      • 질소산화물 제거를 위한 V₂O_5/TiO₂촉매 코팅된 다공성 실리카 필터의 제조 및 특성

        The prepared porous support from silica coated with TiO₂ and V₂O_(5) catalysts were studied by selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH₃ The effects of V₂O_(5) loading, reaction temperature, space velocity and filter-type(disk and sphere) on the characteristics of NOx reduction with NH₃ were mainly investigated. At space velocity 6000h^(-1), reaction temp rature 350℃, V₂O_(5) loading 6.Owt.% and oxygen content 5%, the NOx reduction was higher to about 91%. The efficiency of porous silica on V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ catalytic disk-filter was higher than that of the V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ catalytic sphere-filter. It has been experimentally observed that the V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ catalytic disk-filter has strong resistance of gas flow.

        브루셀라균에 노출된 미생물 검사실 직원들에 대한 예방적 항생제 요법과 혈청학적 추적검사

        The aerozolization is one of possible Brucella transmission mechanisms, particularly in air-borne exposed laboratory workers. In this study, seven laboratory workers were potentially exposed to B. abortus via aerosols. Two laboratory workers who sniffed an agar plate several times were considered to be at high risk for acquiring the disease, 5 workers who did not work directly with the strain were be considered at low risk of infection. Prophylactic antibiotics of doxycycline 200 mg/day and rifampin 600 mg/day were offered for 6 weeks in high risk workers and 3 weeks for low risk workers respectively. Enrolled workers were advised to check for serological testing of Brucella species every 3 weeks during a total period of 12 weeks. Compliance with taking medicine was 57.1% (4/7) and compliance for completing the serological tests was 85.7% (6/7). None of the laboratory workers developed clinical disease or tested positive serologically during 3 months of seroloaical testing and 1 year of clinical follow-up.

        According as social structure becomes more complicate, it is necessary that urban facilities which being made and expand must maintained and managed. Among urban facilities, the road is the core facilities in modern citizen’s life, because almost activities are based on the road. Especially, the facilities of tap-water/sewerage, gas pipe, telecommunication line, electric wire, heating pipe and so on which are essential to urban life are laid below the road. Eventually, in other to maintain and manage the underground facilities, the road information is a fundamental information. Recently, in other to solve the problem caused by sudden increase of the car and the population, the cutting edge technology like intelligent transport system come into use widely. But it is necessary that accurate road information and updated attributes. Consequently, this study is aimed to establish the road information management system which coincidence with following details. The first, by integrating graphical information and a lot of attributes information, it provides accurate data on road construction, repair and plan. The second, by integrating the road information and underground facilities, it prevents disaster in advance. The forth, by using moving image which pictured the test area during driving, it provides the reality with the road management administration.

        전치부 후방이동에 따른 하안면부 연조직 측모 변화의 예측

        본 연구는 교정치료동안의 전치부 후방이동에 의한 하안면부 연조직 측모 변화를 평가하기 위하여 시행되었다. 치조성 양악전돌을 주소로 내원하여 상, 하악 제 1 소구치를 발거하고 전치부 후방이동을 시행한 31증례의 치료전후 측모두부X선규격사진을 이용하였으며 성장의 영향을 배제하기 위하여 17세 이상의 한국인 여성으로 대상을 제한하였다. 치료전후 각 계측치와 변화량을 이용하여 paired t-test와 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 시행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. · 치아의 후방이동량과 연조직의 후방이동량의 비는, 상악 중절치 (UIS) : 상순(LS)은 1.54 : 1, 하악 중절치 (LIS) : 하순 (LI)은 0.92 : 1 이며 각각의 상관계수는 각각 0.746과 0.584로 나타났다. · 치료동안 연조직 자체의 두께는 상순 (UIS-LS) 에서만 증가가 있었고 나머지 부위에서는 약간의 감소가 있었다. · 치아 이동량과 연조직 이동량간의 상관분석에서 상순 (LS)은 상악 중절치 (UIS)와 하순 (LI) 은 B점과 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였다. · 치아이동에 따른 하안면부 연조직의 이동을 예측하기 위한 다중 회귀방정식을 구할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the change of soft tissue profile on lower face following retraction of incisors through orthodontic treatment. 31 Korean women with bialveolar protrusion who were treated with 4 first bicuspid extraction were selected. All of samples were treated from above 17 years of age. Lateral cephalometric head films taken before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. The results were obtained as follows. · The ratio of upper incisor retraction to upper lip retraction and lower incisor retraction to lower lip retraction were 1.54 : 1 (r=0.746) and 0.92 : 1 (r=0.584) respectively. · It appeared during orthodontic treatment that UIS-LS was increased considerably and the others in soft tissue thickness measurements were slightly decresed. · Analysis of correlation showed that the change of the upper lip (LS) with the change of maxillary central incisor (UIS) and the change of lower lip with the change of B point were most strongly correlated. · The multiple regression equations were obtained to predict soft tissue profile change of lower face according to retraction of incisors.

