독일과 일본의 정서·행동장애 교육 체제가 우리나라 정서·행동장애교육 발전에 주는 시사

이 연구는 우리나라보다 정서·행동장애 교육이 먼저 실시된 독일과 일본의 정서·행동장애 교육체제를 통해 우리나라 정서·행동장애 교육 발전의 시사점을 얻기 위해 실시되었다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫 번째로, 이 두 나라에서는 정서·행동장애 정의를 사회 환경과의 상호작용과 심인성에 의한 적응행동 곤란으로 보고 있어, 우리나라에서도 정서·행동장애의 원인을 구체적으로 밝힐 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 두 번째로, 이 두 나라에서는 정서·행동장애 진단은 외부기관과 협력하고 교육 프로그램과 연계하고 있어, 우리나라에서도 이러한 진단 방식의 도입이 필요하다고 생각된다. 세 번째로, 교육적 배치에 있어서, 이 두 나라에서는 다양한 형태의 학급이나 교육지원센터와 단기치료센터가 운영되고 있었다. 우리나라에서는 정서·행동장애 학생이 특수학교, 특수학급, 통합학급에 주로 배치되어 있어, 다양한 학급이나 기관의 설치가 필요하다고 여겨진다. 네 번째로, 교육과정을 보면 이 두 나라에서는 분리형교육과정이나 일반교육 과정의 보완 교육과정이 운영되고 있어 우리나라에서는 이 나라들의 사례를 참고로 교육과정을 개발할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 마지막으로, 독일에서는 학부-대학원 연계 과정과 2년 이상의 교육 실습과 수습 교사 생활을 거치고 나서 정서·행동장애 교사 자격증을 부여하는 교사 양성 체계를 갖추고 있다. 우리나라에서는 각종 연수나 대학원 과정을 통해 정서·행동장애 학생 지도 능력을 갖춘 교사 양성이 가능하다고 제안하였다. This study was implemented to gain implications for the further development of education for students with emotional and behavioral disorder (EBD) in Korea by analyzing the education system of students with EBD in Germany and Japan. The implications from the study are as followed. First, in both countries, the definition of EBD is regarded as difficulty in applying adaptive behaviors due to interaction with the social environment and psychological characteristics. Therefore, it seems that we should establish the direction of the map by specifically identifying the cause of EBD in Korea. Second, in both countries, the diagnosis of EBD conducts by cooperating with out of school education, counseling, and support, linked with educational programs, and reflecting educational, medical, and psychological perspectives. It is also necessary to introduce such a diagnosis method in Korea. Third, in the educational placement, various types of classrooms, educational support centers, and short-term treatment centers were operated in these two countries. In Korea, students with EBD are mainly assigned to special schools, special classrooms, and integrated classrooms, so it is considered necessary to install various types of classrooms or institutions. Fourth, for students with EBD, the two countries operate separate curriculums or supplementary curriculums for general education. It is necessary to develop curriculum for students with EBD by referring to the examples of these countries in Korea. Finally, German teacher-training system for EBD teacher certificates requires more than two years of educational practicum and probationary teaching, and in undergraduate and graduate school-linked courses. In Korea, it is not possible to do it like Germany, but in reality, it is possible to train EBD teachers through various training or graduate courses.
Reliability-guaranteed multipath allocation algorithm in mobile network

The mobile network allows redundant transmission via disjoint paths to support high-reliability communication (e.g., ultrareliable and low-latency communications [URLLC]). Although redundant transmission can improve communication reliability, it also increases network costs (e.g., traffic and control overhead). In this study, we propose a reliability-guaranteed multipath allocation algorithm (RG-MAA) that allocates appropriate paths by considering the path setup time and dynamicity of the reliability paths. We develop an optimization problem using a constrained Markov decision process (CMDP) to minimize network costs while ensuring the required communication reliability. The evaluation results show that RG-MAA can reduce network costs by up to 30% compared with the scheme that uses all possible paths while ensuring the required communication reliability.

