의료기관인증제도 운영, 조직신뢰, 구성원 인게이지먼트, 그리고 병원 조직유효성 간의 관계

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 의료기관인증제도의 운영이 병원 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 검증하기 위해 의료기관인증제도, 조직신뢰, 구성원 인게이지먼트, 그리고 병원 조직유효성 간의 관계를 실증분석하려고 한다. [연구방법] 의료기관인증제도를 잘 이해하고 있는 병원 내부구성원들을 설문대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하고 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 연구모형을 분석하고 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 의료기관인증제도 운영은 병원 조직유효성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의료기관인증제도는 조직신뢰에는 영향을 미쳤지만, 구성원 인게이지먼트와는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직신뢰는 구성원 인게이지먼트와 병원조직유효성에 영향을 미쳤고, 구성원 인게이지먼트도 병원 조직유효성에 영향을 미쳤다. 검증결과를 통해 조직신뢰와 구성원 인게이지먼트는 매개역할을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 의료기관인증제도와 관련하여 의료서비스 공급자인 병원의 조직유효성에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과는 의료기관인증제 운영을 통해 조직유효성을 확보하기 위해서는 조직신뢰와 구성원 인게이지먼트가 선행되어야 함을 보여주고 있다. [Purpose] This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness in hospital. Organizational trust and employee engagement is introduced as a mediate variables to examine the mediating roles of the relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness. [Methodology] To accomplish this, respondents were asked to assess healthcare accreditation system, organizational trust, employee engagement and hospital organization effectiveness of the hospital organization. A total of 144 questionnaires collected were used to test hypotheses. The structural model was analyzed with PLS. [Findings] The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had not a positive significant on the hospital organization effectiveness. Second, healthcare accreditation system had a positive significant on the organizational trust but not on the employee engagement. Third, organizational trust had a positive significant on the employee engagement and hospital organization effectiveness. Forth, employee engagement had a positive significant on the hospital organization effectiveness. [Implications] In brief, it was founded that organizational trust and employee engagement were causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and hospital organization effectiveness.

一柱門의 建築形式에 關한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to discover the architectural type of 「Il-joo-moon」 It deals with 「Il-joo-moon」 that has been built before 1910 in Gyoung-sang province. This study analyzes type of member, jointing method, frame structure method by dividing 「Il-joo-moon」 into four parts such as roof, bracket system, frame structure, podium. The results of this analysis are as follows 1) Roof: The 「Pal-ssac」 style of roof and the 「Matt-bae」 style of roof are dominant and double caves mainly appears. 2) Bracket system: The arrangement of bracket system can be divided into one-line-arrangement and two-line-arrangement. As far as 「Chul-mock-soo」 concerned, 3 or 4 「Chul-mock-soo」 is predominent. 「Tong-jae-gong」 has been used to connect front and back bracket system for some 「Il joo-moon」. When it comes 「jae-gong」, 「Sue-soe」 style, 「Yon-bong」 style and 「Yon-hwa」 style are mainly seen. 3) Frame structure: There are 5 forms in classifying frame structure depending on the jointing method of main-column, diagonal member, sub-column etc. and weight transmission method. 4) Podim: Natural foundation stone is majority. It is judged that 「Il-joo-moon」 has no podium or natural ones, however, it has recently been converted into artificially processed podium in many cases.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the associations between physical disorders and prevalent/incident insomnia m a community dwelling older population. Methods : 1,204 people aged 65 or over evaluated at baseline. Insomnia was defined as difficulty in initiation or maintenance of sleep on at least three nights per week over the last month. Reported physical disorders covering 11 common and generally chronic health problems were ascertained. Covariates included were age, gender, education, housing, Past occupation, current employment, and depression. Of 879 without insomnia at baseline, 651 (74%) were followed 2 years later, and incident insomnia was evaluated. Results : Prevalent insomnia was significantly associated with 10 of 11 physical disorders. Incident insomnia was associated with 2 physical disorders : eyesight problems and hearing difficulty. Both prevalent and incident insomnia were significantly associated with increased number of physical disorders. Conclusion : Certain physical disorders were comorbid and precipitating factors of insomnia in elders.

PDA 밸브에 의한 연소실내의 연소특성에 관한 연구

An experimental study presents characteristics of combustion in a combustion chamber by port deactivation valve for economy and emissions standards. In order to use combustion properties data, it is necessary to build some data base, which use cylinder pressure sensor, etc. Port deactivation valve has been developed to satisfy requirement of achieving sufficient swirl generation to improve the combustion. A feasibility and necessity of combustion pressure based cylinder spark timing control has been examined. So, this was obtained the Coefficient of Variation(COV) and the mass-burned(MFB). The characteristics of pressure ratio fraction is similar to that of mass-burned fraction. Using the results of the test, the effects of the combustion chamber can be improved combustion stability by port deactivation.

Non-destructive test on the size and depth of cracks has been required for the safety evaluation of structures. Ultrasonic method based on laser techniques is one of the most popular non-destructive methods which overwhelm PZT based tests. In the present paper, ultrasonic was generated by high powered Q switching Nd:YAG pulse laser. Experiments were carried out using Fabry-Perot interferometer which was intensively discussed in the present study.

