      • Application of Artificial Insemination Technology for Dairy Breeding in Mongolia

        This study was focused on improvement of milk production in Mongolia dairy industry by artificial insemination (AI) technology, of which was supported from ODA project of KOICA in Republic of Korea. The study was started from January 2009 to present and 3rd years in this year. So, all data, especially synchronization and pregnancy of dairy cows (Holstein) will be summarized in final result in this year. For synchronization, total 81 dairy cows selected from 4 private farms that were 38, 30, 8 and 5 in Undarmal milk, Onjin (Enkhbayer), Jargalant, and BRM School, respectively. All the dairy cows were injected intramuscular (IM) of 5 ml PGF2α in the vulva and detected estrus 2 to 3 days after PGF2α injection. Total 78 out of 81 dairy cows (96.3%) were detected estrus by only 1 time injection of PGF2α. The dairy cows that were induced estrus, inseminated with 0.5 ml dairy frozen semen by conventional AI techniques. The pregnancy diagnosis of the AI dairy cows was detected by uterus palpation after 60 days of insemination. Total 75 from 78 inseminated dairy cows (90.1%) were diagnosis pregnant. The estrus induction and pregnant rate were very effective using PGF2α injection and conventional AI techniques in Mongolia dairy cow. The results indicated that AI after estrus induction in Mongolia dairy cows could be applied to dairy breeding technology to improve the breeding efficiency and milk production.

      • 濟州産 柑橘醱酵酒 蒸溜酒의 熟成條件

        제주산 온주밀감을 이용하여 醱酵最適條件에서 얻어진 감귤주의 單式蒸溜하여 알콜농도를 43˚와 60˚로 조절한 다음 불란서산 참나무 술통재의 切片(1×1×3cm)을 浸漬 하여 熟成條件을 검토하였다. 알콜농도 60˚인 증류수중의 메탄올은 0.136g/100㎖, 알데히드는 4.07㎎/100㎖휴젤油는18.35㎎/100㎖, 에스테르는 27.03㎎/100㎖였다. 알콜농도가 높고 온도가 높을수록 참나무성분의 浸出이 잘 일어났으며, 단기간 熟成을 위해서는 다소 고온에서 熟成하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단되었다. 숙성 pH는 4.1에서 색소침출효과가 좋았으며 자외선 처리효과는 없었다. 色素浸出은 온도에 많은 영향을 받고 있는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 官能檢査 결과 45˚, pH 4.1에서 6개월 熟成時에 외관 및 기호도에서 충분한 상품가치를 나타내었다. 감귤 브랜디의 경우 외국산 유명제품과 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 브랜딩기술의 확립과 熟成技術의 보완한다면 産業化에 대한 충분한 가능성이 있는 것으로 平價되었다. In order to produce citrus brandy made from Citrus unshiu produced in Cheju, aging conditions of citrus fine spirit with dipping oak chip were investigated. Citrus fine spirit prepared with simple distillation of citrus wine was adjusted to 43。 and 60。 alcohol concentration, and then three pieces of oak chip (1×1×3cm) was added to 300㎖ citrus fine spirit. The contents of methanol, aldehyde, fusel oil and ester were 0.136g/100㎖, 4.07mg/100㎖, 18.35mg/㎖ and 27.03mg/100㎖ respectively. The absorbance at 500nm of citrus fine spirit was increased with high alcohol concentration and high temperature. Color extraction from oak chip was mainly affected on temperature, and the effect of UV irradiation was not appeared. Compared with commercial Scotch whisky, citrus brandy adjusted to pH 4.1 and aged at 45℃ for 6 month was good in sensory evaluation.

      • Emedastine Difumarate(레미코트)의 통년성 알레르기 비염환자에 대한 임상 : 이중맹검 군간 비교시험

        Emedastine difumarate has anti allergic effect and stabilizing effect on mast cell in animal experiment. A double-blind placebo-controlled study was carried out in 52 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis to assess the effectiveness, safety and usefulness of emedastine difumarate. Emedastine difumarate(2 mg per single dose, twice a day) was given for two weeks. Patients were randomly allocated into two groups, one active ingredient(E group, 34 patients) and the other placebo(P group, 18 patients). Most symptoms and physical findings were more improved in the second week compared with the first week. The subjective symptomatic improvement was statistically significant(P<0.05) in sneezing and rhino rhea. With respect to the global safety rate, 93.4 % of the E group was assessed as <safe>, and there was no significant differences between E and P group. The clinical usefulness (excluding no change) was 88.3 % for the E group, significant differences being noted between the two groups(p<0.01) In conclusion, Emedastine difumarate is an effective drug for management of perennial allergic rhinitis.

