Koh, Jae-Sol. 2000. Reduced forms in conjugated constructions. Linguistics 8-1, 39-58. When two nouns are conjugated, they can be reduced to a short form in some cases('선배(와) 후배'==>'선후배') and they cannot be in another cases('선배(과) 학생' ==> '*선학생') if they have common morpheme. The aim of this paper is to search for the conditions of this kind of reduction. I argue in this paper that this reduction is conditioned structurally and semantically. The structural condition is that the two nouns must have the form [AX][BX]('선배(와) 후배') or [XA][XB] ('국내(와) 국외'). The semantic conditions are more complicated and vague. The major conditions between AX and BX are oppositeness, similarity, consecutiveness, and separation relation. Whether the reduced forms can be considered to be words and listed in the lexicon is speculated also.(Woosuk Uinversity)

형용사 '하-' 에 대하여

Koh, Jae-Sol. 1996. On Adjective ‘ha-’. Linguistics 4, 25-44. Adjective ‘ha-’ in Korean shows many functions. It was regarded, therefore, as a suffix, bound-adjective, adjective, conjunctional adverb, and pro-verbal element, according to it's environment. This paper argues that all of those forms of 'ha-' must be regarded as a single morpheme, an adjective, in order to reduce the burden on lexicon. All of those functions are considered to be possible by the lexical property of 'ha-', which lacks unique lexical meaning but has only adjectival function. Presupposing generative morphology and syntax, 'tut ha-' construction is analyzed to have empty subject 'e', which means 'situation' roughly. Then the unique status of 'ha-' is also analyzed, compared with normal adjectives. To certify the status of adjective 'ha-', morphological and syntactic constructions in which 'ha-' appears are testified. (Woosuk University)

뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램 분석과 만족도 조사

문화의 시대를 맞이하여 우리나라의 뮤지엄의 관람객이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으나, 학교 연계 뮤지엄교육은 제대로 자리매김 되지 않고 있다. 이는 뮤지엄을 활용한 학교 연계 학습을 담당하는 교사들을 위한 연수의 중요성은 더욱 더 커지는 이유이다. 본 연구는 현재 실시하고 있는 대표적인 초등교사 뮤지엄교육 연수프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고 개선 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대표적인 국내 뮤지엄(국립중앙박물관, 국립현대미술관, 국립민속박물관, 리움삼성미술관)의 교사 연수 프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고, 분석을 통해서 뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램의 내용을 살펴보며 개선 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램이 현장과 실제적인 연계성을 높이기 위해 내용적인 측면에서 슐만의 PCK를 바탕으로 분석했으며, 미술관, 박물관 교사연수 프로그램을 수료한 교사들의 만족도를 조사, 분석을 통하여 뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램 내용의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램이 초등학교 현장에서 교사들이 필요한 내용이 될 수 있도록 서로 간의 연계성을 더 강화시킬 수 있는 방안을 교사 연수 프로그램의 내용적 측면에서 국내 뮤지엄 초등교사 연수 프로그램을 분석하고, 개선방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the state of teacher training programs offered by the National Museum of Contemporary Art, the National Museum of Korea, the National Folk Museum of Korea and LEEUM, which was Samsung Museum of Art, and their training schedules in a bid to analyze the training programs of the art galleries and museums. Their training programs were found not to be practical and feasible enough due to a lack of connections between them and schools, and their training programs were especially analyzed according to Schulman's PCK(pedagogical content knowledge) to seek how to make art gallery/museum-based teacher training programs differentiated from general education programs and contribute to the enhancement of teacher professionalism. In order for art galleriesand museums to serve as a place for not only the collection and conservation of relics but education, elementary teacher training programs offered by them should be designed to be closely linked to school education.

국어 대등 접속문의 성립 조건과 구조

This paper aims to clarify the well-formedness conditions of coodinated sentences in Korean. After a brief review of former researches I raise many problems about coordination in Korean. First, sentential coordination is possible in Korean as many other languages. Second, there are many restrictions in still others semantic. In subsection 3, I propose that the same quality of predicational meaning rather than the existence of common topic between the two clauses coordinated is the well-formedness condition on sentential coordination in Korean. In subsection 4, I propose that the conjunctor in Korean is not 'woa(와)' and '-ko(-고)' but 'kuriko(그리고)'. Coordinated structures reflecting these facts are proposed also.

