        조선 成宗代 崔灝元의 ‘裨補說’ 논의에 대한 고찰

        This study aims to address argumentative issues and aspects of Choi, Ho-Won(崔灝元)’s complementary theory(裨補說) in the reign of King Sung-Jong(成宗). After examining Choi, Ho-Won’s life and conception, this research analyzes the debates when Choi, Ho- Won insists the conception which refers to Doseon(道詵)’s complementary theory in sixteenth year of King Sung-Jong. Based on that, following issues can be suggested: There was an assertion that a position that given to Choi, Ho-Won, Byungjochamji(兵曹參知) is not proper, and that he should be punished because of his theoretical notion. At least two things can be drawn out of above discussion. First, King Sung-Jong is the person who is willing to keep Jeong-hak(正學) with the exclusion of other theories. Second, there were certain differences between the Confucian scholars including Choi, Ho-Won and King Sung-Jong in the light of their perception about natural disaster(災變) and, the way of making the ruling method on the public according to that. Additionally, the government official have also negative point of view on Doseon’s complementary theory. Docham’s(圖讖) idea, a foundation of Doseon’s theory, was likewise denied, due to changing theory on Feng-shui(風水) in early Chosun Dynasty, and a political notion to promote Confucian ideas, which was a major ideological stream in the reign of King Sung-Jong.

        중학교 8학년 과학 「지구의 역사와 지각변동」 단원에서 정보통신기술(ICT) 활용 수업의 효과

        이 연구는 중학교 8학년 과학 '지구의 역사와 지각 변동' 단원에서 ICT 활용 수업 과정안을 개발ㆍ적용하여 ICT 활용 수업이 학생의 과학 탐구 능력과 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 충청남도에 소재한 D중학교 2학년 2개 학급을 선정하고 교수-학습 방법을 달리하여 약 6주간 수업하였다. 1개 학급은 실험집단으로 ICT수업 과정 안을 개발하여 ICT를 활용한 수업을 실시하였으며, 1개 학급은 통제집단으로 교과서 위주의 전통적 방법으로 수업 하였다. 학습을 하기 1주일 전에 두 집단을 대상으로 과학 탐구 능력과 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성에 대한 사전 검사를 실시하였으며, 수업이 끝난 뒤에 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, ICT를 활용한 실험집단과 전통적 학습을 실시한 통제집단의 과학 탐구 능력 검사에서는 실험 집단에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한, 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성에 대한 검사에서 실험집단에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지는 않았지만, 3개의 과학에 관련된 특성 범위 중에서 흥미 범위에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 ICT 활용 수업이 학생들의 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성에도 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 시사하는 것이다. The effects of learning using Information Communication Technology(ICT) on the students' scientific inquiry ability and science-related affective characteristics were analyzed in Earth History and Crust Movement units of science textbook for eighth graders. For this study, two classes of middle school second students in Chung-nam were selected and taught for six week under different teaching methods. One class is the test class taught with ICT applied teaching materials and the other class is the control class instructed by a conventional method. One week before the experiment, both classes were given tests on scientific inquiry ability and science-related affective characteristics, and they were tested again after the experiment. The results of scientific inquiry test showed statistically meaningful differences in the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class showed statistically meaningful difference in scientific inquiry test. Science-related affective characteristics test showed no statistically meaningful difference in the experimental class. Among three scientific science-related affective characteristics, especially the one fields of interests showed statistically meaningful differences which suggest that learning using ICT has a positive effect on the expanding of students' science-related affective characteristics.

        By examining trading volumes of the stocks for 30 days after their initial public offerings, this paper investigate the relationship between auditor choice and trading activities and thereupon makes an inference on the auditor quality issue. The results show that the trading volume of IPO stocks on the first day of trading is significantly larger for High-Quality auditor clients than for Low-Quality auditor ones, but this relationship is reversed after 10 trading dates.

