        건축물 골조공사용 먹매김 자동화 시스템 개발방향 연구

        건축공사에서 먹매김 공정은 건물의 구성요소를 계획된 위치에 정확히 형성하기 위한 기준이 되므로 높은 정밀도가 요구 된다. 최근의 건축물 규모 증가 및 숙련공 부족 추세에서 먹매김 공사는 로봇 기반의 자동화 기술 도입을 통한 생산성 및 품질 향상 요구가 크게 나타나고 있으며, 특히 가장 선행되는 골조공사 먹매김 작업의 중요도 및 자동화 필요성은 더욱 크다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 건축물 골조공사용 먹매김에 적합한 시공 자동화 시스템 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 기존 유사 기술 고찰을 토대로 하여 5가지 구성기술과 17개의 세부 기술요소를 도출하였으며, 전문가 설문을 통한 중요도 평가를 수행하였다. 설문 결과, 열악한 주행 및 작업 환경에 대응하기 위한 주행부 및 마킹부 기술이 가장 중요한 구성기술로 파악되었으며, 이러한 환경에서 정밀도를 확보하기 위한 제어기술과 전반적인 프로세스의 자동화기술의 중요성이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 보다 실용적이고 효율적인 자동화 시스템 개발에 기여할 것이다. In building construction, the layout operation is performed to accurately construct the building components in their planned locations, and requires a high level of accuracy and precision. With increases in building size and a lack of skilled laborers, this work has seen an increasing demand for productivity and quality improvements through robot-based construction automation. In particular, the layout work for building structures has a higher need for automation. On this background, this study suggests a direction for the development of an automated layout system of building structures. 5 technical factors and 17 sub-factors were derived based on reviews of existing similar systems, and an evaluation of their importance was carried out through an expert survey. As a result, it was found that the most important factors were driving and marking systems for coping with poor driving and working conditions. In terms of sub-factors, control techniques to secure precision and technologies to automate the overall layout process showed high importance. These findings will contribute to the development of more practical and efficient automation systems.

        덕수궁 선원전(璿源殿)영역의 조경 복원정비 계획

        대한제국 시기 경운궁에 부속된 왕실의 제례공간이었으나 현재 비어있는 덕수궁 선원전영역의 복원 사업으로서 조경 복원정비 계획을 수립하였으며, 원형 고증과 유사 사례 고찰을 통해서 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 선원전영역에 있었던 전각 배후림의 원지형이 전각의 지반보다 3.0∼5.0m 높아서 녹지 경계부에 화계를 설치하여 경관적으로 처리하였다. 둘째, 배후림은 제례에 사용하는 과실을 얻기 위한 유실수원과 제례공간을 상징하는 소나무림으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 궁궐 방문자의 편의를 제공하기 위하여 성역(聖域)의 분위기를 방해하지 않도록 부지 양쪽 끝에 휴게공간을 배치하고, 배후림 내에 산책로를 도입하였으며, 최소한의 조경시설로서 기능적으로 요구되는 안내판, 휴게의자, 수목보호대, 경사로, 보행등·경관조명등을 도입하였다. 넷째, 문헌, 고회화, 사진 등 사료(史料) 고찰과 현장 조사로 궁궐과 제례공간의 기존 식재 정보를 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 선원전영역 조경공간을 구성하는 전각 마당, 관람로와 휴게공간, 화계, 소나무림, 유실수원의 배식계획을 수립하였다. The Seonwonjeon(璿源殿) in the Deoksugung Palace was initially the ritual space for the royal family affiliated with the Gyeongungung Palace during the Korean Empire. It is currently, however, empty, as a landscape restoration and maintenance plan is established as a part of the restoration project for the Seonwonjeon area. The following results were obtained through the historical investigation of the original form and examination of similar cases. First, the original topography of the backside grove, which had been in the Seonwonjeon area, is 3.0-5.0m higher than the base of the building, and a terraced flower bed(花階) was installed on the border of the green to set off the difference in a scenic way. Second, the backside grove was composed with fruit trees to bear fruits used in rites and pine trees which symbolize the ritual space. Third, resting places were established at both ends of the site for the convenience of visitors without interrupting the atmosphere of the sacred ground. A trail was also created inside the backside grove along with minimum landscape elements, including functionally required items, such as the signboard, bench, tree guard, ramp, street lights, and landscaping lights. Fourth, the information on original planting in the palace and ritual space was extracted through historical materials, such as literatures, antique paintings, and photographs along with site surveys. Based on the information acquired, a planting plan was established for the courtyard, pedestrian road, resting places, terraced flower bed, pine grove, and fruit tree garden, which constitute the landscaping space of the Seonwonjeon area.

