        생약추출물이 초기우식법랑질의 재광화에 미치는 효과

        Since plant extracts have shown antibacterial activities, we hypothesized that herbal plant extracts would further increase cariostatic efficacies of the fluoride dentifrices.OBJECTIVE: The purposes of this study were to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 9 different Korean herbal plants extracts on the S.sobrinus KCTC3308 and the efficacy of NaF-Silica dentifrices with or without the extracts. METHODS; The MIC of the methanol-extracts on the growth of S.sobrinus was determined. Subsurface caries lesions were prepared as previously described (Hong et al.J Dent Res. 77:843, 1998). After Vickers hardness number(VHN) were determined, the specimens were assigned to 9 test groups of 12 each by randornized blocks with VHN stratification. The specimens were tested for remineralization In vitro subsurface enamel lesion under cyclic microbial dynamic condition simulating in vivo carious fomation. The statistical significance of delta VHNs was determined by Students t-test and one-way ANOVA. RESULTS: The MIC of the Angelica gigas extract was 3 ㎎/㎖, as same as Akebia quinata and Camellia sinensis was 4 ㎎/㎖. However, all 9 extracts tested in the study demonstrated the synergistic cariostatic potential with known fluoride dentifrices. CONCLUSION: The NaF-herbal extract in silica base dentifrice significantly increased the cariostatic effect of NaF-Silica base dentifrice.

        暗渠排水는 오래전부터 硏究해 왔다. 그림4와 같이 PVC 排水管을 깊이=1.0m 間隔=6.0m로 施工하고 三反復二處理로 하였다. 排水量과 地溫, 土壤의 物理的 現象을 考察한다. The study on the drainge has been perfarmed for long time in Korea. The 4th attempt of study on underdrainage(by use of P.V. C Suction pipe were made in 1974. Drainage method, soil temperature, drainge vlumes were observed. obtain results were as follouws: 1. The soil temperatures in the drain plots were 1.2℃ higher than that in the drained ones during the irrigation period.(mox=2.6℃)

      • 농후 연료분무 측정시의 위상도플러 입자측정기의 평가

        위상도플러간섭기술을 이용한 농후 연료 분무 측정이 제시되었다. 단일 구멍식 노즐에서 생성돈 농후연료 분무를 위상도플러 입자측정기(PDPA)를 사용하여 분무를 측정할때 여러 실험변수를 바꾸어 데이타의 적합성을 평가하였다. 농후분무를 측정하면 데이터 취득비율이 매우 낮기 때문에 실험데이터의 신뢰성에 의문이 생긴다. 따라서 이와 같은 조건에서의 문제점은 측정한 액적의 크기 및 속도 결과가 반복성이 있고, 실험변수에 의존적이지 않고, 실제분무를 나타냄을 확인하여야 한다. 최적 PMT전압과 천이주파수는 이들을 편화시켰을 때 체적유속 및 액적직경(크기)이 크게 변화하지 않는 곳에서 설정되어야 한다. 농후분무에서 데이터취득과 실험노이즈에 있어서 주파수천이의 영향은 미미하지만, PMT전압의 영향은 크므로 예비실험을 통하여 분무실 조건과 측정위치에 따라 적절하게 선정되어야 한다. The application of Phase Dopper interferometric techniques to the measurements of dense diesel fuel spray is demonstrated. An experimental investigation was conducted to evaluate the suitability of Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer (PDPA) for measuring dense fuel sprays produced by single hole nozzle. The critical issue is the use of PDPA for dense fuel spray is to insure the results from the drop size and velocity measurements is repeatable, consistent, and physically realistic because the validation rate of experimental data is very low due to the thick optical dense. The optimum photomultiplier tube (PMT) voltage and shift frequency should be chosen such that the data such as volume flux and drop diameter do not change rapidly. The effect of shift frequency is minor, however, the PMT votage setting is very sensitve to the data aquisition and noise in dense fuel spray.

        저작근 골막하 박리를 이용한 만성 재발성 탈구의 치험례

        Chronic recurrent dislocation(CRD) of the jaw has various etilogical causes, including trauma, congenital or acquired neurological illness, ingestion of certain medicines, incorrdination of the neuromuscular astivity of the chewing muscles, articular anatomical alteration, etc. Various surgical methods have been advocated for the treatment of the CRD. They may be divided into two groups: procedures designed to limit translation of the condyle and procedures eliminating obstacles in the condylar path. Hypomobility of mandible can be developed after BSSRO and it is probably caused by scar contracture, atrophy, and myofibrosis. Many authors, therefore, emphasized the importance of physical therapy especially after BSSRO to prevent the complication. Based on that idea, we designed more conservative surgical method to limit mandibular openning compared the methods that previously introduced and tried to treat the CRD. This new method consists of extensive subperiosteal dissection of masseter and the temporalis muscle under local anesthesia and use of intermaxillary elastics for some periods.

