기획논문 : 사회과 역사 학습의 유형

이케노노리오 ( Norio Ikeno ) 역사교육학회 2016 역사교육논집 Vol.58 No.-

The aim of this paper is to clarify types and their functions of teaching history in social studies curriculum and to investigate and make out ideal type. Traditional research on social studies education divided generally two types of teaching history; teaching history based on chronology and teaching history based on issues. On the half of 1980``s the scene in Japan is changed differently. New types of teaching history as teaching social history are suggested, so we could not explain research on teaching history in the Japanese education according to traditional two types. We make out new diverse types of teaching and learning history. This paper is to arrange teaching and learning history on theory and practice of social studies education in Japan on thirty years from two viewpoints; 1) relationship between children and history on learning and 2) functions of history on learning. Combining two viewpoints this paper makes typology of teaching and learning history, finds out each type of teaching and learning history, inquiries the importance of each type on social studies education and consider the being of teaching and learning history on social studies education aimed to citizenship education. This paper suggests a typology constituted by criticism and breadth of learning and history, so that finds out six types and considers its importance on social studies education. Corroding this paper clarifies that it is good on more criticism and more breadth of history on each type of teaching and learning history. And what it became that 6 types included a judgment that the breadth of learning where criticism characteristics should be in should be wide became clear. This paper clarifies: on teaching and learning social studies, it is necessary of facts of the history and their interpretation, use, and these criticism (critical reception learning) as far as social studies education aimed for bringing up a citizen of democratic society, and the criticism to the wider history function answers the aim of real social studies education.

        学校における平和教育

        池野範男(Norio IKENO) 한국사회과교육연구학회 2009 사회과교육 Vol.48 No.1

The purpose of this study is to clarify the points at issue of peace education in Japanese schools and consider new assignments and current tasks of peace education, introducing educational materials for a-bomb in primary schools at Hiroshima City. There were three stages in this study. On the first stage, I put practices on some areas of peace education in order and distinguished and explained four patterns in peace education depending on the model of patterns in citizenship education. On the second stage, I illustrated some samples of each pattern in peace education on the case of educational materials for a-bomb in primary education at Hiroshima City. On the third stage, I examined new assignments and current tasks of four patterns in peace education and considered from the perspective of being open to the public in the democracy. From the consideration, there were two findings below. ㆍ Each pattern of peace education should aim to be peace education for peace being open to the public and to have the possibility that it can make new peaceful conditions in a community and society. ㆍ Its assignments and tasks in each pattern of peace education should have the linkage each other so that it is successful in performing and realizing each assignment and task.

학습자의 역사이해의 구성 -자기반성적 방법에 의한 발견-

이케노노리오 ( Norio Ikeno ) 역사교육학회 2015 역사교육논집 Vol.54 No.-

The purpose of this paper is to consider a history lesson from a viewpoint of an angle different from the theoretical consideration which conventional researches have advanced, the angle of the understanding of a child. It is to study it from the viewpoint of understanding how children learn the history in each history classes, and it is to examine an aspect of the history understanding of the child in an example by the description of the history-textbook practically. It is the problem with the most important difficulty of a history lesson that has happened actually now with which a history lesson does not work very well, that a lesson does not progress as a teacher``s intention, and that a student does not understand well. In order to solve this problem, reading comprehension structure of textbook description of history understanding by a child is made into a key. The structure of reading comprehension of textbook description is applied to the structure of a child``s understanding by the method of the self-reflection. From understanding structure, failures of history understanding by a child and his/her difficulties are specified and the policy of the conquest is found out. In this paper, the structure of history understanding by a child is solved for description of a high school Japanese history textbook by the reflexive method to an example.

Therapeutic Hypothermia for Cardioprotection in Acute Myocardial Infarction

        편욱범,강인숙,Ikeno Fumiaki 연세대학교의과대학 2016 Yonsei medical journal Vol.57 No.2

Mild therapeutic hypothermia of 32–35°C improved neurologic outcomes in outside hospital cardiac arrest survivor. Furthermore,in experimental studies on infarcted model and pilot studies on conscious patients with acute myocardial infarction, therapeutichypothermia successfully reduced infarct size and microvascular resistance. Therefore, mild therapeutic hypothermia has received an attention as a promising solution for reduction of infarction size after acute myocardial infarction which are not completelysolved despite of optimal reperfusion therapy. Nevertheless, the results from randomized clinical trials failed to prove the cardioprotective effects of therapeutic hypothermia or showed beneficial effects only in limited subgroups. In this article, we reviewedrationale for therapeutic hypothermia and possible mechanisms from previous studies, effective methods for clinical applicationto the patients with acute myocardial infarction, lessons from current clinical trials and future directions.

