        Ligand-based QSAR Studies on the Indolinones Derivatives as Inhibitors of the Protein Tyrosine Kinase of Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor by CoMFA and CoMSIA

        Ligand-based quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) studies were performed on indolinones derivatives as a potential inhibitor of the protein tyrosine kinase of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) by comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity indices analysis (CoMSIA) implemented in the SYBYL packages. The initial X-ray structure of docked ligand (Su5402) to FGFR was used to minimize the 27 training set molecules using TRIPOS force field. Seven models were generated using CoMFA and CoMSIA with grid spacing 2 ${\AA}$. After the PLS analysis the best predicted CoMSIA model with hydrophobicity, hydrogen bond donor and acceptor property showed that a leave-one out(LOO) cross validated value $({r^2}_{cv})^$ and non-cross validated conventional value $({r^2}_{ncv})^$ are 0.543 and 0.938, respectively.

        Cyclic Loading Test of Structural Walls with Small Openings

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of small openings on the structural performance of reinforced-concrete(RC) structural walls. Cyclic lateral loading tests were conducted on five RC walls with an aspect ratio of 2.6 and small openings. The main test parameter was the size of the small openings. The specimens were designed to fail after flexural yielding, considering the typical failure mode of slender RC walls. The structural performances of the test specimens were analyzed based on the test results in terms of the load-carrying capacity (flexural strength), hysteretic behavior, strain distribution, and the size of the openings. The specimens showed flexural yielding regardless of the size of the openings, and the flexural strength and deformation capacity were not significantly affected by the small openings. This result indicates that small openings do not affect the flexural behavior of slender walls if the walls have sufficient shear resistance and the small openings are located away from the extreme compressive end and in the compression zone where compressive stress does not decrease.

      • Application of Artificial Insemination Technology for Dairy Breeding in Mongolia

        This study was focused on improvement of milk production in Mongolia dairy industry by artificial insemination (AI) technology, of which was supported from ODA project of KOICA in Republic of Korea. The study was started from January 2009 to present and 3rd years in this year. So, all data, especially synchronization and pregnancy of dairy cows (Holstein) will be summarized in final result in this year. For synchronization, total 81 dairy cows selected from 4 private farms that were 38, 30, 8 and 5 in Undarmal milk, Onjin (Enkhbayer), Jargalant, and BRM School, respectively. All the dairy cows were injected intramuscular (IM) of 5 ml PGF2α in the vulva and detected estrus 2 to 3 days after PGF2α injection. Total 78 out of 81 dairy cows (96.3%) were detected estrus by only 1 time injection of PGF2α. The dairy cows that were induced estrus, inseminated with 0.5 ml dairy frozen semen by conventional AI techniques. The pregnancy diagnosis of the AI dairy cows was detected by uterus palpation after 60 days of insemination. Total 75 from 78 inseminated dairy cows (90.1%) were diagnosis pregnant. The estrus induction and pregnant rate were very effective using PGF2α injection and conventional AI techniques in Mongolia dairy cow. The results indicated that AI after estrus induction in Mongolia dairy cows could be applied to dairy breeding technology to improve the breeding efficiency and milk production.

        Lithographically-featured photonic microparticles of colloidal assemblies

        <P>We have described a new and promising strategy for the fabrication of composite and porous photonic crystal microparticles that combines the self-assembly of colloidal particles with photolithography techniques. We fabricated silica/SU-8 composite microparticles with photonic bandgaps <I>via</I> four steps: (1) deposition of the silica colloidal crystals on the photoresist, (2) embedding of the colloidal crystals in the photoresist, (3) UV exposure through a photomask and subsequent development, and (4) release of the microparticles from the substrate. Embedding was performed above the glass transition temperature (<I>T</I><SUB>g</SUB>) of uncrosslinked SU-8. At such temperatures, capillary forces on the silica particles facilitate the migration of colloidal crystals in the SU-8 matrix. Particle migration ceased when the top colloidal crystal layer was trapped at the interface between air and SU-8. In addition, we also prepared porous microparticles with an inverse opaline structure by dissolving the embedded silica particles from the composite structures. The porous microparticles showed enhanced reflectivity at the bandgap position due to the large refractive index contrast. The bandgap position of the microparticles was controlled by the size of the silica particles, which determined the lattice constant. Bilayered composite and porous microparticles with two distinct photonic bandgaps were also prepared by sequential deposition of colloidal crystals composed of two differently sized silica particles.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>A new and promising fabrication strategy of photonic crystal microparticles was demonstrated by combining colloidal self-assembly with photolithography. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c0cp00134a'> </P>

