      • 炭火水素 混合物의 에멀전型 液膜分離에 있어서 膜의 安定性

        In the separation of hydrocarbon mixtures by emulsion liquid membrane in a batch system, investigated were the effects of surfactant concentration, glycerol concentration and mixing speed on the permeation, separation factor and membrane stability. The permeation increased up to 0.5 wt% of the surfactant concentration and showed no significant variation afterwards. The membrane breakup reached its minimum values at the surfactant concentration of 0.1 wt% for all hydrocarbons and the separation factor reached its maximum values at the surfactant concentraion of 0.5wt% for all hydrocarbon mixtures. The emulsification speed in the range from 1200 to 1800 rpm has no significant effect on the permeation and membrane breakup. The permeation decreased with the glycerol concentration increase and the membrane breakup increased almost linearly with the contact speed.

        자생지에서의 형태적 특성과 단백질 및 동위효소분석에 의한 섬말나리의 변이 탐색

        This study was atttempted to investigate the variations of Lilium hansonii in Ulreung island and to confirm the classification of various strains which showed different morphological characteristics. We conducted invetigation of various morphological characteristics in native plates and analysis of protein and isozymes to estimate genetic variabilty in populations. The results obtained were as follows ; 1.Large colonies of Lilium hansonii were found largely in 400 m above localities of Seong- in bong and small populations of this species were also found at Naribungi, Yongchulso and Taehwareung. But any Lilium hansonii was not found at Seodalreung, Wadalri and Bongrae fall districts which had been known as native places of Lilium hansonii. 2.The distributed areas of Lilium hansonii were positioned at heavy weeded velleys and sloped mountainous sites with high organic matter and eonough soil moisture. In neighbor, fern family plants such as Osmunda japonica, Dryopteris crassirhizoma etc. were growing as dominant species. 3.In native places, Lilium hansonii showed various kinds of variations in flower color, flower shape and spotting of petals etc. By number of whorled leaf layer, Lilium hansonii could be classified into two major group(two and three layer whorled leaf) and two minor group(one and four whorled leaf) 4.Proteins and enzymes from bulb scales of each strain were extracted to analysis banding patterns by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The strains involved in two layer whorled leaf group were easily distinguished from three layer whorled leaf group by one protein band in the position of 25 kilodalton. However, a few strains belonging to the same group showed different protein patterns having one or more additional bands demonstrating that another variations could be exist among strains which have same layer number of whorled leaf. The similar results were observed in the activity of isozyme patterns such as esterase and peroxidase.

      • Ancymidol의 처리가 하늘나리 분화재배시의 생장 및 개화에 미치는 영향

        자생 하늘나리의 분화재배의 기초를 마련하기 위해서 ancymidol을 농도별로 처리하여 그 생장 및 개화반응을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Ancymidol은 하늘나리의 초장억제에 매우 효과적이며, 그 왜화정도는 농도가 높아질수록 컸다. 2. 엽수는 농도가 2.5mg 까지는 무처리에 비해 별차이가 없었으나, 5.0mg을 처리하게 되면 엽수의 감소효과가 나타났으며, 그 정도는 정식구의 크기가 작을수록 심하였다. 3. 2.5mg 이상의 처리구에서는 개화시가 늦어지는 다소의 개화지연 효과를 볼 수 있었으며, 5mg의 처리구에서는 형성 꽃봉오리 수가 적어질 뿐만 아니라 그 개화율도 심하게 떨어졌다. 4. Ancymidol의 농도 증가에 따라 수확구의 크기 및 무게가 작아졌다. The effects of ancymidol on the growth and flowering of potted Lilium concolor var. partheneion were observed. The obtained results were summarized as follows : 1, All ancymidol drench rates significantly retarded plant height. But excessively short plants were produced at 2.5 and 5.0 mg·pot^-1 rates. 2. With 5.0 mg·pot^-1 rate of ancymidol, reduced leaf number effect was observed and the reduced effect was more severe at smaller size planted bulb. 3. Ancymidol at the 2.5 and 5.0 mg·pot^-1 rates increased days to anthesis in Lilium concolor var. partheneion, in addition, flower buds and flowering rate was significantly reduced at 5.0 mg·pot^-1 rates. 4. Harvested bulb diameter and weight were decreased as ancymidol rate increased.

      • 自然部落의 農業協業化에 관한 硏究 : 元加部落을 中心으로 With Special Reference to "Wonga"Village

        The purpose of this study is to consider that agriculture as modern industry has to be transformed from self-supporting livelihood-agriculture to at least self-supporting stable agriculture or commercial agriculture(that is, commercialization of agriculture). But the small-sized acreage under cultivation per farm-house generated farming-man-agement of very small scale. And low-income due to that repeated "vicious circle of poverty." On the other hand, this situation made very difficult the search for the improvement of agricultural structure to increase agricultural income. Therefore, under this circumstances with the effort trying to overcome the contradiction caused by farming-management of very small scale, co-operative farming as a measure for the improvement of agricultural structure has promoted. This study diagnosed the possibility of co-operative farming in the case of our country's tranditional farming under the same natural circumstances from generation to generation. In doing so. "Wonga" village located in "Daechon" Myun, "Gwangsan" country, Chonnam province was taken as a model of a spontaneous village. The result of this analysis shows that in the case of "Wonga" village the co-operative farming should be realized, but still the level of conciousness for it is very low and there is no great leader. Accordingly, the realization of ideal co-operative farming in "Wonga" village is considered as very difficult in the conditions mentioned above. In conclusion, this paper suggests the conditions necessary for the realization of co-operative farming and many things which should be done for it.