이미지즘 운동을 현대영미시의 시발점으로 보는 데는 별로 이론이 없을 것이다. 사실 금세기의 초에 상당한 문학적 이즘들이 구시대의 문학적 전통에 반기를 들고 나왔으니 Georgians, Futurists와 Vorticists등이 그 예라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 1953년에 T.S. Eliot는 ‘American Literature and the american Language’에 관한 연설에서 The Point de repere usually and conveniently taken as the starting point of modern poetry is the group denominated “imagists” in London about 1910. 라고 하여 imagists의 활동을 현대시의 시발점이라고 보았다. 1916년에 나온 이미지스트들의 사화집에 대한 서평으로 The Times Literary Supplement에서는 Imagist poetry fills us with hope; even when it is not very good in itself, it seems to promise a form in which very good poetry could be written. 라고 하여 이때 이미 Imagist들의 시적 실험 및 연마가 후세 시사에 깊이 기여할 것을 예언하였다. 그러면 이미지즘 운동의 시발은 어떠하였으며 그 원인은 무엇이었나? 이러한 물음은 필연코 당시의 시풍을 생각해 보지 않을 수 없다. 한 문학적 이즘의 탄생은 필시 그 시대의 문학풍토에 대한 역겨운 저항감과 혐오감에서 비롯되기 때문이다.

세탁기 자동변속기의 소음 검사 시스템 개발

가전제품의 소음문제는 제품의 성능뿐만 아니라 그 품질을 좌우하는 중요한 요소가 되며, 가정 생활 환경에도 크게 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서, 저소음화된 세탁기의 생산에 따른 판매 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 세탁기 바닥 부분의 정확한 소음 진동원을 검출하고, 각종 해석방법을 도입하여 그 발생 원인을 규명하여 대책을 수립할 필요가 있으나, 국내에서는 지금까지 세탁기의 소음 및 진동의 발생원인 규명에 대한 해석방법 및 대책이 연구된 바가 거의 없다. 본 연구에서는, 이러한 관점에서 현대 가정에 있어서 생활 필수품 중의 하나인 세탁기의 중요한 소음 원인 자동변속기에 대하여 음압과 음향 세기를 측정하여 소음원을 검출하고, 이를 규명하기 위해 모우드 해석법을 적용하여 소음과 진동과의 관계를 규명한다. Noise problems of household electrical appliances are important points as its control of performance and quality. And then, home life is affected the point. So, production of small noise washing machine is need for strengthener on competitive power of sale. On this reason, cause of occurrence inquires into the truth of noise and vibration on the bottom of washing machine. Counter measure is needed against this present condition through various analysis methods. But the study is none about analysis. methods and Counter measures for cause examination of noise and vibration on the bottom of washing machine. In this study, auto-transmission, that is cause of noise and vibration of washing machine, is measured to acoustic intensity and acoustic pressure and as applied mode analysis methods, the relationship between noise and vibration was examined by researchers for examination of noise cause

김치발효중 가스발생에 따른 김치의 품질 특성 변화

김치의 발효과정 중의 품질의 변화에 대하여 측정한 결과 온도가 5℃에서 20℃로 높아질수록 숙성속도가 빠르고 발생한 gas의 양도 많았지만, 일정기간 통안 발효가 진행된 후에는 gas의발생량이 줄어들었다. pH와 환원당량은 gas가 발생하는 특성과 유사하게 발효초기에만 급격히 떨어지고 발효가 진행될수록 변화가 적어지는 특성을 보였으나, 온도에 따른 최종측정치의 변화는 보이지 않아 gas가 발생하는 특성과의 차이를 보였다. 산도의 증가 형태 역시 gas의 증가 형태와 매우 유사하게 온도가 높아질수록 숙성속도가 빨라졌지만 최종 산도의 값은 각 온도별로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 총균수는 gas 발생량의 변화와 비례관계는 보이지 않았지만 gas의 생성속도가 느려졌을 때 그 수가 줄어들었고 숙성 중 젖산균수의 변화는 총균수의 변화와 매우 유사한 경향을 보였다. 초기 젖산균수가 급상승하여 비슷한 수준을 유지할 때 gas는 초기젖산균수에 맞춰 증가하다가 젖산균수가 비슷한 시기일 메에도 젖산균의 증식이 계속되어 비교적 gas의 증가가 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. Effect of gas on quality of Kimchi was investigated at different fermentation temperatures. During Kimchi fermentation, the amount of gas, total numbers of viable cells, numbers of lactic acid bacteria and acidity increased but pH and reducing sugars decreased in all temperatures. The amount of gas increased with increasing fermentation temperature but the final volume of gas was not significantly different. Acidity, reducing sugars and pH showed similar patterns with gas production. The amount of gas was not depend on total numbers of viable cells but highly influenced by the numbers of lactic acid bacteria. This study provides the fundamental information on the relationship between fermentation temperature and shelf-stability of Kimchi.

FEM을 통한 UPCU의 안정성 해석

Recently, the world is preparing for new revolution, called, IT (Information Technology), NT (Nano-Technology), and BT (Bio-Technology). NT can be applied to various fields such as semiconductor-micro technology. Ultra precision processing is required for NT in the field of mechanical engineering. Because of radical advancement of electronic and photonics industry, necessity of ultra precision processing is on the increase for the manufacture of various kernel parts. In this paper, stability of ultra precision processing machine. According to alteration of shape and material of hinge, stability investigation is performed. Hinge shapes of micro stage in UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) are designed in two types, where, hinge shapes are composed of round and rectangularity. Elasticity and strength are analyzed on micro stage with respect to hinge shapes by FE analysis. Through this stability investigation, trials and errors are reduced in design and manufacture at the same time, and we are accumulated foundation data for a unit control.