        해외 쇼핑몰 이용자의 구매만족에 관한 연구

        The number of internet electronic commerce users has increased steadily and EC is now considered not only as the communication tools, but also as the economic activity. But in spite of these global trends, current studies limited to managerial approach are insufficient in the evaluation of EC policies and situations. The purpose of this study are to present satisfaction of customers who will operate foreign internet shopping mall. and to analysis after-purchase behavior on EC satisfaction As a result of making regression analysis, for its satisfaction, the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall Contents", "Information supply", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", "Customer Service were accepted at the p<.0.05 level of significance. for its after purchase behavior, the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall structure", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", etc factors were accepted at the p<0.05 level of significant in 4 factors. In order words, electronic commerce satisfaction became greater when better convenience and economy were provided, the ethics were observed better, more diverse information was supplied and better system support was given. and those who had a higher educational background or better perception of electronic commerce felt more satisfaction, Finally, more usefulness of electronic commerce led to bigger satisfaction after purchase.

      • 신경회로망에 의한 전력용 변압기유의 열화특성 분석

        In power system substation facilities have become too complex and large according to extended power system. Also, some facilities become old and often break down unexpectedly. In order to improve the security of facilities, the technique, which has the ability to diagnosis substation facilities very well, is needed. In this paper, we developed a methods to be analysis the origin and degree of aging by KSOM(Kohonen Self Organizing Map) based on the dissolved gases in power transformer. KSOM can do topological mapping for multi-dimensional pattern like a dissolved gases to two dimension plan. And potential possibility and degree of aging for normal transformer are presented using the proposed quantitative criterion. Furthermore, the aging process of transformer is analyzed based on proposed criterion. to special transformer. To demonstrate the validity of proposed methods, case study is performed and its result is presented.

        미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

        In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

        Today, Screw model used in extrusion molding of to analyze various simulation notations as well as an experiments use, and is using because among them, third dimension technique among present technique accomplishes most troop. Because that third dimension uses technique does not attain explanation that is correct in model who curt analysis notation on two-dimension has complex shape structure. Is studying measurement of shape of extruder of complicated structure or frictional force of polymer balance and density, applied mechanism accordingly using third dimension technique. Single screw system, analysis target of this treatise, is extruder that extrusion molding that use most polymer resin consists. Most single screw extruder is excellent transfer in melting state of polymer balance, but there are some shortcomings. Melting of polymer balance and color dithering of balance are difficult and high heat of increase of screw speed of revolution to increase done balance quantity produces anaphora along with unmeasured shear force increase. Single screw that have this a lot of controversial points in addition to achieving dynamic analysis of single screw extruder of polymer tube that get into nature of a treatise that use CFdesign that is heat/flow analysis program production stability in single screw extruder system for polymer tube analysis achieve wish to.

      • 수종 생약추출물 함유치약이 초기 인공우식법랑질에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study aimed to compare the efficacy of several dentifrices for the promotion of remineralization of subsurface lesion under dynamic condition simulating in vivo carious formation. Subsurface caries lesions were prepared after exposing the extracted, flattened and polished bovine enamel cores to lactate-Carbopol system for 48 hours. After Vickers hardness number(VHN)were determined, the specimens were assigned to 9test groups composed of 12specimens respectively by randomized blocks with VHN stratification. The specimens were sterilized with ethylene oxide gas and exposed to filter-sterilized mixed human saliva for 24hours under continuous stirring or form salivary pellicle. Nine test groups were Akebia quinata dentifrice(Akebia quinata 0.3%), Angelica gigas dentifrice(Angelica gigas 0.3%), Camellia sinensis dentifrice (Crude Catechin 0.4%), negative control dentifrice(only silica), Fluoride-Akebia quinata dentifrice(NaF 0.2%)and positive control dentifrice(DentaQ^(r), NaF 0.2%, Sanguinaria, LG co, Korea). The specimens were daily transferred in freshly inoculated tryptic soy broth by S. sobrinus KCTC 3308. The specimens were provided with 3times a day for 3-minute dentifrice treatment at 4hours interval in the day time between demineralization and remineralization cycles. After the last dentifrices slurry treatment, the specimens were exposed to remineralization/demineralization solution for 6 and 10 hours, respectively. These cycles were repeated for 15days. Then the specimens were cleaned under a stream of tap water and sterilized by exposing to sodium hypochloride solution for 5 minutes followed by distilled water rinse. The VHN were randomly determined in the proximity of the initial areas tested of the same specimens and decoded by treatment groups. The delta VHNs were determined and analyzed by Student t-test and one-way ANOVA. Finally, treated specimens were examined with CLSM for comparing with remineralizaion effect. The results obtained were from this study were as follows: 1. The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of the Angelica gigas extract was 3mg/ml, Akebia quinata was 3mg/ml and Camellia sinensis was 4mg/ml on the Streptococcus sobrinus KCTC 3308. 2. The fluoride dentifrices significantly increased surface hardness as compared to the non-fluoride dentifrices(p<0.001). 3. In the non-fluoride dentifrices, Camellia sinensis dentifrice was significantly increased surface hardness as compared to the others(p<0.05). 4. In the fluoride dentifrices, fluoride-Angelica gigas dentifrice was significantly increased surface hardness ascompared to the others(p<0.05). 5. The addition of fluoride decreased the fluorescent lesion depth as compared to the non-flouride dentifrices by CLSM(p<0.05). 6. Statistically significant Pearson correlation coefficients were reverse-correlation between the surface hardness and fluorescent lesion depth by CLSM measured across treatment groups(r=-0.641, p<0.05). All the presented findings support the conclusions that herbal dentifrice is enough to cariostatic effect if adding in dentifrice and CLSM can be utilized for comparing the efficacy of several dentifrices for the promotion of remineralization of subsurface lesion with surface hardness test.
