        In the conventionally formed thin films, it is difficult to solve many of the problems created by the columnar structure. The IAD (Ion Assisted Deposition) is a technique for improving the properties of thin films by ion bombardment. The objective of this study is to analyze the properties of thin films prepared by the IAD method. The ion beam energy extracted from the Kaufman type ion source can vary from 100 to 3000 eV. To minimize the deterioration of film by sputtering, it was maintained below 500 eV. In this experiment, the SiO_(2) is deposited by the resistance evaporator on the glass or silicon wafer substrate. To investigate the properties of thin films, various test methods such as scotch tape test, pull-off test (for adhesive test), 3% NaCl test (for corrosive test), XRD test (for the understanding of crystal structures) and RBS test (for the examination of densitv) have been carried out. From the results of these tests, it is found that the film made by IAD method is superior to one by conventional method.

      • 하퇴 의지 사용자의 족저압 분포 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the static pressure, dynamic pressure, dynamic pressure-time integral, relative impulse, and contact time between the sound lower limb and amputated lower limb in trans-tibial amputee subjects using Parotec system. Seventeen trans-tibial amputee subjects wearing endoskeletal trans-tibial prosthesis voluntarily participated in this study. The results were as follows: 1) In static standing condition, there were significantly higher static pressure in sound lower limb insole sensor of 10, 14, 15, 18, 19, 23, and 24 and in amputated lower limb insole sensor of 9, 12, and 16 (p<.05). 2) In dynamic gait condition, there were significantly higher dynamic pressure in sound lower limb insole sensor of 2, 18, 22, 23, and 24 and in amputated lower limb insole sensor of 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16 (p<.05), 3) In dynamic gait condition, there were significantly higher pressure-time integral in sound lower limb insole sensor of 2, 4, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 24 and in amputated lower limb insole sensor of 5, 11, 12, and 15 (p<.05). 4) In dynamic gait condition, there were significantly higher relative impulse in sound lower limb insole sensor of 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, and 24 and in amputated lower limb insole sensor of 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 (p<.05). 5) In dynamic gait condition, there was significantly higher percentage of contact time in push off phase of sound lower limb and in support phase of amputated lower limb (p<.05). These results suggest that trans-tibial amputee subjects had characteristics of shortened push off phase due to unutilized forefoot and of lengthened support Phase with higher pressure in the midfoot.

        고용량 리튬이온 전지용 음극 활물질로서 실리콘 합금 제조

        The phase forming ability and formation enthalpies(ΔH) of Si-M(M=Ti, Cu, Ni, Zr) compound alloys were predicted by Miedema's model. The silicon compound alloys were synthesized by mechanical alloying and then characterized for the phase formation by X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical properties as the anode materials for lithium ion batteries were investigated using a galvanostatic method. It appears that the electrochemical characteristics of Si-M alloys can be predicted from the thermodynamic criteria for the phase formation using the Miedema's model.

        The objective of the study is to present a certain method that could be classfied the existing detached houses over 5 millions in our country by their energy efficiency. The method, will be called KHEES(Korean Home Energy Evaluation System), will contribute to save energy in residences effectively and will change the passive attitude of home owner's energy saving mind to the active one. The principal scope and the results of this study are as follows. - Gathering of project-related data including papers, reports and existing home energy rating systems of developed countries has done. - Field survey for the existing 71 detached houses in the country was done to examine their building data and their present situation of energy use, analysis and calculation for the yearly energy consumption rate of existing houses has done. - Reference house was designed by using various data such as national census results, building regulation and social indicator. - Energy performance index of existing detached houses was made out in thru of energy analysis program. - Energy rating system that could be classified the existing detached houses was set up. - A reference house of 89㎡ is designed, and its annual energy consumption rate which will be used as a tool of comparison is calculated. - From the comparison of the energy consumption rate between the reference house and the existing detached houses, the fact that the annual energy consumption rate of the existing detached houses are more from 5.7% at minimum to 57.8% at maximum than that of the reference house. - The existing detached houses was classified into three groups according to their construction year such as before 1979, from 1979 to 1987 and after 1988. The comparison result of annual energy consumption rate among three groups shows the rate of preceeding group is less about 9.0% and 8.1% respectively than the rate of succeeding group. - As the energy rating method of existing detached houses, energy certificate issuing system, energy performance rating system classified by yearly energy consumption rate marking system indicated by energy performance were presented.

