In order to identify the morphological changes of tissues in mouse after irradiation. We have observed the redistribution of LDH isozymes and the morphological changes of skeletal muscle, heart, kidney, liver and testis in mouse according to variation amount with the time after the 1 Gray and 3 Gray irradiation each. As a result of H-E (hematoxylin-eosin) stain, the apoptotic bodies were more easily observed in the liver than the other tissues and the quantity of the apoptotic bodies was proportionated to radiation amount. The number of apoptotic bodies was shown the highest at 1 day in most tissues and at 7 day in testis after irradiation. TUNEL (terminal deoxyribonucleodtidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-digoxigenin nick end labeling) staining was shown the same results as H-E staining. After the irradiation, the protein content was reduced in tissues except kidney. And protein content was reduced in all tissues at the initial period of 2 hours after 3 Gy irradiation. But it increased at 7 days after irradiation. LDH (EC 1.1.1.27, lactate dehydrogenase) activity was increased mostly in tissues at the early stage after 1 Gy irradiation. The maximum activity was detected earlier stage after 1 Gy irradiation than 3 Gy irradiation. The activity of LDH A_4 isozyme was decreased in the skeletal muscle, heart, kidney, and testis. The activity of B-4 and A_2B_2 isozyme was increased in the skeletal muscle and heart, and the activity of heterotetramer isozyme was increase in kidney. The activity of A_4 isozyme in liver was detected high level and the activity of isozyme including subunit C elevated in testis. Therefore, LDH isozyme seems to play a role of lactate oxidase in most tissues except liver after irradiation. These data support that LDH isozyme is predomintly involved in the aerobic metabolism. 플라스틱은 뛰어난 특성과 경제성 때문에 일상생활은 물론 관련 산업계에서 유용하게 사용되기 때문에 플라스틱 원료 생산량이 연간 1천만 톤에 이르는 세계 제 5위 생산국이 되었으며 1인당 플라스틱 사용량도 연간 100kg이 넘는 나라가 되었다. 플라스틱 물품의 생산과 소비가 빠르게 증가함으로써 빚어진 부산물로 폐플라스틱 처리 문제에 대해 대기오염, 수질오염과 함께 제 3의 산업오염이라 한다. 이러한 폐플라스틱의 주 처리 방법은 소각과 매립인데 이로 인해 다양한 환경오염으로 사회적 문제가 되고있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결함과 동시에 좀 더 합리적이고 효율적인 플라스틱의 처리, 처분을 위한 Recycling 기술의 개발이 필요한 시점이다. Recycling 기술의 개발의 목적은 자원의 순환적인 이용에 의해 석유 등 제한된 천연자원의 소비를 억제하고 환경에 대한 부하를 최대한 줄이는 것이다. 또한 경제성을 고려한 실용적인 측면에서도 고려를 해야 하며 이러한 조건들을 동시에 만족시키는 Steam plasma torch를 이용한 가스화 기술은 전 세계적으로 다양한 방법으로 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구는 Steam plasma torch를 이용하여 PP(Polypropylene resin) 수지를 가스화 기술로 syn-gas(H2+CO)를 80%이상 제조 하여 고효율 에너지화를 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다.

손목 부착형 카메라를 이용한 손 모양 인식에서의 사용자 적응 방법

This paper proposes a robust hand segmentation method using view-invariant characteristic of a wrist-mounted camera, and deals with a hand shape recognition system based on segmented hand information. We actively utilize the advantage of the proposed camera device that provides view-invariant images physically, and segment hand region using a Bayesian rule based on adaptive histograms. We construct HSV histograms from RGB histograms, and update HSV histograms using hand region information from a current image. We also propose a user adaptation method by which hand models gradually approach user-dependent models from user-independent models as the user uses the system. The proposed method was evaluated using 16 Korean manual alphabet, and we obtained increases of 27.91% in recognition success rate. 본 논문에서는 손목 부착형 카메라의 시점불변 특성을 이용하여 조명 변화에 강인한 손 영역 추출 방법을 제안하고, 추출된 손 영역 정보를 이용하여 손 모양을 인식하는 시스템을 다룬다. 손목 부착형 카메라 장치는 물리적으로 시점불변의 영상을 제공하는 장점이 있으며, 본 논문은 이러한 특성을 적극 활용하여 적응형 히스토그램을 기반으로 베이지안 규칙을 사용하여 손 영역을 추출한다. 사전에 구축된 RGB 히스토그램으로부터 HSV 히스토그램을 생성하고, 현재의 영상으로부터 추출된 손 영역 정보를 이용하여 HSV 히스토그램을 갱신한다. 또한, 사용자 독립모델(User independent model)과 사용자 종속모델(User dependent model)의 장점을 고려하여 사용자가 사용함에 따라 사용자 독립모델에서 사용자 종속모델로 수렴하는 사용자 적응 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 인식 성능을 평가하기 위해 16개의 지문자에 대한 인식률을 측정하여 27.91%의 인식률 증가 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