        예비교사와 경력교사의 교육과정 문해력 수준 비교에 대한 사례 연구* - 국어교과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 교육과정 문해력 연구 중에서 교육과정 문해력 수준 비교에 대한 사례 연구이다. 교육과정 문해력의 사례를 분석하여 문해력 단계를 구체화하고 이를 통해 교사들의 전문성 단계(예비교사와 경력교사) 또는 관점에 따른 교육과정 문해력의 양상을 확인하고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 예비교사와 경력교사로 구분된다. 예비교사는 C교육대 학교 국어교육과 4학년 9명으로 교육실습에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 하였다. 경력교사는 교육과정 문해력 탐색을 위해 참여관찰을 했던 경력 10년 이상의 교사 5명과 참여관찰에 어려움이 있어 개별적으로 동영상을 보내준 경력 10년 이상의 교사 1명을 포함한 총 6명이다. 본 연구는 질적 사례연구로 교육과정 문해력 수준을 비교하기 위해 연구자들은 예비 교사 수업 10편과 경력교사 수업 9편을 수집하여 비교하였다. 예비교사와 경력교사 간 교육과정 문해력의 수준을 비교해 본 결과각 집단 간의 특별한 경향성을 보이지는 않았다. 단지 몇 가지의 특징을 들 수 있었는데, 예비교사는 교과서를 통한 교과서의 내용을 이해하고 있었고, 경력교사는 예비교사에 비해서 교육과정 내용의 성취 기준을 강조하고 있었다. 수업 지도안에 나타나는 교육과정 문해력은 형식적인 수업 지도안이나 수업 모형을 강조하는 측면도 있었고, 교육과정의 목표와 성격을 이해하고, 성취 기준에 있는 내용 요소와 기능 요소를 잘 반영한 수업들도 있었다. 교육과정 문해력에 대한 계속되는 연구는 교사가 수업 전문성뿐만 아니라, 개별 수업의 토대로 작용하는 교육과정에 대한 교사 전문성 신장에 목적을 둔다는 점에서 의미를 가진다고 볼 수 있다. 한 가지 이 연구 에서 시도된 교육과정 문해력 수준에 대한 구분은 연구자가 잠정적으로 구분한 것이며, 이에 대한 타당성은 계속 논의되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 교사 발달과 교육과정 문해력 수준 발달과는 꼭 일치하지는 않는 것임을 직시할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to compare levels of curriculum literacy. It articulates levels of curriculum literacy by analyzing a number of cases of curriculum literacy practices. At the same time, it also has an attempt to identify certain features of curriculum literacy in terms of its perspective or levels of teacher professional development(pre-service teacher and veteran teacher) Participants in this research were divided into pre-service teachers and in-service teacher. 9 pre-service teachers were seniors at the Korean education department who were placed in practicum. 6 in-service teachers were veteran teachers who were more than 10 year teaching experiences and involved in classroom observation for exploring curriculum literacy. This study was a qualitative case study which compared levels of curriculum literacy. For this purpose, these researchers collected and analyzed 10 class videos from the pre-service teacher and 9 class videos from the veteran teacher. As a result, there was no distinctive tendency observed between these two groups in comparison of levels of curriculum literacy. However, some important characteristics were constantly unfolded. For instance, pre-service teachers understood the content of teaching through a textbook itself. Veteran teachers emphasized more on achievement standards for curriculum contents than pre-service teachers. curriculum literacy in the lesson plan was underscored a forma lesson plan or an instructional model and understood goals and characteristics of curriculum. some of teaching was throughly reflect on content and functional elements of achievement standards. A purpose of the continuous study of curriculum literacy was not only promoting the professionalization of teaching but also fostering teacher professional development regarding curriculum based on each individual class. However, levels of curriculum literacy in this study were provisionally classified and constantly discussed its trustworthiness. These researcher came to realize that the development of curriculum literacy level and teacher professional development was not necessarily matched.