역사교육에는 과학적 사고라고 일컬어지는 논리적인 비판 분석 능력과 함께 감정이입 직관 통찰 상상적 추론 등의 상상적 이해 능력이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 암기식 주입교육에서 벗어나 역사의 사건들을 통해 현실의 삶을 바르게 이해하고 바람직한 미래를 건설하도록 하는 역사조망 능력을 배양하는 교육이 필요하다. 암기식 주입교육의 대안으로'추체험적 역사교육'을 전략적으로 선택하고 이의 효과적인 교육방법으로'시뮬레이션 게임'의 활용을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 게임의 의미와 범주를'정보의 재구성'을 기준으로 정의하고 효과적인 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠에 대한 조건을 정리하였다. 사례연구를 통한 제안의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 4년간의 고입선발고사와 시판 문제집 실전모의고사 사회과목 역사분야 문제의 유형과 빈도를 분석하였고 (주)KOEI가 발매한 역사시뮬레이션 게임'태합입지전(太閤立志傳)V'의 게임구조와 비교하였다. 몰입환경 속에서 게임유저에게 반복적인 동작을 수행하게 함으로써 역사적 사건이나 지역명 인물 등을 자연스럽게 암기하게 하는 게임의 속성은 단답식 주입교육의 대안으로서의 효과가 크다는 것과 게임의 전체적 맥락 속에서 그 시대에 살고 있는 듯한 몰입환경을 제공하고 나아가 게임유저가 주관적으로 그 시대에 대한 이해와 평가를 한다는 부분은 추체험적 역사학습을 위한 교구(校具)로서 시뮬레이션 역사게임이 매우 적절한 것이라는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. Both abilities of imaginative understanding of empathy intuition insight inference etc. and scientific thinking of logical criticism and analysis ability are required in history education. To cultivate the two abilities the history education needs to get out of the indoctrination and rote learning and to aim for the proper understanding of real life through historical events and the correct viewing of the history to build a desirable future. In this paper'the re-enactment in history education,' as an alternative of indoctrination instruction by rote learning was chosen strategically and the use of'simulation game,' as an effective teaching method was proposed. Meaning and scope of simulation game were defined by the criterion of'information restructuring' and the effective conditions of edutainment contents were organized. With a purpose to investigate the proposal feasibility through the case study the question types and their frequencies contained in ten sets of high school entrance examination were analyzed and the results were compared with the game structure of'Taiko-Risshiden V' a history-simulation game released by KOEI company.
A Genetic Algorithm for Solving a QFD(Quality Function Deployment) Optimization Problem

Determining the optimal levels of the technical attributes (TAs) of a product to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction is the main activity in the planning process for quality function deployment (QFD). In real applications, the number of customer requirements for developing a single product is quite large, and the number of converted TAs is also high so the size of the house of quality (HoQ) becomes huge. Furthermore, the TA levels are often discrete instead of continuous and the product market can be divided into several market segments corresponding to the number of HoQ, which also unacceptably increases the size of the QFD optimization problem and the time spent on making decisions. This paper proposed a genetic algorithm (GA) solution approach to finding the optimum set of TAs in QFD in the above situation. A numerical example is provided for illustrating the proposed approach. To assess the computational performance of the GA, tests were performed on problems of various sizes using a fractional factorial design.
Analysis of Dynamic Response Characteristics for 5 MW Jacket-type Fixed Offshore Wind Turbine

This study aims to evaluate the dynamic responses of the jacket-type offshore wind turbine using FAST software (Fatigue, Aerodynamics, Structures, and Turbulence). A systematic series of simulation cases of a 5 MW jacket-type offshore wind turbine, including wind-only, wave-only, wind & wave load cases are conducted. The dynamic responses of the wind turbine structure are obtained, including the structure displacement, rotor speed, thrust force, nacelle acceleration, bending moment at the tower bottom, and shear force on the jacket leg. The calculated time-domain results are transformed to frequency domain results using FFT and the environmental load with more impact on each dynamic response is identified. It is confirmed that the dynamic displacements of the wind turbine are dominant in the wave frequency under the incident wave alone condition, and the rotor thrust, nacelle acceleration, and bending moment at the bottom of the tower exhibit high responses in the natural frequency band of the wind turbine. In the wind only condition, all responses except the vertical displacement of the wind turbine are dominant at three times the rotor rotation frequency (considering the number of blades) generated by the wind. In a combined external force with wind and waves, it was observed that the horizontal displacement is dominant by the wind load. Additionally, the bending moment on the tower base is highly affected by the wind. The shear force of the jacket leg is basically influenced by the wave loads, but it can be affected by both the wind and wave loads especially under the turbulent wind and irregular wave conditions.
Real-time prediction of urban flow and dispersion

We propose a CFD algorithm for real-time prediction of urban flow and dispersion based on large-eddy simulation (LES). To efficiently handle complex urban building geometry, we implement a modified immersed boundary method (IBM), which can be applied to bluff building boundary on a staggered grid. For an introduction of proper inflow condition, we apply a synthetic-eddy method to the periodic domain, which is necessary for direct solving of Poisson equation for pressure. All these implementations are conducted on GPU system for a significant reduction of calculation time for real-time prediction. For validation of our algorithm, we test our model in the prediction of flow and dispersion in urban area in Seoul against windtunnel experiment result and other simulation using fire dynamics simulator (FDS). Our model simulation results of flow and dispersion show good agreement with them. Simulation time is reasonably short to warrant real-time prediction of flow and dispersion.
