자주꿩의다리(Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai var. hypoleucum)의 成分에 關한 硏究[第二報]

著者들은 Thalictrum uchiyamai var. hypoleucum의 Et_2O ex. 중에서 mp 276~278 [α]^25_D=+44˚인 物質을 抽出, 分離하였다. 이 物質은 약간 甘味가 있는 微細한 淡黃色 針狀晶이며 有機溶媒에 대한 溶解性은 더운 ethanol, methanol, ether 등에는 녹는다. Mg+HCL액에 등홍색을 띠고, 1% FeCL_3 액에 汚綠色으로 呈色한다. 이 物質의 化學構造를 化學的 方法과 TLC, UV, IR등을 實施하여 檢討하였다. 즉 Acetyl 化하여 tetra-acetyl 化合物과 alkali 分解物質에서 phloroglucinol을 確認함으로써 자주꿩의다리에서 分離해 낸 物質은 flavonol系에 속하며 5위와 7위에 ?OH 基가 存在함과 p-hydroxy benzoic acid의 生成은 2위에 있는 phenyl기의 4´ 위에 ?OH 基가 있음을 알 수 있었고, 또한 이 結晶의 0.01% alc. 용액의 UV spectrum의 最大吸收는 λ^EtOH_max 265, 365nm이므로 3위에 -OH基가 存在함을 알 수 있었다. 이 結晶을 酸 처리한 다음, mp를 測定하고 UV spectrum을 比較한 결과, 아무런 변화도 認定할 수 없으므로 이 結晶은 酸에 安定한 物質 C_15H_10O_6인 kaempferol로 確認하였다. Phytochemical investigation of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai var. hypoleucum has evealed the presence of kaempferol. It was obtained as a yellow crystalline compound, [α]^25_D=+44(C=2, pyridine), C_15H_10O_6 mp 276-278˚ and gave an olive-green color with Mg-HCl. IR showed ?OH & α,β-unsaturated C=O absorption at 3400-3200 and 1655 cm^-1 respectively and UV spectrum in EtOH has maxima at 270 and 365 nm, characteristic of a flavonol having a free 3-OH group.
억이인(Coix lachryma jobi L.)의 成分에 관한 硏究

薏苡仁(Coix lachryma jobi L.)의 ether Extract의 불검화물에서 sterol의 混合物을 얻었다. 이것을 GLC로 同定한 結果, β-sitosterol, 95%, stigmasterol, 4.7%, 未確認 sterol, 0.3%의 混合物임을 確認하였다. A mixture of sterols, mp 139-140, was isolated from the seeds of Coix lachryma jobi L. and the composition of sterols was identified as β-sitosterol (95%), stigmasterol (4.7%) and unknown sterol (0.3%) by Gas Chromatography.

Mansam, the root of Codonopsis pilosula (Campanulaceae) has a action on blood metabolism. It has been known to possess anti leukemic effect by increasing of red blood cell, at same time, by decreasing white blood cell, with this connection, present study is aimed to clarify such potential anti leukenic effect by testing ethanol extract and chloroform extract against murine tumor model, lymphocytic leukemia P388. The data indicated that these extracts appeared to be inactive against this tumor line.

This study is about the five species of the genus Thalictrum growing abundantly in South Korea. Dried roots of plants; T. aquilegifolium var. japonica, T. simplex var. offine, T. actaefolium, T. tuberiferum were compared by morphological observation and screening test on the ingredient extracted by methanol, ether etc.. The experiments by thin-layer chromatography was at tempted to find out the similarity and the difference among them. In conclusion, the author found that : 1) A special component similar to coumarin was found under UV-ray from T. actaefolium. 2) By thin-layer chromatography, they show the corresponding spot supposed to be that of berberine and magnoflorine according to the TABLE IV. Therefore it is worthwhile considering that Thalictrum species would be a substitution for Epimedium species used as a tonic. 3) Thalictrum species has resemblance of ingredient and chemotaxonomy gives more help to classify them than the morphology.

Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai의 지하부의 MeOH Ext.를 ether soluble nonphenolic base, ether soluble phenolic base, CHCl₃ soluble base 및 quaternary basechloride분획으로 나누어 ether가용부에 18종 CHCl₃ 가용부에 3종, 4염기성 alkaloid중에 3종 총 24종의 alkaloid를 silica gelTLC에서 확인하였으며, 각분획별 항균작용은 함량이 가장 적은 ether soluble non-phenolic base에서 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 그 다음은 phenolicbase, aqua ext. CHCl₃ 분획순이며, 이 분획들은 모두 재 생산적이고 지속적인 항균작용을 나타내었다.

Three phenolic alkaloid compounds (A, B, C) were isolated from the roots of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai (Ranunculaceae). Compound A, a colorless crystalline substance mp168°, C_(11)H_(15)NO₂ was identified to be corypalline (6-methoxy-7-hydroxy-N-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline) which has been reported by Wu from Thalictrum rugosum. Compound 8, mp166°and Compound C, mp164°were shown aromatic rings by UV, IR spectra and chiral center by CD.
만삼의 Sterol 및 Steryl glycoside에 관한연구

From the roots of Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannfeldt (Campanulaceae), α-spinasterol, mp 165∼7°and α-spinasteryl-D-glucoside, mp 283∼5°, were isolated and identified on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Spectral data showed that Δ^7-stigmasterol and its glucoside were contained as minor components.
