        전통누룩 진균류를 이용한 입국의 제조 및 입국곰팡이의 동정

        다양한 향미를 가진 막걸리의 개발을 위해 전통누룩으로부터 분리한 곰팡이로 입국을 제조한 후 품질특성을 분석하여 입국의 규격에 적합하며 이취가 없고 관능이 우수한 9균주를 입국 제조용 우수균주로 최종 선발하였다. 선발된 균주는 Aspergillus oryzae(C1-5-2-2, C20-7-3, CN1.3.1-4, CN16.19.1-1, N152-1, N220-1), Mycocladus corymbiferus (N162-2), Rhizopus oryzae(N20), Lichtheimia corymbifera (N21)로 동정되었으며, 제조한 입국의 산도는 5.0~6.8, 당화력은 128~241sp이었다. Various koji were prepared by fungi isolated from traditional nuruk and their quality characteristics were investigated. Acidity and saccharification power of their koji were ranged in 5.0~6.8 and 128sp~241sp. Nine fungi which were showed good quality and sensory evaluation were identified by analysis of their nucleotide sequences with PCR-amplified 18S rDNA internal transcribed spacer-1(ITS-1) and ITS-4 genes. Among them, six strains were identified as Aspergillus oryzae and the other strains were identified as Mycocladus corymbiferus, Rhizopus oryzae, Lichtheimia corymbifera.

        최일수 문학비평 연구 : 1950년대 비평담론의 장을 중심으로

        Chung Hak jae. 2002. A study on Choi il-soo's literary criticism. The purpose o this paper is to clarify that Choi Il-Soo's criticisms sere the search for the literature of the Korean nation. The research method in this paper is Pierre Bourdieu's fields and symbolic struggles. I classified Choi's criticisms into three aspects ; (1) aspect of the literary generation (2) aspect of the attitude to the culture tradition (3) aspect of the attitude to the national literature. (1) About the literary generation, Choi used discourse strategy of inclusion and difference, distinct from other critics' strategy of exclusion and enhancement (2) About the culture tradition, Choi surpassed the strategy of concealment by the tradition negationists and abstract and ideal discourse by the tradition accessionist. His discourse included form and substance. (3) About the national literature, Chung Tae-Yong and Choi's discourses are superior to others. Because they re-defined the nationality through the historical view. (4) Choi's discourses about the national literature were continued to the concern about the third world's literature. (5) Choi's discourses about the national realism were on the basis of the confidence in the progress of history and he had the intenion to the methods of creation. finally, we could understand tat Choi's literary criticisms were superior to others'in the field of 1950's literary criticism about the aspect in the tradition and national literature and it could be more clear when compared with other critical subjects.

      • 노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절 치료에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성 및 유용성

        목 적: 노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성에 영향을 주는 인자들간의 상관 관계와 골절 양상에 따른 술후 고관절 기능을 평가 및 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 압박고 나사를 이용하여 수술적 치료를 시행한 231명의 환자 중 6개월 이상 추시가 가능하였던 60세 이상 84명의 환자들을 대상으로 했다. 방사선적 계측은 압박고 나사못의 활강 길이 및 내반각, 가압 나사 위치, 정복 상태, 원위 골편의 내측 전위를 측정하였으며 술후 기능은 Clawson의 기능 평가표로 하였고 골절 양상에 따라 방사선 계측과 기능 회복과의 상관 관계를 평가하였다. 결 과: 임상 결과는 불안정 골절에서 양호가 10례, 불량이 23례, 안정 골절에서는 양호 40례, 불량이 11례로 안정 골절에서 임상 결과가 좋았고(p<0.001), 압박고 나사 활강은 10 ㎜ 이상일 때 양호가 4례, 불량이 21례, 10 ㎜ 이하에서 양호가 46례, 불량이 13례로 10 ㎜ 이상 활강시에 술후 결과가 불량했다(p<0.001). 다르 방사선적 계측 요인은 결과에 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한, 불안정 골절 중에서 전위 양상 골절의 경우 10㎜ 이상 활강이 12례, 10㎜ 이하 활강이 8례, 분쇄 양상 골절의 경우는 10㎜ 이상이 11례, 10㎜ 이하가 2례로 분쇄 양상의 불안정 골절에서 10㎜ 이상 활강이 의미있게 많았다 (p<0.001). 결 론: 10㎜ 이상의 지연 나사 활강은 고관절 기능 회복 약화를 유발시킬 수 있으며 불안정 골절 분쇄 양상 골절은 이런 지연 나사의 활강이 과도하게 유발될 수 있으므로 불안정 분쇄 양상 골절에서 압박고 나사의 단독 사용은 재고해 보아야 할 것이다. Purpose: To evaluate the relationship between fracture stability and functional results, and analyze the correlation between stability factors and the outcome in intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly. Materials and Methods: Of the 231 patients, 84 patients with age above 60 were able to follow up for minimum 6 months. We measured the sliding length of the lag screw, varus degree, position of lag screw, reduction status and medialization of distal fragment radiologically. The functional outcome of the treatment was evaluated with the Clawson's result classification and we evaluated the correlation between the radiological results of measurement and the functional recovery depending on the Evans fracture classification. Results: There were good results in 40 cases out of 51 stable fractures, and in 10 cases out of 33 unstable fractures (p<0.001). In case of sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 4 cases, and poor in 21. And in case of sliding less than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 46, and poor in 13. (p<0.001).But there was no relationship between other radiologic factors and clinical results. In unstable type, there were 12 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 10 cases with less than 10㎜. In comminuted type, there were 11 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 2 cases with less than 10㎜(p<0.001). Conclusion: The sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜ may result in poor outcome. As in comminuted unstable pattern, sliding of lag screw might be excessive, the use of compression hip screw alone is not good treatment option.

