Purpose: Since the servant leadership of project managers is seemingly related to the project performance by influencing project team members’ positive attitude and behavior, this study attempts to provide empirical evidence for a link between servant leadership and project performance. In addition, the present study investigates the mediating effects of customer satisfaction on the servant leadership-project performance relations. Methods: The data of servant leadership and project performance were collected from 185 project team members of a company providing IT service, and customer satisfaction data were collected from 100 project clients served by the company. Before testing the hypotheses, we calculated aggregation statistics(e.g., rwg, ICC(1), and ICC(2)) to ensure appropriate aggregation of servant leadership scores. The statistics confirmed the use of 67 team level servant leadership scores with project performance and customer satisfaction. Results: The results show that servant leadership is significantly related to three project performance measures( perceptions of performance contribution and sales contribution, and actual project profits) in the current team-level sample. Results also indicate that the clients’ perception of customer satisfaction shows a mediating effect in the process of servant leadership affecting sales contribution of project performance. Conclusion: The present study empirically confirms that servant leadership plays a major role in enhancing project performance on team level analysis. The results suggest that servant leadership increases customer satisfaction since the project managers serve and care for their team members which translate into effective customer service. Theoretical and practical implications are reviewed, and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are addressed.

A Network Transport System Using Next Generation CCN Technology

Current internet has evolved from the sharing and efficiency aspects of information, it is still vulnerable to the fact that the Internet is not secure in terms of security and is not safe to secure of security mechanism. Repeating patches on continuous hacking are continuously demanding additional resources for network or system equipment, and consequently the costs continue to increase. Businesses and individuals alike are speeding up the damage caused by crime like of ransomware, not jusy simple attacks, and businesses and individuals need to respond to cyber security. In addition, the ongoing introduce of security device, and separate of networks for secure transmission of contents in the existing TCP/IP system, but it is still lacking in security. To complement the security implications of this existing TCP/IP Internet Protocol, we intend to propose a Secure Contents Transport System (SCTS) on the network using the CCN concept.

유비쿼터스와 퍼베이시브 환경에서의 위치인지 기술은 자동차 내비게이션, 지능형 로봇, 대화형 가상 게임, 물류 서비스, 그리고 자산 추적 등 다양한 응용 기회를 제공해 주고 있다. 더욱이 위치 인식 정보뿐 아니라 객체 혹은 센서 노드 주변의 상황 정보까지도 전달하여 제한된 공간에서의 다양한 응용에 활용될 것으로 보인다. 그러나 위치 측정에 있어 환경적 요소와 측정 매체 등에 의해 간섭이라는 문제점을 갖는다. 특히 실내 좁은 공간에서 비컨 신호간의 간섭은 거리 측정의 심각한 오류뿐 아니라 더 나아가 위치 인식 시스템 전체 성능에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 간섭 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 비컨의 초음파 및 RF 신호 세기를 각 노드 별로 차별화하는 방식인 EEM을 제안한다. Ubiquitous and pervasive environment presents opportunities for a rich set of location-aware applications such as car navigation and intelligent robots, interactive virtual games, logistics service, asset tracking etc. Typical indoor location systems require better accuracy than what current outdoor location systems provide. Outdoor location technologies such as GPS have poor indoor performance because of the harsh nature of indoor environments. In this paper we present a novel reducing interference location system that is particularly well suited to support context-aware computing. The system, called EEM (Enhance Envelop Method) aims to combine the advantages of real time tracking systems that implement distributed environment with the suitability of infrastructure sensor network.