        지체장애인의 스포츠웹사이트 이용이 스포츠 직,간접적 참여에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was positively the effects of the physically challenged`s sport website use on their sport activities and provide meaningful data for activating the physically challenged`s sport participation and developing sport websites. The subjects of this research are 194 people participating in sports for the disabled in B Metropolitan City, presently in 2010, and their data were analyzed. As a measuring tool, the questionnaire used in Lee Hyun-su and Lee Geun-mo (2004)`s study on the relationship between high school students` sport website involvement and their sport participation was reconstructed through expert meetings with two professors of Special Physical Education and one doctor of Special Physical Education for this research. To process the data, SPSS v18.0 was used for analyzing exploratory factors, and to verify the structural equation model, AMOS v14.0 program was utilized. the results were gained as follows; First, according to the result of verifying the measuring model`s intensive validity and discriminant validity, sport website use`s, and sport direct participation`s, and sport indirect participation`s sub-factors showed .545-.947 as a standardized coefficient .545-.947 as concept reliability (CR), .898-.906 as an average variance extracted(AVE), and .624-.664 as a latent variable, so it was satisfactory in verifying the discriminant validity of the measuring model. Second, according to the result of analyzing confirmatory factors, in the goodness of sport website use, sport direct participation, and sport indirect participation, four goodness indexes including Normed χ2=2.297, RMSEA=.079, CFI=.942, and IFI=.942 were over reference values, and sports website involvement affirmative influenced sports direct and indirect participation of physical disability.

        텍스트 종류와 Cattell-Horn-Carroll(CHC) 인지요인과의 관계

        초등학교 아동을 대상으로 연구한 보고들을 살펴보면 이야기 텍스트 이해를 설명적 텍스트 이해보다 더 쉬워한다. 이런 차이는 주로 배경지식에 의한 것으로 해석되나 텍스트 이해는 개인의 인지 능력의 영향을 받으며, 인지적 능력의 부족이 이해 능력에 어려움을 가져온다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트의 종류에 따라 어떤 인지적 요인들이 관여하는지를 새로운 지능이론의 관점으로 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 지능 검사는 현대의 지능이론으로 새로이 제안되는CHC(Cattell-Horn-Carroll) 지능 이론에 따르며 본 연구에서 사용된CHC 지능검사의 신뢰도는 .60-.79이며, 타당도 검증을 위한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 타당도를 확인하였다. 개인내의 이야기 텍스트를 설명적 텍스트보다 더 이해하기 쉬워한다는 것을 통계적으로 확인하였다. 개인 간 차이로 이야기 텍스트를 더 잘 이해하는 집단과 설명적 텍스트를 더 잘 이해하는 집단 간의 인지적 차이를 살펴보았다. 이야기 텍스트 이해를 잘하는 집단이 Gc(결정지능)와 Ga(청각처리)는 p<.05에서 의미 있는 차이가 있었으며 Gsm(단기기억)은p<.01에서 의미 있게 높은 점수를 보여주었다. 이런 결과는 어려서의 읽기 경험은인지적 요인에 영향을 미치며, 이야기 텍스트를 어려서부터 접하고 경험한 아동의 Gc, Ga, Gsm이 높아질 수 있다는 것을 시사하여 준다. The present study was to explore the relationship between the narrative/expository texts and CHC cognitive ability in 4,5,6 grade elementary school. They were easier to understand the narrative texts than the expository, because of they had not only prior knowledge but also cognitive ability related text comprehension. On the view of recent CHC cognitive ability, this study investigated two types(narrative/ expository) of texts related cognition. The measures of CHC had high reliability and good validity - exploratory, confirmatory factor analysis. The subjects of this study were divided to two groups. The first group was more comprehensible to understand narrative text than expository text. The second group was more comprehensible to understand expository text than narrative text. Between two groups was verified from t-test. The results of this study clearly indicated that the first group was more significant to effect on Gc(comprehension knowledge), Ga(auditory processing) and Gsm (short-term memory) play an important role than the second group.