We assume that the life times of all components are independently and exponentially distributed with the failure rate λ. Under these assumptions, we calculate the failure rate of each system in analytic way and obtain the ordering relationship between their failure rates.

      • 잎담배 生産과 栽培環境과의 關係에 關한 解析的硏究 : 第13報. 環境要因 및 栽培方法이 잎의 形質에 미치는 影響(1) Part XIII. Effects of Some Environmental and Agronomic Factors on the Leaf Characteristics of Tobacco Plants

        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of soil moisture, light condition, shading time, fertilization levels, topping time and depth and their interactions on the tobacco growth and characteristics of leaf. The results are abstracted as follows. Stem height, length and width of the largest leaf, ratio of leaf width to length, average leaf area, LAI, weight of a leaf and leaf weight of a plant decreased with insufficient soil moisture at early and middle stage of maximum growth, but thickness of leaf increased. Weight of a leaf and leaf weight of a plant decreased by shading. Stem height, length and area of the middle leaf, fresh weight and percentage of dry matter of unit leaf area and weight of a leaf were larger in the plot of shading for 20 days before topping than in that after topping, while the leaf thickness and midrib proportion of the middle leaf were just the opposite. In the case of low topping, stem height and number of harvested leaves decreased, while the percentage of dryed-up leaves, middle, upper and average leaf length, and weight of a leaf increased. But leaf weight per a plant showed little difference according to the topping depth. Length, width and area of the middle leaf, fresh weight per unit leaf area of the lower leaf, weight of a leaf and leaf, weight per a plant increased, and midrib proportion of the middle leaf decreased by early topping (50 days after transplanting). Length, width and area of a leaf increased by increased fertilization level. Consequently, weight of a leaf and leaf weight per a plant increased. Among the environmental factors treated in this experiment, the effect of soil moisture condition was more remarkable than those of light condition and shading time. And among agrononic factors, the effect of the fertilization level on the charateristics of leaf was most remarkable, that of topping depth the next, and that of topping time the least. Muddle leaves was influenced sensitively by the environmental. agronomic factors and their interaction.

      • Lintel Beam(중방)의 강성이 전단벽에 미치는 영향

        Shear wall plays an important role in securing lateral stability for a structure that is influenced by lateral forces. It is considered that the theoretical equations which have been used in the stress analysis of shear wall involve so many assumptions and much complexity an exact solution is very hard to be obtained. Stresses of shear walls are obtained by making a series of photo-elastic experiment on 10 different shear wall models and compared with the theoretical ones based on the concept of coupled shear wall, and the effect of stiffness on the behavior of shear wall is studied on both wall elements and lintel beams. As a result, it is found that the experimental values are almost the same as the theoretical ones on lintel beams, so it is justifiable to use the theoretical equations in lintel beams. However there exists such a large discrepancy between the experimental values and the theoretical equations to the analysis of stresses on wall elements . And also it is found that the stiffness of lintel beams has little effect on the behavior of shear wall, while those of wall elements have great effect on the behavior of both wall elements and lintel beams.

      • 高分子觸媒를 利用한 Cyclopropanes의 合成

        Polymer catalysts were used in the synthesis of cyclopropane derivatives by the addition reaction of the carbene to appropriate olefins. The synthesis of cyclopropane derivatives has usually been prepared using organic catalysts such as quarternary ammonium salts and quarternary phosphonium salts, but these catalysts have a demerit in the purification of products because of ions present in the catalysts. Styrene-chlormethyrene-divinylbenzene terpolymer was used as support in this experiment and quarternarized with a tertiary amine. Styrene dissolved in chloroform was added to and aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide contained in an ampoule with polymer catalyst. The mixture was then shaken vigorously and allowed to stand at 25℃ for 48 hours to indicated a 98% yield of the product, 1,1-dichloro-2-phenylcyclopropane. The insoluble polymer catalyst was easily separated from the product by simple filtration. Thus, the purity of product was highly increased. The result of this study shows that the polymer catalysts can be reusable and the industrial use of the polymer catalysts is also feasible.

      • 韓國人 下顎骨에 관한 體質人類學的 硏究

        Korean mandibles(male 71, female 23) were measured and analysed physical anthropologically, and compared with those of early 1900s Korean and with those of other nations. The results were as follows: 1. According to the Thomson index, the mandibular type of early 1900s Korean was mesognath, but changed into dolichognath lately. 2. It was considered that the national differences and chronologic changes in the same species were affected by genetic and environmental factors, but the environmental factors, such as improvement of nutritional conditions, changes of foodstuffs and the changes of living pattern etc. should be encountered more significantly.