      • 韓國 自生 나리의 鱗片 組織培養에 關한 硏究 : 하늘나리, 털중나리, 땅나리에 관하여 Lilium concolor var. partheneion, L.amabile, L.callosum

        實驗 1. 光 環境, sucrose濃度, pH에 따른 球根 增殖 能力의 變化 1. 培養 初期에는 暗 상태에서 子球 形成이 촉진되었으나 시간이 경과할수록 明 처리상태에서 子球形成이 좋았다. 2. 하늘나리 鱗片의 子球 形成率은 3% sucrose 구에서 가장 높았고, 子球의 數, 子球의 무게, 子球의 直徑 등은 6-8% 區에서 가장 좋았다. 3. 酸度가 4.5이하의 배지에서는 자구 형성율이 크게 낮았고, 산도 7.0, 7.5정도의 중성 혹은 약 알카리성 배지에서는 형성 자구의 수가 적어 배지의 適正 酸度는 pH 5.5에서 6.5의 범위가 될 것으로 생각된다. 實驗 2. 置床部位에 따른 球根 增殖 能力의 變化 1. 鱗片 位置에 따른 구근 형성 능력의 변화는 나리의 종류에 따라 매우 달랐다. 하늘나리의 경우 자구 형성율은 外인편이나 內인편에 비해 중심부를 치상했을 때 높았으나, 인편당 형성된 자구의 수가 상대적으로 적었다. 인편당 자구수는 외인편을 배양했을 때 평균 5.1개로 가장 많았다. 2. 鱗片을 三等分하여 위치별로 치상한 결과는 인편의 上部를 치상하였을 때는 자구가 전혀 형성되지 않았으며 中位部, 下位部로 갈수록 자구 형성 능력이 좋았다. 그리고 이러한 부위에 따른 인편의 자구 형성 능력은 生長調節劑 처리에 의해 매우 달라졌다. 생장조절제 처리에 의해서는 인편의 상부절편에서 자구 형성율이 가장 높았다. 實驗 3. 生長調節劑 處理에 따른 球根 增殖 能力의 變化 1. 生長調節劑의 處理 效果는 自生 나리의 種類에 따라, 또 處理 濃度에 따라 매우 다르게 나타났다. 2. 1.0 ppm이상 濃度의 NAA나 BA 처리에 의해서는 자구 형성율 등 구근 형성 능력이 매우 저조하였으며, 비교적 낮은 농도인 0.01 ppm의 NAA와 BA 단용 혹은 혼용 처리구에서 구근 형성능력이 좋은 경향이었다. 3. 한편 털중나리나 땅나리에 있어서는 1.0 ppm 이상의 NAA 또는 BA 單用 혹은 混用 處理區에서는 callus가 많이 形成되었다. The effects of light condition for culture and sucrose concentrations, pH values and growth regulators on Murashige and Skoog basal media and conditions of explants on bulblet formation of several Korean native lilies by scale culture were investigated. Rate of bulblet formation and numbers of originated bulblets per scale etc. were much better at light environment than at dark environment. 6-8% sucrose added media were most effective in bulblet formation of scales of Lilium concolor var. partheneion, which is one of Korean native lilies. pH of medium also highly affected regeneration of bulblet. The best result was obtained at pH 5.0-6.5. Regeneration ability of bulblets by attached positions of scales was varied according to Lilium species. In L. concolor var. partheneion, the central parts of bulbs, which are remaining part of bulbs after removing of outer and inner scales showed higher bulblet development rate but formed fewer numbers of bulblets per explant than outer and inner scales. The numbers of formed bulblets was most on culture of outer scales. Sclaes were culled into three parts of distal, middle and basal parts to culture. The best result was obtained in culture of basal parts. But with treatment of NAA at 0.01 ppm with BA at 0.1 ppm, bulblets and organ formation were much enhanced in distal parts. Those results were much better than in basal parts. Effectiveness of growth regulators on bulblet development was also varied accoring to species. High concentrations(above 1.0 ppm) of NAA with/without BA greatly inhibited bulblet and other organ forming in all three species of lilies used in this experiment, but low concentration of NAA at 0.01 ppm and/or BA at 0.01-0.1 ppm enhanced bulblet formation. In L. amabile and L.callosum, supplementation with NAA at 1.0-10.0 ppm induced very high rate of callus formation.

