      • 海上王 張保庫의 海上通路 推定에 관한 硏究

        In this study the writer would like to estimate the marine routes of Merchant Prince, Chang Pogo in a United Silla. For the purpose of this study the writer study the wind and current which effect the navigation of sailing ship, and ancient reference books and materials, especially the Work of Routes and Kingdoms of Ibn Khurdadhbih regarding to the ancient marine routes of Korea, China, Japan, Arab-Islam. The result of this study, in the era of three Kingdoms of the Korean Peninsular there were the Rochulsan route, the Cross route against the Yellow Sea. Tsushima route, the route of South China Sea. the route of East China Sea, the southern route of the Yellow Sea, the direct route of the East Sea and so on, and the route of the Jusan Archipelago, the route of Ryukyu. Especially in a United Silla, there were the Arab-Islam routes which connect between Korean Peninsular and Arab-Islam. Accordingly the writer estimate that Merchant Prince, Chang Pogo in an Unite Silla had traded with not only China, Japan but also Arab-Islam Countries using above marine routes.

      • 목포항의 항만현황과 개발방향에 관한 연구

        In this study the writer analyzed and suggested the situation of the port and development project of the Port of Mokpo which attaining 100th anniversary of opening a port. The important contents of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, The total length of wharf of Mokpo Port is composed of 4,964 meters. Among them, the length of cargo ships wharf is 3,962 meters and the length of passenger ships wharf is 351 meters and the length of fishing boats wharf is 633 meters. Secondly, For the last three years(1994-1996) the amount of harbour materials and the income of cargo work of the Port of Mokpo is analyzed as the lowest rank in the principal ports of the whole country. Thirdly, The development project of No.1 Wharf is suggested as a international passenger wharf and position wharf of international exchanges, and the development project of No.2,3 Wharf is suggested as a leisure wharf, and the development project of No.4,5 Wharf is suggested as a coasting passengers and tourists wharf, and the development project of Southern Port is suggested as a port of environmental fraternization, and the development project of Northern Port is suggested as a fishing port. Finally, In the municipal organization of Mokpo, the new establishment of the Department of the Ocean & Fisheries is suggested.

      • 자란,풍란 및 나도풍란의 기내 종자발아에 관한 연구

        우리나라 자생란인 자란의 기내파종시 적절한 소독방법과 적정배지 및 순화시 생존율을 높이기 위할 목적으로 uniconazole를 처리하고, 풍란과 나도풍란의 기내파종시 발아율을 높이기 위해 천연사과쥬스를 처리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자란의 기내파종시 종자를 Wilson 용액으로 소독하여 MS 혹은 Hyponex 3g/L 기본배지에 peptone 4g/L 배지에 파종하였을 때 발아와 생장이 가장 좋았다. 2. 기내 파종후 자란의 생장을 억제하기 위하여 uniconazole을 처리한 결과 활성탄 2g/L와 uniconazole 0.01mg/L를 첨가한 처리에서 초장이 넓은 타원형으로 알맞게 억제되었고, 활성탄이 첨가되면 uniconazole 이 활성탄에 흡수되어 억제효과가 다소 적어 활성탄을 첨가하지 않은 처리는 첨가한 처리보다 심하게 억제되었다. 3. 풍란의 기내파종시 Hyponex 3g/L 배지에서는 발아 후 생장이 전혀 이루어 지지 않았고 MS배지에서는 발아만 하였으나, Hyponex 3g/L에 천연 100% 사과쥬스를 첨가한 처리에서는 pH에 관계없이 전처리에서 발아하여 NAA 1mg/L에 활성탄을 첨가한 처리에서 발아와 생장이 가장 좋았다. 4. 나도풍란의 종자 발아와 생육에 대한 배지의 적용성은 풍란의 경우와 유사한 경향을 보여주었다. pH 5.8에 활성탄을 첨가하지 않고 NAA를 1mg/L 첨가한 처리만 발아 후 생장을 하였다. 발아와 생장이 잘된 배지는 Hyponex 3g/L에 천연 사과 주스 100ml/L를 첨가한 처리였으며 PH와 활성탄 및 NAA의 첨가에 관계없이 발아와 생장이 왕성했다. In order to find proper media, accurate sterilizing method and further growth on in vitro-seeding of Bletilla striata, korean native orchid, the uniconazole were treated. And the Neofinetia falcata and Aerides japonicum were treated with natural apple juice to improve germination ratio in vitro-seeding. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Germination and growth of Bletilla striata were the highest in case of seeding to MS or Hyponex 3g/L + peptone 4g/L media after sterilized them by Wilson's solution. 2. The results to promote growth of Bletilla striata after in vitro-seeding were that leaf shape was properly restrained widely ellipse in treated with 2g/L activated charcoal and 0.01mg/L uniconazole, and the treatment of uniconazole was more restrained than the treatment of activated charcoal. 3. In vitro-seeding of Neofinetia falcata, growth after germination was not affected in Hyponex 3g/L media and a little growth is shown in MS media. But in treatment which apple juice 100 ml/L was treated with Hyponex 3g/L, sprouting is shown in every treatments regardless of pH, and the total growth of seedlings is the best in the treatment of activated charcoal 2g/L and NAA 1mg/L. 4. In case of seeding of Aerides japonicum, germination rate and growth were similar trend to Neofinetia falcata. In every treatments of MS media, germination is a little bit, but further growth after germination was shown in treatment which treated NAA 1mg/L and pH 5.8 without activated charcoal. The best germination and growth media for 2 examined seeds were the treatment which apple juice 100 ml/L was treated with Hyponex 3g/L, but there was no effect on pH level, activated charcoal and NAA.