대전충남 여성 시문학과 로컬리티

이 논문은 대전충남 지역을 중심으로 활동하고 있는 ‘김명원, 송계헌, 양애경’ 세 시인에 주목하여 ‘지역’과 ‘장소’를 바탕으로 드러나는 시세계를 로컬리티를 통해 새롭게 조명하고, 해석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 세 시인이 지역의 일상을 드러내는 방식에 주목해보았다. 특히 ‘지명’이나 ‘위치’를 통해 드러나는 심상은 개인의 서정 차원에 머무는 것이 아니라, 지역민이 느끼는 공통의 정서로 확장됨을 볼 수 있었으며, 이처럼 ‘높은 심상성’을 지닌 장소의 드러냄은 결국 이 지역의 로컬리티를 탐색하고 재발견하여 성찰하는 과정임을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로는 대전충남 지역의 ‘지리적 경관’을 바탕으로 지역의 역사와 가치관, 공동체의식을 주된 정서로 드러내는 시들을 살펴보았다. 시적화자의 체험과 회상이 만들어내는 ‘무의식적 장소감’은 시 속에서 궁극적으로 나와 너, 우리가 기억하고 사랑하는 ‘진정한 장소감’으로 확장되고 심화됨을 알 수 있었다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 대전충남 지역 여성 시문학이 지닌 로컬리티에 관한 연구는 다음과 같은 의의를 지닌다. 첫째, 그간 지역 문학장에서 이중으로 소외되었던 지역 여성시를 ‘로컬’의 관점에서 재해석함으로써 기존의 관습적 문학연구에서 탈피해 대항과 혁신의 문학적 관점에서 복원할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 둘째, 이들 시를 통해 드러나는 지역의 장소는 개인의 정서에서 공동체가 공감하는 ‘진정한 장소감’으로 전이 · 확장됨으로써 단순한 물리적 공간이 아닌, ‘참된 장소’로 기능하게 만들며, 이로써 지역문학이 지닌 정체성과 로컬리티의 새로운 측면을 보여주는 산실로 기능할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 이는 지역문학과 대전충남 지역의 여성시를 읽는 새로운 독법으로 기능할 것이라 기대된다. This paper studies ‘Kim Myeong Won · Song Gye Heon · Yang Ae Gyeong’s poetic literature and their poetries from the perspective of place and local and locality. Recently, the increasing literature studies of space leads to the need for the perspective of space in the literature studies. This paper tries to apply to the meaning in broad placeness and sense of place in women poet’s poetries in place of Daejeon·Chungnam. In this study in chapter 2, this paper attends to this poets exposed ‘local’, ‘place’ in their poetries. Particularly, I find out sense of place of ‘place name’ and ‘location’ not stopped personal Lyricism but extended sense of community of local residents. And these operations is rediscovered process revealing place which has ‘imageability’ in their poetries. In this study in chapter 3, this paper analyzes ‘historical-geographical view’ of Daejeon · Chungnam in their poetries. As a result, I know ‘unconscious sense of place’ displaced and expanded ‘authentic sense of place’ in their poetry. Studies on local feminine poetic literature and local poems are the valuable field on which scholastic and social needs meet each other. I expect these studies effectively to function as a reading method reading for local literature and feminine poems of Daejeon·Chungnam.

은희경 소설에 나타난 고백의 서술전략 연구-「빈처」와「딸기도둑」을 중심으로

In this thesis, this paper took a deep consideration to explain confessional narratives method on Eun Hee-Gyeong's short-stories. Especially, <A Poor Wife 빈처> and < A Women That Steal Strawberries 딸기도둑> are appear first-person confessional narrator.<br/> In summary, two narrator appear in the formet text. One narrator is a husband, and the other narrator is a his wife writing a diary. First of all, this paper analyzed confessional narrative-strategies focused on the wife writing a diary. The early part of text is revealed severance the lack of communication between the wife and her husband. But, the wife and her husband a progressively turn of thought and communicate with each other by diary. Her diary is a vehicle of their inner-communication.<br/> Self-confessional narrator appears in the latter text. Generally, confessors confess in order to admit a crime or reflect themselves. But, confessor, Eun-Hyae, in A Women That Steal Strawberries rather criticize and overthrow a criterion or discipline than reflect herself.<br/> So far, this paper disclosed feminine narrators in two fictions didn't go through a process of social identification but a process of social dis-identification. Feminine characrer of confessional narrator didn't subordinate herself to social community. On the contrary, feminine narrator free herself from consciousness of community by confessional narrative-strategies 'writing a diary' and 'confessing self-confession', Ultimately, process of self-identity of confessional-narrator is not assujettissement process but deterritorialisation process.<br/> In conclusion, the study of confessional narrative-strategies latent in confessional feminine-fictions provided opportunities to differently apptoach.
