        This experiment was conducted to evaluate the characteristics of extruded rice flour, bread qualities of rice flour in blends with wheat flour and properties of the steam cooked rice bread for Korean rice varieties compared to the imported rice. Whiteness index and contents of crude fat and crude protein were higher in Korean rice varieties than in the imported rice, but the content of amylose was less than 20 percent in Korea varietes. Bread qualities score according to the 30% composition ratio of the extruded rice flour to wheat flour was inferior to the bread with only wheat flour in texture and color, but it was better in taste. Bread quality for rice varieties were good in order of Dongjinbyeo>Calrose>Dasanbyeo>Indian rice Panticle size of over 100 mesh was more in rice flour from the wet roller mill compare to the dry-pin mill in grinding methods. In amylogram characteristics, gelatinization temperature, peak viscosity, final viscosity were lower in rice flour from in wet roller mill than from the dry-pin mill. In varieties, Dongjinbyeo and Dasanbyeo were good for bread-making properties with lower value in amylogram charateristics. In score of the volume, hardness and taste for the steam cooked rice bread, the flour from the wet roller mill was higher than that from the drip-pin mill. In varieties, it was in order of Dongjinbyeo>Dasanbyeo>Calrose>Indian rice.

      • 분리막 여 폐 의한 2차 유출수 재이용 7]능성 평가

        종말처리장 2차유출수를 분리 막으로 재처리 하여 하천유지용수 또는 농업용수로 재이용하기 위한 평가를 수행하였다. 분리막 공정은 한외여과 (UF, U ltra- filtration ), 나노여과 (NF, N ano-filtration)와 역삼투 (RO. Reverse ᄋsmosis)를 적용하였다. 수질면에서는 N F 나 R ᄋ를 사용하지 않고 U F 만 사용하 더라도 하천유지용수 사용에는 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났으며. 안정적인 플럭스를 유지하여 하천유지용수의 안정적 확보가 フ!능함을 확인하였다. 그러나 N F 와 R ᄋ로 처리한 경우에도 재처리수의 전기전도도가 높은 값을 보여서 농업용수 사용에는 신중을 기하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 농업용수를 염두에 두고 2차유 출수를 N F로 막여과를 수행할 경우에는 유출수의 나트륨흡착비 (Sodium Adsorption R atio )값이 높아 지는 경향이 있어 농업용수 사용에는 유의하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. This study evaluated ii the memlrane separation of secondary effluents could be used as a possible reuse process for stream augmentation and agricultural irrigation water. U ltrafiltration (U F), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) membranes were used for separation of the secondary effluents. The water quality of the U F permeate could be used as stream augmentation water. Stabilized UF flux indicated that UF could be a possible process for stream augmentation. However, it is recommended that a careful use of the NF and RO permeates as agricultural migation watCT because the electrical conductivity of the NF and RO permeates were still high. Particularly, the sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) after NF filtration increased, indicating that the use of the NF permeates as an agricultural irrigation water should be cautious.

        MBR(Membrane Bio-Reactor) 시스템에서 ECP의 여과 특성에 관한 연구

        Membrane Bie-Reactor (MBR) system offers several advantages over conventional activated sludge process. But the major hurdle in the extensive use of this process is the continuous reduction of permeation flux caused by membrane fouling. The aim of this study is to investigate membrane fouling characteristics in the MBR process. As MLSS decreased, Rc decreased. The cake resistance (R_(c)) was predominant even though MLSS fell down to 90㎎/L. Composition of ECP was investigated using the heating method. Potpaccharide was predominant (58%) Over the other constituents (DNA, RNA. Protein). The selective oxidant for sugars, sodium periodate was dosed to activated sludge to partialty destruct the floc matrix. and then ultrafiltraon of the suspension was canied out with a control (without periodate treatment). R_(c) and R for the sludge treated by periodate increased and Roc size decreased. This floc breakage was due to an oxidation of ECP by periodate. Destruction of floc structure caused by partial oxidation of ECP played a key role in increase of R_(c) and R_(f) respectively. The breakage of ECP was confirmed by GFC (Gel Permeation Chromatograph).