      • 溫排水 지역 潮間帶 海藻群集의 種 多樣度

        古里 原子力發電所 연안에서 溫排水의 구배에 따른 潮間帶 海藻群集의 特性을 분석하기 위해 種 多樣度로서 비교하였다. 潮間帶의 潮位가 높을수록 種 豊度와 種 多樣度는 낮았으며 배수구에 가까운 곳에서 다양도의 값은 낮았다. 平均低潮線에서의 潮位(HT)와 배수구에서 떨어진 거리(DO)에 대한 種 多樣度(ASD)의 관계식은 ASD=2.1838-2.3582(HT)+0.0365(DO)로 나타났다. 배수구 주변의 海藻群集은 群集發達의 初期에서 成熟段階의 각 단계를 나타내는 것으로 간주되었다. In order to analysis the characteristics of intertidal algal communities at the coast of Kori Nuclear Power Plant located along a thermal pollution gradient were compared by the species diversity index. The higher tidal level, the lower the species richness and the diversity. The values of the diversity was also low near the outfalls. The formula of the relationship of algal species diversity(ASD) against tidal level(TL) from mean low water and the distance of the outfall(DO) is the following; ASD=2.1838-2.3582(HT)+0.0365(DO). Thermal effects near the discharge were similar to the decrease species diversity observed towards upper intertidal levels. Algal communities in the vicinity of the thermal discharge could be considered to represent the respective stages of community development from pioneer to mature.

      • 다량 토혈 후 발생한 뇌경색으로 인하여 간질증첩증을 보인 간성 뇌증 1예

        Status epilepticus (SE) has been described as a rare manifestation of hepatic encephalopathy. Massive bleeding and subsequent anemia may precipitate atherothrombotic cerebral infarction. Stroke is one of the possible causes of SE. A 69-year-o1d male with decompensated alcoholic liver cirrhosis presented with altered mental state and generalized convulsive SE after massive hematemesis due to varix bleeding. The hemoglobin level was 5.5 mg/dL and blood ammonia level was more than twice the normal level. The seizure was resolved after prompt and aggressive treatment for SE. The blood ammonia level was normalized after treatment for hepatic encephalopathy, but the patient' s mental state was not recovered. Brain MRI revealed multiple ischemic lesions in the both cerebral hemisphere. We present the patient as SE after acute ischemic stroke associated with anemia in hepatic encephalopathy.

      • CFRP 복합재 적층판의 파괴메카니즘에 관한 연구

        In this study, when CFRP lamimates are subjected to static loading by the indentation of steel ball to examine a failure mechanism of lamimates, the fracture surface of interlaminar delamination generated at interfaces is investigated by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). When orthotropic CFRP laimates stacked with two interface are subjected to static loading, interlaminar delaminations extend from the loading side to delamination edge even at any interface, and the fracture surface fo interlaminar delamination generated at two interfaces is symmertrically formed. In the CFRP laminates, the fracture mechanism sppears mainly to be the mixed mode(modes Ⅰ+Ⅱ), and the ratio of mixed mode varies partially. After the fracture initiates at the interface near the loading side with mode Ⅰ, the mixed mode gradually developes, but the total surface at the opposite plane to the loading side fractures with the mixed mode(modes Ⅰ+Ⅱ). While transverse cracks are generated, the direction of shear stresses reverses itself ar the delaminated surface, clarified by the hackle direction of fracture surface.
