This study supposed that motivation of helping would be different according to social and cultural background, that is, egoism or altruism. Based on difference of helping motivation, it was proposed that content of egoistic helping was fairness and content of altruistic helping was fraternity in which were social values. The nature of helping behavior were classified in term of these two different social values. Therefore, the previous results of helping research reilluminated based on conceptual framework proposed in this study. Also, it was understood previous findings of helping study conducted in different concern in terms of one meaningful framework. According discussion in this study, the limitations of previous helping research were discussed and were proposed further research.

When dielectric surface electric field exceed any electric field strength on air, corona discharge is occurred from the dielectric surface. Its corona may be concerned that reduction of internal pressure and abnormal of machinery and tools because of unusual phenomenon produced on high voltage device. This paper presents corona discharge phenomena on the dielectric in high field were studied under application of ±DC voltage, constitute of the point to plane 20mm gap. The results obtained in experimental are summarized as follow: ① By operating on dielectric as the gap of series resistance, Corona current is limited and electron produced in electron avalanche repress the growth of following corona because electron stuck to surface of dielectric alleviate space electric field of point terminal. ② Positive corona increases peak value and density of current with increasing applied voltage. ③ Negative corona only increases density of current and peak value of current does not grow.

Industrial growth and urban gravitation of the population etc. have seriously deteriorated the air quality which has adverse effect on human health and property, and the situation is more serious in industrial complex as well. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the pollutants emissions inventory to establish proper and comprehensive strategies for the reduction of pollutant levels. This study is aimed at investigating the characteristics of the pollutant emissions in the vicinity of Sinpyeung·Jangrim industrial complex in Pusan. The emission quantities of air pollutants were estimated by the grid(1㎞x1㎞), the source classification, and the time on the basis of the type and the amount per month of the fuel. The important results from this study were as followings: The average emission quantity(rate) of SO₂, TSP, NOx, CO and HC showed 1926.74 ton/yr(61.09 g/sec), 367.83 ton/yr(11.66 g/sec), 1440.64 ton/yr(45.68 g/sec), 4698.33 ton/yr(148.98 g/sec) and 447.15 ton/yr(14.18 g/sec), respectively. In case of SO₂and TSP, the emission quantities were majorly contributed by stationary source(point source and area source) whose contribution percentages were calculated as 65.8%, 30.6%. On the other hand, emission quantities of NOx, CO and HC were highly contributed by mobil source(line source) whose contribution percentages were calculated as 59.3%, 84.2% and 88.6%.

In this paper. we implement ITU-T Recommendation H.323 that is multimedia communication system Video conferencing system is implemented software using RTP, MPEG and G.721 by Visual C++ 6.0 language in Windows-98. Also Video post-office box is implemented. We should prove the result of H.323 through experiment.

It has been very important to evaluate the J_IC in Elastic-Plastic Fracture toughness test and to develope the certain method that we can precisely obtain the J_IC from any material. In this study, R-curve Method, Stretch Zone Method, and Ultrasonic Method are used to evaluate the J_IC of Aluminums, i.e., Al 2024, Al 5083, Al 7075. The echo energy of Ultrasonic Method increased rapidly in the unstable crack growth stage and then it is decreased at less rapidly slope. Therefore, the value of J_IC exists between linearly decreased region and the point of deviation. J_IC can be obtained precisely by Stretch Zone Method and approximately obtained by Ultrasonic Method. Stretch Zone Method can be used to evaluate J_IC very quantitively, but we have the trouble with the method in measurement. Ultrasonic method is required that the research for the more exact evaluation about correlation between echo energy and the crack openning behavior of precrack tip will be continued.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the factors leading to the problem of unilateral condylar fractures and suggest a treatment guideline of treatment for good prognosis in surgical treatment, The factors can be age, sex, fracture site, degree of displacement, posterior occlusion loss, post-operative alteration of condylar head position, post-operatlve condylar head resorption, and maxillomandibular fixation period. One hundred and eleven patients with unilateral condylar fractures, who were treated by surgical method from 1990 Feb. to 2000 Feb., were studied. Minimum follow-up period was 6 months. The results were as follows ; 1. In the age group of 41 ∼60, females had significantly higher complication rate than males, therefore we must be careful about treatment of female in this age group 2 In level I fractures of the mandibular condyle, because there were abundant complications when the patients were treated with fragment removal, conservative treatment is recommended over the surgical approach. 3. There were no differences in the complication rate, in the level Ⅱ, Ⅲ fractures. but were severe complications in the cases of patients treated by Dr.Nam's method or fragment removal. Therefore, open reduction and internal fixation is recommended over Dr.Nam's method or fragment removal. 4. In level Ⅳ fractures, open reduction and internal fixation is recommended 5. Although there was a higher complication rate depending on the degree of deviation, there was no correlation between the degree of deviation and development of complications in each level of fracture 6. Because the complication rate was higher in cases of condylar resorption, vertical dimension loss, and alteration of condylar head position, we must make an effort to prevent such complications during treatment

