        Hyo-suk Ree has taken the special position in the history of Korean novel. Once he wrote some tendency novels but he began to pursuit the nature. Through analogy of innocence he attempted the instinct of human being and harmony of the nature. Especially he attempted through the Buckwhest-blossom Season the harmony among men, nature and animal, and his writing style was sensible and verse itself. The problem of sex which usually he had pursued was recomposed in this novel, and the novel of sex of Hyo-suk Ree appears ethically in this novel. His novel which tries to recompose human life through primitive aesthetic sense is a monumental work of short stories in Korea. In this study I have searched how he understood the nature through hero and what kind of style he had mobilized.

        I have here investigated how Sin Suk Jung, who had written many works with au sbject matter of Mountains, extended and reformed his mortal life through mountains. He chose "Mountains" as an object which wouldn't make any change forever and would be watching and testifying us. In his poems, at the first term, mountains seemed to be a meditation, but, at the latter term, seemed to be an indignation recording history. I believe it meaningful to know through mountains how he illuminated and intervened his image into reality.

      • 원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

        연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of Secondary Chondrosarcoma Arising from Solitary Osteochondroma of the Distal Femur Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, College of Medicine, DongGuk University Phil Hyun Chung M.D., Jung Su Hwang M.D., Suk Kang M.D., Yang Mln Kim M.D., Hyung Ho Oh M.D., Dong Ju Chae M.D., Jong Pil Kim M.D. Chondrpsarcoma is a malignant cartilage-forming tumor that grows slowly and metastasis of this tumor occurs in late stage. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

      • 김치에서 분리한 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7과 Lactobacillus acidophilus 88간의 Electrofusion 최적조건 설정

        김치 발효 숙성기간을 연장하고 신선도를 오랫동안 유지 할 수 있는 김치발효 starter의 개발을 목적으로 최적숙성기에 있는 김치로부터 bacteriocin생성능이 없는 유산균을 분리하여 동정하였으며, bacteriocin생성능이 우수한 L.acidophilus 88을 융합시키기 위해 electrofusion에 대한 최적 조건을 검토하였다. 분리균주는 Lactobacillus속으로 동정되어 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7이라 명명하였다. Electrofusion에 의해 생성된 융합주를 식별하기 위해 streptomycin(2.5㎎/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 Lactobacillus sp. JC-7변이주와 kanamycin(600㎍/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 L.acidophilus 88변이주를 분리하였다. Electrofusion을 100V/㎝, 120msec(72ohms,1670 capacitance) 에서 수행했을 때 융합효율이 가장 양호하였으며 전기장의 세기와 시간이 중가할수록 융합 효율이 현저히 감소하였다. 2가 양이온은 농도가 중가할수록 대체적으로 융합효율을 감소시키는 경향을 나타내었으나 1mM MGCl_2에서는 대조군에 비해 융합효율이 약간 증가하였다. PEG매개에 의한 융합법의 융합효율을 비교한 결과, 융합효율은 chemical fusion<electrofusion<electrofusion+20% PEG순을 나타내었다. Evaluation of Optimum Conditions for the Electrofusion between Lactobacillus sp. JC-7 Isolated from Kimchi and Lactobacillus acidophilus 88. Young-Bae Jo, Hyun-Jung Choi, Hyung-Suk Baik and Hong-Ki Jun*. Department of Microbiology, Pusan National University, Pusan 609-735,Korea-A lactic acid bacterium was isolated from kimchi. The isolated strain was identified as the genus Lactobacillus thrugh its morphological characteristics and named as Lactobacillus sp. JC-7. The optimum conditions for the electrofusion between streptomycin(2.5㎎/ml)resistant mutant of Lactobacillus acidophilus 88 and kanamycin(600㎍/ml) resistant mutant Lactobacillus sp. JC-7 were evaluated. The highest number of fusants were obtained at a capacitance value of 120msec(1670㎌), a field strength of 100V/㎝,and a pulse controller setting of 72Ω. The potimum pH of elecroporation buffer was 7.5 and the concentration of divalent cation was 1mM MG^2+. Electrofusants were efficiently obtained by addition 20% polyethylene glycol to electroporation buffer. The yield of fusion was better than that of using polyethylene glycol mediated chemical induction.

        Scientific social study of educational career may control the future Korean education Educational credentials for vocational education can be divided into two parts ; the analysis of the educational attainments process and that of the status attainment process. Most precious researches have mainly focuses on analyzing the effect of educational credentials on the process of individuals' status attainment. However, the process of educational attainment should not be neglected, because without it, educational credentials for vocational education can not be perfect. As for the analysis of educational attainment, there are two main approaches, the fundtional approach and the moral socialization approach. The functional approach takes the educational attainment process as a process for an individual to acquire knowledge and skills which are needed in the industrial society. Against that, the moral socialization approach takes the same process as an internalization to maintain and reproduce the already established class system. It is an important contribution of radicals that they set up, not educational credentials which individuals have attained, but value orientation which individuals have internalized as a crucial prod tract in the educational attainment process. However, radicals have not succeeded to analyze the dynamic process of moral socialization, and they are trapped by a simplistic and mechanic logic. They depend on the simple logic of one-to-one correspondence in explaining the causal relationships among the social class system. The formation of sub-culture, the value internalization by the family as a socialization agent, the reinforcement by the school system and the reproduction of the social class system. But more dynamic approach is needed for the more comprehensive understanding of the educational attain-ment process. Human being might be called an existence which can not live without satisfying self-respect. People are an existence which tries to preserve its own ostentation by any means and by something. In this design, the educational career reaches having an important meaning, and this concludes phenomenon which is aware of the educational career to the general public strongly. Consciousness of industrialized society reflecting on classes and study on movement is a process of democratization and popularization made achievementalization a basic motive, and should we express this stuitable to the education, it can be called a process of educational careerism equalization of educational opportunity and advanced educational careerization.

        열적 비대칭 삼각 핀의 열전달 해석 : 핀 끝 효과에 기준 Based on Fin Tip Effect

        The non-dimensional heat loss from a thermally asymmetric triangular fin is investigated as a function of a ratio of upper and lower surface Biot numbers (Bi2/Bi1), the non-dimensional fin length and tip surface Biot number using the two-dimensional separation of variables method. The effect of fin tip surface Biot number on the variation of the non-dimensional temperature along the sloped upper and lower surfaces for the thermally asymmetric condition is presented. The relationship between the non-dimensional fin length and the fin tip surface Biot number for equal amount of heat loss is also discussed as well as the relationship between upper surface Biot number and tip surface Biot number for equal amount of heat loss.
