      • ^27Al(p,α pn)핵반응에 의한 무담체 ^22Na 제법 연구

        A method for the production of no-carrier added(NCA) ^22Na was developed via ^27Al(p, ㄷαpn) nuclear reaction with 50.5MeV protons. the half life of ^22Na is 2.6 years and main γ-energy is 1274.5keV and it is used standard source and sodium catabolism study. The cross-section and thick target yield for the reaction was measured in detail in the energy range of 50.5→20.2MeV in order to determine the optimum conditions for the production of ^22Na. the maximum cross-section for the production of ^22Na was 40.8 mbarn at 43.85MeV. the calculated production yield of ^22Na by 50.5MeV protons on aluminium was 60.9μCi/μAh. The seperation of ^22Na was carried out by ion exchange, precipitation and diffusion. It was found that ion exchange column operation using AG50W-X4 resin was the most efficient method among them.

        In this paper, the static and dynamic stiffness of the air bearing stage for micro-micro machine tool are examined experimentally. For stiffness and precision concerns, air bearing stages are adapted for 3-axis micro-milling machine which is size of 200x200 mm². The air bearings in the stage are preloaded by permanent magnets to achieve desired bearing clearance and stiffness for vertical direction. As the stiffness of the air bearing is primary interests, static stiffness test were performed on XY stage in Z direction and Z column in Y direction. Dynamic test were performed on XY stage and Z column, respectively. Both static and dynamic tests were performed in different air pressure conditions. The vertical stiffness of XY stage is about 9N/μm where Y stiffness of Z column is much smaller as 1N/μm because of the large moment generated by Y force on the column.

      • 전기화학적 방법을 이용한 저온형 연료전지용 고분산 Pt 촉매의 제조

        Pt was deposited on carbon support by chronoamperometry. The catalytic activity for methanol oxidation was checked by CV (cyclic voltammetry) method. The amount of Pt loading was calculated by integration of I-t curve obtaining the total current used for the Pt deposition. The ECA (electrochemical active surface area) for loaded Pt was calculated from the hydrogen adsorption/desorption peaks in 0.5 M H₂SO₄solution. Pt was deposited on clean carbon electrode surface with various concentration of Pt solution (0.1 mM) was used. As the concentration of Pt increased, the specific catalystic activity of Pt decreased suggesting that, in the electrochemical reaction of Pt ion with electrode surface, Pt particles were smaller and more dispersed in low concentration of Pt solution. With this condition (0.1 mM Pt), Pt was electrodeposited on a commercial carbon support, Vulcan XC-72. Electrochemically loaded Pt catalyst had the higher ECA, and showed higher specific catalytic activity for mathanol oxidation than a commercial Pt/C catalyst.

      • 고등학생의 태권도 교육과 정서발달의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Taekwon-do training on high school student’s emotional development. For this purpose, 651(male=334, female=317) high school student’s were select as subjects. The questionnaire that was used Kang(1996) was also used in this study. The statistics selected in this study were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Schefe post hoc test. As a result of the analyses of collected data, the following conclusions were obtained: firstly, there was a significant difference in high school student's emotional development by socio-demographic variables. Secondly, high school student's fear response is different according to their level of Taekwon-do training.

      • 납 폭로 근로자에서 δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase 유전형질이 zinc protoporphyrin 및 δ-aminolevulinic acid에 미치는 영향

        The inhibition of δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALAD) in the heme synthetic pathway results in increased protophoryphyrin (ZPP) and δ-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and is responsible for some of toxicological effects of lead. This enzyme is coded by the ALAD gene containing 2 co-dominant alleles. The polymorphisms of ALAD gene may be related to differential effects of lead on ZPP and ALA, ALAD genotype was measured in 975 Korean male lead workers, of whom 897 were homozygous for ALAD1 (ALAD 1-1 genotype) and 96 were heterozygous for ALAD2 (ALAD 1-2 genotype). Blood lead in subjects with ALAD1 was significantly higher than those with ALAD2 (p = 0.01). No difference between ALAD genotypes was found for age, exposure duration, ZPP, ALA, hemoglobin, hematocrit, body mass index, tobacco and alcohol use. After adjustment for possible confounders, ALA and ZPP became significantly elevated in ALAD1 subjects (p = 0.004 and 0.055, respectively). This result suggests that ALAD1 subjects may be more susceptible to the hematotoxicologic effects of lead than ALAD2 subjects.

