        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        CAD를 활용한 자카드 텍스타일 디자인 개발 프로세싱 연구 : 넥타이 디자인을 중심으로 On Based Nec-tie Design

        This study attempts to address the development processing of yarn-dyeing jacquard design by using jacquard textile design professional CAD system to create high valued worth products. To carry out this purpose, two kinds of necktie samples were designed and each of them was different in three types of weaving method. The results arc as follows; All over typo is appropriate when the motive's size is small. And the work can be finished within short time and design can he illustrated by basic jacquard system. However, one point type can represent rather big and audacious motive but it needs lots of working hours and jacquard system. Though the motives are identical, showed many changes in cubicle representation according to weaving methods and the structure. To express simple and modest design, single fabric woven is suitable and in the need of colorful and technical design, expressing by double weft cloths and triple weft cloths rather than single firbric woven are better to give creativity and colorfulness. For the production of jacquard design, cad system using ability is important but the understanding and study of the whole process of weaving development should he made.

        성차와 리더십 : 문헌적 고찰 A Literature Review

        최근 여성 리더십에 대한 기업 조직과 학문 분야의 관심이 커지고 있지만 아직 여성 리더십과 관련된 다양한 개념들은 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 여성 리더와 여성 리더십 연구의 체계적 접근을 위해 생물학적 성과 젠더의 측면에 따른 남녀의 차이와 남녀의 리더십 차이, 그리고 남녀의 리더십 유효성 차이를 경영학 분야에서 연구된 실증연구를 토대로 문헌 고찰을 하였다. 그 결과 성차가 존재하는 가에 대한 물음에 성차는 남녀의 생물학적 차이를 제외하면 성역할 사회화를 통해 만들어지는 것으로 보는 경향이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 리더십의 성차는 리더십 특성과 행위에 차이를 보이는 경향으로, 리더십 유효성에 대한 남녀 차이는 남성이 리더십을 더 발휘한다고 평가하는 경향이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 리더십과 리더십 유효성의 남녀 차이에 대한 연구는 일관된 결과를 보여주지 못하였으며, 조절변수에 따라 그 차이가 달라질 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. 추가적으로 남녀의 리더십과 리더십 유효성의 차이는 생물학적 성에 의한 차이보다 젠더차에 의한 것이 크며, 이는 성을 남성성과 여성성 및 양성성으로 구분하여 유효성에 대해 남녀 차이를 살펴보는 등의 다양한 연구의 시도들이 필요하다. The literature of leadership research has emphasized the importance of gender issue not only from an academic perspective but also from practical viewpoint. However, the literature seems unclear about many gender-related leadership conceptualizations. This study reviews theoretical and empirical research in organizational behavior,and aims to draw clear a view of the current state of research regarding gender issues in leadership research. Our understanding of the conceptual difference of biological sex and sociological gender of women and men led us to focus on sex- and gender-related differences in leadership, especially in leadership effectiveness. Our review indicates that most of the differences displayed by women- and men-leaders are attributable to their gender- role socialization, rather than their biological sex. It is also found that men-leadership is more effective in general, though the relationship in not very consistent and could be moderated by various factors such as nature of task, composition of the work group, and support from family. Our findings imply that gender differences in leadership are primarily based on socially constructed reality, which suggests future studies on gender issues in leadership to consider masculinity, femininity, and androgyny as major factors that have influence on leadership effectiveness differences.