      • 위의 유암종과 선종의 병발 1례

        유암종은 전신에 퍼져 잇는 장크롬친화성 세포에서 기원하는데 위의 유암종은 비교적 드문 질환으로 모든 유암종의 1.9~2.2%에 해당하며 위에 발생하는 종양의 1% 미만에서 보고되고 있다. 유암종은 일반적으로 증상이 비특이적이고 면역조직화학검사에 의해서 진단되기 때문에 과거에는 드물게 발견되었으나 최근 내시경 기기 및 술기의 발전과 검사 빈도의 증가 및 면역조직화학검사의 발달로 진단율이 증가 추세에 있으며, 드물지만 유암종에서 선암과 공존하는 예들이 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 심와부 동통을 주소로 내원한 70세 남자 환자의 상부위장관내시경 검사에서 위체상부의 대만곡에서 0.4×0.4 cm 크기의 중간 함몰을 가진 Yamada 1형의 용종과 함께 전정부의 전벽에서 0.8×0.5 cm 크기의 융기된 점막 소견을 보여 조직학적으로 각각 위유암종 및 위선종임을 확진한 후 내시경적 용종 절제술로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Carcinoid tumors are arisen from enterochromaffin cells, which are scattered throughout the body. These tumors are composed of variable numbers of cells that contain endocrine granules in their cytoplasm, which can be identified by immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy. Gastric carcinoid tumors are relatively rare tumor, the reported incidence being 1.9~2.2% of all carcinoid tumors and less than 1% of all gastric tumors. Sometimes, composite carcinoid tumors and adenocarcinoma is reported. We experienced a case of the coincidence of carcinoid tumor and adenoma at the other site of the stomach in a 70 year old male patient. Gastrofiberscope showed 0.4×0.4 cm sized Yamada type I polyp with central depression on the greater curvature of the proximal body and 0.8×0.5 cm sized focal slightly elevated mucosa on the anterior wall of the antrum. The endoscopic biopsy specimens revealed carcinoid tumor and tubular adenoma with moderate atypism, respectively. The carcinoid tumor and adenoma were removed by endoscopic polypectomy. According to the follow-up gastrofiberoscopy after 7 month later, both lesions were nearly normal mucosa except whitish atrophic change after polypectomy.

      • 쓰레기 발생량 및 성상변화에 따른 소각특성변화

        This study was carried out to evalute possibility of incineration for municipal solid wastes in residential, APT. and commercial area. The results could be summarized as follows; The densities of solid wastes were residential 0.2ton/㎥, APT. 0.102ton/㎥ and commercial 0.189ton/㎥. The physical composition of waste from residential area was food waste 58.3%, paper 21.02% and vinyl plastics 12.64%, in which these solid wastes occupies 91.96% in all wastes. While in commercial area, the physical composition of waste was 24.92%, 45.955 and 19.42%, respectively. Higher amount of paper and vinyl plastics was due to less dealing with food and better keeping separation in commertial area. The moisture contents of municipal solid wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were 55.87%, 46.22% and 30.6%, respectively. These difference were caused by the fact that the variation of food wastes. The volatile solids of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were, in dry wastes, 94.0%, 92.1% and 91.0%, respectively. Ash contents of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were, in dry wastes, 6.2%, 8.7% and 11.46%, respectively. The average low heating value of wastes from residential, APT. and commercial area were 1,459.1㎈/㎏, 2,059.3㎈/㎏ and 2916.0㎈/㎏, respectively.

      • 쐐기형 레일클램프에서 조의 회전을 방지하기 위한 적정 쐐기각에 대한 연구

        Recently many countries have concentrated their effort on the port automation, in order to be the Hub-port, that the ULCS (Ultra Large Container Ship) could come alongside the quay in their region. As the magnitude of the container ship increases, that of the container crane (used in quay) increases from 50ton-class to 61ton-class more and more. The wind velocity criteria to design the structures used in the port was upgraded from 30m/s to 40m/s due to change of the weather condition. When we design wedge type rail clamp which can protect container crane from sudden wind blast with constant clamping force regardless of the operating period, it is important to determine the angle of wedge within proper range. In this study we designed the wedge angle of the wedge-type rail clamp using the FEA.

        Laryngeal cancer is known to show relatively good prognosis. Though primary object of laryngeal cancer treatment is to save patient's life, it is also important to support patient's quality of life by preserving laryngeal function. During the 1960s through 1980s, researches about anatomy of larynx were proceeded many innovative surgeons reported numerous small series of patients in which the indications and extent of resection of these basic techniques were extended in an attempt to manage larger lesions. Today, there is a variety of techniques available for selected laryngeal malignancies, with predictable functional and oncologic outcome based on analysis in the literature of many patients. Conservation laryngeal surgery is precision surgery and to achieve successful oncologic and functional results, the conservation laryngeal surgeon should have a firm grasp of the clinical assessment of laryngeal cancer and a complete understanding of the surgical techniques.