      • 海底土의 短期安定處理의 反應特性

        Recently, chemical soil stabilizations using the deep mixing method have been actively adopted for the improvement of soft ground in the offshore region. The objective of this study is to reveal the mechanism of strength development in the uncompacted stabiolized soils made by the deep mixing method. The mechanical properties of strength in the cement or lime stabilized soils were investigated. Furthermore, the reaction materials and process in them were elucidated by x-ray diffraction analysis and pH values. From the results, the relation between strength development and x-ray diffraction intensity in the uncompacted stabilized soils is discussed.

      • Methylmethacrylate와 n-Butylalcohol의 에스테르 교환반응에 관한 연구

        The transesterification reaction between methylmethacrylate and n-butyl alcohol was kinetically investigated in the presence of constant quantity of inhibitor and various metal acetate catalyst at 120℃. The quantity of n-butylmethacrylate produced in the reaction flask was measured by gas-chromatography, and the reaction rate was investigated by measuring of the quantity of the product the reaction under various catalysts. The transesterification was carried out in the first order reaction kinetics with respect to the concentration of methylmethacrylate and n-buty1 alcohol, respectively. The linear relationship was show between rate constant and absolute temperatures, and the activation energy of 14.7Kcal for the reaction with zinc acetate catalyst was calculated. The maximum reaction rate was appeared at the range of 1.5 to 1.6 of electro-negativity of metal ions.

        뇌성마비 아동의 쓰기동작 관련 변인과 쓰기능력 수준 분석

        이 연구에서는 뇌성마비 아동의 쓰기 동작 수행 수준에 따른 쓰기능력 수준을 알아보고, 쓰기 동작을 취할 때의 근긴장도 및 시각-운동 통합능력에 따른 쓰기능력 수준을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 뇌성마비 아동 52명을 대상으로 한글 자모 쓰기를 평가하고 그 쓰기동작을 관찰하였으며, 근전도검사와 시각-운동통합 발달검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 뇌성마비 아동은 쓰기동작 수행 수준이 높을수록 글씨를 정확하고 빠르게 쓰고, 필순의 오류도 적다. 뇌성마비 아동 중 대체적으로 근긴장도가 낮은 아동이 글씨를 정확하게 쓰는 반면, 근긴장도가 높은 아동이 쓰기의 속도가 빠르고, 필순의 오류도 적다. 이들은 시각-운동통합 능력이 좋을수록 글씨를 정확하게 쓰고, 필순의 오류도 적으나, 쓰기의 속도는 크게 차이가 없다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the handwriting abilities of children with cerebral palsy along with handwriting movements, muscle tone when posing to handwrite, and visual-motor integration ability. The Korean alphabet handwritings of 52 children with cerebral palsy were evaluated, and their handwriting movements were observed. Also, an electromyography(EMG) and the Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration(VMI) were carried out for the measurements. The summary of the analyzed results of the study is as follows: The higher is the level of handwriting movement performance of the children with cerebral palsy, the higher is their handwriting accuracy, the faster is their handwriting speed, and the fewer are their handwriting order errors. Among children with cerebral palsy, while children with cerebral palsy in the lower level of muscle tone have higher handwriting accuracy, those who are in the higher level of muscle tone have faster handwriting speed and fewer handwriting order errors. The children with cerebral palsy in the higher level of visual-motor integration abilities have faster handwriting speed and fewer handwriting order errors, there was, however, no difference in the handwriting speed.

      • 액체소듐속에서 소듐-물반응에 의한 재질의 Wastage현상

        In this study we observed and analyzed the corrosion phenomena in leak site and the effect on temperature at the target surface of heat transfer tube material by sodium-water reaction through water leakage in liquid sodium atmosphere. Surrounding of leak hole of the specimen was damaged by the wastage phenomena due to corrosion and erosion of material, and hole size by damage of leak site was extended from 150㎛ to about 200㎛. Also, the damaged size appeared in the target surface was observed to about 1000㎛ diameter. The temperature of target surface increased about 70~80℃ by the heat of sodium-water reaction even with the small leakage of 15㎖ water. From the results of EPMA and EDX analysis, damaged area are found to covered with complex compounds such as (NaOH+Na_2O) FexOy or (NaCrO_2+nA_2CrO4) mixed up with the sodium oxides by sodium-water reaction and the Fe or Cr element by matrix of tube sodium oxides by matrix of tube material.

