      • 내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

        과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

      • 機械工學敎育科 敎科課程 改善에 關한 硏究

        Change of the society owing to the national economic progress requires the reform of the education to produce qualified technical high school teachers in the university. In response to this need, the study on the curriculum for the mechanical engineering education in the university is inevitable. Currently, the curriculum requires 160 credits for graduation which are composed of 32 credits for the general subjects, 26 credits for the engineering basic subjects, 22 credits for the pedagogic subjects, and 80 credits or the major subjects. The study is limited only to the organization of the major subjects. As a result of this study, the new curricuiculum is presented and following conclusions are obtained; 1) Basic subjects is the major consolidated. 2) Separated courses for elective subjects are unified into one. 3) 80 credits for she major convist of 40 credits of required subjects and 40 credits of electives. 4) Theory and practice in the major subjects have proportions of 60 and 40 in classhour respectively. 5) To supplement the practice, field practice is systemtized and intensified its duration up to 2 months, but no credits are necessarily assigned to it.

      • 쥐 大腦 Muscarinic Receptor에 미치는 카드뮴의 影響

        The effect of cadmium ?? on the [³H] quinuclidinyl benzilate (QNB) binding of the muscarinic receptors in the cerebrum was examined. ?? Inhibited [³H]QNB binding in both dose-dependent and time-dependent manners and this inhibitory action was irreversible. The ?? Value of ?? to inhibit [³H]QNB binding in the presence of 100 pM [³H]QNB in the cerebral microsome pretreated with ?? at 37℃ for 15 min was about 50㎛. The inhibition of [³H]QNB binding by 50㎛ ?? followed biphasic kinetics ; there is a rapid inhibition phase during first 10 min incubation periods and a slow inhibition phase after a rapid phase. ?? decreased the binding site concentration for [³H]QNB binding without affecting the affinity of QNB. These results suggest that sulphydryl group plays an important role to maintain the muscarinic receptor conformation for [³H]QNB binding.

      • TV 스포츠 프로그램이 대학생들의 스포츠활동에 미치는 영향

        One of the purpose of this study was to research that how TV sports programs have an effect on the sports activities of college students Another purpose was that this research would be used to make more effective and systemetic sports program and to create sound atmosphere filled with brightness through reasonable sports activities of students. The subjects for this study were composed of make male and female students of S,A and D university in Pusan, excluding those who belonged to physical education department. And the questionnaires were distributed at random. The results were as follows. 1. In the question asking frequency of sports event involved, it was showed that male student take part in 2~3 events, I event in order and female nothing, l event in order. In the rate of sports activities in everyday life, level of male students(3.98±1.4) was higher than that of female(2.75±0.9). 2. In the question asking the feeling while watching sports program on TV, it was showed that male students feel the need of sports strongly, want to run in training wear in order and female feel a little need of sports, don't care about it in order. 3. In the question which factors make them feel the desire of participation in sports activities, it was showed that both student feel the desire 'when they want to increase fitness and strength', 'when they want to relax stress' in order 4. In the question asking media where students get information, it was showed that male students get form TV, newspaper, sports magazine, teaching material in order, and female TV, newspaper, sports magazine in order. In the way to fing the result of sports game, it was showed that both student get through TV broadcasting, newspaper, radio in order, it was showed that male students get from TV sports program, lesson, school class in order, and female students get from school class, lesson, TV sports program on order. 5. In the reason why students watch TV sports program, it was because that male students have an interest in sports, want t release stress in order and female students want to release stress, have an interest in sports in order. In the reason why students don't watch TV sports program, it was because that male students want to watch another programs, don't know the rules and how the game is operated have no interest in sports in order. 6. In dissatisfying factors when watch in TV sports program, it was showed that for male, TV program are declined to some popular sports game', TV casting hour is too short' in order and for female 'there are not sufficient explanation on rules and skills', 'programs for female are rare' in order. 7. In the question asking what they get from TV sports program, it was showed that male students get security of emotion, relaxation of stress, acknowledgement of health and rules and skills of sports of sports in order and female get security of emotion, relaxation of stress, rules and skills, acknowledgement of health in order. 8. In the volume of watch TV sports program, it was showed that male watch 'sometimes', 'a lot' in order and female watch 'seldom', 'sometimes' in order. In addition, in the volume of watching international sports event such as Asian game, Olympic and World cup, it was showed that male students sometimes watch some events they like almost most games in order and female students watch some events, seldom in order. 9. In the helpful program, it was showed that both male and female students want lesson program, live sports event, special foreign sports event in order. 10. In the question asking which program they want to watch, it was showed that male students want to watch high-leveled foreign sports events, lesson program, live casting in order and female want lesson program, high-leveled foreign sports events, sports enlightment program in order. 11. In the relation between sports involved and TV sports program, it was showed that male student answered 'just so', 'very helpful' in order and female student answered 'a little helpful', 'very helpful' in order. In which part of TV sports programs is helpful to sports involved, it was showed that both male and female students answered 'rules','basic skills', 'sportsmanship and manners', 'choice of sports goods' in order.

