Within the last few years, a different approach to generating protein-reactive antibodies has been developed that has several advantages over conventional immunization. This involves synthesizing short peptide sequences, coupling them to immunogenic carrier molecules, and immunizing animals with the conjugates. 3βHSD(3β-hydroxy-5-ene steroid dehydrogenase; EC 1.1.1.145) is the enzyme of the plasma membrane of human trophoblast and it's cDNA sequence was identified by Nickon et al(Molecular cloning and expression of human trophoblast antigen FDO161G and its identification as 3β-hydroxy-5-ene steroid dehydrogenase. J Reprod Fert 1991;149;156). For the production of trophoblast-specific antibody, we synthesized three oligopeptides that are epitope sites chosen from cDNA sequence of 3βHSD. Oligopetides were coupled with KLH(keyhole limpet hemocyanin) under 25% glutaraldehyde. The trophoblast-specific rabbit polyclonal antisera was produced by conventional methods. This antisera reacts with a 43kDa protein in human placental lysate by Western blotting analysis and The syncytiotrophoblasts and cytotrophoblasts from villi are stained positively with this antisera by immunohistochemistry. Villous trophoblasts were cultured in methionine-free media for 1 hour and [^(35)S]-Methionine for 24 hours. Media and cell lysate were immunoprecipitated with this antisera and 12% SDS-PAGE was performed. In fluorography, bend was not noted in media and 43kDa band was noted in medis and 43kDa band was noted in lysate. It was concluded that anti-3βHSD antibody produced by synthetic peptide was specific to trophoblasts and 3βHSD was membrane-bound protein of trophoblasts.

The transient flow fields in direct injection engine was analyzed by using the STAR-CD CFD code during the intake/compression processes, The analyses were focused on the computation grid generation by using the IC3M code and compared with experimental data. The results showed that the used grid generation technique was well suited for the flow analyses on any internal combustion engines

Although the three-electrode electrochemical cell is considered to be a powerful cell configuration for electrochemical impedance measurements, many researchers have extensively used the two-electrode electrochemical cell for the sake of convenience. In this work, the impedance of the lithium metal counter electrode that is frequently used to explore the electrochemical properties of the working electrode containing active materials in the field of lithium batteries was measured on the basis of a three-electrode electrochemical cell, and its contribution to the full cell impedance was carefully investigated. In particular, the effect of the counter electrode on the full cell impedance was quantitatively analyzed in the cases of cell aging and a low cell temperature. From the experimental results, it was demonstrated that inappropriate conclusions might be drawn in the case where a two-electrode electrochemical cell configuration is used to explore the impedance behavior of the active materials.
상품 유형에 따른 중국 가상점포 내 소비자들의 태도와 구매의도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 가상점포에서 판매되는 제품 유형을 유형의 제품, 디지털 제품이라는 두 가지 상황으로 분리한 후, 제품 유형에 따른 중국 가상점포 내 소비자들의 태도와 구매의도 간의 관련성과 이에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 구성과 그 영향력 정도를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 태도와 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 변수에는 웹 환경, 고객 응대 서비스, 신뢰, 판매 후 서비스, 제품요인 등이 선정되었다. 중국 북경에 거주하는 300명의 소비자들이 표본으로 선정되었으며, 이들 표본을 대상으로 설문분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 연구모형에서 제시한 선행변수들은 대체로 태도와 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 유형의 상품에서는 웹 환경, 고객 응대 서비스, 신뢰, 판매 후 서비스, 제품요인 모두에서 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 디지털 상품에서는 고객 응대 서비스, 판매 후 서비스, 신뢰 등이 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이 같은 연구결과는 가상점포들은 판매되는 상품 유형에 따라 다른 인터넷 마케팅 전략을 적용해야 한다는 점을 시사한다. 한편, 웹 환경, 고객 응대 서비스, 신뢰, 판매 후 서비스, 제품요인 등은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직접 구매의도에도 영향을 미친다는 점이 검증되었다. 상품 유형의 조절효과에 대한 연구에서는 구매하는 제품 유형에 따라 소비자들의 기대 속성이 다르다는 가정 하에 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 수행한 결과 각 제품 별로 태도와 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수가 달라진다는 점이 발견되었다. 유형의 상품에서는 가격요인과 신뢰가 가장 중요한 변수로 선정되었으며 무형의 디지털 상품에서는 고객 응대서비스, 판매 후 서비스 등이 가장 영향력이 높은 변수로 선정되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 분석결과를 실무에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시함과 동시에 연구의 한계점을 제시하여 향후 연구자들에게 도움을 주고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to testify the attitude and purchase intention of Chinese consumers due on Product types of web stores in China. In order to accomplish the purpose the following antecedents are applied: Web environments, customer response service, trust, product factors. and after-sales service. The survey data are collected from 300 Chinese in Beijing, China. Results are shown that web environments, customer response service, trust, product factors. after-sales service affect consumers` attitude when consumers shop in the web shopping center. customer response service, trust, after-sales service factors affect consumers` attitude when consumers shop in the digital Web shopping center.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A mesoporous carbon material, CMK-1 was successfully functionalized with carboxymethylated polyethyleneimine (CMPEI) by a simple adsorption method. The physicochemical properties of the polymer–carbon composite (denoted as CMPEI/CMK-1) were investigated by X-ray diffraction, N<SUB>2</SUB> adsorption–desorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The adsorption behaviors of Cu(II) ion on the CMK-1 and CMPEI/CMK-1 materials were examined under the batch-type experimental conditions. The CMPEI/CMK-1 material showed a typical Langmuir isotherm with a 10-fold increase in adsorption capacity, compared to that of CMK-1. In the case of 0.02mM Cu(II) solution, the copper ions were completely removed by utilizing the CMPEI/CMK-1 material both at pH values of 3 and 5. The CMPEI/CMK-1 material also exhibited a remarkably high distribution coefficient value (<I>K</I><SUB>d</SUB>=2.75×10<SUP>5</SUP>). The results from XPS depth profiles before and after the copper-ion adsorption indicated that the CMPEI and the adsorbed Cu(II) ions were uniformly distributed within the CMK-1 particles.</P>