      • 부안 유천리 도자기의 과학적 분석

        전북 부안 유천리 청자요지에서 수습된 청자편 11점의 태토 및 유약에 대하여 화학조성을 분석하고, 기 발표되어진 문헌의 청자데이터들을 종합하여, 이와 비교함으로써 본 시료의 도자특성과 및 산지에 대한 정보를 유추하였다. 태토의 주요산화물 분석에는 XRF를 이용하였으며, 유약의 주요산화물분석에는 EPMA를 이용하였다. 태토 중 17개 미량성분의 분석에는 ICP-MS를 이용하였고, 자료의 비교분석에는 Seger식에 의한 방법과 주성분분석법에 의한 통계처리방법을 병행하였다. 태토의 주요산화물에 대한 비교분석결과 유천리 청자는 Seger 식과 주성분분석에서 RO_(2)와 RO+R_(2)O가 6~8 및 0.3~0.38 mole로, 또 높은 SiO_(2)함량과 낮은 Na_(2)O, CaO의 함량으로 전북지역의 데이터 범위에 분포함을 볼 수 있었다. 유약의 주요산화물에 대한 비교분석결과에서는 Seger식과 주성분분석에서 모두 명확한 지역구분이 나타나지 않았으며, 따라서 유천리 청자 역시 명확한 지역적 특성을 구분하기 어려웠다. 태토중 미량성분의 주성분분석에 의한 통계처리결과 광주 충효동 도편들을 제외하고는 뚜렷한 지역간의 구분을 관찰하기 어려웠다. The characterization of chemical properties and analogy of manufactured origin for the eleven celadon sherds collected in Yuchunri, Buan were performed by analyzing their body and glaze compositions and compared with previous data reported. The chemical compositions of the body and glaze were determined by XRF and EPMA, respectively. The trace elements of the body were also determined by ICP-MS. The Seger analysis and PCA were used to compare the major compositions of body and glaze of the potteries we found with previous data. The Celadon sherds from Yuchunri are distributed in a range of Chonnam potteries considering RO_(2) and RO+R_(2)O are 6~ 8 and 0.3 ~O.38mole, respectively and also high in SiO_(2) and low in Na_(2)O and CaO concentrations in the comparison between the potteries for the major compositions of the body. Differences of the chemical characteristics of those potteries between the provinces were not clear in comparison of the glaze compositions and trace element of the body.

        Rail transportation system are needed to develop proper corresponds to satisfy various demands in freight transportation since there are many problems in rail transportation infrastructure and operation. This paper analyzes characteristics of rail transportation shipper and develops policy for vitality of rail transportation by survey of rail transportation shipper in Busan new Port. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 presents the description of the objective and the methods for this study. Section 2 presents the operation situation and container volumes in Busan port. Section 3 presents the forcasting volume of Busan port and rail freight transportation. Section 4 presents the Several Problems and solutions through analysis the rail transportation shipper. Section 5 summarizes conclusions and discusses further research topics.

      • Srx La₁_x Fe₃_y계의 결정학적 구조와 비화학양론에 관한 연구

        The solid solutions of the ?? systems with χ=1.00, 0.75 and 0.50 are prepared from stoichiometric mixtures of carbonate (SrCO₃), nitrate (Fe (NO₃)₃·9H₂O) and oxide (La₂O₃) by heating at 1300℃ for three days. Crystallographic structures of the solutions are all simple cubic systems and the lattice parameters of the cubic unit cells are enlarged with the introduction of lantanium according to their X-ray diffraction analysis. The mixed valence state of two kinds of Fe ion in the ferrite systems is analyzed by the Mohr salt titration method. It is possible to produce the nonstoichiometric compounds such as ?? by the appropriate heating treatment of the solutions under atmospheric air or oxygen pressure for a long time. The crystallographic structure and the nonstoichiometric compositions of the ?? systems are discussed with relation to their physical properties.