        계획행동이론을 적용한 예비체육교사의 장애학생에 대한 신체활동 사정행동의도 분석

        본 연구는 계획행동이론을 적용하여 장애학생에 대한 예비체육교사들의 신체활동 사정행동의도 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 규명하기 위하여 예비체육교사 235명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 이에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계획행동이론을 적용한 예비체육교사의 장애학생에 대한 신체활동 사정행동의도에 대한 연구모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다(Normedχ<sup>2</sup>=3.14, RMSEA=.90, CFI=.96, NFI=.95, TLI=.95, IFI=.96). 둘째, 행동적 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 통제력 간의 영향관계 분석결과 행동적 태도(경로계수=.202, CR=3.92, p<.001)와 주관적 규범(경로계수=.628, CR=10,84, p<.001)은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 통제력은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비체육교사의 장애학생 사정행동의도를 탐색 및 예측하는데 계획행동이론이 적용 가능함을 제시한다. 또한 변인 간 영향관계에서 현재 예비체육교사들은 장애학생 사정행동에 대하여 긍정적인 태도와 규범적 동의를 하고 있으나, 실제 신체활동 사정행동을 위한 전문적인 특수체육 역량은 낮은 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to Analysis of Pre-service Physical Educator’s Behavior Intentions Toward Assessment about Physical Activity of students with disabilities Using the Theory of Planned Behavior. Data from 235 pre-service physical educator were analyzed to determine the purpose of the study. The resulting conclusions are as follows: First, the study model of the physical activity assessment behavior attitude of the pre-service physical educator for the disabled student was found to be appropriate(Normedχ<sup>2</sup>=3.14, RMSEA=.90, CFI=.96, NFI=.95, TLI=.95, IFI=.96). Second, the behavioral attitude(coefficient of path=.202, CR=3.92, p<.001) and subjective norms(coefficient of path=.628, CR=10,84, p<.001) that explain the physical activity assessment behavior of the pre-service physical educator for the students with disabilities were shown to have significant effects recognized control has been shown to have no significant impact.

        Synthesis and Light Emission from ZnO-Coated Silicon Nanorods

        We report the synthesis and thermal annealing of Si-core/ZnO-shell nanorods using a two-step process comprising the metal-assisted electroless etching of Si and the sputter deposition of ZnO. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the cores of the annealed core-shell nanorods were single crystal diamond cubic-type Si, whereas the shells of the annealed core-shell nanorods were single crystal wurtzite-type ZnO. The PL spectra of Si nanorods consisted of a broad red emission band and a weaker blue emission band. The major emission band of Si nanorods was shifted from 700 nm (in the red region) to 440 nm (in the violet region) by ZnO coating. The violet emission of the core-shell nanorods was enhanced in intensity considerably by annealing in an oxidizing atmosphere. The origin of the PL enhancement by annealing is also discussed.