        In order to compare and analyze the result of the test for physique and strength by the type of blood, analysis was conducted to total numbers of 884 of boys girls high school, and as a result the following conclusion was obtained. 1. In the comparison of the result of the test for the physique by the type of blood, the more both the boys and girls who have the O type of blood are big in age the more the height is big in compared with other types of bloods, and for boys the result was revealt as the smallest, and on the centrary, for girls, it was revealt as big with similar result of the O type of blood. On the hand, for the weight, the circumference of the chest and the sitting height, both boys and girls by the type of blood and for the arcumference of the chest of boys who have the O type of bloods and of girls who have the AB type of bloods, it was revealt as little high in compared with the holders of other types of bloods Especially, for the sitting hight, the holders of the O type of bloods had the highest difference in the holders of the O types of bloods. 2. On the comparision of the result of test for physical strenght by the type of blood, the holders of the O type of bloods have shown the superior result in compared with the holders of other types of blood for all sorts of tests in exception of 100 race of boys who have the B type of bloods and sit ups of girls. Both boys and girls who have the A and B types of bloods have shown a lower difference than the O type of bloods which are of similar sesult on the whole, but the sesult for the AB type of blood has shown the lowest result. On the other hand, in case of girls, the more age is high the more the result is improved. But for 100 meter race and F.A.H. it was revealt that the result of the third grade of middle school was superior to that of high school. It seems to be caused from the result of must training for entering high school.

      • 環境影響評價法 體系의 一元化에 관한 硏究

        The environmental impact assessment(EIA) system is used as a means to incorporate the precautionary principle, one of the basic principle of Korean environmental laws, that is to prevent pollution which may be caused by various development projects. This EIA system is worldwide conducted as enviromental policy means as well as strongly recommended to introduce it by the Rio Declaration. But each county has his own characteristic traits in practicing the EIA system according to his different legal systems and administrative culture. The most particular factor of the Korean EIA system is that similar EIA system are respectively reflected in several laws such as Act for Environmental. Impact Assessment, the Basic Envioronmental Policy Act, the national Land Use and Management Act, the Urban planning Act, etc.. The Act for Environmental Impact Assessment now limits the scope of businesses subject to EIAs, to specific development projects, but not to policy or project plans. These policy or project plans are covered by a prior consultation system differently operated from the EIA system in the Act for Environmental Impact Assessment.

      • Drosera rotundifolia와 D. spatulata의 조직배양시 식물체 재생에 미치는 몇가지 영향

        Drosera spatulata는 영양분의 요구도가 낮아 1/2MS배지에서 가장 많은 식물체가 재생되었다. 대부분의 Drosera속 식물들은 식물체의 재생과 생장에 질소원의 요구도가 낮아 D. spatulata와 D. rotundifolia의 경우 MS배지의 1/4배에서 가장 많은 식물체가 재생되었다. 적정 sucrose의 농도는 식물의 종마다 달라 D. spatulata의 경우 4%에서 D. rotundifolia는 1%에서 무처리구에 비해 많은 식물체의 재생을 보였다. 대부분 활성탄은 식물체의 재생에 효과적이었으나 뿌리의 형성은 억제되는 경향이었다. D. spatulata는 0.05%에서, D. rotundifolia는 0.01%에서 가장 많은 식물체 재생을 보였다. 식물체 재생은 D. spatulata는 0.6%의 agar를 첨가한 배지에서 D. rotundifolia는 액체배지에서 가장 효과적이었다. pH 실험의 결과 D. spatulata는 pH 4.5에서 가장 많은 식물체 재생을 보였다. The study was conducted to fine out the effect of Drosera species showed generally low nutrient requirement, the highest shoot production was obtained with 1/2 strength of MS medium for D. spatulata than with any other strength of MS medium tested. The nitrogen requirement of Drosera species were also relatively low. The maximum shoot regeneration was achieved when cultured in 1/4 strength of nitrogen contained MS medium. The optimum sucrose concentration for each species was different, such as 4% for D. spatulata; 1% for D. rotundifolia. In general, activated charcoal had positive effect on shoot proliferation, but had negative effect on root formation of Drosera species. The best shoot regeneration was achieved on MS medium containing 0.05% activated charcoal for D. spatulata, 0.01% for D. rotundifolia. Shoot regeneration of Drosera rotundifolia was better in MS liquid medium and D. spatulata showing best results on 0.6% agar. The maximal shoot proliferation was achieved on the media adjusted to pH 4.5 for D. spatulata respectively.

      • 발 形態分析과 體能力間의 關係에 관한 比較硏究

        In order to enforce the test of the physical fitness by ages which is based on the classification of the foot by forms, I choosed 1096 male-students in J. high shool, and tried to analize to compare the normal foot to the physical test by forms. The results obtained in this study are following. 1. The number of the students of the foot by forms are following. The normal foot that students have is 869(79.28%), and the flat foot is 227(20.8%) 2. The record of the physical fitness test between the normal foot and the flat foot are following. The normal foot obtained more good results than the flat foot in 100 m sprit, in standing broad jumps, in ball throwing, in sit-up, and in pull-ups. 3. Upon investigation the record of the physical fitness test by ages between the normal foot and the flat, I found that 15 years old classes obtained more goods results than 16, 17years old classes in full-ups and in sit-ups.