경사진 트레드밀에서 후방보행운동을 통한 넙다리네갈래근 강화와 요통의 관계

목적: 본 연구에서는 경사진 트레드밀에서의 후방 보행 훈련을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화가 요통 환자의 치료에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상: 만성 요통을 호소하는 16명의 환자를 대상으로 연구를 실시 하였다. 방법: 트레드밀을 10° 경사로 맞춰놓은 상태에서 대상자들은 하루 20분, 일주일에 3회의 빈도로 2주 동안 훈련을 하였다. 표면 근전도를 가지고 넓다리 곧은근, 안쪽 넓은근, 가쪽 넓은근, 척추 세움근의 %MVIC를 측정하였고, KODI와 VAS를 통해 대상자들의 통증정도를 측정하였다. 결과: 넓다리 곧은근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 상대적으로 높은 근전도를 보였고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 안쪽 넓은근과 가쪽 넓은근 또한 높은 근전도율을 보였지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 척추 세움근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 높은 근전도율을 보여주었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). VAS와 KODI의 평균값은 명백하게 감소되었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 결론: 이상의 결론을 종합하면, 후방보행을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화는 요통의 감소에 효과적이라고 사료되며, 더불어 넙다리네갈래근으로 접근하여 요통을 경감하는 중재방법이 효과적인 치료 방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. Purpose: This study was to investigate the influence of strengthening the Quadriceps femoris through backward walking treadmill training in the patients who have lower back pain. Subjects: Sixteen subjects with chronic lower back pain were included. Method: In the training, the treadmill was set to have a inclination of 10 degrees, and the subjects were trained for 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 2 weeks. %MVIC(muscle power) of rectus femoris, vastus medialis oblique, vastus lateralis and erctor spinae were measured with surface EMG, and KODI and VAS were used to measure the subject's level of pain. Results: Quadriceps femoris showed relatively higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). Vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis also showed higher average electromyogram rates, but no significant change in them was noted. Erector spinae showed higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). The average points of VAS and KODI clearly decreased(p<.05). Conclusion: Strengthening Quadriceps femoris seems to be efficient for relieving lower back pain in this study.

약물의 폐 전달을 위한 염화 벤제토늄 기반 리포좀의 제조 및 평가

Benzethonium chloride-containing egg phosphatidylcholine-based liposomes (BC/EPC-LIPOs) were developed for lung-targeted drug delivery. BC/EPC-LIPOs were fabricated via thin-film hydration method with various BC-to-EPC molar ratios of 1:4 (F1), 1:1 (F2), and 4:1 (F3). Cyanine5.5 (Cy5.5) was loaded as a fluorescent probe for the biodistribution study during the film-forming step. BC/EPC-LIPOs were evaluated by using dynamic light scattering analysis, where the mean diameter and zeta-potential values of F1, F2, and F3 were observed to be 69.5 ± 3.1 nm and 50.06 ± 1.00 mV, 59.0 ± 2.3 nm and 51.30 ± 2.98 mV, and 694.2 ± 243.3 nm and 55.01 ± 3.16 mV, respectively. To evaluate the lung distribution efficiency of the developed liposomes, F1 and F2, which possess suitable particle sizes for the intravenous administration, were injected into the tail vein of ICR mice. At 6 h post-injection, the lung, liver, kidney, heart, spleen, and brain were dissected, and the radiant efficiency (RE) values of the or- gans were measured using the near-infrared fluorescence imaging method. The lung RE value of F2 was 1.69-fold higher than that of F1, indicating a more efficient lung targetability of F2. This phenomenon can be attributed to the higher content of BC in F2 than F1. Considering the lung-targetability, as well as the biocompatible natures of BC and EPC, the developed BC/EPC-LIPOs can be used as an efficient lung-targeted drug delivery system.

사무직 근로자의 수면의 질 및 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관련성

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of depression, sleep quality, job stress and their association among office workers. Method: A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 147 workers employed in 5 big enterprises, and 5 small and medium enterprises from October 21 to November 21, 2012. The questionnaires included socio-demographic and health-related characteristics, job-related characteristics, sleep quality, job stress (KOSS) and depression (CES-D). Result: Among all subjects, 23.1% was in the depression group (21 points and over in the CES-D score). Depressive level was positively correlated with job stress and quality of sleep. The adjusted odd ratio for the effects of sleep quality and job stress on depression significantly increased in the depression group compared to that of the normal group. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the following factors of influence had combined explanatory powers on depression: BMI, life satisfaction, quality of sleep, and job stress. Conclusion: The study revealed that complicated influences were exerted on the level of depression by variable factors, as well as socio-demographic characteristics, health-related characteristics, quality of sleep, and job stress. Specifically, the level of depression was influenced by the quality of sleep and job stress.

Compressive Stressed P-Channel Polycrystalline-Silicon Thin-Film Transistors for High Field-Effect Mobility

<P>A compressively stressed polycrystalline-silicon (poly-Si) thin-film transistor (TFT) was successfully demonstrated on a tensile stressed glass substrate. The layer of a-Si:H/bare glass was annealed for 45 h with a sharp annealing and a slow cooled condition in order to form compressive strain on the a-Si:H film. Then, the a-Si:H was crystallized by NiSi<SUB>2</SUB> seed-induced lateral crystallization having (110) preferred texture, and the top-gated TFT was fabricated. The electrical properties were excellent comparing with the strain-free poly-Si TFT, and especially the field-effect mobility increased 9.3 times higher.</P>

Retrograde-Mask Processed Polysilicon TFT for High Performance, Planar Structure, and Stable Operation

<P>We fabricated polysilicon thin-film transistors (TFTs) using a retrograde-mask process (RMP) showing high electrical performance, planar geometry, and stable driving characteristics. The electrical performance of RMP polysilicon TFT was compared with conventional metal-induced laterally crystallized (MILC) polysilicon TFTs. The fabrication process changed the masking steps of the conventional pattern, but did not require an additional mask. It was found that the conventional MILC poly-Si TFT typically showed a hump current, and had a serious reliability problem due to the NiSi<SUB>2</SUB> contamination at the corner edges and geometry effect. One the other hand, an RMP poly-Si TFT improved the hump and the TFT's reliability due to the absent of NiSi<SUB>2</SUB> at the edges and the large effective channel length and width.</P>
