      • 서보 모터의 가감속을 고려한 NURBS 곡선의 실시간 직선 보간

        In this paper, a new parametric curve interpolator is proposed based on a 3D(3-dimensional) NURBS curve. A free curve is generally divided into small linear segments or circular arcs in CNC machining. The method has caused to a command error, the limitation of machining speed, and the irregular machining surface. The proposed real-time 3D NURBS interpolator continuously generates a linear segment within the range of allowable acceleration/deceleration in the motion controller. Therefore, the algorithm calculates the curvature and the remained distance of a command curve for the smoothing machining. It is expected to attaining high speed and high precision machining in CNC Machine Tool.

      • 서보 모터의 가감속을 고려한 2ㆍ3차원 원호의 실시간 직선 보간

        In CNC machining, a 3D(3-dimension) linear segment and a 2D(2-dimension) circular arc are general forms given by CAD/CAM system. Generally, the 2D circular arc machining is processed using dividing into some linear segments. A 3D circular arc also don't exist in the standard form of NC data. This paper present a algorithm and method for real-time machining of a circular arc(not only the 2D one, but also the 3D one). The 3D circular arc machining is based on the 2D circular arc machining. It only needs making a new coordinate system, converting given 3D points(a start point, a end point, and a center point of a 3D circular arc) into points of the new coordinate system, and processing a inverse transformation about a interpolated point. The proposed algorithm was implemented and simulated on PC system. It was confirmed to give a good result.

        흰쥐의 중추성 Serotonin 고갈이 강제수영 중 부동자세 시간, 불안 및 수동적 회피 학습에 미치는 효과

        흰쥐에서 p-chlorphenylalanine(PCPA)로 인한 강제수영 중 부동자세 시간의 단축이 불안이나 수동적 회피 학습 능력의 변화와 관련된 것인가를 검증하고자 하였다. 흰쥐에게 PCPA 300mg/kg 혹은 생리식염수를 하루 한 번 연속 3회 복강내 주사하였다. 마지막 주사 24시간 후에 공간에서의 활동성(ACT0), 높은 십자 통로 실험에서 개방 통로에 머무는 시간(ANX0), 왕복 회피상자에서 통과 지연 시간(STL0) 등을 측정하고 0.5mA 전기자극을 3초간 주어 회피 반응을 학습시켰다. 그리고 15분간 강제수영시켰다. 다음 날 같은 방법으로 활동성(ACT1), 불안(ANX1), 수동적 회피 반응 학습 정도(STL1), 5분간의 강제수영 중 총 부동 자세 시간 등을 측정하였다. 마지막 약물 혹은 대조액 투여 7일 후 수동적 회피 학습 유지 정도(STL7)를 다시 측정하였다. 결과는 아래와 같다. 1) 전체 대상군에서 ACT1은 ACT0보다 감소하였다. PCPA는 개방공간에서의 활동성에 영향을 주지 않았다. 2) PCPA 군은 높은 십자 통로 실험에서 ANX0와 ANX1 둘 다 대조군 보다 유의하게 길었다. 3) STL1은 PCPA군과 대조군 모두 STL0 보다 유의하게 지연되었다. PCPA는 STL0 이나 STL1에 영향을 주지 않았다. 그러나 대조군은 수동적 회피 학습 7일 후에도 통과 지연 시간이 유의하게 연장되어 있는데 반하여 PCPA군은 STL7이 STL0과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4) 강제수영 중 부동자세 시간은 PCPA군이 대조군보다 유의하게 짧았다. 이상의 결과에서 PCPA 투여로 인한 강제수영 중 부동자세 시간의 단축은 PCPA가 비특이적 신체 활동을 증가시키거나 수동적 회피 반응 습득을 방해함으로써 일어나는 현상이 아니며, 진정 작용없이 탐색 행동을 증가시키거나, 스트레스 하에서의 행동 억제 현상을 차단함으로써 강제수영 중 부동자세 시간을 단축시킨다고 추론한다. 아울러 PCPA가 기억 고정 과정을 방해할 가능성이 있음을 제안한다. Purpose : The test if p-chlorophenylalanine(PCPA) induced decrease of immobility time during forced swimming test in rats is an epiphenomenon related with PCPA-induced changes in anxiety level or learning ability. Methods : 22 male rats(Sprague Dawley, weighting 180-280gm) were randomly assigned to PCPA or control group and treated with 300mg/kg of PCPA or saline i.p. at -72, -48, and -24 hrs. Number of segment(ACT0) entered with 4 limbs on the open field(L100×W100×H40cm, 25 segments), time(ANX0, sec) spent on the open arm(L110×W10cm, 50cm from the ground) in the elevated plus maze, and step-through latency(STL0, cut-off time : 300sec) in the shuttle box(L76.2×W34.3×H50.8cm, 7.5w electric bulb in the light chamber, 0.5mA for 3 sec in the dark chamber) were measured consequently at 24hrs after the last injection of PCPA or saline. After 20min of rest, animals were forced to swim for 15 min(cylinder : φ18×H40cm ; water : H15cm, 25℃). On the next day, the second trial of open field test(ACT1), elevated plus maze test(ANX1), passive avoidance learning test(STL1), and measurement of total immobility time(IT, sec) during the 5min of forced swim were done in the same manner as the first trial except that electrical shock was not given to the animals in the passive avoidance learning test and duration of forced swimming was shortened from 15min to 5min. To evaluate longterm effect of PCPA on maintenance of memory, measurement of step-through latency was repeated 7 days after the first trial(STL7). Result: 1) ACT1 was significantly decreased in the pooled sample, but the effect of PCPA on the general motor activity was not significant. 2) PCPA significantly prolonged the time spent on the open arms in the elevated plus maze test. 3) Comparing to STL0, STL1 was significantly prolonged in both groups. PCPA did not affect STL0 or STL1. STL7 was significantly prolonged in the control group, but not in the PCPA group. 4) PCPA shortened IT significantly. Conclusion : PCPA-induced decrease of immobility time during the forced swimming test in rats seems to be related with disinhibition of stress-related behavioral suppression. PCPA does not affect acquisition and short-term maintenance of passive avoidance learning, but necessity of further studies about its effect on long-term maintenance on memory is raised.