Pulmonary alveolar hemorrhage from a pulmonary artery false aneurysm after Swan-Ganz catheterization in a thoracic aortic aneurysm patient -a case report-

        Daisuke Sugiyama,Shigeo Ikeno,Tetsuya Tsuchihashi,Shigeru Yokota,Hiroaki Ina,Tetsuya Kono,Kunihiko Yamashita,Mikito Kawamata 대한마취통증의학회 2014 Korean Journal of Anesthesiology Vol.67 No.5

Pulmonary artery (PA) rupture caused by a PA Swan-Ganz catheter is a rare complication but remains fatal in almost50% of cases. False aneurysm of the PA is a rare presentation of PA rupture and should be considered as a possible diagnosisin a patient with a new lung mass after PA catheterization. We present a case of sudden-onset pulmonary alveolarhemorrhage during cardiovascular surgery due to a traumatic PA false aneurysm. The Swan-Ganz catheter might havebeen displaced by the thoracic aortic aneurysm with displacement of the catheter causing the false aneurysm and bleeding.

The Role of Large Animal Studies in Cardiac Regenerative Therapy Concise Review of Translational Stem Cell Research

        권성욱,Alan C Yeung,Fumiaki Ikeno 대한심장학회 2013 Korean Circulation Journal Vol.43 No.8

Animal models have long been developed for cardiovascular research. These animal models have been helpful in understanding disease, discovering potential therapeutics, and predicting efficacy. Despite many efforts, however, translational study has been underestimated. Recently, investigations have identified stem cell treatment as a potentially promising cell therapy for regenerative medicine, largely be -cause of the stem cell’s ability to differentiate into many functional cell types. Stem cells promise a new era of cell-based therapy for salvag-ing the heart. However, stem cells have the potential risk of tumor formation. These properties of stem cells are considered a major concern over the efficacy of cell therapy. The translational/preclinical study of stem cells is essential but only at the beginning stages. What types of heart disease are indicated for stem cell therapy, what type of stem cell, what type of animal model, how do we deliver stem cells, and how do we improve heart function? These may be the key issues that the settlement of which would facilitate the transition of stem cell research from bench to bedside. In this review article, we discuss state-of-the-art technology in stem cell therapies for cardiovascular diseases.

        Bio- nano-technology for cellular biosensing

        Tetsuya Haruyama,Hitoshi Asakawa,Satoshi Migita,Shinya Ikeno 한국물리학회 2005 Current Applied Physics Vol.5 No.2

Cells and tissues transmit various chemical and physical signals. These are response to an extracellular stimulus. All the cellular responses include molecular information as for intracellular biological processes. However, most of cellular signals are very weak and not easily detected with conventional analytical methods. In order to detect cellular signals, two types of tactics to monitor cellular signal under cell culture condition has been studied. First one is the molecular designing of ‘‘polymer metal polymer (PMP) complex’’ as molecular transducer for cellular nitric oxide sensor. The PMP complex is designed and synthesized on the basis of novel ideas on molecular designing. The PMP complex possesses both specific catalytic function and molecular transduceability. The multiproperties are given by peculiar coordinative self-assembled structure that is composed with two (or more) different polymers and metal ion(s). In the present case, PMP complex is designed for cellular NO detection. The PMP complex coated electrode can determine NO concentration from 100 nM to 100 mM in aqueous solution by amperometric measurement. Next one is a genetical construction of postsynapse model cell for an evaluation of extracellular neural transmitter. Postsynaptic function is presented by channel gate receptor on postsynaptic membrane. In the present study, cloned glutamic acid channel gate receptor (GluR-D) gene is transformed into insect cell Sf-9. Sf-9 is easy to cultivate and is able to express GluR-D on its cell surface as same as postsynaptic membrane. Its function can be monitored by outer cell potential. Both of tactics is successfully performed and is applicatable cultured cell-based assay on harmaceutical screening and chemical safety proofing. .

      • Gene Expression of Cyclooxygenase in the Aging Heart

Kim, Jung Won,Baek, Bong Sook,Kim, Yun Kyung,Herlihy, Jeremiah T.,Ikeno, Yuji,Yu, Byung Pal,Chung, Hae Young 부산대학교 유전공학연구소 2001 분자생물학 연구보 Vol.17 No.-

Cyclooxygenase (COX) is the key rate-limiting enzyme in the prostaglandin synthetic pathway. Two isoforms of COX have been identified: a constitutive COX-1 and an inducible COX-2, which is activated in response to various stimuli. We investigated the changes of COX-1 and COX-2 in rat heart during aging. We measured the age-related changes in the mRNA and protein levels of COX by using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting, respectively. COX-2 mRNA and protein levels increased with age, whereas those of COX-1 showed no change. The COX activity determined by prostaglandin E_2 production increased with age. Because the COX-catalyzed arachidonate cascade is an important source of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, changes in ROS generation and lipid peroxidation were also assessed. The amount of ROS generated by the COX pathway increased with age, as did the total ROS generation and lipid peroxidation. These results show that COX-2 activity increases with age, partially because of elevated transcriptional expression and protein content, and they sugest that increased COX-2 can play a roly in oxidative alterations in the aged heart.
