        At a turning point of new paradigm, each countries in the world are try to search solutions to a current problems of the times in maritime than land. To accomplish a powerful maritime power, it is necessary to construct MGII(Marine Geo-spatial Information Infrastructure) on the basis of Marine and Coastal GIS. In this paper, we establish concept, definition and framework about marine GIS in Korea through framework analysis of foreign GIS and so, in Korea, analyze the present status and application cases of marine GIS that have been developed and constructed until now.

      • 개 아토피성 피부염 장기치료 1례

        A 7-year-old male castrated Shih-tzu dog was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University for severe pruritus. On physical examination were confirmed systemic erythema and alopecia, crust on the neck and flank region. Tape strip test identified numerous degenerative neutrophils and severe Malassezia infection. Treatment for severe pruritus was applied with systemic antihistamine therapy and topical therapy with antimicrobial shampoos. For the finding of appropriate treatment of atopic dermatitis, it was chosen six immune-related treatments. And clinical sign scores were evaluated by investigator with CADESI-03 after each application of six treatments. Application of human immunoglobulin G and leflunomide showed the remarkable regression of lesions.

      • 월악산 잣나무 및 화백나무 형성층의 계절적 활동과 적산온도와의 관계

        The current study was conducted to investigate (1) the duration of cambial activity and (2) the effect of degree days on the initiation of cambial activity of the Pinus koraiensis (PK) and Chamaecy- paris picifera (CP) planted in Mt. Worak. In addition, the differences of the seasonal cambial activities according to the diameter were also investigated using C. picifera with a diameter of 30 cm (CPL) and 15 cm (CPS), which were planted in the same year. The cambium samples were weekly collected using a mini-borer (Ø 2 mm), so called Traphor, between April and October in 2017. The results obtained are as follow. The initiation of the cambial activity of CP (April 21-28) were slightly earlier than PK (April 21). The species with the longest cambial activity was CPS (147.2±12.1 days), followed by PK (141.6±9.8 days) and CPL (139±12.1 days). The degree days inducing the initiation of the cambial activ- ity for PK and CP were 180.5 and 180.5-242.8, respectively.

        The purpose of this paper is to prevent driver from accidents by effectively notifying the driver blind spot warning in a short distance such as a narrow alley when using a two-wheeled vehicle. It is easy to see that two-wheeled vehicles are more fatal in the event of an accident. We analyzed and researched a safety warning device in low-speed driving to identify critical factors for drivers in two-wheeled vehicle driving, and to identify areas that can be improved. Based on the analysis and research, an experiment was conducted and a warning system was applied to the manufactured motorcycle.

        정전척의 유전체 물질로 열전도도와 유전특성 그리고 기계적 특성이 우수한 알루미나에 TiO₂첨가하여 유전체의 비저항을 변화시켜서 정전척(electrostatic chuck)에서 발생하는 정전력인 쿨롱힘(coulomb force)과 존슨-라벡힘(Johnsen-Fahbeck firce_의 영향을 규명하려 하였다. 그리고 비저항, 인가전압, 온도, 습도가 정전력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 고찰하였으며, 인가전압에 따른 응답 특성에 관하여 고찰하였다. Alumina electrostatic chucks for silicon wafer process with wide range of electrical resistivity were fabricated by controlling the amount of TiO₂ addition (0 wt%, 1.3 wt%, 2 wt%, 2.8 wt%). The dependence of electrostatic force on applied voltage, temperature and humidity was investigated. In addition, response characteristics on applied voltage and relationship between electrical resistivity and electrostatic force characteristics such as Coulomb force and Johnsen-Rahbeck force were discussed

        재일 한국인의 한국어에 대한 언어태도 조사 : 오사카 지역사회를 중심으로 KOREAN in Osaka Area in Japan

        In this research I have found that Korean has been converted into Japanese in this ZAINIZI(在日)-KOREAN society so speedily as Lee, Ik-Seop(2000:30l) pointed out. The results of this research are as follows; 1. We can account that Korean has been converted into Japanese in this society already. The reason is that almost of the 2nd and 3rd generations of ZAINIZI(在日)-KOREAN can't speak Korean and they don't have interest in Korean as their mother language. 2. From the data of choosing a language in daily life at home, we can see that they checked 93%-very high score than expected. This means that even when they communicate with family members, almost every family in this ZAINIZI(在日)-KOREAN society don't use Korean but Japanese. 3. They think of Korean as a second language. 4. We can conclude that the 2nd and 3rd generation in this society is a leader group which lead to language conversion. And the psychological reasons cause language conversion in ZAINIZI(在日)-KOREAN society are the weakness of a rational identity and some complex - negative relic which was formed through modern history between Korea and Japan.