      • 변형된 ZSM-5 제올라이트에서 톨루엔의 메탄올에 의한 알킬화반응

        Vapor phase catalytic alkylation of toluene with methanol over ZSM-5 zeolites and modified ZSM-5 zeolites was extensively investigated. The main product was xylene isomers formed by benzene ring alkylation. However, styrene and ethylbenzene made by side-chain alkylation was not formed over any modified ZSM-5 zeolites. The selectivity of para-xylene was improved by increasing Si/Al ratio, decreasing strong acid sites, and increasing basicity. The yield of xylenes decreased in the catalyst sequence HZSM-5>NaZSM-5>MgO/ZSM-5>KMg ZSM-5. It was thought that the lack of side-chain alkylation correlated with no formation of formaldehyde as key intermediate over any modified ZSM-5 zeolites. The variations of the reaction rate were concluded to be governed mainly by the concentrations of methoxonium ions and adsorbed toluene based on the reaction mechanism. The active sites for xylenes production were concluded to be medium acid sites.

      • 建物에너지 性能基準의 改善方案 硏究

        Since the end of 1970s a lot of energy related regulations and measures for energy conservation of buildings was prescribed and abolished. But to ensure that the substantial energy conservation is accomplished, it is necessary to ensure that not only the regulations and measures have to be observed favourably but also they might be investigated through the process of post evaluation. The study for the purpose of post evaluation of present using regulations and measures could be summarized as following results. ·In the aspect of the performance standard against our component standard energy rating method of existing detached houses was suggested. ·Some fallacies on the calculation of annual heating and cooling load of apartments were pointed out and their improvements were presented. ·By the recent amendment of Code for design guideline of office buildings, unreasonableness on the existing Code was analyzed and its improvements are prepared. ·Unreasonableness of Energy Performance Index as a energy evaluation tool of buildings was investigated and analyzed.

      • 제주도 연안정치망에서의 어장환경특성과 그에 따른 망어구의 형상 및 어군출현빈도

        To obtain fundermental data on the determination of hauling time of the set net, and on the times that fish schools were easy to enter the set net at the coast of Cheju Island, Evironmental characteristics on ambient noise and fishing noise at hauling of the set net as well as current properties in spring tide(26-27. July) and neap tide(2-3. August) were measured around the set net ground. In addition, Appearance frequency of fish school and the stability of the streaming away related to the current property were in-vestigated. At the set net ground, the highest speed of the current in spring tide was 50.lcm/sec in flood time and 31cm/sec in ebb. The highest speed of the current in neap tide was 29.9cdsec in flood time and 19.4cm/sec in ebb. Underwater sound pressure level of ambient noise was a range of 55-60dB(re 1μPa) at 500Hz-3KHz of frequency and sound pressure level peak at hauling of the set net is 75dB at 200-500Hz of frequency. Appearance frequency of fish school according to the current property tended to increase before and after 1 hour of time when the current direction changed suddenly and its speed was slow relatively. We supposed that fish schools entered the set net at stand of the tide.

        Of course, considering that the errors could be happend in decision-making in spite of using the multiple regression model, the method to promote the coefficient of determination by including the qualitative variable in adapted. To do this, after testing whether or not the residuals are autocorrelated, using Durbin-Watson dstatistic, it is possible to forecast the more reliable demand amount deriving the spline function.

      • 유지-이완기법과 냉치료가 지연성 근육통에 미치는 효과

        Despite research to treat delayed onse muscle soreness(DOMS), no effective treatment has been reported. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a hold-relax technique and cryotherapy on DOMS. Thirty-three subjects were randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups: control, hold-relax technique, or hold-relax technique and cryotherapy. DOMS was induced in the non-dominant biceps muscle through repeated eccentric contractions. Resting elbow joint position, flexion and extension(universal goniometer), pain(Visual Analogue Scale; VAS), and WBC count(blood analysis) were measured one hour before DOMS was induced and 24, 48, and 72 hours after DOMS was induced. The data were analyzed by repeated measure of two-way ANOVA. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1) While analysis showed no significant differences between groups in relation to resting elbow joint position, there were significant differences over time, especially at 24, 48 hours after DOMS was induced compared with resting elbow joint position before DOMS was induced. 2) While analysis showed no significant differences between groups in relation to range of flexion, there were significant differences between rage of flexion before DOMS was induced and range of flexion 72 hours after DOMS was induced. 2) There were no significant differences between groups or over time in relation to range of extension. 4) While analysis showed no significant differences between groups in relation to VAS, there were significant differences over time in different hours. 5) There were no significant differences between groups or over time in relation to WBC count. 6) There were no interactions between groups or over time in all variables. This results suggested that hold-relax technique and cryotherapy were not effective to reduce DOMS.