        양액내 염류농도 증가에 의한 상추뿌리의 마이크로솜 ATPase 활성증가

        염류장애에 의한 작물의 생육저해 원인을 밝혀내기 위하여 상추를 대조양액과 대조양액에 30 mM 및 50 mM KNO_3를 첨가하여 염류농도를 높인 양액 등 3가지 조건에서 재배하였으며, 이때 이들 양액의 EC는 각각 1.0, 4.5, 6.5 dS/m 이었다. 뿌리세포의 원형질막 및 액포막에 위치한 H^+-ATPase 활성은 각각에 특이적 저해제인 vanadate와 NO_3를 이용하여 측정하였다. 대조양액에서 재배한 상추 뿌리의 ATPase 활성은 356±1.5 nmol/min/mg protein이었으며, 30 mM과 50 mM KNO_3를 첨가한 양액에서는 활성이 대조활성에 비하여 각각 1.6배, 1.9배 증가하였다. 이것은 상추가 염류장애시 뿌리조직의 ATPase 활성증가를 통하여 적응함을 보여주는 것이며, 활성증가는 주로 액포막 H^+-ATPase 활성증가에 의해 이루어짐을 확인하였다. 마이크로솜 ATPase 활성에 미치는 여러 가지 중금속 이온들의 효과를 측정하였으며, 중금속 이온은 100 μM 농도에서 종류에 따라 활성을 10~25% 저해하였다. 특히, Cu^(2+)는 주로 액포막 H^+-ATPase 활성을 저해함을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 상추는 염류집적 환경에서 뿌리의 ATPase 활성, 특히 액포막에 위치한 H^+-ATPase 활성을 증가시켜 적응하며, Cu^(2+)는 주로 액포막 H^+-ATPase 활성을 저해하는 성분으로 뿌리의 ATPase 활성변화 연구에 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. In order to investigate the mechanism of growth inhibition by salt stress, lettuces were grown hydroponically in three different nutrient solutions, normal and 30 mM or 50 mM KNO_3-added nutrient solutions, and the electrical conductivities of these solutions were 1.0, 4.5, and 6.5 dS/m, respectively. The activities of plasma and vacuolar H^+-ATPases in the root tissue of lettuce were measured by specific inhibitors, 100 μM vanadate and 50 mM No_3^-, respectively. Microsomal ATPase activity of lettuce grown in the normal nutrient solution was 356±1.5 nmol/min/mg protein. When lettuces were grown in 30 mM and 50 mM KNO_3-added nutrient solutions, total activities of microsomal ATPases were increased by 1.6 and 1.9 times, respectively, and the increases were mainly mediated by vacuolar H^+-ATPase. These results show that lettuces adapt themselves to salt-stressed condition by increasing the activities of H^+-ATPases. Effects of various heavy metal ions were investigated on the microsomal ATPases and various metal ions at 100 pM inhibited the activities by 10~25%. Cu^2+ showed the highest inhibitory effect on the vacuolar H^+-ATPase. These results suggest that lettuce increases the activities of root ATPases, specially that of vacuolar H^+-ATPase, in salt-stressed growth conditions and Cu^(2+) could be a useful tool to control the activity of vacuolar H^+-ATPase.

      • 타액선 세포에서 내인성 산화질소에 의한 칼슘유입 조절기전

        Nitric oxide (NO) has been known to function as a cellular signaling messenger in various tissues and organs. The present study was aimed to investigate whether the regulatory mechanisms of calcium influx are mediated by the endogenous NO in submaxillary acinar cells. Effects of agents which stimulate or inhibit the NO-cGMP pathway on the calcium influx and potassium efflux were examined in submaxillary cells of the rat in vitro. 1) In the submandibular slices, carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) increased the NO_2 contents, which was prevented by pretreatment with L-NAME. 2) In the submandibular slices, K^+ efflux in response to carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with L-NAME (10^-4 mol/L) which was attenuated by L-arginine (10^-5 mol/L). 3) L-NAME (10^-4 mol/L) did not affect the transient K^+ efflux in response to carbachol (10^-5 mol/L), but decreased the sustained K^+ efflux. 4) In the isolated submandibular acini, calcium influx by carbachol (10^-5 mol/L) was reduced by L-NAME or L-NMA. 5) In the isolated submandibular acini, calcium influx induced by sodium nitroprusside (10^-6 mol/L) was attenuated by pretreatment with hemoglobin (10^-4 mol/L) or methylene blue (10^-4 mol/L). 6) Calcium influx by 8-Br-cGMP (10^-4 mol/L) was inhibited by H8, (10^-4 mol/L). 7) Calcium influx by 8-Br-cGMP was not affected by nifedipine or verapamil (10^-5 mol/L) but was slightly decreased by reduction of extracellular sodium concentration. These results suggest that endogenous NO stimulates Ca^2+ influx through activating a cGMP-dependent protein kinase-activated nonselective cation channel in submandibular acinar cells.

        프로젝트 접근법(project approach)이 유아의 대본지식 증진에 미치는 효과

        There were many studies that examine the effects of project approach on the children's sociality, creativity, expression, vocabulary, problem-solving and so forth, but no empirical studies has been made that illumination the effects of project approach on the children's script knowledge. This study aims to examine the effects of project approach on the script knowledge of kindergarteners. The subjects were 20 children sampled randomly from 2 kindergartens in C city, 10 children were assigned to experimental group receiving program in project approach and the other 10 were assigned to control group receiving no particular program. The experimental design was pre-post control-experimental design. The experiment was conducted for 6 weeks in April and May 2003. To test the effects of project approach, questions about dressing, eating, shopping, going to birth party and going to hospital were used. These questions are supposed to represent script knowledge. The data were analyzed by SPSS/win. The conclusion obtained from the results were as follows. First, the project approach was effective in improving script knowledge about dressing. Second, the project approach was effective in improving script knowledge about eating. Third, the project approach was effective in improving script knowledge about shopping. Fourth, the project approach was effective in improving script knowledge about going to birth party. Fifth, the project approach was effective in improving script knowledge about going to hospital. Overall, project approach was effective in improving the script knowledge.