저대역 DDoS 공격 대응 시스템

본 논문에서는 향후에도 지속적으로 발생 가능성이 높은 저대역 DDoS 공격에 대비하여 TLF(Time Limit Factor)를 적용한 솔루션을 기존의 고대역 DDoS 방어 시스템에 추가함으로써 고대역의 DDoS 공격과 더불어 저대역 DDoS 공격에 대해서 방어 할 수 있도록 하였다. 저대역 DDoS 공격은 정상적인 서비스 연결을 가장하여 연결된 세션을 지속적으로 점유함으로써 정상적인 사용자들의 서비스 요청에 대한 장애를 유발시킨다는 점에 착안하여 각 세션별 일정시간 동안의 통신량을 체크하여 비정상적인 경우 저대역 DDoS 공격으로 간주하여 해당 세션을 종료시키는 방법이다. 그러나, 정상적인 연결 상태에서도 네트워크의 일시적인 장애들로 인해 통신에 장애를 가져오는 경우 저대역 DDoS 공격으로 오탐하여 서비스를 차단할 수 있다는 점 때문에 저대역 DDoS 공격으로 탐지되었다 할지라도 관련 정보에 대해 Blacklist를 통한 Drop이 아닌 일정 시간동안만 Blocking 후 다시 재 접속이 가능하도록 하였다. 고대역 DDoS 방어시스템을 이용하여 저대역 DDoS 공격에 대한 테스트를 진행한 결과 고대역 DDoS 방어시스템은 저대역 DDoS 공격으로 단순 연결된 세션들에 대해 정상적인 통신으로 인지하여 세션에 대한 차단이 불가하였으며 이로 인해 저대역 DDoS 공격을 받은 시스템은 리소스 고갈로 서비스 불가 현상이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 TLF 알고리즘을 고대역 DDoS 방어시스템에 적용하게되면 고대역 및 저대역 DDoS에 대한 방어가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에 모듈형태로 추가 적용을 할 경우 저대역 DDoS 공격에 대한 대처가 가능하다. This study suggests methods of defense against low-level high-bandwidth DDoS attacks by adding a solution with a time limit factor (TLF) to an existing high-bandwidth DDoS defense system. Low-level DDoS attacks cause faults to the service requests of normal users by acting as a normal service connection and continuously positioning the connected session. Considering this, the proposed method makes it possible for users to show a down-related session by considering it as a low-level DDoS attack if the abnormal flow is detected after checking the amount of traffic. However, the service might be blocked when misjudging a low-level DDoS attack in the case of a communication fault resulting from a network fault, even with a normal connection status. Thus, we made it possible to reaccess the related information through a certain period of blocking instead of a drop through blacklist. In a test of the system, it was unable to block the session because it recognized sessions that are simply connected with a low-level DDoS attack as a normal communication.

USN노드의 효율적 에너지획득에 관한 연구 및 설계

최근 RFID/USN 기술을 산업화 현장에 적용하기 위한 실용화 기술로 만들기 위해서는 기존 임베디드 시스템에 적용되고 있는 다양한 검증 기술 및 에너지 효율화 기술이 USN분야에서도 적용하기 시작하였다. 특히, USN 분야의 경우 에너지 효율성 문제가 가장 크게 작용하기 때문에 에너지 효율성을 평가하고 해결을 위한 솔루션 제공이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 효용성 검증에 필요한 첫 번째 단계로 USN 마이크로 에너지획득을 위해 에너지 획득 시스템을 제시하고져 한다. 특히, 파워 소스 제너레이션 기술에 대한 다양한 연구를 진행하고 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 에너지 획득 시스템 하드웨어를 설계하고, 설계된 에너지 획득 시스템을 이용하여 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 알고리즘을 구현하고 이를 MPPT Controller 형태로 구현한 뒤 최종적인 에너지 획득 시스템을 제시한다.

A Study on secure authentication system using integrated authentication service

Recently, Certificate has been loosed 100 times in a four years as Phising or hacking. The service that use certificate in financial services occurs practical and secure issues. Therefore, the Korea government abolished the mandatory system used in the certificate service. However, they did not provide a replacing method for a certificate. And is not to fill the gaps of the certificate with one time password or secure card. Therefore this paper is propose the alternative method with total authentication service, that is lead the more secure electronic commercial.

Emergency exit of top-down type is one of the facilities to evacuate from fire in high-rise buildings or apartment. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs Act made the building standard law enforcement ordinance mandatory by paragraph 5, Article 46, No. 3 in 2010. Existing Emergency exit is installed on interior. Accordingly, sometimes problems such as crimes, noise complaint issues, water leaks occur. We researched the outdoor type with the emergency exit to solve these problems. First, we review structural safety of emergency exit by structural & dynamic analysis.