      • 단상전원하에서의 정지형상변환기에 의한 3상유도전동기의 평형운전

        Utilization of three-phase induction motor under single-phase power supply causes trouble of unbalanced operation in non-fractional horsepower rating. In this paper, a simple phase converter consisting of a saturable reactor and a capacitor in parallel with an iron-core coil is presented. The converter impedances necessary for a balanced operation of a monocyclic three-phase induction motor is determined from the two sides of a parallelogram whose diagonal is the positive-sequence admittance vector of the motor. It is possible to maintain a satisfactory blalanced operation over a certain range of speed and is considered sufficient to overcome difficulties arising in practical applications.

      • 함안 방어산 마애삼존불 보존처리

        함안 방어산 마애여래입상의 보존처리는 마애불 전면 세척 후 균열이 심한 절리면에 충진 접착과 발수경화 처리로 이루어졌다. 세척은 불상군 위쪽에서 빗물에 의해 흘러내린 흙물 자국과 먼지 등을 압축 공기 세척기를 이용하여 일차적으로 이루어졌으며, 고온스팀 세척기는 이끼류처럼 석재표면에 깊이 뿌리를 내리고 부착생활을 하는 생물을 제거하였다. 석재표면 세척 약품인 ARTE MUNDIT No.Ⅰ의 사용은 생물학적 오염이 심한 부분에서 오염 물질 제거에 효과적이었다. 오염물질을 제거 한 결과 마애여래입상은 음각선이 아주 선명하게 드러났으며 전체적으로 암석의 색이 드러남을 확인할 수 있었다. 마애불의 균열이 심한 절리면에는 암석용 충진접합제(에폭시수시L-40)를 사용하였다. 경화제로는 Wacker OH-100을 사용하여 석재표면에 외부의 수분을 석재내부로 침투되지 않도록 하는 동시에 지반으로부터 석재 내부로 유입된 수분이 석재표면 쪽으로 잘 상승할 수 있는 발수층을 형성하였다. Conservation treatment of Buddha carved on rock surface at Bangeosan has been processed by three procedure; cleansing on whole surface of Buddha, adhesion with epoxy resins to cracks, and applying waterproof-hardener to the surface. Cleansing procedure was processed both a sprayer by compressed air and a steam blower. Subsequently, mottle, dust, and moss on the surface were effectively eliminated. ARTE MUNDIT No. 1, one of washing chemical component, showed good result for the cleansing of a became contaminated part by biological polluters. As the result of the cleansing, the intaglio lines of Buddha became sharpened and the original color of rock was recovered. L-40, adhesive filler for rock, was used on crack surface. Application of Wacker OH-100 as a waterproof-hardener, formed waterproof film on the surface of rock.

        지령 경로의 왜곡에 의한 고속가공 경로의 생성에 관한 연구

        Recently many investigations have been studied on the high-speed machining by using machine tools. A CNC machine tool makes some tool path errors caused by software acceleration/deceleration. The faster a cutting feedrate is, the bigger the tool path errors are. Some known methods reduce these kinds of errors, but they make the total cutting increased. The paper presents a feed-forward algorithm that can be generated by distorting the original tool path, and reduces the tool path errors and the total cutting time. The algorithm to generate a new tool path is represented as following; 1) calculating each distance of software acceleration/deceleration between two adjacent blocks. 2) estimating the distorted distance which is the adjacent-ratio-constant(K_1, K_2) multiply the distance of software acceleration/deceleration. 3) generating a 3-degree Bezier curve approximating the distorted tool path. 4) symmetrically transforming the Bezier curve about the intersection point between two blocks, and 5) connecting the transformed Bezier curve with the original tool path. The algorithm is applied to FANUC 0M. The study is to promote the high-precision machining and to reduce the total cutting time.

      • 三脚鐵心構造를 가진 周波數 3倍器의 開發에 關한 實驗的硏究

        A magnetic frequency tripler is a nonlinear device that is used to produc third-harmonic frequency output from a three-phase fundamental fre quency source. It gained wide industrial applications recently and its rating for induction heating and melting increased from 50 KW to 10MW range. This paper deals with the tripler employing three 3-legged transformers connected in delta. Because a triple frequency current circulates in delta connection and does not flow into the input line, the input current has very little distortion and the value of it changes very little with the fluctuations of the input volage and the load. Simultaneously, the consumption of iron and copper is about same as of the traditional star-connected circuit. The analysis in this paper is based on the model of an idean lossless tripler and the relations between the saturation characteristics and circuit constants are examined through the experiment.