      • Ornithogalum의 엽삽과 조직배양에 의한 신속 대량번식

        엽삽시 kinetin과 BA처리에서 자구생성이 증가하였으며, 이 중 kinetin 100mgㆍL^-1처리시 자구발달이 가장 촉진되었다. 엽삽시 온도는 17℃에서 자구발달이 증가되었으며 신초와 뿌리발달도 잘되었으며, 엽삽시 잎의 중 상부보다 기부부위에서 자구발달수가 현저히 증가되었으며 신초길이도 증가 되었다. 자구의 정식 후 재배온도 17℃와 20℃에서 구직경과 신초수가 증가되었으며 개화도 촉진되었다. 조직배양시 MS배지의 인편조직에서 신초발생수가 가장 증가되었으며, 1/2MS배지에서는 잎조직에서 증가되었으며, 모든 식물체 부위에서 NAA 0.25mgㆍL^-1와 BA 1.5mgㆍL^-1처리시 신초발생이 가장 증가되었다. 잎 부위별 자구발달은 잎의 기부부위에서 신초수와 뿌리수가 증가하였으며, 기내 배양온도는 19℃, 23℃ 및 16℃ 순으로 신초발생과 뿌리발달이 촉진되었다. Sucrose 60gㆍL^-1처리가 30gㆍL^-1처리보다 신초수가 다소 증가되었으며 ancymidol 0.8mgㆍL^-1처리시 신초수와 뿌리발달도 증가되었다. Bulb development was more promoted by treatment of BA and kinetin with 100㎎ㆍL^-1 than any other treatments in leaf cuttings. Bulb, shoot and root development were most promoted at 17℃. Number of bulblets were significantly increased when part of proximal position of leaf was used. Development of bulb diameter, shoot number and flowering were significantly promoted when planted in temperature at 17 and 20℃ compared to 23℃. Shoot number was highly increased in MS medium with bulb scale segments than other treatment in vitro culture. 0.25㎎ㆍL^-1 NAA mixed with 1.5㎎ㆍL^-1 BA was the best hormonal combination for plantlet formation in all plant parts. Among plant parts, leaf was the best materials for induced shoot development. Shoot and root number were increased in proximal position of leaf. Shoot and root development were increased in the order of 19℃, 23℃ and 16℃. Shoot number was more promoted with medium of 60gㆍL^-1 sucrose treatment than 30gㆍL^-1 and shoot and root development were promoted with medium of 0.8㎎ㆍL^-1 ancymidol treatment.

        전도성 고분자 센서 어레이를 이용한 휘발성 유기 화합물 가스 인식

        휘발성 유기 화합물 가스(Volatile Organic Compounds)를 인식하고 분석하기 위하여 전도성 고분자 센서어레이를 이용한 시스템을 제작하였다. Polypyrrole와 Polyaniline을 화학중합법으로 센서에 전도성고분자막을 형성하였고 이를 통해 VOC 검지용 센서 어레이를 제작하였다. 센서어레이로부터 측정되는 다차원 데이터는 주성분분석법(PCA)과 RBF(Radial Basis Function Network)을 이용하였다. 제안된 시스템으로 VOCs 가스를 인식하는데 있어서 RBF Network이 PCA방식보다 더욱 효율적인 것으로 판단되었다. We fabricated gas recognition system using conducting polymer sensor array for recognizing and analyzing VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) gases. The polypyrrole and polyaniline thin film sensors which were made by chemical polymerization were employed to detect VOCs. The multi-dimensional sensor signals obtained from the sensor array were analyzed using PCA(principal component analysis) technique and RBF(radial basis function) Network. Throughout the experimental trails, we confirmed that RBF Network is effective than PCA technique in identifying VOCs.

      • 항 Histamine와 Muscarinic Receptor 와의 상호작용 (Ⅱ) : 대뇌 Muscarinic M1 Receptor 에 대한 작용 Action on the cerebral muscarinic M₁ Receptor

        A single uniform population of specific, saturable, high affinity binding site of [³H] guinuclidinyl benzilate(QNB) was identified in the rat cerebral microsomes. The Kd value(37.2 pM) for [³H]QNB calculated from the kinetically derived rate constants was in agreement with the Kd value(48.9 pM) determined by analysis of saturation isotherms at various receptor concentrations. Dimenhydrinate(DMH), histamine H₁-blocker, increased Kd value for [³H] QNB without affecting the binding site concentrations and this effect resulted from the ability of DMH to slow [³H]QNB-receptor association. Pirenzepine inhibition curve of [³H]QNB binding was shallow(nH = 0.52) indicating the presence of two receptor subtypes with high (M₁-site) and low(M₂-site) affinity for pirenzepine. Analysis of these inhibition curves yielded that 68% of the total receptor populations were of the M₁-subtype and the remaining 32% of the M₂-subtype. Ki values for the M₁- and M₂-subtypes were 2.42 nM and 629.3 nM, respectively. Ki values for H₁-blockers that inhibited [³H]QNB binding varied with a wide range (0.02-2.5μM). The Pseudo-Hill coefficients for inhibition of [³H]QNB binding by most of H₁-blockers examined except for oxomemazine inhibition of [³H]QNB binding were close to one. The inhibition curve for oxomemazine in competition with [³H]QNB was shallow(nH = 0.74) indicating the presence of two receptor populations with different affinities for this drug. The proportion of high and low affinity was 33:67. The Ki values for oxomemazine were 0.045±0.016 μM for high affinity and 1.145±0.232 μM for low affinity sites. These data indicate that muscarinic receptor blocking potency of H₁-blockers varies widely between different drugs and that most of H₁-blockers examined are nonselective antagonist for the muscarinic receptor subtypes, whereas oxomemazine might be capable of distinguishing between subclasses of muscarinic receptor.