8-Azaxanthine(1), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine(2),3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-monophosphate(3), 그리고 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-(3-pyridinylcarbonyl)monophosphate(4)를 합성한 후 Mouse leukemia P388,Murine mammary carcinoma FM3A, Human histiocytic lymphoma U937암세포들에 대해 시험관내 항암활성을 MTT를 이용한 방법으로 예측하고 IC_50(μmol/mL)으로 나타내었다. 그 결과, 비정상적인 염기의 N-3와 당의 C-1'glycoside결합을 가진 2는 세가지의 암세포에 대해 감수성이 좋아 IC_50이 각각 0.05, 0.06,0.06μmol/mL이었으나 항세균 활성 예측에서는 감수성을 보이지 않았다. Human histiocytic lymphoma U937세포에 대한 IC_50은 1이 0.33,2는 0.06,3은0.25그리고 4는 0.33μmol/mL로 구조 변화에 따라 서로 다른 값을 보였다. 8-Azaxanthine(1), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine(2),3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-monophosphate(3), 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-8-azaxanthine-5'-(3-pyridinylcarbonyl)monophosphate(4) were synthesized. The in vitro antitumor activities of the synthesized compounds against P388 mouse leukemia,FM3A mammary carcinoma, and U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells were determined by MTT assay. 2 with unnatural N-3 and C-1'glycoside bond had activityagnist three tumor cell lines and IC_50s of these compounds were 0.05,0.06μmol/mL against three tumor cell lines, repectively. But these compounds had no antibacterial activity. IC_50s aganist U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells were verfied with the structural modification:IC_50s of 1,2,3, and 4 were 0.33,0.06,0.25, and 0.33μmol/mL, respectively.

