Histamine was that the injection group of sungmagalkuntang and the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang both have had the effect of the restraint of the increased vascular permeability, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 3. The effect of the the amount of the secretion of Gastric Juice by Histamine stimulus was tirat the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang only has had the effect of restraint of the increased of the secretion of Gastric Juice, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 4. The effect of the chan,ge of total Acidity of Gastric Juice by Histamine's stimulus was that the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang only has had the effect of the restraint of the increase of tolal Acidity of Gastric Juice,, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 5. The effect of the contraction of Intestine Tube by Histamine was that sungmagalkuntang and sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang both have had the effect of the contraction and the restraint According to the increase of the density, the effect of the restraint was more clear. But the difference of the effects between two substances had little. 6. The effect of the reaction of skin by the decrease of DNCB was that the injection group of sungmagalkuntang and the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang have had the decreased effect of the Skin-Reaction in comparison with comparative group. sungmagalkun-tang-plus-samultang aws more effective. In these results shown above, both sungmagalkuntang and sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang was shown as more effective one
결정형 규산분진에 의한 A549 세포의 독성 및 섬유모세포 증식에 Desferrioxamine이 미치는 영향

The inhalation of crystalline silica results in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Among these ROS, hydroxyl radical (˙OH) is believed to be the most reactive one. ˙OH is generated in reaction between superoxide and hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by transition metal, especially iron. Therefore iron should be important in the bioactivity of crystalline silica. Desferrioxamine, a iron chelator, may be protective in silica-induced pulmonary reaction. To test this assumption we investigated the protective effect of desferrioxamine on lipid peroxidation of cell membrane, cytotoxicity, production of proinflammatory and chemotactic cytokine and fibroblast proliferation by crystalline silica in vitro model. The results were as follows; 1. Fenton activity of silica and asbestos was significantly higher than that of control. Fenton activity in crocidolite was higher than silica at the same dose. This result correlated with iron content of dust. Fenton activity of silica and crocidolite was decreased by preincubation of silica with desferrioxamine. 2. Silica induced a dose-dependent increase of MDA concentration in lung epithelial cell lysate dose dependently. Marked decrease of MDA was observed in desferrioxamine treated silica group compared with untreated group. 3. As concentration of stimulated silica, silica-induced cytotoxicity was increased. There was significant decrease of cytotoxicity in desferrioxamine-treated silica group compared with untreated group. 4. α-quartz augmented the production of TNF-α and IL-8 from A-549 cell. While desferrioxa-mine suppressed the release of cytokines. 5. Supernatant of silica-cocultured A549 cell induced a significant proliferation of fibroblast, which desferrioxaime blocked this proliferation. From these result, we concluded that desferrioxamine has a protective effect on silica induced pulmonary reaction.
인체 간 Microsome에서의 우슬 추출물의 Cytochrome P450 약물 대사효소에 대한 억제작용

Objective : Achyranthes bidentata radix (Usul) has been used as anti-arthritic, antiallergic, antidiuretic and so on Recently extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix have shown anti-inflammatory and cancer preventive effects in vitro and in vivo. Methods : We therefore evaluated the inhibitory potential of ehtanol extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix on cytochrome P450(CYP) isoforms-catalyzecd reactions, which relate to causes of cancer and inflammation, including CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP2D6, CYP2C8, and CYP3A4, using human liver microsomal preparations. Results : The extracts showed weak or negligible inhibitory effects on CYP2C9-catalyzed (S)-warfarin 7-hydroxylation, CYP2C19-catalyzed S-mephenytoin 4-hydroxylation, and CYP2D6-catalyzed dextromethorphan O-demethylation with each IC50 over 1750 g/㎖, respectively. However, it showed relatively significant inhibitory effect on CYP1A2-catalyzed phenacetin O-deethylation and CYP2E1-catalyzed chloizoxazone 6-hydroxylation with IC50s of 970.5 g/㎖ and 821.4 g/㎖, respectively. Conclusions : These results suggest that extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix have inhibitory effects on CYP-catalyzed reactions, expeciallyCYP1A2 and CYP2E1, in human liver microsomes. These effects appear to relate to anti-inflammatory and cancer prevention following decrease of reactive oxygen species formed by CYP, especially CYP1A2 and CYP2E1, by Achyranthes bidentata radix. However, further evaluation is necessary to demonstrate and to confirm its effects in human.

패턴의 미세화에 따른 정확하고 신속한 결과 예측은 Iithography simulation tool 의 높은 공정 변수 의존을 요구한다. 이로 인해 simulation tool 은 공정 변수 사이의 보정이 더욱 복잡해져 광 근접 효과 등으로 나타나는 다양한 패턴들의 크기 결과를 예측하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 simulation 결과 값과 실측값의 차이를 신경망 알고리즘에 적용하여 공정 변수를 최적함으로서 simulation tool의 예측 정확성을 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였다. It is required to make an accurate and quick prediction of critical dimension (CD)for higher integrated devices. Because simulation tools consist of many process parameters and models, it is difficult that process parameters are calibrated to match the CD results for various patterns. This paper presents a method of improving the accuracy of predicting CD results by applying △ (the difference between simulation and experimental data) value to neural network algorithm (NNA) in order to reduce the CD difference caused by optical proximity effects.
Horseshoe Appliance를 이용한 Ⅲ급 부정교합의 교정적 접근

성장기 아동의 Ⅲ급 부정교합의 치료에는 많은 악기능 정형장치가 사용되어 왔으며 다양한 형태로 변화하여 발전되어 왔다. Horseshoe appliance는 Schwarz에 의해 소개된 장치로서 elastic의 견인력으로 장치의 free sliding 효과를 통해, 하악와와 과두의 관계를 재정립시켜, 악골 주위의 연조직이나 muscle matrix와 조화되는 새로운 위치에 하악골을 repositioning시켜 악골관계를 개선시킬 수 있다. 또한 하악의 후하방 회전 효과를 극소화시켜 전안면고경의 증가를 방지할 수 있고, 구외 장치에 비해 환자의 협조도가 좋다. 저자들은 전치부 반대교합을 주소로 전북대학교 치과병원 소아치과에 내원한 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자에게 Horseshoe appliance를 사용한 결과 하악골에 대한 상대적인 상악골의 전방 성장과 교합평면의 반시계방향 회전, 상악 전치의 순측 경사와 하악 전치의 설측 경사로. 3개월 내에 전치부 반대교합이 해소되는 효과를 얻었다. The Horseshoe appliance was introduced by Dr. Schwarz, and it is used to correct sagittal relationships by elastic force in class Ⅲmalocclusion.It minimizes the increment of lower anterior facial height and allows the mandible to be repositioned harmoniously with the soft tissue and muscle matrix of the jaw. It has the advantages of better patient cooperation, easier construction, and more effective modification. In the patients who were treated with Horseshoe appliance, forward growth of maxilla and counterclockwise rotation of occlusal plane with labioversion of maxillary incisors and linguoversion of mandibular incisors were obtained Minimum downward and backward rotation of mandible was accepted, so increasing of lower anterior facial height was minimized.