      • 음향 스펙트럼을 이용한 기계식 판막의 혈전 현상 검출에 관한 연구 -In-Virto 및 In-Vivo 실험

        A Mechanical valve is one of the most widely used implantable artificial organs and its reliability is so important that is failure means the death of the patient. Thrombosis si the most common cause of mechanical valve failure, therefore, early noninvasive detection of mechanical valve thrombosis is essential. The objective of this research was to detect thrombosis formation by using spectiral analysis an a neural network. Using a microphone and an amplifier, we measured the soud form a mechanial valve which was attached to a pneumatic ventricular assist device. The should was sampled by an A/D converter(DaqBook 100), and the periodogram was the amin algorithm for obtaining the spectrum. We made the thrombosis models by uisng pellethance and silicon on thte valvular disk around the sewing ring and and on fibrous tissue growth across the orifice of the valve. The performance of the measurement system was tested by sung 1-㎾ sinusoidal wave. The measurement system properly detected 1-㎑ spectrum, as expected. The spectra of a nomal valve and 5 kinds of thrombotic valves were obtained, and primary and secondary peaks appeared in each spectral waveform. We found tat the secondary peak changed according to the thrombosis model. Thus, to distinguish the secondary peak of normal valve and form that of thrombotic valve quantatively, we employed a 3-layers, and 1 output. This trained neural network could distinguish betwen a normal and a thrombotic valve with more than 90% probability. In conclusion, noninvasive monitoring of an implanted mechanical valve is possible by analyzing the acoustical spectrum through the use a neural network algorithm. This method will be applied to the performance evaluation of other implantalbe artificial organs.

        During the 36-year-long Japanese rule of Korea, many reformations have been made in physical Education politics, economy, culture and other social realms. But these reforms have only served the imperalist Japan's interests, resulting in misleading Korea modernization and sacrificing the Korean people's identity. In this respect, the recent boom of research on modern Korean history is rather forcused on re-orienting the distorted historical viewpoints and re-establishing on people's subjectivity. Unlike other scientific areas, however, the research of modern Korean history of physical education is troubled a lot with as well as insufficient concrete data and materials concerning that age.         치수및 치근단병소에서 interleukin-1α, interleukin-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α의 분포에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to examine the tissue levels of interleukin-1α(IL-1α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in inflamed human dental pulps and periapical lesions, and to determine the relationship between each cytokine and pulpal and periapical pathosis. The pulps used in this experiment, were obtained in routine endodontic treatment and the periapical lesions in periapical surgery after clinical diagnoses were performed. These specimens were divided into four groups as normal pulp group(control group, n=9), acute pulpitis group(n=9), chronic pulpitis group(n=10) and periapical lesion group(n=18) and stored in liquid N_2. For extract preparation, tissues were finely minced with a scalpel, and the fragments were incubated in 0.5㎖ homogenizing buffer (0.1 mol/L potassium chloride, 0.02 mol/L TRIS; pH=7.6) for two hours and grinded with glass homogenizer. Debris was removed by centrifugation and supernatants were immediately tested with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA, R&D Co., Minneapolis, USA). Following results were obtained ; 1. The concentrations of IL-1α in all experimental groups were significantly higher than in control group(p<0.05). And the concentrations of IL-1α in periapical lesion group were somewhat higher than in two pulpitis groups, but the differences among those groups were not stastically significant(p>0.05). 2. The concentrations of IL-1β in all experimental groups were significantly higher than in control group(p<0.05), and all the experimental groups expressed similar concentrations. 3. The concentrations of TNT-α in all experimental groups were higher than in control group but only the differences between chronic pulpitis group and control group were statistically significant(p<0.05). And the concentrations of TNT-α in acute and chronic pulpitis groups were higher than in periapical lesion group but only the differences between chronic pulpitis group and periapical lesion group were statistically significant(p<0.05). 4. There was significant correlation only between IL-1α and IL-1β in periapical lesion group(p<0.05).

        Cu, Pb, 및 Cd로 오염된 토양의 동전기적 방법에 의한 제거에 있어 중금속 종이 미치는 영향

        Three kinds of toxic heavy metals, such as lead, copper, and cadmium, existing abundantly in contaminated soils were selected to investigate pH change, electroosmotic flow, and the removal rate in the application of electrokinetic process. In the change of pHs, they reached to about 12 and 2 at each cathodic and anodic region, respectively, and maintained for reaction being proceeded. Electroosmotic flow rates were not influenced by the kind of metal species but by electropotential gradient. On the soils contaminated by each metal, the removal rate of Cd was the fastest among three as in the order of Cd>Pb>Cu. While on the soils contaminated by mixed metal species, Cu was the fastest. Metal species transported by electrokinetic processes were distributed in between 0.9 and 1.0 of normalized region. In the case of soils contaminated by one kind of metal. the relative concentrations of Pb and Cd estimated in between normalized region 0.9 and 1.0 were 5.2 and 5.7, respectively.