        언어 접촉과 언어 변화 : 오사카 거주 제주방언 화자 사회의 방언 보존에 대한 조사 a field study on preservation of Jeju dialect in Osaka area of Japan

        이 조사는 오사카 거주 제주출신 재일 동포 1세 화자들을 대상으로 실시한 일본어 사회 안에서의 제주방언 보존 실태에 관한 것이다. 조사 대상은 현재 제주 지역에서는 거의 들을 수 없게 된 'ㆍ'음의 보존 현상이다. 조사 결과 이 사회의 70∼95세인 고령 집단에서는 'ㆍ'음의 보존이 70% 이상으로 나타났으나 60대 이하에서는 조사되지 못하였다. 이 1세 사회 안의 'ㆍ'음에 의한 방언 차는 '이주 시기+나이'가 적용될 때 합리적인 설명을 할 수가 있었다. 특히 60대 이하 집단에서 이주 시기가 변수가 되는 이유는 이들 집단이 제주도 현지에 있었던 언어습득 완성 시기인 1950∼1960년에 이 지역이 급격한 외부와의 접촉에 의한 외부 언어의 간섭을 받았던 시기였기 때문이다. 지금부터 50여 년 이전부터 사용하던 이 지역의 방언형이 현재 오사카 거주 재일 동포 1세 사회에 그대로 보존이 되고 있었다. This paper is a survey on Jeju dialect in the 1'st generation of ZAI-NICHI KOREAN community in Osaka areas. The main subject of this work is pronunciation of first syllable 'ㆍ'([??]) which is now generally regarded as that it almost has been gone in Jeju area. This research also provides excellent illustrations of the way in which Jeju dialect has been changed for last 60-30 years in both ZAI-NICHI KOREAN community and Jeju area. The results are as follow: The difference of dialect in ZAI-NICHI KOREAN community was discovered by pronunciation of 'ㆍ'([??]). The old-age group(age of 70-95)which was immigrated to this area before the Korean War(1950-53) are able to pronounce 'ㆍ'([??]) correctly, but middle-age group (age of 50-60)which was immigrated after the Korean War pronounce 'ㆍ'([??]) as [o]. According to this variance, this community can be divided into two groups.

      • 청소여건 조성에 따른 청소효과의 고찰

        It is said that though cleaning has implications for our lives, it ha been being only conducted by people's experiences and their insight to cleaning without certain methods. The teachings for effective cleaning include how students well conduct cleaning as well as how the teachers effectively teach the method for dffective cleaning. The concept of cleaning is related to the action which removes the foreign materials from our living environment, and they can be classified into three categories: waste, dust, and stain. Thus, conducting cleaning may mean the work for removing these from something. The results of this research suggested that preparation for cleaning is important, the tools should be sufficiently provided, and particularly the teacher should praise the students who did good job at cleaning. They also indicated that the conditions for cleaning allow for cleanig teaching as well as help to have better environment by the efficiency of the cleaning. And further studies should had focus on the method for cleaning and preparation for preferable cleaning conditions.

      • 附屬樹木園의 設立目的 改正 및 戰略計劃 竪立에 관한 考察 : 우리는 무엇을 해야하는가?

        서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 부속수목원은 1967년 10월 21일 설치된 후 여러 차례 그 위상이 변화되어 오늘에 이르고 있으며 그 설립 목적 또한 수목원 규정에 명시되어 수 차례 개정되었으나 내용면에서 큰 변화 없이 현재까지 유지되어 왔다. 기존의 설립 목적은 수목에 관한 연구, 교육, 증식, 보전이라고 요약할 수 있다. 그러나, 수목원이 설립된 지 30년을 넘는 동안 주변 여건과 시대 상황의 많은 변화가 있었으며 이에 따라 당초 수목원이 설립되던 시점에서 제정된 설립 목적을 시대 상황과 부속수목원이 처한 환경에 맞고 21세기를 지향하는 새로운 교육 여건에 맞춰 개정하고 이 설립목적을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 전략계획을 새로이 수립하였다. 본 수목원의 개정된 설립목적은 '우리 나라 자생 식물 및 북반구 식물에 관련된 지식과 정보를 축적, 연구하고 학생 및 일반인들을 교육함과 동시에 이들 식물을 수집, 증식, 보전, 전시하고 국내외 관련 기관과의 교류, 협력을 추구한다.'로 확정하였으며 이를 달성하기 위한 전략계회긍ㄹ 수립하였다. Although we have had clear our purposes of The Arboretum since 1967, there have been shortfalls between our long term plans and our current aims. It is about the time that we need to prepare and agree a statement of the central purpose and mission of the garden more clearly. Our objectives of a garden were needed to cover all aspects of the scientific, conservation and education value of the living plant collections worldwide. Our mission and strategy plans were then reviewed extensively and therefore we make sure that it will be useful and relevant to our current work and reflect good practice in our gardens. After a great deal of thought and discussion among our staffs, we identified with and own the mission statement as follows. The Arboretum of Seoul National University mission is to acquire, grow, display, conserve and study documented collections of native plants and other botanic specimens from the temperate Northern hemisphere and to engage in collections of botanical information and knowledge and in education that will enable other international and national institutes as our networks to make use of the knowledge acquired.

      • 유니사이클 로봇의 곡선경로 추종에 대한 퍼지규칙베이스 구축

        Our unicycle has simple mechanical structure. But unicycle's dynamic system is a very sensitive unstable nonlinear system. In this paper, a fuzzy inference control mechanism was established throughout an inquiry into human riding a unicycle, and we developed a fuzzy hybrid controller to control our unicycle robot. This proposed fuzzy controller os consisted with direct fuzzy logic controllers and fuzzy gain scheduled PD controller for attitude stability and wheel's velocity individuslly. Computer simulation results show that our fuzzy controllers have robust control performance to unstable nonlinear unicycle robot system.
