Facing new century, ecological building and urban design is taking larger attention for the maintainance of ecological system, improvement of dwelling condition, and down-pricing,. being boosted by government. Following the trends, the object of this study is providing the standards of ecological housing development and better method of design. The steps this study develop is collecting informations from the examples worldwide, analysing design skills from the sources, and deriving the better method. 1. The characteristics of metropolitan and downtown area are the pursuit of economics by the efficient use of space and the formation of artificial-urban environment. Therefore, the controversial concepts which are nature and art, can be a primary issue of design. 2. A need of a new development to preserve natural environment becomes important in the suburb of metropolitan and small or medium city. The intensive use of pre-developed area as well as the development and the preservation of the natural environment in underdevelopment are important in development design. 3. The exploit design to preserve existing natural environment of rural or country area is needed. Multi-family house with small size and low dense population such as house complex, terrace house and court house are needed to be distributed.

본 연구는 지역사회 장애인생산품판매시설의 변화에 대한 시대적 요청을 바탕으로 그 현황과 문제점을 파악하여 그에 따른 새로운 역할 정립방안을 모색해 보고자 마련되었다. 연구 결과 직업재활시설은 비우선구매품 중심의 생산품 생산으로 인한 저조한 판매실적, 생산과 판매 및 영업의 양 기능 모두를 수행함에 따르는 어려움, 비우선구매품의 판로와 유통 상에 어려움 등의 문제를 가지고 있었으며, 판매시설은 조달관련 사업 중심의 판촉사업, 장애인생산품에 관한 상담·홍보·판로개척의 기능 미비, 직원의 부족, 정부의 충분치 못한 지원, 통합예산지원방식 등의 문제를 포함하고 있었다. 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하고 장애인생산품판매시설이 새로운 역할을 정립하기 위해서는 직업재활시설과 판매시설간의 역할 명확화와 연계·협력 관계의 형성, 장애인생산품판매지원센터로서의 역할 재정립, 장애인생산품판매시설에 대한 정부 예산지원방식의 전환과 지원 확대, 장애인생산품판매시설의 적정한 규모의 직원 배치 등이 필요함을 제안할 수 있다.

We carried out a study on phytoplankton community at Owon stream, Jeollabukdo, Korea. The author have examined 83 taxa of the phytoplankton from researched area. These were composed of 5 classes, 11 orders, 21 families, 44 genera, 79 species, and 9 varieties. The composition of occurrence species were as follows: green algae are 48.2%, diatoms are 33.7%, blue green algae are 10.8% and etc(7.3%). Dominant species were Chlamydomonas angulosa, Pandorina morum, Coelastrum microporum, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Staurastrum gracile, Melosira varians, Me. italica, Synedra ulna, Sy. acus, Cocconeis placentula, and Cymbella tumida. The standing crops varied from 1,650cells/ℓ to 47,000cells/ℓ. Phytoplankton density of Owon stream were lower about 8.6 times to a 1,531 times than those of other lakes and rivers in Korea. So, to preserve the water quality in Owon stream we have to manage continuously on the nitrogen and phosphorus.
발치와의 치유과정에서 교원질 및 비교원단백질의 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

During tooth socket healing, the coagulum in the socket is replaced by fibrous connective tissue which undergoes mineralization and eventually becomes bone. Using this model, the healing process of the tooth socket and the role of type I collagen(CI), fibronectin(FN), bone sialoprotein(BSP), and osteopontin(OP) in the process were studied. Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 130-150gm were fed fi -aminopropionitcille for 5days before extraction of the first maxillary molars, and sacrified by perfusion with 4% paraformaldehyde at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10days after tooth extraction. The socket and surrounding tissues were cut, demineralized, dehydrated and embedded in paraffin. For morphological observation, the sections were stained by Azan. Immunostaining of the ECM components was achieved by the avidin-biotin complex method. The results as follows; 1. Morphology of the tooth socket 1day after tooth extraction. The socket was filled with blood coagulum which was composed of densly aggregated red blood cells, platelets and fibrin network. 2. Morphology of the tooth socket 3days after tooth exyraction. A large portion of the coagulum was replaced by fibrous connective tissue contains a large number of fibroblasts, come from periphery of the socket. 3. At 5days, the newly formed bone demonstrated the highest proliferation activity. At 7days, the soclet was occupied with new bone. 4. Type I collagen was observed in the newly formed connective tissue and around the new bone. fiber. 5. Intensive staining for fibronectin was observed in granulation tissue, especially around blood vessels as well as inflammatory cells. 6. Strong immunostaining for bone sialoprotein and osteopontin was found in osteoblasts and new bone, while weaker staining was observed on dense connective tissue. 7. These data suggest that collagen and noncollagen proteins (FN, BSP, OP) an important role daring socket healing.

In this paper, we propose a method of generating an arbitrary person's facial model by using one and/or two photographs which take his full face and profile. Making the generated model shows one's features and characteristics adequately, we manage and adjust control graphs on the characteristic part of face. A node in a control graph is a characteristic point on a part of face, and an edge is a segment which connects two points in the same graph. We can make control easily and fast by adjusting nodes and edges on graphs of the interesting parts only, because each part is defined as a separate graph.

In order to prevent cost overrun, it is required to check the cost overrun factors periodically. The purpose of this study is to suggest three indexes that can help diagnosing construction cost. Total construction cost can be decomposed into individual cost items according to resource consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to control resources that may cause cost variance. The three indexes suggested in this paper are variance of total resource input, variance of individual resource input, and variance of resource balance, where the resource input and resource balance are measured as cost.

The aims of this article is modeling of options of futrres pricing and analyzing the sensitivity with respect to the variables in the models. In this paper we derived Black's formula using an approach first suggested by Cox and Ross in 1975, and applied to Black and Scholes model. we explain he financial intuition behind the different equations. Then using sensitivity analysis are find the derivatives of the options pricing formulas with respect to the variables in the formulas. This analysis helps to illustiate the intuition behind the theoretical result, the intuition behind the theoretical result, and the appeicability of the formulas in trading commodity options. A simulation analysis is used to generate tables and diagrams.
초등학교 학생에 있어서 환경 소음과 스트레스와의 관련성

In order to understande the relationship the fourth grade students' stress and environmental noise, the authors surveyed 421 persons and the sound environment of eleven classrooms and their surroundings of five elementary schools in Pusan area. Both questionnaire and 1/3 octave band noise measuriment were administrated. Each sound level at class room (10-minute recess), corridor, classroom (lesson), playground, and gate was highest mostly at 800Hz, appeared to be 71.70.2 dB, 65.78.7dB, 57.57.9dB, 53.91.2 dB, and 53.52.6 dB respectively. Sound levels at frequencies less than 4,000 Hz were in range of 46.7 dB to 71.7dB, while those over 10,000 Hz were background level of 14.3 dB to 39.6 dB.Noise in corridor was higher than play ground and gate, this fact supports that school buildings seemed to bo little affected on environment sound but the sound proof of most classrooms wall was very poor. In order to grasp how sound affects on stress, multiple regression analysis using backward variable elimination method was conducted, and the resulting equation was as follows(R = 0.186, R2 = 0.035, adjusted R2 = 0.027); Stress = 2.221 + 0.459*(study disturbance due to home noise) + 0/607*(home noise) + 0.227*(sound in lesson).