      • 2001년도 한복의 디자인 경향과 문양에 관한 연구

        This research was designed to study the Korean dress design trends and different kinds of ancient patterns applied to the Korean dresses in 2001. The trend sources were collected by the HANBOK monthly journal and the symbolism of patterns associated with these patterns being used the prevalent Korean dress collection in markets. The results of the research can be summarized as following; The most of Korean dress image was elegant of ancient mode. Main colors of the traditional Korean jacket were white, yellowish white and green. However, main color of the traditional Korean skirt was represented as red. A plant pattern was the most popular pattern in a practical purpose. It looks beautiful and it is also easily manufactured with open space. Copying other patterns definitely damage the elegance of the Korean dress. It is time for us to not only keep our own traditions but also study and develop new patterns. Designers must study to develop the image and patterns which are agreed with consumer's taste.

        전문간호사를 위한 임상 전문실습교육프로그램 요구

        Purpose: This study aimed to assess needs of training programs for APN practice courses and continuing education programs for APNs to provide baseline data to improve APN education and practice. Methods: A total of 98 questionnaires were distributed to professors in 38 nursing institutions and 64 (65.3%) were returned. Data collection was performed in November and December, 2007 through email. Results: Professors in charge of geriatric and home care nurse practitioner programs constituted 43.7% of the study participants. Forty-one percent answered that they were satisfied with the practice programs they currently have operated, while 36.5% responded to have difficulty in appointment of institutions for practice programs and 56.3% had problems in assignment of preceptorship. In case of developing training programs for APN practice courses, 58.7% answered that they are willing to participate, and 90.6% felt needs for development of continuing education programs for APNs. Regarding liability insurance for APN students, only 11.5% provided insurance policy. Conclusion: The study results indicated that standardized training programs are needed to assure quality of APN education, and continuing education programs are required to provide opportunities for APNs to improve competencies.

      • 컴퓨터 작업 시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 컴퓨터 작업시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 36명의 근골격에 문제가 없는 성인 남녀가 참가하였으며 대상자들은 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 등받이가 없는 의자, 등받이가 앞에 있는 우리들 의자를 무작위로 배정하고 동일한 컴퓨터 작업을 실시하게 하였다. 실험 중, 표면근전도기를 사용하여 의자에 따른 위등세모근, 머리널판근 그리고 척주세움근의 근활성도 변화를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 등받이가 앞에 있는 의자는 허리 근육의 부담을 줄이지만 목근육에 부담이 늘어나고 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 없는 의자는 허리근육에는 다소 무리가 가지만 목근육에는 부담이 덜하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 환자의 증상에 다라 컴퓨터 작업을 하는 동안 의자 등받이의 위치를 조절하여 치료에 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각되어진다. Objective : In this study, we checked and observed people's change of body muscle and muscle activity who do computer work on different chairs. We set three kind of chairs which one is a stool and another one is the back is fixed, and the other one is the back is fixed in front of chair. Subject : Accounting for 36 health men and women, we divided these people to 3 groups and put them on the three cases(position 1, position 2, position 3). We measured muscle activity of upper trapezius, Splenius Cervics, Erector Spinae from the groups by using surface electromyogram system. Methods : The standard of the electromyogram was 'reference voluntary contraction', and we carried out 'one way anova' to compare muscle activity of three groups. Results : In position 1, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 123.2821%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 254.5233%. In position 2, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 132.9395%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 246.6540%. In position 3, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 190.6487%, Splenius Cervics was 270.2332%, and Erector Spinae was 182.1021%. Both upper trapezius and Splenius Cervics muscle activity of position 3 group was higher than the others groups. In position 1 group, Erector Spinae muscle activity was hight than the other groups. And either was position 2 group's(p<0.05). Conclusion : Therefore the chair which is the back is fixed in front is more comfortable for waist muscle but it's not good for neck. And the other chairs are better in waist muscle but not in neck muscle. So far, when we do a computer work, it's prefer to sit on the group 1&2's chairs to reduce neck muscle's stress and sit on group 3's chair to reduce waist muscle's stress.