        Pressure Cycling Technology-assisted Protein Digestion for Efficient Proteomic Analysis

        In typical proteomic analysis, trypsin digestion is one of the most time-consuming steps. Conventional proteomic sample preparation methods use an overnight trypsin digestion method. In this study, we compared high-pressure cycling technology (PCT) during enzyme digestion for proteome analysis to the conventional method. We examined the effect of PCT on enzyme activity at temperatures of 25, 37, and 50 ^oC. Although a fast digestion (1 h) was used for the standard protein mixture analysis, the PCT-assisted method with urea showed better results for protein sequence coverage and the number of peptides identified compared with the conventional method. There was no significant difference between temperatures for PCT-assisted digestion; however, we selected PCT-assisted digestion with urea at 25 ^oC as an optimized method for fast enzyme digestion, based on peptide carbamylation at these conditions. The optimized method was used for stem cell proteome analysis. We identified 233, 264 and 137 proteins using the conventional method with urea at 37 ^oC for 16h, the PCT-assisted digestion with urea at 25 ^oC for 1 h, and the non-PCT-assisted digestion with urea at 25 ^oC for 1 h, respectively. A comparison of these results suggests that PCT enhanced the enzyme digestion by permitting better access to cleavage sites on the proteins.

        Synthesis and Characterization of SiO2-Sheathed ZnSe Nanowires

        ZnSe/SiO2 coaxial nanowires were synthesized by a two-step process: thermal evaporation of ZnSe powders and sputter-deposition of SiO2. Two different types of nanowires are observed: thin rod-like ones with a few to a few tens of nanometers in diameter and up to a few hundred of micrometers in length and wide belt-like ones with a few micrometers in width. Room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurement showed that ZnSe/SiO2 coaxial nanowires had an orange emission band centered at approximately 610 nm. The intensity of the orange emission from the SiO2-sheathed ZnSe nanowires was enhanced significantly by annealing in a reducing atmosphere whereas it was degraded by annealing in an oxidizing atmosphere. The origins of the PL changes by annealing are discussed based on the energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis results.

        Influence of SiO2 Capping and Annealing on the Luminescence Properties of Larva-Like GaS Nanostructures

        Larva-like GaS nanostructures synthesized by the thermal evaporation of Ga metals and S powders were coated with SiO2 by the sputtering technique. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that the cores and shells of the GaS-core/SiO2-shell larva-like nanostructures were single crystal wurtzite-type hexagonal structured-GaS and amorphous SiO2, respectively. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements at room temperature showed that the passivation of the larva-like GaS nanostructures was successfully achieved with SiO2 without nearly harming the major emission from the wires. However, subsequent thermal annealing treatment was found to be undesirable owing to the degradation of their emission in intensity.

        Sensitivity analysis to determine seismic retrofitting column location in reinforced concrete buildings

        Local school buildings are critical facilities that can provide shelter in disasters such as earthquakes, so they must be more resistant to seismic forces than other structures. In this study, a sensitivity analysis was conducted to determine which columns-as the most critical members in a reinforced concrete building-most urgently require seismic retrofitting. The sensitivity analysis was conducted using an optimization technique with the location of each column as a parameter. A numerical model was developed to simulate a realistic collapse mode through a three-dimensional dynamic analysis. Based on numerical analysis results, it was found that the columns positioned in the lower floors, such as the first floor and in the outer part of a building, urgently require retrofitting. For reinforcement of the RC columns, which has been proven for its performance in previous research, was applied. Through this study, the importance of appropriate retrofitting is demonstrated. Further, a method for determining the appropriate location for retrofitting-when retrofitting is not possible on the entire structure-is presented.

        Influence of coating and annealing on the luminescence of Ga2O3 nanowires

        Ga2O3-core/CdO-shell nanowires were synthesized by a two step process comprising thermal evaporation of GaN powders and sputter-deposition of CdO. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses revealed that the cores and the shells of the annealed coaxial nanowires were single crystal of monoclinic Ga2O3 and FCC CdO, respectively. As-synthesized Ga2O3 nanowires showed a broad emission band at approximately 460 nm in the blue region. The blue emission intensity of the Ga2O3 nanowires was slightly decreased by CdO coating, but it was significantly increased by subsequent thermal annealing in a reducing atmosphere. The major emission peak was also shifted from ~500 nm by annealing in a reducing atmosphere, which is attributed to the increases in the Cd interstitial and O vacancy concentrations in the cores.
