      • p-Aminosalicylate 유도체의 향미생물작용

        The 15 synthesized p-aminosalicylate esters derivatives were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities, in vitro, against Mycobacterium phlei (CACC 75432), Staphylococcus aureus (CHA 78311), Bacillus subtilis (CAUCC 310) and Escherichia coli (P32). Bivalent ligand derivatives (1-6) showed weaker activities than their parent p-aminosalicylate(PAS) in vitro. But some of thiouera derivatives (8 and 10) gave stronger activities against Mycobacterium phlei and Staphylococcus aureus than their parent p-aminosalicylate.

        3D-QSAR of flavonoid derivatives as adenosine receptor antagonist was performed with the comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA). Their activities were well correlated with their steric field, electrostatic field, and lipophilicities.

        Based on the fingings, analyses, and interpretations presented in the previous sections, the following conclusions are made: 1. The Physical Education curriculum for crippled children at the rehabilitation center in Seoul, Korea is adequate in content, particularly on the eight aspects rated, as perecived by the respondents. 2. The same curriculum, as mentioned earlier, is need-responsive and workable to some extent, as perceived by the respondents. 3. The administrator-respondents in this study has a significantly different perception from the teacher-respondents in favor of a higher livel of adequacy of content of the curriculum.

      • 체조선수의 근기능과 유ㆍ무 산소성 능력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of muscular function, aerobic and anaerobic power in elite gymnasts. The subjects of this study were consisted of 9 male high school and university gymnasts as non- elite group, and 9 male high school and university gymnasts as elite group. Treadmill, gas analyzer, bicycle ergometer and cybex- II were used measure the aerobic power, anaerobic power and isokinetic muscle function respectively. The main findings of this study were as following 1.Muscular function 1)Maximal strengths at knee joint, elbow joint and wrist joint were not different between groups. At flexion at wrist joint, those of elite gymnast groups was 20% as high as those of non-elite gymnast group, but the difference between groups was insignificant. Maximal strength ratio at knee joint and wrist joint in elite gymnast group were significantly higher than those in non-elite gymnast group (p<0.05 and p<0.01, respectively). But that at elbow joint did not show difference between two groups. 2)Power during flexion and extension at knee joint, and power during pronation and supination at elbow joint were not different between two groups. In elite gymnast group, power during flexion at wrist joint was significantly higher than that in non-elite gymnast group( p <0.05). At knee joint power ratio at test speed of 180˚/sec was 69.2% in elite gymnast group, and was 65.3% in non-elite gymnast group, difference of power ratio between groups was significant(p<0.05). 3)Muscular endurance at wrist point in elite gymnast group was significantly higher than that in non- elite gymnast group both flexion and extension(p<0.001 and p<0.01, respectively). 4)Work during flexion and extension at knee joint did not show significant difference between groups. And work during pronation and supination at elbow joint did not show significat difference between groups. But, at wrist joint, work during extention in elite gymnast group was significantly higher than that in non-elite gymnast grou(p< 0.05). Work during flexion in elite gymnast group show significantly higher than that in non- elite gymnast grou(p <0.05). 2.Aerobic power VO2max did not show significant difference between elite gymnast group and non- elite gymnast group(57.1±1.5㎖/kg/min and 57.3±2.0㎖/kg/min, respectively). VEmax of elite gymnast group was 109.81/min and VEmax of non-elite gymnast group was 116.32±12.8l/min, but the difference between groups was not significant. 3.Anaerobic power The anaerobic peak power for 30- s wingate test did not show significant difference between elite gymnast group and non- elite gymnast group. And mean powers were not difference between groups. After wingate test, blood lactate concentration in elite gymnast group was higher than blood lactate concentration in non- elite gymnast group, but the difference between groups was nonsignificant. As the result of this study, we concluded that the elite gymnasts are not different from the non-elite gymnasts in aerobic power and muscular functions at knee joint and elbow joint, but muscular functions at wrist joints in elite gymnasts are more prominant than those non- elite gymnast.

      • (4-Nicotinate-2-yl)thiobutyl 6-Exomethylene Penam의 합성

        The synthesis of new 6-exomethylene penam containing triazole ring was described. 1, 3-Dipolar cycloaddition of 4-azidobutanol with propargyl aldehyde gave 1-(4-hydroxybutyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxaldehyde, which reacted with 6,6-dibromopenicillanate to yield the stereoisomeric mixture of 6-bromo -6-〔hydroxy-1-(triazol-4-yl)methyl〕 penicillanate compound. This hydroxy compound was treated with acetic anhydride and zinc to afford the 6-exomethylene penam compound.

      • 한국산 단메밀과 쓴메밀의 발아 중 Flavonoid 성분 변화

        This study was to investigate the differences in chemical composition between domestic common and tartary buckwheat(Dawon and Daikwan3-3) by cultivating at 1, 4, 7, 8, and 10 days in the total darkness. Proximate composirion did not differ significantly during the germination period. However, total amounts of phenol in tartarybuckwheat seeds and its sprouts were higher than those of common buckwheat. Rutin and quercetin were analyzed in seeds and sprouts by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The amount of rurin in tartary buckwhear seeds before germination was 10.26 mg/100g, which was higher than that of common buckwheat seeds. And it was then increased to 1,743.16 mg/100g at 7 days, which was the highest amount during germination period and was also about 169 times higher than that of seeds. The amount of quercetin in tartary buckwheat seeds before germination was 3.96 mg/100g and it was increased to 431.83 mg/100g after 7 days. The result showed that tartary buckwheat Daikwan3-3 is a good source of rutin and queretin rather than common buckwheat. It also strongly supported that use of buckwheat sprouts instead of seeds specially from tartary buckwheat as functional foods as well as the raw material for their processed foods have a new aspect.

      • Benzothiazolyl Biguanides의 합성

        In order to find new antimicrobial agents, twelve new alkylene bis benzothiazolyl biguanides and eight benzothiazoly biguanides were synthesized. The treatment of alkylenediamines·2HCI with sodium dicyanamide afforded alkylene bis cyanoguanidines. Alkylene bis benzothiazolyl biguanides were synthesized by the reaction of alkylene bis cyanoguanidines with 2-aminobenzothiazole. Benzothiazolyl biguanides were obtained from N-cyanoheterocyclylamidines and 2-aminobenzothiazoles through the similar procedures.

        A properly designed cryptosystem makes impossible to recover encrypted data without knowledge of the correct key. In some cases, this property creates a potential problem for users of encryption themselves - risk of data loss, threat by crime. A technique which recover the key from encrypted data, as known as key recovery, can provide the solutions to above problems. In this paper, we proposed key recovery system with protecting user's privacy. In this system, No one can obtain illegally the secret key of users and law-enforcement always can obtain secret key with time-bound.

        One of the most important part in a cryptosystem is a key information. The key information and orignal message fundamentally keep the same value. If the key is damaged, it is able to cause all information to lose. Besides, another possible problem is that a dishonest internal user in a company could steal or destroy secret files by using a encryption system. In this paper, we proposed cyrptosystem that is able to offer key recovery in a emergency condition, and mechanism that is able to protect possible attack in the key recovery system.

      • 웹 서비스 기반의 지방자치단체 민원서비스 통합방안에 관한 연구

        As information technology is prevailing, the integration of business processes has been expanded from private to public sector. Korean government introduced e-government and began to provide civil services electronically. However, current system is neither efficient nor convenient enough because the system is not supporting one-stop portal service. We suggest a model of the integrated electronic civil service using web service technology that can offer service integration under the distributed environment, also implement a prototype system for managing application to display placards.