Various propositions have been made to connect the axes, which were broken by the unsystematic city planning and developing without thought for the environment, of the urban since late of 1999. As increasing interests of the urbiculture and trying to get a realistic competitive power by each cities after operating the local self-government system, Mapping has been developed. Mapping of the architecture reflects all the data regarding urban design. It's a method to solve an actual problem architecturally and more positive way to reflect data though the Mapping to solve the problem rationally than intuitive Design of the architect. It is a problem to exist in architecture to take conditions of the Mapping progress maximally. The Mapping progress substantiates a program, culture and society environmental component, Physical component (density-infrastructure component), and natural component, etc. Moreover, it substantiates immaterial to material component. The architecture is influenced by a social environment at the time of construction. Modern architecture that should deal with fast changes of the modern society leads the Mapping progress to take a variety of actions in the mixed space. The city is composed of the Invisible Flow which changes continuously and Field-Force. It is necessary to have a new angle to loot at city. The city can be thought the flow from a dense of buildings and Field Force. Many phenomena that arise in city are not able to explain with an influence among buildings but are able to explain with a collision and combination of city-flows. The study is a Design game for establishing the rule, which is based on Game theory, of Design Process and presenting an architectural methodology with analysis of city organization by Mapping to solve problems as stated above, through the process to connect cultural axes from the Jangchung-dong though Ssangrim-dong and Ehwa-dong to Heahwa-dong(3.1Km). As condensed Field Force of the city appears viably, various conditions are happened through an Interference and Collision of the city organizations by diverse Parameters. As trying the various phenomena to the Urban Mapping game, the study is to present new possibilities of reorganization of the city space, to confirm a cultural identification in the city, and to reveal a character as a local place which was hidden by strong power. 1999년 후반부터 체계적이지 못한 도시계획과 난 개발로 인해 끊어진 도심의 축(Axis)들을 다시 연결하고자 여러 가지 제안들을 내 놓고 있으며, 지방자치제 실시 이후 도시경영에 대한 관심도가 높아지면서, 현실적으로 도시들은 도시경쟁력을 갖추려는 도시마케팅 차원의 노력을 시도하고 있음에 착안하였다. 건축에서의 Mapping은 설계(Design)에 도시가 가지고 있는 모든 Data들을 반영하려고 노력한다. Mapping을 통해 현실의 문제를 건축적으로 해결하는 방법을 모색하며, 건축이 직면한 문제를 합리적으로 해결하기 위해서는 건축가의 직관에 의한 Design보다는 Mapping을 통해 얻어낸 Data를 보다 적극적으로 반영하여 형태를 만들어 보고자 하는 것이다. Mapping과정에서 얻어지는 조건들을 최대한 수용하는 건축을 하는 것은 그것이 건축에 존재하는 현실적인 문제이기도 하다. 이러한 Mapping Process는 프로그램, 인문·사회 환경적 요소, 물리적 요소 (밀도·Infrastructure의 요소), 자연적요소 등을 건축적으로 실체화 시키는 것이며, 비물질적인 것을 물질화 시키는 것이다. 또한, 건축은 건축될 당시의 사회적 영향을 지대하게 받는다. 현대 사회의 빠른 변화에 대응하며, 그 변화를 수용해야만 하는 현대의 건축은 공간의 혼성화와 혼성화된 공간에서 다양한 행위들을 수용할 수 있도록 하는 Mapping 과정을 유도한다. 도시는 계속해서 변화하는 보이지 않는 흐름(Invisible Flow)과 힘의 장(Field-force)으로 구성된다. 도시를 바라보는 관점의 변화가 필요하다. 도시 자체를 건물들로 이루어진 집합체로부터 흐름과 힘의 파장(Field Force)으로 도시를 바라본다. 도시에서 일어나는 수많은 현상들은 건물간의 영향만으로 설명할 수 없고 도시의 흐름들이 서로 충돌하고 결합됨으로서 발생된다고 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구는 과거 장충동을 시작으로 쌍림동, 이화동을 거쳐 동숭동의 혜화동 로터리까지에 이르는 3.1Km의 문화적 축의 연결하고자 하는 작업을 통해, 서두에 언급한 여러 가지 문제점을 게임이론(Game Theory)을 바탕으로 Design Process의 Rule을 설정하고 Mapping을 통해 도시조직을 분석하여 건축적 방법론을 제시하는 Design Game이다. 도시가 응축하고 있는 힘의 장(Field Force)을 가시적으로 드러내고, 다양한 Parameter에 의해 도시조직들이 서로 간섭(Interference)되고 충돌(Collision)함에 따라 다양한 조건들이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 다양한 현상을 Urban Mapping Game을 해봄으로서 보이지 않는 강한 힘에 가려있던 지역적 장소성을 다시 드러내고, 도시 내에서 문화적 정체성을 확인시켜주며 또한, 도시 공간을 재구성함에 있어 새로운 가능성들을 제시하고자 하는데 있다.