      • 통합인문학 평생교육 프로그램 개발을위한입론 : 방송대 트랙제 연계 프로그램을 중심으로

        본 연구는 방송통신대학교의 트랙제와 연계 가능한 통합인문학 평생교 육 프로그램 개발의 기본 틀을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 통합인문 학 평생교육을 위한 통합,미디어,트랙 시스템 등의 토픽들을 설정하였다. 통합은 두 가지 의미를 지니는데 하나는 서로 분화되고 소통하기 힘든 상태에 있는 각 분과 학문의 통합이며 다른 하나는 파편화되고 고립된 현 대 주체들의 경험과 관점의 통합을 의미한다. 둘째 토픽인 미디어는 교육 환경의 변화에 따라 교육 현장에서 다양하게 사용되고 있는 여러 유형의 뉴미디어들-하이퍼 디지털 미디어,컴퓨터,인터넷,WWW 등-의 교육 적 활용을 의미한다. 트랙 시스템은 제안하고자 하는 프로그램들이 교육 현장,특히 실제 프로그램의 적용 가능성이 큰 방송대학교의 교육 시스템 내에서 실제 활용 가능성을 고려하기 위해 제안되었다. 이러한 토픽들에 기반하여 본 논문에서는 1) 분과 학문의 통합을 지향하는 프로그램 2) 미디어 통합을 지향하는 프로그램 3) 교육 시스템의 통합을 지향하는 프로그램 4) 주제 중심 프로그램 등, 네 가지 유형의 통합인문학 평생교육 프로그램을 제안하고, 방송대학교의 트랙 시스템과 연계하여 실행 가능한 모델 프로그램을 제시하였다. This study aims to propose an argument for developing the programs for the Life-long Education of Integrated Humanities, especially focusing on making an connection with Track System of KNOU. First of all, It is needed to set up the topics for the development of Life-long Education of Integrated Humanities. The topics are Integration, Media, Track System. Integration means two kinds of integration: integration of the academic disciplines which are sub-divided and hard to communicate with, and integration of the experiences and view points of modern subjects who are fragmented and isolated. The second topic, Media, means to consider the change of the educational environment, including the various kinds of new media used in the fields of education—hyper-digital media, including computer, internet and WWW. Track System is presented to try to put the proposed programs to practical use in the field of education especially to the course of KNOU. On these topics, I propose four kinds of programs for the Life-long the divided academic disciplines, (2) Programs towards Integration of media, (3) Programs towards Integration of Educational System (4) Programs focusing on the theme—and present some model programs especially focused on the using possibility in practise through Track System of KNOU.

      • 비·부비동 양성 종양의 임상적 고찰

        Background and Objectives: Benign tumors of the nose and paranasal sinues are rare in comparison with malignant growths. Authors aimed to investigate the incidence and characteristics of benign sino-nasal tumors. Materials and Methods: From 1994 through 2004, 25 cases of benign sino-nasal tumors (17 men and 8 women) were diagnosed and cared at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, College of Medicine, Konkuk University. We reviewed medical records of patients to find out clinical features, radiologic findings, operative findings, therapeutic options, and outcomes. Postoperative observation was given for fifteen months on the average. Results: The most common symptom was nasal obstruction, followed by nasal mass, frequent nasal bleeding, headache, and rhinorrhea, and the mass mainly placed in the lateral nasal wall. There were 12 cases (48%) of inverted papilloma, 4 (16%) cases of squamous papilloma, 4 (16%) cases of hemangioma, 1 (4%) case of pleomorphic adenoma, 1 (4%) case of leiomyoma, 1 (4%) case of lipoma. All the tumors were surgically removed. For the treatment of inverted papilloma, medial maxillectomy had been performed before 1997(2 cases); however, most cases have been managed with endonasal endoscopic technique since 1997. Recurrence was observed in two patients with inverted papilloma and one patients with squamous papilloma. Conclusion: Inverted papilloma is the most common benign tumor in the nose and paranasal sinuses, followed by squamous papilloma and hemangioma. The optimal management of benign tumors is complete excision of tumor and endonasal endoscopic surgery is an effective treatment for an inverted papilloma.

      • MC-50 싸이클로트론을 이용한 Mn-54 제법 연구

        The half-life of ^54Mn is 312.2 days and main γ-energy is 835keV, therefore it is used as a standard source for a multi-channel analyzer and a dose calibrator and managanese catabolism study in human body. In this paper, a method for the production of no carrier added ^54Mn was studied via ^54Cr(p,n) and ^59Co(p, αpn), with MC-50 cyclotron and described chemical isolation method of ^54Mn from a irradiated target by ion exchange resin. Chromium and cobalt were used as target materials. The production yields of ^54Mn by 50.5 MeV protons was 4.5 μCi.μ/Ah on chromium target and 11.85 μCi/μAh on cobalt target. The cross-section and thick target yield of ^59Co(p, αpn)^54Mn reaction were measured in the energy range of 50.5→22.2MeV in order to determine the optimum conditions for the production of ^54Mn. the maximum cross-section was 47.48 mbarn at 41.2MeV.
