본 연구는 사출 성형기의 제어 방법에 따른 정밀 검사에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실험을 통하여, 유압사출 성형기와 전동식 사출성형기의 스크루 스트로크, 보압, 용융 수지온도에 대하여 정밀도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한, 실험에서 얻어진 데이터 편차에 대한 가설 테스트를 수행 하였다. 연구를 통하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융 수지온도, 보압 순으로 편차가 크게 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 유압식 사출성형기가 전동식 사출성형기에 비해 제품 간의 산포가 크게 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 통계프로그램인 미니탭을 활용하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융 수지온도, 보압에 대한 가설을 설립 한 후 P값을 확인하여 스크루 스트로크, 용융수지온도는 귀무가설(H0)을 채택하였으며, 보압은 상호차이가 발생한 대립가설(H1)을 채택하 였다. A study of a precision test according to the control method of an injection molding machine was carried out. The effects of the screw stroke, holding pressure, melt temperature on both the hydraulic and electric injection molding machine were examined. In addition, hypothesis testing was performed to determine the deviation of the data obtained in the experiments. The conclusions obtained in this study were as follows. Significant deviations in the screw stroke, melt temperature and holding pressure occurred in that order. The hydraulic type showed significantly more variation between the products compared to the electric type. In addition, using a mini tab from the statistics program, a hypothesis was proposed and the P value of the injection stroke, holding pressure, melting temperature injection stroke and melting temperature had adopted a null hypothesis (H0). The holding pressure, which showed mutual differences, adopted an alternative hypothesis (H1).

In this study, a slab system using a new concept of deck plate that can be easily fixed and separated was developed, and the optimized detail that can be separated during construction and the safety of the construction load were presented. First, in order to examine the load acting on the contact surface of the fixing device, a finite element analysis was performed to predict and compare the structural behavior of experimental results. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the stress distribution showed a pattern in which the stress was concentrated to the curved part of the connecting member at the starting point of the load control, and the shape of the fixing device was determined based on the finite element analysis result. Tensile tests were performed using UTM with a capacity of 1000 kN to confirm the fixing performance of the fixing device based on the finite element analysis results. As a result of the fixing device test, it was found that the improvement of the cross-sectional shape has an effect on the fixing performance of the fixing device, and accordingly, the thickness reduction was also possible. Next, construction load test was conducted to examine the structural safety of the local failure of the fixing device during the construction, which is a problem that may occur when developing a removable deck plate. As a result of the deflection test, when considering the design safety factor in the construction load test conducted to examine the deflection, it was found that the installation distance of the fixing device should be within a maximum of 300mm. It is necessary to secure a sufficient safety factor based on the result of this technology development where there is a concern about the construction load and the concentrated load caused by the equipment in construction.

Injection molding machine plays an important role in making plastic parts. In the plastic manufacturing industry, there has been a significant increase in the use of Injection molding machine. Injection molding machine according to hydraulic and electric control system that are separated way. In this paper, the sources of Injection unit measurement performance are discussed. It confirmed high deviation as injection stroke > holding pressure> temperature according to measurement.

The injection molding industry is in the hard situation where it cannot make both ends meet and guarantee the best products because of unstable injection molding machine which is not enough in reproduction and repetition. Besides, there is the deficiency of human resources because most people dislike laborious jobs and, so far, we have not developed new products which substitute for plastics. However, from now on, all the industrial fields including household electric appliances and automobile industry will have to be dependant on the plastic industry. By the result of above situations, there will be much more studies on the plastic goods. Through this study, I come to realize the importance of industries involved in the injection molding and research laboratories and colleges that study injection molding machine.