      • 蜂毒藥鍼이 脊髓內 痛症關聯 神經細胞의 活性에 미치는 影響

        In spite of the use of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture in the clinics, the scientific evaluation of effects is not enough. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is used according to the stimulation of acupuncture point and the chemical effects of Bee Venom. The aims of this study is to investigate the analgegic effects of the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, through the change of writhing reflex and the change of c-fos in secondary neurons in the spinal cord. Materials and Methods : Pain animal model was used acetic acid method. The changes of writhing reflex of the mice which were derived pain by injecting acetic acid into the abdomen, after stimulating Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) were measured. We used Fos immunohistochemical technique to study the neuronal activity in the spinal cord. Results : 1.Expression of c-fos in superficial dosal horn(SDH), nucleus proprius(NP) and neck of dorsal horn(N) on 6~9th thoracic spine decreased significantly at 2.5×10-4g/kg Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 2.The numeral change of Fos-LI neurons on the NP, N, and ventral gray(V) on 6~9th thoracic spine, SDH on 9~11th thoracic spine, and SDH and V on 11~13th thoracic spine decreased significantly at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 3.The correlation between the numbers of writhing reflex and Fos-LI neurons in T6-13 segment was statistically statistically significant at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture. Conclusion : This study shows that the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) decreases the numbers of Fos-LI neurons. As the analgegic effects of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is recognized. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture treatment is expected for pain modulation. In order to use it in many ways. more researches are needed for the dose and stability of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture.

      • 제지용 섬유의 Carboxymethyl화 및 Carbamoylethyl화에 의한 sheet의 습윤강도 향상

        Paper has been an essential part of our civilization for at least two thousand years and we can get various functional paper given by the treatment of coating, laminating, blending and addition of chemicals. Above all, wet strength paper is an important group of other grade paper. Certain paper require a wet strength in order to maintain their properties under wet or humidity conditions. For the purpose of improving the wet strength properties of paper, cellulose fiber was modified by the process of carbamoylethylation and carboxy- methylation. We have the carbamoylethylation of cellulose fiber reacted with acryl- amide in alkali catalyst and carboxymethylation of cellulose fiber reacted with mono- chloroacetic acid in alkali catalyst. The N-chlorocarbamoylethylated sheet and combined sheet of carboxymethylated and carbamoylethylated cellulose fiber more effect than untreated sheet in dry strength. As for folding endurance, the combination of carboxymethylated cellulose fiber and carbamoylethylated cellulose fiber sheet were more effective than other modified fibers. The combination of carboxymethylated cellulose fiber and carbamoylethylated cellulose fiber sheet has some effect on wet tensile strength, but this sheet it less effective than N-chlorocarbamoylethylated sheet.

      • 再生펄프를 利用한 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스의 製造(Ⅱ) : CMC의 物性 測定 Physical Charateristic of CMC

        Carboxymethylation of recycled pulp was investigated. For both recycled pulp and dissolving pulp was carboxymethylated by the organic solvent method and tested some industrial analyses, water solubles content, low concentration of NaCl solution solubles and acid hydrolysis. The water solubles content depend on degree of substitution, and low concentration of NaCl did not affected solubilities of the CMC. Prehydrolysis of CM groups prior to reaction with L­cystein, we can obtain the residual unsubstitued anhydroglucose(USAG). The lower amount of USAG in recycled pulp, compared to theorecal data, was suggested that the recycled pulp should obtain the more CM group in the same conditions.