      • 용해성 poly(dimethy-co-diphenylsilane)공중합체의 특성과 열분해에 관한 연구

        Soluble poly(dimethyl-co-diphenylsilane)copolymer,[(SiMe₂)x(SiPh₂)1-x]n where x=0.5 to 0.9., was synthesized by condensation polymerization of dimethyldichlorosilane and diphenyldichlorosilane in xylene. In the TG analysis of the copolymer, weight loss started at 170℃ and the weight residue at 1000℃ was 32%. The copolymer was stabilized by thermal oxidation at 80 to 110℃ for 5 hr. in air, and its thermal stability increased as the temperature increased. The copolymer heat treated above 700℃ showed no organic bonds of C-H and Si-CH₃. while Si-C, and Si-O large bonds were observed. Amorphous SiC was obtained by pyrolysis at 1000℃ and β-SiC at 1200 to 1400℃, in which a better crystallinity of β-SiC was observed at a higher temperature.

      • The Effects of Participation in Physical Activity Programs Based on Self-Determination on Developmentally Disabled Children`s Gross Motor Skills, Concentration, and Communicative Competence

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide children with developmental disorders with physical activities that are preferred based on self-determination theory and verifying the effects. This study is a follow-up study of one conducted by So Hyung Kim, Hye-Min Kim, and Hyun-Su Lee(2015) and it chose a type among preference types classified through Q methodologies. Afterwards, programs were developed based on physical activities preferred by children who fit that type, and then applied. Method: The study selected 28 children meeting the criteria through purposive sampling from six- to twelve-year-old disabled children living in C City and attending a kindergarten, special- education school, or general school`s special class. The subjects were made to classify 24 adapted physical activity cards developed for this research, and their preferred types were analyzed with QUANL PC Program. The type (Type 1) that had the most subjects in Type Q conducted the adapted physical activity they preferred twice a week, for 50 minutes in each session, for total 15 weeks. To examine the effectiveness of the program, the ATA concentration test, frostig-MSTB, percentage of correct consonants test, and maximal phonation time test were performed. Lastly, to analyze data for verifying hypotheses, SPSS for Window 10.0 was employed for repeated measured two-way ANOVA. Result: First, developmentally disabled children participating in the adapted physical activity program based on their self-determination showed more change in bending forward, standing long jump, shuttle run walking on a balance beam, balancing on one leg than does not in gross motor skills. Second, developmentally disabled children participating in the adapted physical activity program based on their self-determination showed more change in omission error than those not in concentration skills. Third, developmentally disabled children participating in the adapted physical activity program based on their self-determination did not show more change in the percentage of correct consonants (%) and in maximal phonation time (MPT) which is one of the aerodynamic outcomes than those not in communicative competence. Conclusion: Research results allowed recognition of the academic importance of the self-determination of disabled children through program applications made by the decisions of the disabled children themselves. Efforts to develop self-determination enhancement programs for disabled children in physical training fields will also be needed.

        This study was performed to assess the antioxiant of puer tea ethanol extract by measuring total polyphenol and flavonoid contents, DPPH radical capacity, ABTS radical capacity. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of puer tea Metyl alcohol extraction were and mg/g. The ABTS radical scavending acticity of puer tea Metyl alcohol extraction were 76.8% at 100㎍/ml.
