<P>In this paper, we introduce and study a class of differential inverse quasi-variational inequalities in finite dimensional Euclidean spaces, which are closely related to the differential variational inequalities. By using two important theorems on differential inclusions, we first prove some existence theorems for Caratheodory weak solutions of the differential inverse quasi-variational inequality considered. Then, with the Euler computation method, we construct an Euler time-dependent scheme for solving the differential inverse quasi-variational inequality and prove a convergence result on the Euler time-dependent scheme constructed. Three types of petroleum-based tricycloalkyl-containing methacrylate polymers derived from adamantane and DCPD were synthesized and characterized, poly(1-adamantyl methacrylate) (PADMA), poly(tricyclodecyl methacrylate) (PTCDMA) and poly(1-adamantyl methacrylate-co-tricyclodecyl methacrylate) (P(ADMA-co-TCDMA)). As expected, the incorporation of a tricycloalkyl substituent as a pendant group on the methacrylate polymer contributed to enhancement of thermal stability in combination with high transparency in the UV–vis region and long-term thermal resistance, in addition to improved mechanical properties, a lower CTE, decreased water absorption and a lower dielectric constant. These merits make tricycloalkyl-containing methacrylate polymers promising candidates for use as high value-added optical plastics in the microelectronics and optoelectronics applications.
Embrittlement Fracture in a 17-4 PH Stainless Steel after Aging at 400°C

<P>The embrittlement fracture mechanism caused by microstructural evolution of 17-4 PH stainless steel at long term aging was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The solution treated specimen consists largely of lath martensite with a small fraction of elongated δ-ferrite. The spherical particles existed a little in the martensite matrix, while no precipitates were present in the δ-ferrite at the solution treated specimen as non-aging. The precipitation of Fe-Cu in the δ-ferrite causes the aged hardening after long term aging accormpanied by decreases in elongation and charpy V-notch energy absorption. The increased fraction of brittle fracture on the fractured surface by impact and tensile test reveals that the embrittlement of the 17-4 PH alloys during long term aging is mainly caused by the precipitation hardening in the δ-ferrite matrix.</P>
A Dynamic Keyed Block Encryption Algorithm

In this paper, we propose a dynamic keyed block encryption algorithm. Most existing encryption algorithms are designed such that the key is not changed. Therefore, they have a disadvantage that plaintext could be easily exposed by differential and linear cryptanalysis. In the proposed algorithm, several key generators are designed, and a key generator is attached to the encryption procedure. After performing the encryption procedure, ciphertext and the initial key generating values are transferred to the receiver's key generator for decryption. Through simulation, the proposed algorithm is verified to satisfy the requirements of real-time processing and proved to have a high strength. It can be applied to practical use.
