        The force transducer in the acceleration plant due to dynamic fracture is calibrated by dynamically using the stress pulses from a longitudinal bar. The bar is supported by two strings attached to the ceiling. The bar velocities before and after impact are measured and a full bridge at bar and transducer is formed by the four strain gauges. A transient recorder is used to store the stress pulse signals of force transducer and bar. For the first test series, three point bend test specimens can be chosen by means of test rig design and the inspection as sample experiment in this presented paper is sufficient for proving with the numerical simulation of the specimen model.

      • 분무건조법을 이용한 방출 제어형 케토로락 고형지질마이크로스피어의 제제설계

        Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.

      • 우리나라 河川의 形態學的 特性과 流出

        The morphological characteristics and main channel bed slopes are evaluated. The main result of correlation between catchment area and main stream length in Korea is good agreement with given by Eagleson(1970). The flow resistance equations available for this purpose are Mannings and Chezy formula and those are reformed using geometry of main channel cross sections. Energy slopes for the conditions of design flood are expressed in the functions of river length. Data from Naktong and Geum River are used to derive the standardized design width of the each cross sections. The coefficient of river characteristics are defined to compute the discharge and also the width of the design flood for the purpose of higher accuracy of the formula. This approximation could be used to the design width of the river based on morphological and geometrical characteristics of the river system.

      • Ⅲ. 벼 교잡종의 Allelopathy 효과 구명

        본 연구는 allelopathic potential을 지닌 벼의 교잡종을 포장에서 재배하여 그 식물체의 잎을 생물검정에 이용하여 allelopathy 효과 유무를 검정하고, 생물검정으로 선발된 교잡종을 대상으로 phenolic compounds를 조사하여 allelochemical로써의 가능성을 확인하고 나아가 phenolic compounds 생합성에 관여하는 효소의 활성 측정과 이 효소의 작용에 의해 유도되는 phenolic compounds를 구명한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 포장상태에서 피를 대상으로 생물검정을 실시한 결과 양친으로는 Kouketsumochi, Woo cochin yu에서 공통적으로 90% 이상의 높은 피뿌리 생장 억제율을 보였고, 교잡종에서는 Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbyeo/Kouketsumochi Dongjinbyeo/Woo co chin yu 조합에서 80% 이상의 높은 억제율을 나타냈다. 2. Kouketsumochi의 PAL 활성은 protein 1kg당 63.46μkats로 타 공시품종보다 높았다. 또한 Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. Kouketsumochi의 cinnamate 함량은 생체중 1g당 2.64μg으로서 다른품종이나 교잡종보다 2∼5배 높았고, Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높았다. This study was conducted to investigate allelopathic potential of various crosses of rice cultivars using their inhibitory effect on barnyardgrass growth under field conditions, and to determine PAL activity and phenolic compounds involved in phenylpropanoid pathway from selected crosses of rice cultivars. Under field conditions, Kouketsumochi, Woo co chin yu possessed higher allelopathic potential inhibiting over 90% of barnsyardgrass growth. Crosses of Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbeyo/Korketsumochi, Dongjinbeyo/Woo co chin yu showed over 80% inhibitory effects on barnyardgrass growth. The highest PAL activity, 63.46μkats/kg proteins was detected in Kouketsumochi which is the most important enzyme in phenylpropanoid pathway and also higher PAL activity in crosses with kouketsumochi. Content of cinnamate was 2.64㎍/g f.w. in Kouketsumochi which was 2 to 5 times higher than other rice cultivars tested, indicating that higher PAL activity resulted in more cinnamate. The similar trends in cinnamate content and PAL activity were observed in crosses of rice cultivars with Kouketsumochi.

      • 釜山地域의 交通振動에 관한 硏究

        The concern of traffic-induced vibrations(and noise) becomes more important because of environmental regulations and detrimental effects on structures, etc. However, studies about this subjects are not enough around us to protect people and facilities against it. Accordingly, field surveies over Pusan area are performed to investigate actual conditions of traffic-induced vibrations and noise level. Survey results are analysed to draw characteristics of them and to make a prediction method of vibrations. Conclusions obtained from the study are following : 1. Railroad-induced vibration and noise exceed the environmental criteria, the proper counter plan may be needed. 2. Vibrations induced by total cars traffic are below the criteria, but noise in well over and it may cause negative effects on people near roads. 3. The regression equations deriven in this sutdy may be used to predict vibrations caused by single car and railroad traffic, except by total cars traffic.

      • 한국산 꽃무릇의 Allelopathy 효과 구명

        1. 꽃무릇으로부터 용매를 다르게 하여 잎과 인경의 MeOH와 수용추출물을 bioassay 한 결과, 농도가 5% 및 10%로 증가하였을 때는 전혀 발아되지 않았으며, 1%에서는 근장이 크게억제되었다. 용매간의 추출효과에는 차이가 없었으나, 상추의 생장에서는 인경추출액이 잎추출액보다 억제효과가 다소 높은 것으로 보였다. 2. 꽃무릇의 인경을 추출하여 UV를 조사하였을 때 Rf 0.49-0.52에서 보인 spot는 GC-MS에 의해 Iycoris alkaloid계통의 Iycorenan으로 동정되었다. This study was conducted to investigate allelopathic potential from Korean Lycoris radiata HERB. Two different solvents such as MeOH and water were used for extraction from Lycoris radiata HERB. Both extract showed inhibitory effect on the germination of barnyardgrass and lettuce seeds, indicating that this species contained the biologically active substances. The inhibitory substance extracted from bulbs of this species was identified by GC-MS as lycorenan, a kind of alkaloid.

      • 맥동부하를 갖는 유도전동기의 속도추정에 관한 연구

        This paper is dealt with tile speed estimation of induction motor with pulsating 1oad. Up to now, the various methods for detecting the motor speed have been used. In this Paper, a new method estimating the state of speed variations by a primary voltage and current without sensor is presented. Also, through an experimentation, we showed that can be estimated a secondary rotating magnetic field and the slipping angular frequency by a primary voltage and current obtained from speed equation based on transient equation of the motor.

        By impproving the educational program of the Department of Architectural Engineering and studying the theory of learning and the applied method necessary for the development of nation and society, we should develop a satisfying course of education to meet the demand and skill in the industralized society for the purpose of cultivating men of baility with great personalities and creative minds. Therefore, this study focused on classifying several kinds of occupations in the prart of architectured related to what graduates from the department of Architectural Engineering go with into the society. Accordingly after choosing some works adequate to each occupation by the proposed curricula, we tried to establish the scope of education and courses corresponding to the jobs and thus and develop a satisfying curriculum.