        Through 26 female archery players attending middle or high school in a psychologic unsettled period, we examine the effects of color and music on archery record. Then we come to a conclusion below. 1. There is no record difference in the statistics according to the hight of anxiety( =0.01 ) but strictly speaking low anxiety group shows better record than high anxiety group 2. There is a meaningful result in record difference by music according to anxiety and group with low anxiety shows higher record than group with high anxiety.( p〈0.01 ) 3. When various color is served, low anxiety group shows better record than high anxiety group. And the record by color by color is higher like this order ; white〉blue〉red〉yellow〉black. There is a big record difference between red and blue targets.( p〈0,01 ) 4. When we observe the record difference according to existence and nonexistence of music, we can see that nonexistence of music produce better record than existence of that.( p〈0.01 ) And the record gets lower when various color is provided.

      • 좌심실내 혈류 전파 속도에 관한 연구

        Background : Noninvasive attemps to identify left ventricular relaxation have been hampered because relaxation rate, left atrial filling pressure, and chamber compliance are the major determinants of peak early velocity and filling rate. This study was perfomed to evaluate the relation between the velocity of flow propagation and left ventricular relaxation by using pulsed doppler echocardiography to analize flow propagation in the left ventricle. Method : By using pulsed Doppler echocardiography, the velocity of left ventricular flow propagation was measured from the distance and time difference of flow wave along the long axis propagation of left ventricular inflow during early filling in normal subjects (n=30), and M-mode echocardiographic data were obtained to evaluate mitral annulus long axis movement (mitral annulus relaxation rate) which represents left ventricular relaxation. Results : the peak early velocity was not related to mitral annulus relaxation rate, but, the velocity of flow propagation was related to mitral annulus relaxarate (P<0.005) in normal subjects. Conclusion : the velocity of flow propagation during early filling seems to be highly dependent on the mitral annulus relaxation rate and could be an important noninvasive tool in studying diastolic function.

        In theaqueous processing of silicon safers. drying of wafers must take place after each processing step. But currently used drying processes are not environmentally sound, i.e., great amounts of solvents and energy are consumed. To fulfill environmental and economical requirements, a new wafer drying system based on concepts of clean technology was incestigated. To reduce IPA (IsopropylAlcohol) and energy consumption and to improve drying performance, a new dryer consisting of two separate chambers (IPA-chamber and drying-chamber) was developed. On-site operation with this new configuration was performed to compare its characteristics with those of other widely used dryers. It showed that IPA and energy consumption were smaller than those of the conventional dryers. Drying performance of the new dryer was also better than that of the conventional dryer. Consequently, the new dryer provides an environmentally friendly alternatice to the wafer drying

      • 주행속도에 따른 부상마그네트의 특성을 고려한 상전도 자기부상시스템의 부상제어에 관한 연구

        A collective controller for electromagnetic suspension (EMS) system considering the speed characteristics of electromagnets is presented. The speed characteristics of the electromagnet are analyzed by finite element method (FEM) and Neural Network algorithm is used for the controller considering speed. The proposed controller is examined and the dynamic characteristics are compared with those of other controllers. The simulation results show that proposed controller has a better performance at high speed.

        This paper presents a two dimensional analytical method of a permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) based on the concept of space harmonic The air gap flux densities due to permanent magnets and primary current are calculated separately, and the resultant air gap flux density is obtained by superposition of those, Maxwell's stress tensor is used to calculate thrust and normal force. The static thrutst and normal force according to exciting current and power angle are calculated, and the harmonics of the thrust are analyzed using discrete Fourier transform In order to verify the validity of the proposed analytical method, we make a test facility and compare the analysis results with the experimental ones.
